Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of clothing processing, and in particular to a clothing processing device. Background Art
[0002] This section is intended to provide a background or context for the embodiments of the present application. No description herein is admitted to be prior art by virtue of its inclusion in this section.
[0003] The clothing treatment equipment is equipped with an electrolysis device, which electrolyzes water through electrodes to generate substances such as hydroxyl radicals and / or ozone. Both hydroxyl radicals (·OH) and ozone have strong oxidizing ability and have good bactericidal and disinfecting effects.
[0004] In the related art, the cathode and anode of the electrolysis device are arranged at intervals, that is, a distance must be reserved between the cathode and the anode. In the process of electrolyzing the water at the cathode and the anode, the ions in the water are relied on for conductivity, and the water quality in different regions varies greatly. TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) refers to the concentration of total dissolved substances in water, which mainly reflects the concentration of calcium, magnesium and other ions in water, and has a good corresponding relationship with the hardness and conductivity of water. For example, the smaller the TDS value, the lower the concentration of calcium, magnesium and other ions in water, and the lower the conductivity. Differences in water quality can lead to two extreme situations. The first situation is that the TDS of the water is too low, close to pure water, and the ions in the water are too low to conduct electricity, which causes the electrolysis device to fail to electrolyze. The second situation is that the TDS of the water is too high, the water quality is too hard, the power of the anode and cathode rises sharply, resulting in short-circuit protection, and the anode and cathode decay rapidly due to scale. Therefore, the difference in TDS of water quality leads to unstable effect of electrolysis of water. Utility Model Content

The present application will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
[0040] See also Figure 1 An embodiment of the present application provides a clothing processing device 1000 , which includes an electrolysis device 100 , a clothing processing chamber, a water valve, and a first liquid path 200 .
[0041] The laundry treatment chamber can be used to hold laundry.
[0042] The water valve can be used to connect to a water source. The water source includes but is not limited to a water pipe, etc. In one embodiment, the water valve can be used to connect to a water pipe, and the water valve can be a water inlet control valve of the entire clothing processing device 1000. In other words, the water valve can be used to provide water for washing, rinsing and other procedures of the entire machine.
[0043] The first liquid path 200 connects the water valve and the laundry processing chamber, and the electrolysis device 100 is disposed in the first liquid path 200. The water valve can open or close the water source to enter the first liquid path 200. The first liquid path 200 electrolyzes the water from the water valve through the electrolysis device 100 and then transports it to the laundry processing chamber.
[0044] See also Figure 2 , Figure 5 and Figure 6 The electrolysis device 100 includes an electrode assembly 10, and the electrode assembly 10 includes an electrode sheet 11 and a solid electrolyte 12. At least one electrode sheet 11 is a cathode 111, and at least one electrode sheet 11 is an anode 112. The cathode 111 and the anode 112 are stacked along a first direction, and the solid electrolyte 12 is arranged between the cathode 111 and the anode 112. The solid electrolyte 12 is solid and has an ion transmission function. Here, the solid electrolyte 12 is used to separate the cathode 111 and the anode 112.
[0045] The electrode assembly 10 can be used to electrolyze water to generate substances with strong oxidative activity such as hydroxyl radicals and / or ozone. The substances with strong oxidative activity such as hydroxyl radicals and / or ozone can enter the clothing treatment chamber and sterilize the clothing.
[0046] The principle of water electrolysis by the electrode assembly 10: a solid electrolyte 12 is arranged between the cathode 111 and the anode 112, the solid electrolyte 12 separates the cathode 111 and the anode 112, and the solid electrolyte 12 can transfer ions. During the process of water electrolysis by the electrode assembly 10, water molecules are ionized to generate cations and anions, at least one of which can migrate through the solid electrolyte 12, for example, hydrogen ions can migrate through the solid electrolyte 12, and high-concentration cation regions and anion regions are formed on both sides of the solid electrolyte 12 along the first direction. Substances such as hydroxyl radicals and / or ozone with strong oxidizing activity are generated on the surface of the anode 112, and hydrogen is generated on the surface of the cathode 111.
[0047] Ozone can sterilize or inhibit bacteria on clothing, etc. Ozone can also oxidize and destroy the chromophore groups of dye molecules that are free in water to discolor the dye, preventing the free dye from contaminating light-colored clothing and causing color bleeding. Continuing the reaction will decompose the dye molecules into harmless carbon dioxide, water and / or inorganic salts, without secondary pollution, thus preventing color bleeding.
