Ribbon inspection machine

Abstract

The braid inspection machine comprises a rack, a guide roller set, an inspection assembly and a tensioning assembly, an unwinding device and a winding device are arranged at the two ends of the rack respectively, the guide roller set is provided with a plurality of conveying rollers, the inspection assembly comprises a supporting frame and a camera, a light-transmitting plate is arranged on the upper end face of the supporting frame, and a light source is arranged on the lower side of the light-transmitting plate. The camera is arranged over the light-transmitting plate, and guide rollers are arranged on the two sides of the supporting frame. The tensioning assembly comprises a tensioning roller, an adjusting support and a balancing weight, one end of the adjusting support is hinged to the machine frame, the other end of the adjusting support is connected with the tensioning roller, the axis of the tensioning roller is lower than the axis of the guide roller, the balancing weight is connected to the adjusting support so that the adjusting support can tend to rotate downwards, and the tensioning roller is provided with an elastic supporting piece to make contact with the braid. The braid bypasses the lower portion of the tensioning roller of the tensioning assembly, the tension is provided through the balancing weight, the tensioning roller has the downward trend to tension the braid, the braid can be unfolded easily, and distortion and folding are avoided.
