A slide adjustable aircraft seat structure according to claim 4, wherein: The inside of the adjusting gas box (19) is provided with a micro air pump, the micro air pump supplies air to the adjusting gas pipe (20), so that the inflation state of the air bag waist support (18) is adjusted, and the exhaust pipe (22) transports the air discharged from the inside of the adjusting gas box (19).
