The airbag bag of this utility model can also be installed inside the dashboard, and is not limited to the examples shown in the drawings.
[0042] Figure 4 This illustration shows the structure of an airbag in its deployed state according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 5 Indicate Figure 4 Cross-sectional structure of the central airbag. Figure 6 and Figure 7 The diagrams illustrate the cross-sectional structures of two other airbags in the deployed state in the embodiments of this utility model. Figure 8The utility model discloses a kind of airbag bag in the contact state of collision test with human chest. In combination Figures 4 to 8 As shown, the airbag bag 400 provided by the utility model has a first area 410 corresponding to the chest 110 of the protected object in the unfolded state, and the first area 410 is provided with a plurality of first pull tapes 500. The plurality of first pull tapes 500 limit the ejection distance of the first area 410 and cause the first area 410 to form a plurality of recesses.
[0043] The airbag bag 400 of the utility model is provided with a plurality of first pull tapes 500 in the first area 410 corresponding to the chest 110 of the protected object, which can effectively limit the ejection distance of the first area 410 and greatly improve the impact and compression of the airbag bag 400 on the chest 110 of the human body in a collision accident. The plurality of first pull tapes 500 also cause the first area 410 to form a plurality of recesses, i.e., a segmented recess structure, which can improve the matching degree of the airbag bag 400 with the chest 110 of the human body. On the one hand, the chest 110 of the human body is appropriately avoided to reduce the impact on the chest 110 of the human body, and on the other hand, the contact area with the chest 110 of the human body is increased to reduce the contact degree, thereby reducing the compression on the chest 110 of the human body. Furthermore, the structure with the appropriate recess in the middle and the relatively bulging edges can contain the chest 110 to prevent slipping and minimize the harm to the chest 110 of the human body, thereby effectively protecting the protected object.
[0044] The number of first pull tapes 500 can be set as needed and is at least two to effectively limit the ejection distance of the first area 410 and cause the first area 410 to form a segmented recess structure.
[0045] In some embodiments, the first ends of the plurality of first pull tapes 500 are respectively connected to different positions on the surface of the airbag bag in the first area 410, and the second ends are connected to the steering wheel or instrument panel. That is, the first pull tapes 500 form longitudinal pull tapes extending in the thickness direction of the airbag bag 400, and the two ends of the first pull tapes 500 are respectively connected to the steering wheel / instrument panel and the surface of the airbag bag in the first area 410, thereby effectively limiting the ejection distance of the first area 410, controlling the unfolding thickness of the airbag bag 400, and causing the first area 410 to form a segmented recess structure.
[0046] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 5 and Figure 6 the second ends of the plurality of first pull tapes 500 are commonly connected to the same position of the steering wheel or instrument panel; or, as shown in Figure 7 the second ends of the plurality of first pull tapes 500 are respectively connected to different positions of the steering wheel or instrument panel.
[0047] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 6As shown, the plurality of first pull straps 500 includes a first heel pull strap 500a and a plurality of first branch pull straps 500b, the first heel pull strap 500a extends into the airbag pocket 400 from the steering wheel or instrument panel, and branches into the plurality of first branch pull straps 500b, which are respectively connected to different positions on the airbag pocket surface of the first region 410.
[0048] In the above embodiments, in the deployed state, the first region 410 is distributed below the central region of the airbag pocket 400. Among them, referring to Figure 8 As shown, in the deployed state, the central region of the airbag pocket 400 corresponds to the neck of the protected object; the first region 410 below the central region corresponds to the chest 110 of the protected object. Along the longitudinal direction "Z" of the airbag pocket 400 from the top of the airbag pocket 400: the central region of the airbag pocket 400 is located in the position region of 45% to 55% of the airbag pocket surface; the specific position of the central region can be determined according to the vehicle type, configuration and other parameters. For example, if the central region is located in the position region of 45% to 50% of the airbag pocket surface, then the first region 410 is located in the position region below 50% of the airbag pocket surface; for example, if the central region is located in the position region of 47% to 52% of the airbag pocket surface, then the first region 410 is located in the position region below 52% of the airbag pocket surface; and so on.
[0049] Further, the first pull strap 500 is sequentially distributed along the longitudinal direction of the airbag pocket 400 on the airbag pocket surface of the first region 410. In some cases, the first pull strap 500 equally divides the first region 410 into a plurality of recesses, for example, the first pull strap 500 can equally divide the first region 410 into three recesses.
