[0068] Figure 4 is a structural schematic view of the mounting seat 3 in Figure 3 Figure 5 is an exploded schematic view of the mounting seat 3 in Figure 4
[0069] As shown in FIG. 1, Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, in some embodiments, the garment processing device may include a mounting base 3. Two cavities 30 are formed within the mounting base 3. The two cavities 30 can be respectively connected to an air inlet 201 and an air return outlet 202, thereby forming a drying air duct within the mounting base 3. The water condenser 13 may be used to supply flowing cooling water. The water condenser 13 may be used to condense and cool the surrounding air. During the garment drying process, the humid and hot air generated in the garment processing chamber 20 may enter the two chambers 30 of the mounting base 3 through the return air inlet 202, and exchange heat with the water condenser 13. The water condenser 13 can condense and cool the humid and hot air, causing the moisture in the humid and hot air to condense on the surface of the water condenser 13, reducing the temperature and humidity of the air flowing through the water condenser 13, thereby removing the moisture from the humid and hot air. In this way, the humid and hot air entering the two chambers 30 can be condensed by the water condenser 13 to form dry and cold air.
[0073] In some embodiments, the clothes treatment device can include a heater 12. The heater 12 can be disposed in the mounting seat 3. The heater 12 can be disposed in the drum cavity 30. In this way, the clothes treatment cavity 20 can communicate with the drum cavity 30 through the air return port 202 and the air inlet 311. The drum cavity 30 can communicate with the clothes treatment cavity 20 through the air outlet 312 and the air inlet 201. The wet hot air in the clothes treatment cavity 20 can enter the drum cavity 30 through the air return port 202 and the air inlet 311 in turn, be condensed by the water condenser 13 and heated by the heater 12, and then return to the clothes treatment cavity 20 through the air outlet 312 and the air inlet 201 in turn, to dry the clothes in the clothes treatment cavity 20.
[0075] As shown in Figure 5 and Figure 7 , in some embodiments, the water condenser 13 and the heater 12 can be arranged adjacent to each other in the drum cavity 30. The water condenser 13 can be disposed on the side of the heater 12 close to the air inlet 311 and the air return port 202. The first sensor 304 can be used to detect the temperature or humidity of the air flowing through the air inlet 311. The first sensor 304 can be in signal connection with the controller 19. The controller 19 can control the water inlet flow provided by the water inlet valve 15 to the water condenser 13 according to the temperature or humidity detected by the first sensor 304. For example, during the clothes drying process, the first sensor 304 can monitor the temperature or humidity of the air entering the cabinet cavity 30 through the air inlet 311 in real time, and according to the real-time temperature or real-time humidity of the hot and humid air, the water inlet flow of the cooling water is matched and controlled, thereby the condensing efficiency of the water condenser 13 is controlled, so that water saving can be achieved under the premise of ensuring drying efficiency.
[0081] As shown in Figure 5 and Figure 8In some embodiments, the water inlet end of the water condenser 13 can be provided with a second sensor 302. The second sensor 302 can extend into the interior of the water condenser 13 and be in contact with the cooling water flowing into the water condenser 13. The second sensor 302 can be configured to detect the temperature of the water flowing into the water condenser 13. The second sensor 302 can be in signal connection with the controller 19. The controller 19 can be configured to control the water flow provided by the water inlet valve 15 to the water condenser 13 according to the difference between the temperature detected by the first sensor 304 and the temperature detected by the second sensor 302. In this way, the temperature of the humid hot air can be monitored in real time by the first sensor 304, the temperature of the cooling water flowing into the water condenser 13 can be monitored in real time by the second sensor 302, and the controller 19 can match and adjust the water flow of the cooling water according to the difference between the real-time temperature of the cooling water and the real-time temperature of the humid hot air, so as to regulate the condensing efficiency of the water condenser 13, thereby achieving water saving while ensuring drying efficiency.
[0082] For example, the temperature of the cooling water is generally significantly affected by the season. In winter, the temperature of the cooling water supplied by the water inlet valve 15 is relatively low, the difference between the real-time temperature of the cooling water and the real-time temperature of the humid hot air is relatively large, and the controller 19 can control the water inlet valve 15 to provide a smaller water flow to the water condenser 13 to achieve water saving. In summer, the temperature of the cooling water supplied by the water inlet valve 15 is relatively high, the difference between the real-time temperature of the cooling water and the real-time temperature of the humid hot air is relatively small, and the controller 19 can control the water inlet valve 15 to provide a larger water flow to the water condenser 13 to ensure the condensing efficiency of the condenser and thus the drying efficiency of the clothes treatment device.
[0083] In some embodiments, when the real-time temperature of the first sensor 304 is higher than the real-time temperature of the second sensor 302, the larger the difference between the temperature of the first sensor 304 and the temperature of the second sensor 302, the smaller the water flow provided by the water inlet valve 15 to the water condenser 13. For example, when the temperature of the cooling water is relatively low, the difference between the real-time temperature of the cooling water and the real-time temperature of the humid hot air is relatively large, and the controller 19 controls the water inlet valve 15 to provide a smaller water flow to the water condenser 13, which can still enable the water condenser 13 to have sufficient condensing efficiency to achieve water saving.