[0048] Hydroxyl radicals (·OH) have a very high oxidation potential (2.80eV) and a strong oxidizing ability. They can sterilize or inhibit bacteria in clothing. Hydroxyl radicals can react quickly with most organic pollutants in a chain reaction, non-selectively oxidizing harmful substances into carbon dioxide, water or inorganic salts without secondary pollution. Hydroxyl radicals can also oxidize and destroy free dyes to decolorize them, thereby preventing color bleeding.
[0049] The cathode 111 will produce hydrogen microbubbles. Since the diameter of the microbubbles is very small, usually not more than 50μm, the hydrogen microbubbles can enter the interior of the clothing fibers very well during the washing process. Through the effects of microbubble explosion, adsorption and floating, the microbubbles circulate and flush the clothes, assisting the detergent in removing sebum, grease, tiny dust and other dirt accumulated inside the clothing fibers, thereby improving the washing ratio.
[0050] In the clothing treatment device 1000 provided in the embodiment of the present application, on the one hand, the solid electrolyte 12 is arranged between the anode 112 and the cathode 111, which can prevent the anode 112 and the cathode 111 from contacting and short-circuiting; the solid electrolyte 12 can transfer ions and can be independent of the ions in the water for conductivity, thereby preventing the water quality from affecting the power of the electrode sheet 11. On the other hand, the water valve can provide water to the electrolysis device 100, and the water can flow through the electrolysis device 100 through the first liquid path 200. In this way, the electrolysis device 100 has little contact with or even no contact with the washing water from the clothing treatment chamber, which can prevent impurities such as hair from adhering to the electrode assembly 10, reduce the risk of the electrode sheet 11 contacting hair, and improve the electrolysis efficiency of the electrode sheet 11. After the water is electrolyzed by the electrolysis device 100, substances such as hydroxyl radicals and / or ozone are generated. The electrolyzed water enters the clothing processing chamber. Substances with strong oxidizing activity such as hydroxyl radicals and / or ozone can sterilize and disinfect the clothes and prevent color transfer. Hydrogen microbubbles can assist detergents in removing sebum, grease, tiny dust and other dirt accumulated inside the clothing fibers, thereby improving the cleaning ratio.
[0051] It can be understood that the cathode 111 and the anode 112 are stacked along the first direction, which means that the anode 112 and the cathode 111 are arranged substantially face to face. Figure 5 and Figure 6 The cathode 111, the anode 112 and the solid electrolyte 12 are all roughly flat-plate structures, and the anode 112, the solid electrolyte 12 and the cathode 111 are stacked in sequence along the first direction, that is, the anode 112, the solid electrolyte 12 and the cathode 111 are arranged in parallel and roughly face to face. In this way, when the anode 112 and the cathode 111 are not in contact and short-circuited, the distance between the two electrodes can be reduced as much as possible, the energy consumption can be reduced, and the electrolysis efficiency of the electrolysis device 100 can be improved.
[0052] The functions of the clothes processing device 1000 are not limited. For example, the clothes processing device 1000 may have a drying function in addition to a washing function. The drying function may be used to dry clothes.
[0053] The clothes processing device 1000 may be a washing machine or a washer-dryer, etc. The washer-dryer is a clothes processing device 1000 that integrates washing and drying functions.
[0054] The laundry processing apparatus 1000 may include a drum assembly, and the axis of the drum assembly may extend in a horizontal direction. The laundry processing apparatus 1000 in this embodiment is also referred to as a drum type laundry processing apparatus 1000 .
[0055] In some embodiments, the drum assembly includes a rotatable inner drum. The inner drum has a take-in and take-out opening, and the take-in and take-out opening can face forward. The space in the inner drum is at least a part of the clothing processing chamber, and the inner drum can be used to place and process clothing. The user puts clothing into or takes out the inner drum through the take-in and take-out opening from the front. The inner drum can rotate, for example, clothing, water, detergent, etc. rotate with the inner drum, so that the clothing constantly changes its posture in the inner drum, and fluids such as water and detergent change their flow direction with the inner drum.
[0056] In some embodiments, the inner cylinder may be substantially in the shape of a hollow cylinder.