[0050] In some embodiments, in the case where the first pull strap 500 includes two: along the longitudinal direction of the airbag pocket 400, from the top of the airbag pocket 400, the two first pull straps 500 are respectively distributed in the position region of 55% to 70% and the position region of 65% to 85% of the airbag pocket surface. The specific position of the first pull strap 500 can be determined according to the vehicle type, configuration and other parameters. For example, referring to Figure 8 As shown, along the longitudinal direction "Z" of the airbag pocket 400 from the top of the airbag pocket 400: the upper first pull strap 500 is distributed at the position of 65% of the airbag pocket surface, and the lower first pull strap 500 is distributed at the position of 75% of the airbag pocket surface, but not limited thereto.
[0051] In the above embodiments, in combination with Figures 4 to 8 As shown, the plurality of first pull straps 500 configured by the first region 410 divides the first region 410 into a multi-segment recess structure, for example Figures 5 to 8The first area 410 is divided into a three-section recess structure by two first pull tapes 500, so that the thickness and shape of the first area 410 are accurately adjusted, the matching degree of the first area 410 with the chest 110 of the human body is greatly improved, the contact area is increased, the contact degree is reduced, and the damage caused by the impact and compression of the airbag bag 400 on the chest 110 is reduced.
[0052] Further, Figure 9 The structure of the airbag bag in the unfolded state is illustrated, Figure 10 The structure of the airbag bag in the unfolded state is illustrated, Figure 9 The cross-sectional structure of the airbag bag, Figure 11 The contact state of the airbag bag with the chest of the human body in the collision test is illustrated, Figures 4 to 11 As shown in FIG. 6, in some embodiments, in the unfolded state, the airbag bag 400 further has a second area 420 corresponding to the head 120 of the protected object, and the second area 420 is provided with at least one second pull tape 600, which limits the ejection distance of the second area 420 and makes the second area 420 form a plurality of recesses.
[0053] By providing the second area 420 corresponding to the head 120 of the protected object with at least one second pull tape 600, the ejection distance of the second area 420 can be limited, thereby improving the impact and compression of the airbag bag 400 on the head 120 of the human body in a collision accident; the at least one second pull tape 600 also makes the second area 420 form a plurality of recesses, i.e., a segmented recess structure, which improves the matching degree of the airbag bag 400 with the head 120 of the human body, on the one hand, appropriately avoids the head 120 of the human body to reduce the impact on the head 120 of the human body, and on the other hand, increases the contact area with the head 120 of the human body and reduces the contact degree, thereby reducing the compression on the head 120 of the human body, and the structure of the middle part being appropriately recessed and the edge being relatively bulged can contain the head 120, prevent slipping, and maximally reduce the damage to the head 120 of the human body, thereby effectively protecting the protected object.
[0054] The number of second pull tapes 600 can also be set as needed, for example Figure 5 One second pull tape 600 is illustrated, Figures 6 to 11 A plurality of (two) second pull tapes 600 are illustrated to appropriately limit the ejection distance of the second area 420 and make the second area 420 form a segmented recess structure.
[0055] The airbag bag 400 of the utility model, through the plurality of first pull tapes 500 and the at least one second pull tape 600, makes sectional and accurate adjustment at each position contacting the human body, can effectively buffer and undertake the impact load of the head 120 and the chest 110 of the human body in the sudden deceleration in the collision accident, and realizes effective protection of the protected object.
[0056] In some embodiments, the second region 420 is configured with a plurality of second pull tapes 600, the first ends of the plurality of second pull tapes 600 are respectively connected to different positions of the airbag bag surface of the second region 420, and the second ends are connected to the steering wheel or the instrument panel.
[0057] In this way, the second pull tape 600 forms a longitudinal pull tape extending along the thickness direction of the airbag bag 400, the two ends of the second pull tape 600 are respectively connected to the steering wheel / instrument panel and the airbag bag surface of the second region 420, thereby effectively limiting the ejection distance of the second region 420, controlling the deployment thickness of the airbag bag 400, and making the second region 420 form a sectional concave structure.