[0084] In some embodiments, when the real-time temperature of the first sensor 304 is higher than the real-time temperature of the second sensor 302, the smaller the difference between the temperature of the first sensor 304 and the temperature of the second sensor 302, the larger the water flow provided by the water inlet valve 15 to the water condenser 13. For example, when the temperature of the cooling water is relatively high, the difference between the real-time temperature of the cooling water and the real-time temperature of the humid hot air is relatively small, and the controller 19 controls the water inlet valve 15 to provide a larger water flow to the water condenser 13, which can ensure the condensing efficiency of the condenser and thus the drying efficiency of the clothes treatment device.
[0085] As shown in Figure 5 and Figure 8 In some embodiments, a third sensor 303 can be arranged on the mounting base 3. The third sensor 303 can be used to detect the humidity of the air flowing through the air outlet 312. The third sensor 303 is in signal connection with the controller 19. The controller 19 can be configured to control the water inflow provided by the water inflow valve 15 to the water condenser 13 according to the difference between the humidity detected by the first sensor 304 and the humidity detected by the third sensor 303. In this way, the humidity of the hot and humid air flowing through the air inlet 311 can be monitored in real time by the first sensor 304, and the humidity of the air flowing out of the air outlet 312 can be monitored in real time by the third sensor 303. The controller 19 can match and adjust the water inflow of the cooling water according to the difference between the real-time humidity of the hot and humid air at the air inlet 311 and the real-time humidity of the dry air at the air outlet 312, so as to regulate the condensation efficiency of the water condenser 13, thereby achieving water saving while ensuring drying efficiency.
[0086] For example, when the real-time humidity of the first sensor 304 is higher than the real-time humidity of the third sensor 303, the smaller the difference between the humidity of the first sensor 304 and the humidity of the third sensor 303, the greater the water inflow provided by the water inflow valve 15 to the water condenser 13, thereby ensuring the dryness of the dry hot air at the air outlet 312 to ensure drying efficiency. Conversely, the greater the difference between the humidity of the first sensor 304 and the humidity of the third sensor 303, the smaller the water inflow provided by the water inflow valve 15 to the water condenser 13, thereby achieving water saving.
[0087] It should be noted that in other embodiments, the controller 19 can also match and adjust the water inflow of the cooling water of the water condenser 13 according to the range of the real-time humidity of the first sensor 304, so as to achieve water saving while ensuring drying efficiency.
[0088] As shown in Figure 5 and Figure 8 In some embodiments, the controller 19 can be in control connection with the electric heater 12. The controller 19 can be configured to control the heating power of the electric heater 12. The controller 19 can adjust the heating power of the electric heater 12 according to the drying program and the corresponding algorithm, thereby facilitating energy saving or improving the drying quality of the clothes. For example, the controller 19 can match and adjust the heating power of the electric heater 12 according to the real-time humidity of the first sensor 304, so as to achieve energy saving or improve the drying quality of the clothes.
[0089] As shown in Figure 5 and Figure 8As shown, in some embodiments, the first sensor 304 can be a temperature and humidity sensor. By using the first sensor 304 with a temperature and humidity sensor, the real-time temperature and humidity of the hot and humid air flowing through the air inlet 311 can be detected simultaneously, which can facilitate intelligent control by the controller 19.
[0090] In some embodiments, the third sensor 303 may be a temperature and humidity sensor. By employing a temperature and humidity sensor, the third sensor 303 can simultaneously detect the real-time temperature and humidity of the dry air flowing through the air outlet 312, which facilitates intelligent control by the controller 19.
[0091] like Figure 5 and Figure 6 As shown, in some embodiments, the mounting base 3 may include a base 31 and a top cover 32. Two cavities 30 may be disposed on the top surface of the base 31. The top surfaces of the two cavities 30 are open. The top cover 32 may be disposed on the top surface of the base 31 and cover the openings on the top surfaces of the two cavities 30. Thus, the two cavities 30 can be sealed between the base 31 and the top cover 32. When the top cover 32 is removed from the base 31, the water condenser 13 and the heater 12 can be installed into the two cavities 30 respectively.
[0092] In some embodiments, the air inlet 311 may be located on the top surface of the base 31. The mounting base 3 may include an air inlet cover 36. The air inlet cover 36 may cover the opening on the top surface of the air inlet 311. In this way, the air inlet 311 can be sealed between the base 31 and the air inlet cover 36. When it is necessary to clean the air inlet 311, only the air inlet cover 36 needs to be opened separately, which makes it convenient for the user to clean the air inlet 311 separately and simplifies the operation.
[0093] It should be noted that in some other embodiments, the air intake cover 36 can also be integrally formed on the top cover 32.
[0094] like Figure 5 and Figure 6 As shown, in some embodiments, the first sensor 304 may be disposed on the air intake cover 36. One end of the first sensor 304 may extend into the inside of the air intake cover 36. The end of the first sensor 304 extending into the inside of the air intake cover 36 may come into contact with the air flowing through the air intake 311, thereby enabling real-time detection of the temperature or humidity of the humid and hot air flowing through the air intake 311.