[0057] In some embodiments, the barrel assembly includes an outer barrel, and the inner barrel can be disposed in the outer barrel. The outer barrel can be used to hold water, and the inner barrel is used to hold clothes. In this embodiment, the outer barrel holds water, and the inner barrel can also be called a perforated inner barrel. The fluid can flow between the interval space between the outer barrel and the inner barrel and the space in the inner barrel through the flow holes of the inner barrel.
[0058] In some embodiments, the outer barrel may be substantially in the shape of a hollow cylinder.
[0059] In some embodiments, the inner cylinder holds water by itself, and can also be called a non-porous inner cylinder. An outer barrel may be provided outside the non-porous inner cylinder, or may not be provided outside the inner barrel.
[0060] It is understandable that in some embodiments, the drum assembly may only have an inner drum without the outer drum. In this embodiment, the inner drum is a hole-free inner drum that can hold water. The inner drum may be a single drum structure. In other words, the laundry processing device 1000 has only one drum, the inner drum.
[0061] In some embodiments, the laundry processing apparatus 1000 comprises a housing, the drum assembly is disposed in the housing, and the housing is provided with an opening communicating with the interior of the drum assembly. Exemplarily, the front sealing door 400 of the housing has an opening.
[0062] In some embodiments, the box may be substantially in the shape of a hexahedron, for example, a cube or a cuboid.
[0063] For some examples, see Figure 1 The laundry processing device 1000 includes a door body and a door seal 500. The door body is used to selectively open or close the opening of the box body. The axis of the drum assembly extends in the horizontal direction. The door seal 500 can be used to seal the gap between the drum assembly and the opening of the front sealing door 400. The space enclosed by the door seal 500 and the space in the inner drum can constitute a laundry processing chamber.
[0064] It should be noted that the extending direction of the axis of the door sealing ring 500 is consistent with the extending direction of the axis of the cylinder assembly, and the axis of the door sealing ring 500 can extend in the horizontal direction.
[0065] In one embodiment, please refer to Figures 5 to 7 , at least one electrode sheet 11 contacts the solid electrolyte 12. In some embodiments, the cathode 111 contacts the solid electrolyte 12. In some embodiments, the anode 112 contacts the solid electrolyte 12. In some embodiments, both the cathode 111 and the anode 112 contact the solid electrolyte 12.
[0066] Exemplarily, both the electrode sheet 11 and the solid electrolyte 12 are in a flat plate structure, and the electrode sheet 11 can be attached to the solid electrolyte 12 .
[0067] In this embodiment, at least one electrode sheet 11 contacts the solid electrolyte 12, which can reduce the distance between the cathode 111 and the anode 112, improve the working efficiency of the electrode assembly 10, and reduce energy consumption.
[0068] In one embodiment, please refer to Figure 1 and Figure 5 The laundry processing device 1000 includes a detergent box 300, which is arranged in the first liquid circuit 200, and the detergent box 300 is located downstream of the electrolysis device 100. Part of the cavity of the detergent box 300 is a part of the first liquid circuit 200. The water after electrolysis by the electrolysis device 100 can first flow through the detergent box 300 and then enter the laundry processing cavity. Using the cavity of the detergent box 300 as a part of the first liquid circuit 200 can save pipes and reduce costs. The detergent box 300 is located downstream of the electrolysis device 100, which can prevent the detergent from contacting the electrode assembly 10, and prevent the electrode assembly 10 from contacting the detergent to cause the electrode sheet 11 to be contaminated and scaled, and can reduce the influence of the detergent in the detergent box 300 on the electrolysis device 100.
[0069] The detergent box 300 is used to put detergent into the laundry processing chamber.
[0070] The type of detergent is not limited, and detergents include but are not limited to detergents, softeners or fragrance enhancers, etc. Detergents are used to clean clothes. Softeners are used to soften, fluffy, eliminate static electricity in clothes, etc. Fragrance enhancers are used to increase the fragrance of clothes. Detergents can be liquid laundry detergents or granular laundry powders, etc.
[0071] In one embodiment, the detergent box 300 is formed with a liquid flow channel, and the first liquid path 200 can flow through the liquid flow channel. In other words, the liquid flow channel is a part of the first liquid path 200.
[0072] In one embodiment, the detergent box 300 includes a box cover and a box body, wherein the box cover covers the upper opening of the box body to define a placement cavity. The liquid flow channel may be formed in the box cover.