[0058] The second region 420 is divided into a sectional concave structure by the plurality of second pull tapes 600, for example Figures 6 to 11 The second region 420 is divided into a three-section concave structure by two second pull tapes 600, as shown in FIG. 8, so as to accurately adjust the thickness and shape of the second region 420, thereby greatly improving the matching degree of the second region 420 and the head 120 of the human body, increasing the contact area and reducing the contact degree, thereby reducing the damage caused by the impact and compression of the airbag bag 400 on the head 120, and in the offset collision, the risk of lateral displacement of the head 120 is also reduced.
[0059] In some embodiments, referring to Figure 6 , Figure 10 The second ends of the plurality of second pull tapes 600 are connected to the same position of the steering wheel or the instrument panel; or referring to Figure 7 , Figure 8 The second ends of the plurality of second pull tapes 600 are respectively connected to different positions of the steering wheel or the instrument panel.
[0060] In some embodiments, referring to Figure 6 The at least one second pull tape 600 includes one second trailing pull tape 600a and a plurality of second branch pull tapes 600b, the second trailing pull tape 600a extends into the airbag bag 400 from the steering wheel or the instrument panel and branches into the plurality of second branch pull tapes 600b, and the plurality of second branch pull tapes 600b are respectively connected to different positions of the airbag bag surface of the second region 420.
[0061] In the above embodiments, in the deployment state, the second region 420 is distributed above the central region of the airbag bag 400. Among them, referring to Figure 8 andFigure 11 As shown, in the unfolded state, the center region of the airbag bag 400 corresponds to the neck of the protected object; the second region 420 above the center region corresponds to the head 120 of the protected object. As described above, along the longitudinal direction "Z" of the airbag bag 400, from the top of the airbag bag 400, the center region of the airbag bag 400 is located at a position region of 45% to 55% of the airbag bag surface. For example, when the center region is located at a position region of 45% to 50% of the airbag bag surface, the second region 420 is located at a position region of 45% or more of the airbag bag surface; when the center region is located at a position region of 47% to 52% of the airbag bag surface, the second region 420 is located at a position region of 47% or more of the airbag bag surface; and so on.
[0062] In the case where the second pull belt 600 includes a plurality of second pull belts 600: the plurality of second pull belts 600 are sequentially distributed along the longitudinal direction of the airbag bag 400 on the airbag bag surface in the second region 420.
[0063] Specifically, in the case where the second pull belt 600 includes one second pull belt 600: along the longitudinal direction of the airbag bag 400, from the top of the airbag bag 400, the second pull belt 600 is distributed at a position region of 30% to 45% of the airbag bag surface. For example, the second pull belt 600 can be distributed at a position region of 36%, 40%, etc. of the airbag bag surface. In the case where the second pull belt 600 includes two second pull belts 600: along the longitudinal direction of the airbag bag 400, from the top of the airbag bag 400, the two second pull belts 600 are respectively distributed at a position region of 15% to 35% of the airbag bag surface and a position region of 30% to 45% of the airbag bag surface. For example, referring to Figure 11 As shown, along the longitudinal direction of the airbag bag 400, from the top of the airbag bag 400: the upper second pull belt 600 is distributed at a position of 25% of the airbag bag surface, and the lower second pull belt 600 is distributed at a position of 36% of the airbag bag surface, but not limited thereto.
[0064] Further, Figure 12 Another cross-sectional structure of the airbag bag in the unfolded state is shown, referring to Figure 12 As shown, in the case where the first pull belt 500 includes a first heel pull belt 500a and a plurality of first branch pull belts 500b branched from the first heel pull belt 500a, and the second pull belt 600 includes a second heel pull belt 600a and a plurality of second branch pull belts 600b branched from the second heel pull belt 600a, the branching positions of the first heel pull belt 500a and the branching positions of the second heel pull belt 600a are further connected by a transverse pull belt 700. In this way, the structure of the first pull belt 500 and the second pull belt 600 is more stable, thereby better limiting the thickness and shape of the airbag bag 400 after unfolding.
[0065] In the above embodiments, the first pull strap 500 and the second pull strap 600 are made of the same material as the airbag bag 400, one end of the first pull strap 500 and the second pull strap 600 is fixed in the steering wheel / instrument panel, and the other end is sewn together with the airbag bag surface at the corresponding position of the airbag bag 400.