[0095] like Figure 5 and Figure 6As shown in FIG. 3, in some embodiments, the mounting seat 3 can be provided with an air outlet air duct 313. The air outlet air duct 313 can be arranged on the base 31. The air outlet air duct 313 can be arranged on one side of the two-ware cavity 30. One end of the air outlet air duct 313 can be in communication with the two-ware cavity 30. The heater 12 can be arranged on the side of the two-ware cavity 30 close to the air outlet air duct 313. The other end of the air outlet air duct 313 can form an air outlet port 312. In this way, the dry hot air formed in the two-ware cavity 30 by the heater 12 can flow out through the air outlet air duct 313 and into the clothes treatment cavity 20 through the air inlet port 201.
[0096] As shown in FIG.
[0097] As shown in FIG. Figure 5 Figure 6 As shown in FIG. 3, in some embodiments, the third sensor 303 can be arranged on the side wall of the air outlet air duct 313. One end of the third sensor 303 can extend into the interior of the air outlet air duct 313. The end of the third sensor 303 extending into the air outlet air duct 313 can be in contact with the air flowing through the air outlet port 312, thereby allowing the temperature or humidity of the air flowing through the air outlet port 312 to be detected in real time.
[0098] As shown in FIG. 3, in some embodiments, the air inlet port 311 of the mounting seat 3 can be arranged downwardly. The air return port 202 of the drum assembly 2 can be arranged upwardly. The air inlet port 311 can be arranged above the air return port 202. In this way, the air inlet port 311 and the air return port 202 can be connected in communication in an up-down manner. Figure 3 Figure 4 As shown in FIG.
[0099] As shown in FIG. Figure 3 Figure 4 As shown, in some embodiments, the air inlet 311 of the mounting seat 3 can be connected with the air return port 202 of the drum assembly 2 through an air return pipe 35. The air return pipe 35 can be vertically arranged between the air inlet 311 and the air return port 202. The lower end of the air return pipe 35 can be in sealed communication with the air return port 202. The upper end of the air return pipe 35 can be in sealed communication with the air inlet 311. In this way, the air inlet 311 and the air return port 202 can be connected in a vertically butt joint manner through the air return pipe 35, and the sealing performance of the connection between the air inlet 311 and the air return port 202 can be improved.
[0100] Figure 9 As shown in Figure 5 A structural schematic view of the lint filtering device 34. Figure 10 As shown in Figure 9 A structural schematic view from another perspective.
[0101] As shown in Figure 5 , Figure 9 and Figure 10 As shown, in some embodiments, the clothes treatment device can include a lint filtering device 34. The lint filtering device 34 can be arranged in the mounting seat 3. The lint filtering device 34 can be arranged on the side of the water condenser 13 close to the air inlet 311. The lint filtering device 34 can be used for filtering and collecting lint. During the clothes drying process, when the hot and humid air in the clothes treatment cavity 20 flows to the drum cavity 30 through the air return port 202 and the air inlet 311, the airflow flowing out of the air inlet 311 can flow into the lint filtering device 34, and then flow into the drum cavity 30 and contact the water condenser 13 after being filtered by the lint filtering device 34. In this way, the lint filtering device 34 can be used for filtering the lint in the air, so that the lint is retained in the lint filtering device 34, which is beneficial to reducing the lint entering the drum cavity 30 and reducing the lint adhering to the water condenser 13 and the heater 12.
[0102] In some embodiments, the lint filtering device 34 can be arranged in the region between the air inlet 311 and the drum cavity 30. The lint filtering device 34 can include a lint collecting cavity 340. The lint collecting cavity 340 can be formed in the lint filtering device 34. One end of the lint collecting cavity 340 can be in communication with the air inlet 311. The side of the lint collecting cavity 340 close to the water condenser 13 can be in communication with the drum cavity 30. In this way, the hot and humid air in the clothes treatment cavity 20 can directly enter the lint collecting cavity 340 through the air inlet 311, and then enter the drum cavity 30 and contact the water condenser 13. When the air flows through the lint collecting cavity 340, the lint in the air can be filtered and collected in the lint collecting cavity 340.
[0103] In some embodiments, the mounting base 3 may have a mounting cavity 310. The mounting cavity 310 may be formed on the top surface of the base 31. The mounting cavity 310 may be located in the region between the air inlet 311 and the two-component cavity 30. The mounting cavity 310 may communicate with both the air inlet 311 and the two-component cavity 30. The mounting cavity 310 may be arranged adjacent to the two-component cavity 30. The mounting cavity 310 and the two-component cavity 30 may be arranged adjacent to each other on the top surface of the base 31. A top cover 32 may be provided on the top of the mounting cavity 310 and the two-component cavity 30. A lint filter device 34 may be provided in the mounting cavity 310. In this way, lint in the region between the air inlet 311 and the two-component cavity 30 can be collected by the lint filter device 34.
[0104] In some embodiments, the mounting cavity 310 may be elongated and arranged adjacent to each other on one side of the two chambers 30. The lint collection cavity 340 may also be elongated. The length direction of the lint collection cavity 340 may be aligned with the length direction of the mounting cavity 310. The two chambers 30 may be located on one side of the length direction of the lint collection cavity 340. One end of the lint collection cavity 340 in the length direction may communicate with the air inlet 311.