[0073] In one embodiment, the laundry processing device 1000 includes a detergent box 300 and a second liquid path, the second liquid path connects the water valve and the laundry processing chamber, and the detergent box 300 is arranged in the second liquid path. The water from the water valve enters the electrolysis device 100 through the first liquid path 200, and the water from the water valve enters the detergent box 300 through the second liquid path. The electrolyzed water of the electrolysis device 100 and the water flowing through the detergent box 300 do not affect each other. In this way, it is convenient to flexibly arrange the electrolysis device 100, and the fluid path between the electrolysis device 100 and the laundry processing chamber can be shortened.
[0074] In one embodiment, please refer to Figure 1 The laundry treatment device 1000 includes a detergent box 300, and the electrolysis device 100 is located at the rear side of the detergent box 300. The electrolysis device 100 and the detergent box 300 are reasonably arranged, and the space in the box can be fully utilized.
[0075] In one embodiment, the water valve is located at the rear side of the electrolysis device 100. The electrolysis device 100 is located between the water valve and the detergent box 300. If the electrolysis device 100 and the detergent box 300 are both arranged in the first liquid path 200, the distance between the electrolysis device 100 and the water valve is relatively close, which is convenient for the first liquid path 200 to run pipes.
[0076] In one embodiment, the laundry processing device 1000 includes a barrel assembly, and the electrolysis device 100 is located above the barrel assembly. The space above the barrel assembly is used to place the electrolysis device 100. The space inside the barrel assembly is a part of the laundry processing chamber.
[0077] In one embodiment, please refer to Figures 2 to 9The electrolysis device 100 includes a shell 40, and the shell 40 is formed with a liquid inlet 40a, a liquid outlet 40b and a circulation chamber 40c. The liquid inlet 40a and the liquid outlet 40b are both connected to the circulation chamber 40c. At least part of the electrode assembly 10 is located in the circulation chamber 40c, and the fluid of the first liquid path 200 flows through the liquid inlet 40a, the circulation chamber 40c and the liquid outlet 40b in sequence. For example, the water from the water valve enters the circulation chamber 40c from the liquid inlet 40a, the electrode assembly 10 electrolyzes the water flowing through the circulation chamber 40c, and the electrolyzed water flows out from the liquid outlet 40b. The electrode assembly 10 is exposed in the circulation chamber 40c, and the shell 40 is not only conducive to the concentrated flow of water through the electrode assembly 10, thereby improving the electrolysis efficiency, but also can protect the electrode assembly 10.
[0078] In one embodiment, the laundry processing device 1000 includes a dispenser box, the dispenser box has a detergent delivery cavity, and the dispenser box can be pulled out and arranged on the detergent box 300. For example, the dispenser box can be pulled out and arranged on the placement cavity. The detergent delivery cavity is used to deliver detergent. The dispenser box is at least partially pulled out of the detergent box 300 to the outside of the detergent box 300, and the user can deliver detergent into the detergent delivery cavity. The detergent box 300 can have a mixing cavity, and the detergent and the water can be mixed in the mixing cavity. For example, the area where the placement cavity is located below the dispenser box can be the mixing cavity.
[0079] In one embodiment, the detergent box 300 is formed with a discharge port communicating with the mixing chamber. The discharge port is used to discharge the detergent mixed solution in the mixing chamber to the laundry treatment chamber.
[0080] In one embodiment, the liquid flow channel can be located above the mixing chamber, and the liquid flow channel and the mixing chamber are independent of each other. That is, the electrolyzed water in the liquid flow channel will not enter the mixing chamber, and the detergent mixed solution in the mixing chamber will not enter the liquid flow channel.
[0081] In one embodiment, the first liquid circuit 200 includes a first tube, which connects the water valve and the liquid inlet 40a. The water from the water valve enters the circulation chamber 40c through the first tube and the liquid inlet 40a. The first tube is a part of the first liquid circuit 200.
[0082] In one embodiment, please refer to Figures 1 to 4 The first liquid circuit 200 includes a second tube 210 and a third tube 220. The second tube 210 connects the liquid outlet 40b and the inlet of the liquid flow channel, and the third tube 220 connects the outlet of the liquid flow channel and the clothing treatment chamber. The electrolyzed water in the circulation chamber 40c enters the clothing treatment chamber through the second tube 210, the liquid flow channel and the third tube 220 in sequence. The first tube, the circulation chamber 40c, the second tube 210, the liquid flow channel and the third tube 220 can form the first liquid circuit 200.
