[0095] Optionally, the first sealing member 43 is connected to at least one of the hole wall of the connecting hole 413 and the first plug-in terminal 42 , and the connection method may be bonding, injection molding, or vulcanization molding.
[0096] See also Figure 8 , Figure 8It is a partial structural diagram of a socket connector of a battery device provided in one embodiment of the present application.
[0097] In some embodiments, Figure 7 and Figure 8 As shown, the first sealing member 43 and the first plug-in terminal 42 are fixedly connected.
[0098] In these embodiments, the first sealing member 43 and the first plug-in terminal 42 are fixedly connected to reduce the difficulty of disposing the first sealing member 43 .
[0099] The first sealing member 43 and the first plug-in terminal 42 are fixedly connected. When the first plug-in terminal 42 is inserted into the connecting hole 413 , the first sealing member 43 is accommodated and fixed in the connecting hole to reduce the difficulty of processing the first sealing member 43 .
[0100] Optionally, the first sealing member 43 is disposed around the first plug-in terminal 42 , so that the first sealing member 43 surrounds and fills the first sealing member 43 and the hole wall of the communicating hole 413 , so as to improve the sealing performance of the socket connector 4 .
[0101] Optionally, the first sealing member 43 is disposed at a partial area of the first plug-in terminal 42 in the first direction X, so that after the first plug-in terminal 42 is plugged into the connecting hole 413 , at least a portion of the first sealing member 43 is accommodated in the connecting hole 413 .
[0102] Optionally, the first sealing member 43 and the first plug-in terminal 42 are connected by bonding or vulcanization molding.
[0103] In some embodiments, Figure 7 and Figure 8 As shown, the first sealing member 43 is a rubber member, and the first sealing member 43 and the first plug-in terminal 42 are formed into one piece through a vulcanization process.
[0104] In these embodiments, the first seal 43 is a rubber member, and the first seal 43 and the first plug-in terminal 42 are formed into one piece through a vulcanization process, which can not only improve the connection reliability between the first seal 43 and the first plug-in terminal 42, but also improve the sealing performance between the first seal 43 and the first plug-in terminal 42, so as to improve the overall sealing reliability of the battery device 2.
[0105] The first sealing member 43 and the first plug-in terminal 42 are integrally formed by a vulcanization process. The vulcanization molding process can not only improve the connection strength between the first sealing member 43 and the first plug-in terminal 42 , but also simplify the processing of the socket connector 4 .
[0106] Exemplarily, the first sealing member 43 may also be a silicone sealing member, and the silicone sealing member and the first plug-in terminal 42 are integrally formed by a vulcanization process.
[0107] In some embodiments, Figure 7 and Figure 8 As shown, the first sealing member 43 includes a base 431 and a flange 432 . The base 431 is sleeved on the first plug-in terminal 42 , and the flange 432 surrounds the outer surface of the base 431 .
[0108] In these embodiments, the first seal 43 includes a base 431 sleeved on the first plug-in terminal 42, and a flange 432 surrounding the outer surface of the base 431, so that when the first seal 43 is sealed between the hole wall of the connecting hole 413 and the first plug-in terminal 42, a longer and more tortuous sealing path can be formed, thereby improving the problem of external impurities and water vapor invading the box body 202 through the gap between the fixing portion 412 of the socket connector 4 and the first plug-in terminal 42, thereby improving the sealing performance of the battery device 2.
[0109] The first sealing member 43 includes a base 431 and a flange 432 . The base 431 is disposed around the outer surface of the first plug-in terminal 42 , and the flange 432 is disposed around and on a surface of the base 431 facing away from the first plug-in terminal 42 .
[0110] The size of the single flange 432 in the first direction X is smaller than the size of the base 431 in the first direction X. After the first sealing member 43 and the first plug terminal 42 enter the communication hole 413, the flange 432 disposed between the base 431 and the hole wall of the communication hole 413 is squeezed and deformed to form a bent sealing path, and the bent, extended and longer sealing path helps to block the passage of water vapor impurities from the outside, so as to improve the sealing performance of the socket connector 4.