[0105] like Figure 1 , Figure 5 and Figure 6 As shown, in some embodiments, an installation port 101 may be provided on the outer wall of the housing 1. The lint filter device 34 can be detachably mounted in the mounting base 3 through the installation port 101. The lint filter device 34 can be pulled out or inserted into the housing 1 and the mounting base 3 through the installation port 101. The lint filter device 34 can extend into the mounting cavity 310 through the installation port 101. In this way, the user can install and remove the lint filter device 34 from the outside of the housing 1, inserting the lint filter device 34 into the mounting base 3 of the housing 1 through the installation port 101, or removing the lint filter device 34 from the mounting base 3 of the housing 1 through the installation port 101, so that the user can clean the inside of the lint filter device 34 regularly.
[0106] In some embodiments, the mounting port 101 may be located on the top surface of the housing 1. This allows the user to install and remove the lint filter 34 from the top of the housing 1, facilitating user operation.
[0107] like Figure 1 , Figure 4 and Figure 5As shown in some embodiments, the top wall of the mounting seat 3 can be provided with an insertion opening 323. The insertion opening 323 can be provided on the top wall of the mounting seat 3. The insertion opening 323 can be provided on the top cover 32. The insertion opening 323 can be above the top of the mounting cavity 310, and the insertion opening 323 can be in communication with the mounting cavity 310 inside the mounting seat 3. The insertion opening 101 and the insertion opening 323 are arranged opposite to each other. The fluff filtering device 34 can be inserted into the insertion opening 323 through the insertion opening 101, and can be inserted into the mounting cavity 310 arranged in the mounting seat 3, so that the collection box 342 of the fluff filtering device 34 is arranged in the mounting cavity 310, thereby facilitating the arrangement of the fluff filtering device 34 in the area between the air inlet 311 and the two-urn cavity 30.
[0108] Figure 11 is Figure 9 a schematic exploded view.
[0109] As Figure 5 , Figure 10 and Figure 11 shown in some embodiments, the fluff filtering device 34 can include a filter screen assembly 341. The filter screen assembly 341 can be arranged on one side of the fluff filtering device 34 close to the water condenser 13. The filter screen assembly 341 can be arranged on the cavity wall close to the two-urn cavity 30 and the water condenser 13. The filter screen assembly 341 can be used to filter the fluff in the air flowing from the air inlet 311 to the water condenser 13. When the wet hot air flows through the fluff collection cavity 340 and the filter screen assembly 341, the filter screen assembly 341 can filter most of the fluff in the wet hot air, so that the fluff is blocked on the side wall of the filter screen assembly 341 facing the fluff collection cavity 340, greatly reducing the fluff entering the two-urn cavity 30, thereby reducing the fluff adhering to the surface of the water condenser 13.
[0110] It should be noted that the fluff collected in the fluff collection cavity 340 is mostly adhered to the side wall of the filter screen assembly 341 facing the fluff collection cavity 340, and a small part is adhered to the other cavity walls of the fluff collection cavity 340.
[0111] In some embodiments, the side of the fluff filtering device 34 close to the two-urn cavity 30 can be formed with an air outlet 3422. The air outlet 3422 can be arranged on the side of the fluff collection cavity 340 close to the two-urn cavity 30. The air outlet 3422 can be formed on one side wall in the length direction of the fluff collection cavity 340. The filter screen assembly 341 is arranged at the air outlet 3422. After the wet hot air enters the fluff collection cavity 340 through the air inlet 311, it can flow into the two-urn cavity 30 from the air outlet 3422. When the wet hot air flows through the air outlet 3422, the filter screen assembly 341 can filter most of the fluff in the wet hot air and retain the fluff in the fluff collection cavity 340.
[0112] As shown in Figure 5 , Figure 9 and Figure 10 , in some embodiments, the fluff filtering device 34 can include a collecting box 342. The fluff collecting cavity 340 can be formed in the collecting box 342. The collecting box 342 can be arranged between the air inlet 311 and the brazier cavity 30. The collecting box 342 can have a long strip structure and be arranged adjacent to one side of the brazier cavity 30. The length direction of the collecting box 342 can be consistent with the length direction of the mounting cavity 310.
[0113] In some embodiments, one end of the collecting box 342 can be provided with an air inlet 3421. The air inlet 3421 can be located at one end of the length direction of the collecting box 342. The air inlet 3421 can be located at one end of the length direction of the fluff collecting cavity 340. The air inlet 3421 can be arranged towards the air inlet 311 and in direct communication with the air inlet 311. The air inlet 3421 can be located at the end of the collecting box 342 facing the air inlet 311. In this way, the air flowing out of the air inlet 311 can enter the fluff collecting cavity 340 through the air inlet 3421.
[0114] As shown in Figure 5 , Figure 9 and Figure 10 , in some embodiments, an air outlet 3422 can be provided on the side wall of the collecting box 342 facing the brazier cavity 30. A filter screen assembly 341 can be arranged in the collecting box 342 close to the side wall of the brazier cavity 30. The filter screen assembly 341 can be located between the fluff collecting cavity 340 and the air outlet 3422. The filter screen assembly 341 can be detachably arranged in the collecting box 342, so that the filter screen assembly 341 can be detachably arranged at the air outlet 3422.
[0115] It should be noted that in other embodiments, the filter screen assembly 341 can also be fixedly installed in the collecting box 342. Or integrally formed with the inside of the collecting box 342.