[0083] In one embodiment, please refer to Figure 1The water outlet of the third tube 220 is connected to the door seal 500. For example, the water outlet of the third tube 220 can extend radially inward of the door seal 500. In this way, the electrolyzed water can directly enter the clothing treatment chamber through the space enclosed by the door seal 500 without the need for an intermediate pipe to guide the water again.
[0084] In some embodiments, the fourth tube connects the liquid outlet 40b and the laundry processing chamber. In this way, the first tube, the circulation chamber 40c and the fourth tube can form a first liquid path 200. The first liquid path 200 may not flow through the detergent box 300.
[0085] It is understandable that part of the fourth tube may be fixed to the detergent box 300 , for example, the fourth tube may be fixed to the detergent box 300 by snap-fitting.
[0086] In one embodiment, please refer to Figures 2 to 4 The liquid inlet 40a is formed on a side surface of the shell 40 along the second direction, and the liquid outlet 40b is formed on the lower surface of the shell 40. The first direction, the second direction and the up-down direction are perpendicular to each other.
[0087] For example, in one embodiment, please refer to Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 6 The cathode 111 and the anode 112 are stacked in the left-right direction, and the liquid inlet 40 a can be formed on the rear side of the housing 40 .
[0088] In this embodiment, the water from the water valve flows into the circulation chamber 40c approximately along the second direction through the liquid inlet 40a, and the water after electrolysis in the circulation chamber 40c flows out through the liquid outlet 40b. In the circulation chamber 40c, the water flows along the second direction relative to the electrode assembly 10, so that the water continues to flow through the electrode assembly 10 and takes away products such as ozone, hydroxyl radicals and hydrogen. The liquid outlet 40b is formed on the lower surface of the housing 40 to facilitate the smooth discharge of the electrolyzed water from the circulation chamber 40c.
[0089] In one embodiment, please refer to Figure 2 and Figure 3 , the axis of the liquid outlet 40b intersects with the up-down direction. The axis of the liquid outlet 40b is a line connecting the center points of the flow section of the liquid outlet 40b. Taking the case where the flow section of the liquid outlet 40b is circular, the axis of the liquid outlet 40b is a line connecting the centers of the circle. The axis of the liquid outlet 40b intersects with the up-down direction, that is, the liquid outlet 40b extends obliquely relative to the up-down direction.
[0090] In one embodiment, the liquid outlet 40b can be located on the side of the electrode sheet 11 away from the liquid inlet 40a along the second direction. With this design, the fluid from the liquid inlet 40a can flow through the electrode sheet 11 completely along the second direction, and the liquid can fully contact the electrode sheet 11 before flowing out of the liquid outlet 40b.
[0091] In one embodiment, the electrode assembly 10 includes a support frame, and the solid electrolyte 12 is disposed on the support frame. The support frame can provide support for the solid electrolyte 12, increase the structural strength of the solid electrolyte 12, and reduce the probability of wrinkling and deformation of the solid electrolyte 12.
[0092] In one embodiment, the support frame is located between the cathode 111 and the anode 112 , and the solid electrolyte 12 covers at least one side surface of the support frame along the first direction.
[0093] For example, in some embodiments, the solid electrolyte 12 covers one side of the support frame along the first direction. In other embodiments, the solid electrolyte 12 covers two sides of the support frame along the first direction. In still other embodiments, the solid electrolyte 12 covers all outer surfaces of the support frame.
[0094] In this embodiment, the solid electrolyte 12 is used for at least one of anions and cations to migrate. The support frame is used to enhance the mechanical strength of the solid electrolyte 12, so that the solid electrolyte 12 is not easily punctured, which is beneficial to reduce the risk of internal short circuits and is not easily damaged during the assembly process of the electrolysis device 100.
[0095] It can be understood that the number of layers of the solid electrolyte 12 can be one layer or multiple layers, and multiple layers include two layers and more than two layers, for example, two layers or three layers, etc.
[0096] In some embodiments, the solid electrolyte 12 may be an integral structure with the support frame, that is, the solid electrolyte 12 may adhere to the support frame by its own force.
[0097] In some embodiments, the solid electrolyte 12 may be connected to the support frame via fasteners.
[0098] There is no limitation on the way in which the solid electrolyte 12 is attached to the support frame. For example, the solid electrolyte 12 can be attached to the support frame by coating, deposition, or the like.