[0111] Exemplarily, the shape of the flange 432 can be designed by oneself, and the flange 432 of a circular or rectangular shape is arranged around the base 431 .
[0112] Optionally, the base 431 and the flange 432 are integrally formed to enhance the structural strength of the first sealing member 43 .
[0113] In some embodiments, Figure 7 and Figure 8 As shown, at least two flanges 432 are arranged along the first direction X at intervals.
[0114] In these embodiments, at least two flanges 432 are spaced apart along the first direction X to improve the sealing performance of the first sealing member 43 .
[0115] The number of flanges 432 can be designed by oneself. For example, 2, 3, 5, etc. flanges 432 are arranged at intervals in the first direction X.
[0116] In some embodiments, Figure 7 and Figure 8As shown, the first sealing member 43 is disposed on one side of the fixing portion 412 close to the first end 421 .
[0117] In these embodiments, the first seal 43 is disposed on one side of the fixing portion 412 close to the first end 421 , so that when the first plug-in terminal 42 is plugged into the fixing portion 412 , the first seal 43 is simultaneously fixed in the fixing portion 412 , thereby reducing the difficulty of assembling the socket connector 4 .
[0118] The first seal 43 is arranged on one side of the fixing portion 412 close to the first end 421, which means that the fixing portion 412 is arranged in two half-areas along the first direction X, and the two half-areas have the same size in the first direction X. The two half-areas are respectively a first half-area close to the first end 421 and a second half-area close to the second end 422. Along the first direction X, the size of the first seal 43 located in the first half-area is greater than or equal to the size of the first seal 43 located in the second half-area.
[0119] During the process of the first plug-in terminal 42 being inserted into the connecting hole 413, the second end 422 passes through the first half zone and the second half zone in sequence to pass through the fixing portion 412. Therefore, the first seal 43 is arranged on the side of the fixing portion 412 close to the first end 421 to facilitate the fixing of the first seal 43 during the matching process between the first plug-in terminal 42 and the fixing portion 412.

The first sealing member 43 with a larger thickness has a longer service life and also helps to improve the sealing performance of the socket connector 4.
[0122] The connecting hole 413 includes a first through hole 4131 and a second through hole 4132 arranged along the first direction X and connected to each other. The first sealing member 43 is sealingly arranged between the hole wall of the first through hole 4131 and a portion of the outer surface of the first plug-in terminal 42. The hole wall of the second through hole 4132 abuts against a portion of the outer surface of the first plug-in terminal 42 to fix the first plug-in terminal 42.
[0123] Optionally, the first through hole 4131 is disposed on the side of the fixing portion 412 facing the first end 421 , and the second through hole 4132 is disposed on the side of the fixing portion 412 facing the second end 422 . When the first plug-in terminal 42 is plugged into the fixing portion 412 , the first sealing member 43 is accommodated in the first through hole 4131 .
[0124] Optionally, the size of the first seal 43 in the first direction X is the same as the size of the first through hole 4131 in the first direction X, so that the fixing portion 412 stops the first seal 43 in the first direction X, reducing the risk of the first seal 43 escaping from the connecting hole 413 along the first direction X, thereby improving the sealing reliability of the socket connector 4.
[0125] In some embodiments, Figure 7 and Figure 8 As shown, the dimension of the fixing portion 412 in the first direction X is L1, and the dimension of the first sealing member 43 in the first direction X is L2, satisfying 0.6*L1≤L2.
[0126] In these embodiments, when the above conditions are met, the first sealing member 43 has a sufficient size to seal the gap between the fixing portion 412 and the first plug-in terminal 42 , thereby improving the sealing reliability of the socket connector 4 .
[0127] Optionally, the size of the first sealing member 43 in the first direction X is the same as the size of the fixing portion 412 in the first direction X, so that a larger first sealing member 43 can be provided to improve the sealing performance of the socket connector 4 .
[0128] Exemplarily, a dimension of the first through hole 4131 in the first direction X is greater than or equal to 60% of a dimension of the fixing portion 412 in the first direction X.
[0129] Exemplarily, the dimension of the first sealing member 43 in the first direction X is 60%, 80%, or 100% of the dimension of the fixing portion 412 in the first direction X.