[0116] As shown in Figure 9 and Figure 11 , in some embodiments, a sliding groove 3401 can be provided on the side of the fluff filtering device 34 close to the air outlet 3422. The filter screen assembly 341 can be slidably arranged in the sliding groove 3401 and shielded at the air outlet 3422. In this way, the filter screen assembly 341 can be easily installed at the air outlet 3422 to filter the air flowing through the air outlet 3422.
[0117] As shown in Figure 9 and Figure 11As shown, in some embodiments, the outer wall of the lint filter device 34 may be provided with a loading / unloading port 3402. The loading / unloading port 3402 may be located on the outer wall of the collection box 342. The loading / unloading port 3402 may be located at one end of the slide 3401, and the loading / unloading port 3402 may communicate with the slide 3401. The filter screen assembly 341 can be detachably inserted into the slide 3401 through the loading / unloading port 3402. In this way, the filter screen assembly 341 can be conveniently installed in the slide 3401 through the loading / unloading port 3402 and covered at the air outlet 3422.
[0118] like Figure 9 and Figure 11 As shown, in some embodiments, the filter assembly 341 may include multiple layers of filters. The multiple layers of filters may include at least two layers. The multiple layers of filters may be arranged sequentially at intervals along the airflow direction at the location of the filter assembly 341. Thus, the multiple layers of filters may be arranged sequentially at intervals along the airflow direction within the filter assembly 341. When humid and hot air flows through the filter assembly 341, the humid and hot air can sequentially pass through the multiple layers of filters, and the humid and hot air is filtered multiple times by the multiple layers of filters, improving the filtration effect and efficiency for lint.
[0119] In some embodiments, the pore density of the multi-layer filter can increase sequentially along the airflow direction within the filter assembly 341. Thus, when the multi-layer filter filters humid and hot air multiple times, it can sequentially filter lint of different sizes, which is beneficial for improving the filtration effect and efficiency.
[0120] like Figure 5 , Figure 9 and Figure 10 As shown, in some embodiments, the lint filter device 34 may include a sealing ring 343. The sealing ring 343 may be arranged around the periphery of the top of the collection box 342. When the lint filter device 34 is inserted downward into the mounting cavity 310 through the mounting port 101 and the insertion port 323, the sealing ring 343 can seal the insertion port 323, thereby sealing the collection box 342 within the mounting cavity 310 and encapsulating the lint filter device 34 inside the mounting base 3.
[0121] like Figure 1 , Figure 5 and Figure 11As shown in some embodiments, the lint filtering device 34 can comprise an upper cover 344. The upper cover 344 can be disposed on the top of the collecting box 342. A sealing ring 343 can be arranged below the bottom of the upper cover 344. When the lint filtering device 34 is inserted into the installation cavity 310 through the installation port 101 and the insertion port 323, the collecting box 342 can be located inside the installation seat 3, the upper cover 344 can protrude from the top surface of the top cover 32, and the upper cover 344 can cover the installation port 101, thereby packaging the lint filtering device 34 inside the cabinet 1.
[0122] In some embodiments, when the lint filtering device 34 is inserted into the installation cavity 310 through the installation port 101 and the insertion port 323, the top surface of the upper cover 344 can be flush with the top surface of the cabinet 1, thereby keeping the appearance of the cabinet 1 flat.
[0123] As shown in some embodiments, the upper cover 344 can be provided with a pulling opening 3441. The user can reach into the pulling opening 3441 to pull out the lint filtering device 34 as a whole, and then take out the lint filtering device 34 from the installation seat 3 through the installation port 101. Figure 1 Figure 5 Figure 11 As shown in some embodiments, the upper cover 344 can be provided with a pulling opening 3441. The user can reach into the pulling opening 3441 to pull out the lint filtering device 34 as a whole, and then take out the lint filtering device 34 from the installation seat 3 through the installation port 101.
[0124] In some embodiments, the upper cover 344 can be provided with a pulling opening 3441. The user can reach into the pulling opening 3441 to pull out the lint filtering device 34 as a whole, and then take out the lint filtering device 34 from the installation seat 3 through the installation port 101.
[0125] In some embodiments, the top surface of the upper cover 344 can be flush with the top surface of the cabinet 1, thereby keeping the appearance of the cabinet 1 flat.
[0126] Figure 12 is a structural schematic view of the spraying device 33 in another perspective. Figure 7 is a structural schematic view of the spraying device 33 in another perspective. Figure 13 is a structural schematic view of the spraying device 33 in another perspective. Figure 12 As shown in some embodiments, the upper cover 344 can be provided with a pulling opening 3441. The user can reach into the pulling opening 3441 to pull out the lint filtering device 34 as a whole, and then take out the lint filtering device 34 from the installation seat 3 through the installation port 101.