[0099] The type of the solid electrolyte 12 is not limited, and the solid electrolyte 12 may be a proton membrane for hydrogen ion migration, or other types of solid membranes. For example, the solid electrolyte 12 includes but is not limited to a solid polymer electrolyte (SPEM) and the like.
[0100] The structure of the support frame is not limited, and for example, the support frame may be a mesh structure. The support frame with a mesh structure is easy to process and is beneficial to the stability of its own structure, thereby enhancing the structural stability of the electrode assembly 10.
[0101] The shape of the mesh of the mesh structure is not limited, and the shape of the mesh can be circular, elliptical or polygonal, etc.
[0102] The material of the support frame is not limited, and the support frame can be made of insulating material.
[0103] In some embodiments, the cathode 111 and the anode 112 may be attached to the solid electrolyte 12. In this way, the distance between the cathode 111 and the anode 112 is small enough to improve the electrolysis efficiency.
[0104] In one embodiment, please refer to Figures 5 to 7 ,as well as Fig. 9 , taking the plane perpendicular to the first direction as the projection plane, the projection of the electrode sheet 11 is located within the projection range of the solid electrolyte 12. That is to say, the projection of the cathode 111 and the projection of the anode 112 are both located within the projection range of the solid electrolyte 12. The size of the solid electrolyte 12 is greater than or equal to the size of the electrode sheet 11, which can not only minimize the probability of contact between the cathode 111 and the anode 112, improve reliability and safety, but also facilitate the solid electrolyte 12 to quickly and effectively transfer ions.
[0105] In one embodiment, please refer to Figures 5 to 9 , the electrode sheet 11 is formed with a through hole 11a penetrating two side surfaces along the first direction. Exemplarily, the cathode 111 is formed with a through hole 11a penetrating two side surfaces along the first direction. The anode 112 is formed with a through hole 11a penetrating two side surfaces along the first direction. On the one hand, the water can contact and wet the solid electrolyte 12 through the through hole 11a; on the other hand, the ozone, hydroxyl radicals and hydrogen generated by the electrode sheet 11 can be quickly released through the through hole 11a.
[0106] The shape of the through hole 11 a is not limited, and the shape of the through hole 11 a includes but is not limited to a circle, an ellipse, an oval, a polygon, or the like.
[0107] In some embodiments, the through hole 11 a is an elongated hole, and the through hole 11 a may extend along a direction intersecting the second direction to form an elongated hole.
[0108] In one embodiment, please refer to Figure 3 and Figure 5 The electrolysis device 100 includes two clamping members 20, and the electrode assembly 10 is clamped between the two clamping members 20. The clamping member 20 has a limiting and fixing function on the electrode assembly 10. Exemplarily, the electrode assembly 10 is clamped between the two clamping members 20, and the assembly method is simple, which can prevent the electrode assembly 10 from loosening and falling off to a certain extent, thereby improving the connection stability between the electrode assembly 10 and the two clamping members 20.
[0109] In one embodiment, please refer to Figure 5, Figure 6 and Fig. 9 The clamping member 20 includes a clamping plate 21. The clamping plates 21 of the two clamping members 20 are located on both sides of the electrode assembly 10 along the first direction. The clamping plates 21 are formed with a liquid-passing notch 21a. The liquid-passing notch 21a runs through the two sides of the clamping plate 21 along the first direction. The two clamping plates 21 clamp the electrode assembly 10. The clamping plates 21 are in a plate-like structure. The contact area between the clamping plates 21 and the electrode assembly 10 is large, which can effectively clamp the electrode assembly 10 and reduce the risk of displacement of the electrode assembly 10 during assembly. The liquid-passing notch 21a is used for the circulation of fluid, such as water, and the water can flow through the liquid-passing notch 21a to contact the electrode sheet 11.
[0110] The plate-like structure may be a flat plate-like structure or a curved plate-like structure.
[0111] For some examples, see Figure 5 , Figure 6 and Fig. 9 , taking the plane perpendicular to the first direction as the projection plane, the projection of the through hole 11a is located within the projection range of the liquid-passing notch 21a. In other words, the through hole 11a is connected to the liquid-passing notch 21a, so that the clamping plate 21 can avoid blocking the water from flowing to the electrode sheet 11 and the solid electrolyte 12, so that the fluid can smoothly contact the electrode assembly 10.