[0127] Figure 6 Figure 12 Figure 13 As shown, in some embodiments, a spray device 33 may be provided within the mounting base 3. The spray device 33 may be arranged within the two chambers 30. The spray device 33 may be located on the side of the water condenser 13 near the air inlet 311. The spray device 33 may be located between the lint filter 34 and the water condenser 13. The spray device 33 may spray towards the surface of the water condenser 13, and the spray device 33 may be used to clean the surface of the water condenser 13. In this way, the humid and hot air in the garment processing chamber 20 will carry a certain amount of lint into the two chambers 30. After the humid and hot air is filtered by the lint filter 34, some smaller lint will still enter the two chambers 30. When the humid and hot air condenses on the surface of the water condenser 13, a certain amount of lint will adhere to the surface of the water condenser 13. If the lint on the surface of the water condenser 13 is not cleaned in time, it will affect the drying air volume and drying efficiency. The spray device 33 can wash away lint from the surface of the water condenser 13 to avoid affecting the drying air volume and drying efficiency.
[0128] In some embodiments, the spray device 33 may be arranged on one side edge of the two chambers 30 near the air inlet 311 and the return air outlet 202. The water condenser 13 may be arranged adjacent to and spaced apart from the spray device 33. In this way, the spray device 33 can spray and rinse the water condenser 13 nearby, thereby optimizing the structural layout of the two chambers 30.
[0129] like Figure 12 and Figure 13 As shown, in some embodiments, the spray device 33 may have spray nozzles 331 arranged facing downwards. The spray nozzles 331 may be arranged at intervals above the top of the water condenser 13. In this way, the spray device 33 can spray and rinse the water condenser 13 downwards through the spray nozzles 331, so that the lint adhering to the water condenser 13 can be washed to the bottom of the water condenser 13 and discharged through the bottom of the two chambers 30.
[0130] like Figure 5 , Figure 12 and Figure 13 As shown, in some embodiments, the spray device 33 may include a spray housing 332. The spray housing 332 may be spaced above the top surface of the water condenser 13. A spray channel may be formed inside the spray housing 332. A spray nozzle 331 may be provided on the bottom surface of the spray housing 332. The spray nozzle 331 may communicate with the spray channel. In this way, an external water source can enter the spray channel and then be sprayed downwards onto the surface of the water condenser 13 through the spray nozzle 331 to clean the lint on the surface of the water condenser 13.
[0131] In some embodiments, the spray device 33 may include an isolation grid 333. The isolation grid 333 may be disposed at the bottom of the spray housing 332. The top of the isolation grid 333 may be connected to a portion of the bottom surface of the spray housing 332. The spray nozzle 331 may be disposed on another portion of the bottom surface of the spray housing 332. The isolation grid 333 may be spaced apart on the side of the water condenser 13 near the return air inlet 202 and the air inlet 311. The isolation grid 333 may also be spaced apart on the side of the water condenser 13 away from the heater 12. The isolation grid 333 may have a perforated structure. The isolation grid 333 allows air to flow through it. Air in the clothing processing chamber 20 can flow sequentially through the return air inlet 202 and the air inlet 311, and then through the isolation grid 333 before flowing to the water condenser 13. The isolation barrier 333 can block some of the lint in the air flowing towards the water condenser 13, so that the lint is blocked at the isolation barrier 333, thereby reducing the lint from sticking to the surface of the water condenser 13.
[0132] like Figure 6 and Figure 7 As shown, in some embodiments, the spray device 33 can be located on one side edge of the two chambers 30 near the return air inlet 202, so that the isolation grille 333 can also be located on one side edge of the two chambers 30 near the return air inlet 202. Air in the clothing processing chamber 20 can flow sequentially through the return air inlet 202 and the air inlet 311, and must pass through the isolation grille 333 before entering the two chambers 30. Thus, the isolation grille 333 can block the air inlet of the two chambers 30, preventing users from touching the surface of the water condenser 13 and causing a safety accident.
[0133] like Figure 5 , Figure 7 and Figure 14 As shown, in some embodiments, a portion of the bottom surface of the spray housing 332 may extend beyond the isolation grid 333 toward the top surface of the water condenser 13. The spray nozzle 331 may be located on the bottom surface of the extended portion of the spray housing 332. This allows the spray nozzle 331 to be positioned above the top surface of the water condenser 13.
[0134] like Figure 5 and Figure 6 As shown, in some embodiments, the lint filter 34 is detachably disposed on the side of the spray device 33 away from the water condenser 13. When the lint filter 34 is pulled out for cleaning, the user's hand can easily reach into the spray device 33. Therefore, the isolation fence 333 can block this area, preventing the user from reaching through this area and touching the surface of the water condenser 13, thus avoiding a safety accident.
[0135] like Figure 7 , Figure 13 and Figure 14As shown, in some embodiments, the spray housing 332 can be arranged in an elongated shape. The spray housing 332 can extend along the length direction of the water condenser 13. Multiple spray nozzles 331 can be provided on the bottom surface of the spray housing 332. The multiple spray nozzles 331 can be arranged sequentially at intervals along the length direction of the water condenser 13. Thus, multiple spray nozzles 331 can be arranged on the spray housing 332, and by arranging the multiple spray nozzles 331 sequentially at intervals along the length direction of the water condenser 13, the multiple spray nozzles 331 can spray different areas of the surface of the water condenser 13, improving the cleaning effect on the surface of the water condenser 13.
[0136] like Figure 14 As shown, in some embodiments, the spray nozzles 331 can be elongated. The spray nozzles 331 can be arranged sequentially at intervals along the length of the water condenser 13. The elongated design of the spray nozzles 331 increases the spray area of the spray nozzles 331 towards the surface of the water condenser 13, which is beneficial to improving the cleaning effect on the water condenser 13.
[0137] It should be noted that in some other embodiments, the spray nozzle 331 may also be in other shapes such as a round hole or an elliptical hole.
[0138] Figure 14 yes Figure 7 A schematic diagram of the structure of the medium-water condenser 13.
[0139] like Figure 7 , Figure 13 and Figure 14 As shown, in some embodiments, the water condenser 13 may include a condenser tube 131 and condenser fins 132 sleeved on the condenser tube 131. Multiple condenser fins 132 may be provided. Multiple condenser fins 132 may be arranged sequentially at intervals along the length of the water condenser 13. When water is sprayed from the spray nozzle 331 toward the surface of the water condenser 13, the water sprayed from the spray nozzle 331 may be sprayed toward the condenser fins 132 or toward the gaps between adjacent condenser fins 132, allowing lint on the condenser fins 132 to fall off from the gaps between adjacent condenser fins 132, thereby thoroughly rinsing the lint on the surface of the water condenser 13 and improving the cleaning effect of the surface of the water condenser 13.
[0140] In some embodiments, the plurality of condensing pieces 132 can be arranged side by side. The side wall of the plurality of condensing pieces 132 close to the air inlet 311, the air return 202 can be located in the same plane, thereby forming the side of the water condenser 13 close to the air return hole 202. A part of the spray nozzle 331 in the orthographic projection in the upward-to-down direction can be located on the top surface of the condensing piece 132. Another part of the spray nozzle 331 in the orthographic projection in the upward-to-down direction can be beyond the side wall of the condensing piece 132 close to the air return hole 202, or can be beyond the side wall of the condensing piece 132 away from the condenser 12. In this way, the spray nozzle 331 can spray toward the top surface of the plurality of condensing pieces 132 and the side wall of the plurality of condensing pieces 132 at the same time, so that the lint adhered to the top and side wall of the plurality of condensing pieces 132 can be washed down to the bottom of the two-chamber cavity 30, thereby facilitating to improve the cleaning efficiency and cleaning effect of the water condenser 13.
[0141] In some embodiments, the water condenser 13 can be arranged in a long strip shape at the side edge of the two-chamber cavity 30 close to the air inlet 311. The length direction of the water condenser 13 can be the extension direction of the side edge of the two-chamber cavity 30 close to the air inlet 311.
[0142] Figure 15 is Figure 5 The assembly structure diagram of the spray device 33 and the top cover 32. Figure 16 is Figure 15 The structure schematic diagram in another perspective.
[0143] As Figure 5 , Figure 15 and Figure 16 shown, in some embodiments, the spray device 33 can be fixed on the top cover 32. The spray device 33 can be arranged at one side of the insertion opening 323. When the top cover 32 is covered on the base 31, the spray device 33 can be arranged between the mounting cavity 310 and the water condenser 13 in the two-chamber cavity, and the spray device 33 can shield the side of the mounting cavity 310 close to the water condenser 13. When the lint filter device 34 is inserted into the mounting cavity 310 through the mounting opening 101 and the insertion opening 323 downward, the spray device 33 can be arranged between the lint filter device 34 and the water condenser 13. In this way, when the lint filter device 34 is pulled out through the mounting opening 101 and the insertion opening 323, the isolation grid 333 can be blocked at the side of the mounting cavity 310 close to the water condenser 13, so that the user can avoid touching the surface of the water condenser 13 through this place to cause safety accidents.
[0144] As Figure 5 , Figure 12 and Figure 15As shown, in some embodiments, a pipe interface 336 may be protruding on the outer wall of the spray housing 332. The pipe interface 336 can connect to the spray channel inside the spray housing 332. The pipe interface 336 can be used to connect to the water inlet valve 15. The water inlet valve 15 can be connected to the pipe interface 336, thereby supplying water to and from the spray system through the pipe interface 336.
[0145] In some embodiments, the pipe interface 336 of the spray housing 332 may be exposed outside the top cover 32. The pipe interface 336 of the spray housing 332 may also be exposed outside the mounting base 3. This facilitates the connection and communication between the pipe interface 336 and the valve port of the water inlet valve 15 via a pipeline.
[0146] Figure 17 yes Figure 2 A structural diagram from another perspective.
[0147] like Figure 2 , Figure 6 and Figure 17 As shown, in some embodiments, a drain outlet 301 may be provided at the bottom of the two chambers 30. An inlet 203 communicating with the clothes processing chamber 20 may be provided on the outer wall of the drum assembly 2. The drain outlet 301 is positioned higher than the inlet 203, and the drain outlet 301 can be connected to the inlet 203 via a pipe. In this way, the condensate in the two chambers 30 can flow sequentially into the drum assembly 2 through the drain outlet 301 and the inlet 203, condensing on the inner wall of the drum assembly 2, which helps improve the clothes drying efficiency.
[0148] In some embodiments, the drain outlet 301 may extend to the outside of the mounting base 3. The inlet 203 may extend to the outside of the cylinder assembly 2. In this way, it is easy to connect and communicate with the drain outlet 301 and the inlet 203 via a pipeline.