[0112] For some examples, see Figure 5 , Figure 6 and Fig. 9 The clamping plate 21 includes a frame 211 and a reinforcing rib 212. The frame 211 is arranged to form an escape space. The reinforcing rib 212 is arranged in the escape space and connected to the frame 211. The reinforcing rib 212 separates the escape space into a plurality of liquid-passing gaps 21a. The frame 211 and the reinforcing rib 212 can contact the electrode sheet 11 to clamp the electrode assembly 10. The escape space can be used to circulate water so that the water can pass through the escape space and contact the electrode sheet 11.
[0113] In this embodiment, the frame 211 can abut against the peripheral part of the electrode sheet 11, so that the peripheral part of the electrode sheet 11 is subjected to the clamping force. The reinforcing ribs 212 are used to optimize the stress distribution and transmission, play a role in strengthening the strength of the frame 211, and can also abut against the middle part of the electrode sheet 11 to improve the clamping effect.
[0114] For example, see Figure 5 and Figure 6 The splint 21 includes at least two intersecting reinforcing ribs 212, and the two reinforcing ribs 212 divide the avoidance space into a plurality of liquid-passing gaps 21a of approximately the same area. In this way, the flow rate and flow velocity of the fluid through each liquid-passing gap 21a are approximately the same, so that the fluid can flow stably and evenly.
[0115] It should be noted that the "multiple" in the embodiments of the present application refers to a number including two or more.
[0116] For some examples, see Figure 5 , Figure 6 and Fig. 9 The clamping member 20 includes a fastener 22 and a fixing ear 23 connected to the clamping plate 21, and the fastener 22 is inserted through the fixing ears 23 of the two clamping members 20. The two clamping members 20 are assembled and fixed by the fixing ears 23 and the fastener 22, which is convenient to operate and improves assembly efficiency.
[0117] The type of the fastener 22 is not limited, for example, the fastener 22 may be a bolt, etc. Taking the fastener 22 as a bolt as an example, the distance between the two fixing ears 23 can be adjusted by adjusting the bolt and the nut, thereby adjusting the clamping force of the clamp 20 .
[0118] For some examples, see Figure 5 , Figure 6 and Fig. 9 , the fixing ears 23 are connected to the periphery of the clamping plate 21. Exemplarily, the fixing ears 23 are connected to the periphery of the frame 211, so that the fixing ears 23 do not block the liquid-passing notch 21a, and the fluid can smoothly flow through the liquid-passing notch 21a and contact the electrode assembly 10, thereby improving the electrolysis efficiency of the electrolysis device 100. In addition, the periphery of the frame 211 has a large installation space, which is convenient for assembling the two clamping members 20 and improving the assembly efficiency.
[0119] In one embodiment, please continue to refer to Figure 5 , Figure 6 and Fig. 9 The plurality of fixing ears 23 are spaced apart along the circumference of the clamping plate 21, and the fixing ears 23 of the two clamping members 20 correspond to each other. In this way, the connection stability of the two clamping members 20 can be further enhanced, and the two clamping members 20 can be prevented from being offset and misaligned.
[0120] In some embodiments, the electrolysis device 100 includes an insulating member 30, and an insulating member 30 is disposed between the fixing ears 23 of the two clamping members 20. For example, see Figure 5 and Figure 6 The insulating member 30 is sleeved on the portion of the fastener 22 between the two fixing ears 23. In this way, on the one hand, the insulating member 30 can prevent the two clamping members 20 from contacting or colliding, play an insulating protection role for the electrolysis device 100, and prevent the two clamping members 20 from contacting and short-circuiting. On the other hand, the fastener 22 has a limiting effect on the insulating member 30, preventing the insulating member 30 from loosening and falling off, and enhancing the stability of the insulating member 30.
[0121] In some embodiments, the electrode sheet 11 is in conductive contact with the clamp 20. That is, the clamp 20 can conduct current, and the current is transmitted to the electrode sheet 11 through the clamp 20, so that the electrode sheet 11 is energized. In this way, on the one hand, there is a large contact area between the electrode sheet 11 and the clamp 20, which can reduce power loss and improve conductivity efficiency. On the other hand, it can also reduce the additional parts required for energizing the electrode sheet 11, thereby reducing production costs.
[0122] The clamping member 20 includes but is not limited to a metal member with low resistance and good conductivity.