[0149] In some embodiments, the water inlet 203 may be located in the top region of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 21. After the condensate in the two chambers 30 flows into the cylinder assembly 2 through the drain outlet 301 and the water inlet 203, it can flow downwards along the rear wall inside the outer cylinder 21 and then be discharged through the bottom of the outer cylinder 21. In this way, the condensate in the two chambers 30 can flow into the cylinder assembly 2 and condense on the rear wall of the outer cylinder 21, which helps to improve the drying efficiency of clothes.
[0150] like Figure 5 , Figure 6 and Figure 7As shown in FIG. 1, in some embodiments, the water outlet end of the water condenser 13 can be in communication with the two-vessel cavity 30. The water in the water condenser 13 can flow to the two-vessel cavity 30 through the water outlet end and be discharged through the bottom of the two-vessel cavity 30. In this way, the cooling water of the water condenser 13 can be discharged through the two-vessel cavity 30, flow into the drum assembly 2 through the water inlet 203 and the water outlet 301, improve the condensation efficiency of the inner wall of the drum assembly 2, and thus improve the drying efficiency of the clothes.
[0151] Figure 18 is Figure 17 a structure diagram of the water drainage assembly.
[0152] As Figure 17 and Figure 18 shown, in some embodiments, the clothes treatment device can include a drainage pipe 16. The drainage pipe 16 can be arranged below the bottom of the drum assembly 2. One end of the drainage pipe 16 can be in communication with the clothes treatment cavity 20. [0153] In some embodiments, the clothes treatment device can include a drainage filter device 17. The drainage filter device 17 can be arranged below the bottom of the drum assembly 2. The drainage filter device 17 can be in communication with the other end of the drainage pipe 16. The liquid in the clothes treatment cavity 20 can flow to the drainage filter device 17 through the drainage pipe 16, and be discharged from the cabinet 1 after being filtered by the drainage filter device 17.
[0154] As Figure 18 shown, in some embodiments, the end of the drainage filter device 17 away from the drainage pipe 16 can be provided with a discharge pipe 18, which can be arranged extending downward. The discharge pipe 18 can be provided with a discharge valve 181. The discharge valve 181 can be used to open and close the discharge pipe 18. For example, when the discharge valve 181 opens the discharge pipe 18, the water in the clothes treatment cavity 20 can flow into the drainage filter device 17 through the drainage pipe 16, and be discharged from the cabinet 1 through the discharge pipe 18. When the discharge valve 181 closes the discharge pipe 18, the water in the drainage filter device 17 cannot be discharged from the cabinet 1 through the discharge pipe 18.
[0155] In some embodiments, the drainage filter device 17 can be arranged obliquely. The end of the drainage filter device 17 connected to the drainage pipe 16 is higher than the end of the drainage filter device 17 connected to the discharge pipe 18. In this way, the drainage filter device 17 can be arranged obliquely downward toward the direction of the discharge pipe 18, facilitating the water discharge of the drainage filter device 17.
[0156] As Figure 2 and Figure 3As shown, in some embodiments, the garment handling device may include a soap tray assembly 4. The soap tray assembly 4 may be disposed within the housing 1. The soap tray assembly 4 may be located above the top of the drum assembly 2. The soap tray assembly 4 may be located below the mounting base 3. The soap tray assembly 4 can be used to add washing liquids such as detergent, fabric softener, or water. The user can add washing liquids such as detergent, fabric softener, or water to the soap tray assembly 4, allowing the washing liquid to flow along the soap tray assembly 4 into the garment handling chamber 20. When it is necessary to wash clothes, the soap tray assembly 4 can deliver laundry detergent (such as detergent, fabric softener, etc.) into the garment handling chamber 20 via a water flow.
[0157] like Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, in some embodiments, the soap dish assembly 4 may include a water inlet box 41. The water inlet box 41 may be disposed inside the housing 1. The top of the water inlet box 41 may be fixed to the bottom of the mounting base 3, and the side of the water inlet box 41 may be fixed to the side wall of the housing 1, thereby improving the installation stability of the water inlet box 41. An external water source may enter the water inlet box 41, and the water inlet box 41 may be connected to the laundry processing chamber 20 through a pipe, thereby delivering water into the drum assembly 2 to supply water to the interior of the laundry processing chamber 20.
[0158] like Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, in some embodiments, the valve port of the inlet valve 15 can be connected to the inlet box 41 via a pipeline. The inlet valve 15 can supply water to the inside of the inlet box 41.
[0159] like Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, in some embodiments, the soap dish assembly 4 may include a soap dish 42. The soap dish 42 may be removably disposed inside the water inlet box 41. The interior of the soap dish 42 may be used to store laundry detergent. The laundry detergent in the soap dish 42 may enter the water inlet box 41, and then be delivered into the drum assembly 2 by the water flow in the water inlet box 41, so as to provide laundry detergent into the clothes handling chamber 20.
[0160] In some embodiments, the front end of the water inlet box 41 may be provided with an opening. The soap dish 42 may be slidably disposed inside the water inlet box 41 through the front opening of the water inlet box 41.
[0161] like Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, in some embodiments, the soap dish 42 may be exposed outside the housing 1. When the soap dish 42 is pulled out of the water inlet box 41, the soap dish 42 may be exposed on the front side wall of the housing 1 to facilitate the replenishment or addition of laundry detergent into the soap dish 42.