[0123] In one embodiment, please refer to Figure 5 , Figure 6 and Fig. 9 The clamping member 20 includes an electrical connection portion 24, which is connected to the clamping plate 21. The projections of the electrical connection portions 24 of the two clamping members 20 are spaced apart from each other, taking the plane perpendicular to the first direction as the projection plane. The electrical connection portion 24 is used to connect to the power supply circuit. The electrical connection portion 24 conducts electric energy to the electrode sheet 11 through the clamping plate 21. The electric energy of the power supply circuit is conducted to the electrode sheet 11 through the clamping member 20, and the electrode sheet 11 is electrically connected to the power supply circuit through the clamping member 20. The electrical connection portions 24 of the two clamping members 20 are electrically connected to the positive and negative poles of the power supply circuit, respectively, to form an electric circuit. Taking the plane perpendicular to the first direction as the projection plane, the projections of the electrical connection portions 24 of the two clamping members 20 are spaced apart from each other, that is, the projections of the electrical connection portions 24 of the two clamping members 20 do not overlap, so that the two electrical connection portions 24 are far apart, avoiding the risk of short circuit caused by contact of the two electrical connection portions 24 due to water flow impact or other forces.
[0124] For example, in some embodiments, the clamping plate 21 and the power connection part 24 are integrally formed. In other words, the clamping member 20 can be an integrally formed structure. In this way, the process of separately manufacturing the power connection part 24 can be reduced, thereby improving production efficiency.
[0125] For some examples, see Figure 5 , Figure 6 and Fig. 9 , the power connection portion 24 is connected to the periphery of the clamping plate 21. Exemplarily, the power connection portion 24 is connected to the periphery of the frame 211, so that the power connection portion 24 does not block the liquid-passing notch 21a, and the fluid can smoothly flow through the liquid-passing notch 21a and contact the electrode assembly 10, thereby improving the electrolysis efficiency of the electrolysis device 100.
[0126] For some examples, see Figure 2 and Fig. 9, part of the power connection part 24 extends out of the housing 40. Exemplarily, part of the power connection part 24 extends out of the upper surface of the housing 40. In this way, the power connection end of the power supply circuit can be connected to the power connection part 24, and the water in the flow cavity 40c can be prevented from contacting the power connection end to a certain extent.
[0127] It is understandable that the housing 40 has a mounting hole 40d for penetrating the power connection portion 24, and the mounting hole 40d and the power connection portion 24 are sealed. In this way, the water in the flow cavity 40c is prevented from contacting the power connection terminal, thereby improving safety.
[0128] For some examples, see Figure 5 , Figure 6 and Fig. 9 One end of the power connection portion 24 is connected to one side of the clamping plate 21 along the second direction, and the other end of the power connection portion 24 is bent upward. Taking the plane perpendicular to the first direction as the projection surface, the projection of the power connection portion 24 is roughly L-shaped.
[0129] The material of the clamping member 20 includes but is not limited to metal, which has low resistance and good conductivity.
[0130] The cathode 111 and the anode 112 can be made of materials known in the art that can be used for electrolysis of water.
[0131] The number of the electrode sheets 11 is at least two. That is, the number of the electrode sheets 11 is two or more.
[0132] In some embodiments, the electrode assembly 10 includes two electrode sheets 11 , one electrode sheet 11 is a cathode 111 , and the other electrode sheet 11 is an anode 112 .
[0133] In some embodiments, the electrode assembly 10 includes more than two electrode sheets 11. The cathode 111 and the anode 112 form a group of electrolytic groups, and a solid electrolyte 12 can be arranged between the cathode 111 and the anode 112 of each electrolytic group. The electrolytic group can have one or more groups. Exemplarily, multiple groups of electrolytic groups can be stacked along the first direction. For another example, multiple groups of electrolytic groups can be laid flat on a plane perpendicular to the first direction.
[0134] For some examples, see Figure 4 The housing 40 includes a shell 41 and a shell cover 42, and the shell cover 42 covers the upper part of the shell 41 to define a flow chamber 40c. For example, the liquid inlet 40a and the liquid outlet 40b can be formed in the shell 41. The mounting hole 40d can be formed in the shell cover 42.
[0135] The shell 41 and the shell cover 42 may be detachably connected or non-detachably connected. For example, the shell 41 and the shell cover 42 may be welded, screwed, or clamped. The connection between the shell 41 and the shell cover 42 may be sealed to prevent leakage of water in the circulation chamber 40c.
