[0080] Reference Figure 1 and Figure 2 The display device 1 may include a display 10. The display 10 may include a display panel 11 for displaying images. The front of the display panel 11 may display images. The display 10 may be referred to as a display unit 10 or a head 10.
[0081] The display 10 may include: a first long side LS1; a second long side LS2 opposite to the first long side LS1; a first short side SS1 adjacent to the first long side LS1 and the second long side LS2; and a second short side SS2 opposite to the first short side SS1. On the other hand, for ease of explanation, it is shown that the lengths of the first long side LS1 and the second long side LS2 are greater than the lengths of the first short side SS1 and the second short side SS2, but the lengths of the first long side LS1 and the second long side LS2 may also be approximately the same as the lengths of the first short side SS1 and the second short side SS2.
[0082] The directions parallel to the short sides SS1 and SS2 of the display 10 can be called the up-down directions. The directions parallel to the long sides LS1 and LS2 of the display 10 can be called the left-right directions. The directions perpendicular to the short sides SS1 and SS2 and the long sides LS1 and LS2 of the display 10 can be called the front-back directions.
[0083] The direction in which the image is displayed on the display 10 can be referred to as the front (F, z) and the opposite direction (F, z) can be referred to as the rear (R). The first short side (SS1) can be referred to as the left side (Le, x). The second short side (SS2) can be referred to as the right side (Ri). The first long side (LS1) can be referred to as the upper side (U, y). The second long side (LS2) can be referred to as the lower side (D).
[0084] The first long side LS1, the second long side LS2, the first short side SS1, and the second short side SS2 can be referred to as the edges of the display 10. The points where these edges intersect can be called corners. The point where the first long side LS1 intersects with the first short side SS1 can be called the first corner C1. The point where the first short side SS1 intersects with the second long side LS2 can be called the second corner C2. The point where the second long side LS2 intersects with the second short side SS2 can be called the third corner C3. The point where the second short side SS2 intersects with the first long side LS1 can be called the fourth corner C4.

[0117] A cap 45C may be located behind the disc spring 45B and may have a hole 45Ch through which the body 43b of the pivot shaft 43 passes. The shape of the hole 45Ch may be the same as the cross-sectional shape of the body 43b. The cap 45C may be fixed to the body 43b and may press the disc spring 45B and the disc 45A toward the rearward gripping portion 45G. The cap 45C may be threaded onto the body 43b, such as a nut. A first washer 45D may be located between the disc 45A and the disc spring 45B and may have a circular hole 45Dh through which the body 43b of the pivot shaft 43 passes. A second washer 45E may be located between the disc spring 45B and the cap 45C and may have a circular hole 45Eh through which the body 43b of the pivot shaft 43 passes.
[0118] Therefore, the front bracket 41 can rotate together with the pivot 43, the front grip 44G, the disc 45A, and the cap 45C. The front bracket 41 can rotate independently of the rear bracket 42, the rear grip 45G, the disc spring 45B, and the washers 44W, 45D, and 45E. In other words, even if the front bracket 41 rotates, the rear bracket 42, the rear grip 45G, the disc spring 45B, and the washers 44W, 45D, and 45E can remain stationary.
[0119] The pivot axis 43 provides the pivot axis of the front bracket 41. Under the elastic force of the disc spring 45B, the pivot angle of the front bracket 41 can be maintained as long as the front bracket 41 is not subjected to a force exceeding a specified level.
[0120] A first protrusion 41L can protrude rearward from the front bracket 41. A second protrusion 41R can protrude rearward from the front bracket 41. A stopper 42S can protrude from the top of the fixed base 42M and can be located on the rotational trajectory of the first protrusion 41L and the second protrusion 41R. The stopper 42S can restrict the pivoting of the front bracket 41 by interfering with the first protrusion 41L or the second protrusion 41R. The first protrusion 41L and the second protrusion 41R can be spaced 180 degrees apart from each other with respect to the pivoting axis of the front bracket 41, and the front bracket 41 can pivot within the range of +90 degrees to -90 degrees.
[0121] During the pivoting of the front bracket 41, the user can feel a tightening sensation from the fastening of the protrusion 45At and the mounting hole 45Ga or the fastening of the protrusion 45At and the slot 45Gb. For example, when the protrusion 45At disengages from the slot 45Gb and inserts into the mounting hole 45Ga, the user can perceive that the front bracket 41 is at an angle of 0 degrees, +90 degrees, or -90 degrees.
[0122] Reference Figure 8 and Figure 9 The retainer 46 may be located behind the mounting base 42M of the rear bracket 42. The retainer 46 may be located between the wings 42L and 42R of the rear bracket 42. The retainer 46 may be referred to as an ankle part 46, a hand part 46, or a grab part 46. The retainer 46 may include a front portion 461, a middle portion 462, and a rear portion 463. The front portion 461, the middle portion 462, and the rear portion 463 may be formed as a single body.
[0123] The front portion 461 may form the front part of the retainer 46. The front portion 461 may be located between the wings 42L and 42R of the rear bracket 42. The front portion 461 may include a first portion 461a, a second portion 461b, and a third portion 461c. The third portion 461c may generally have a hemispherical or bowl shape and may open toward the mounting base 42M. The first portion 461a may extend from the third portion 461c toward the mounting base 42M and may face the first wing 42L. The second portion 461b may extend from the third portion 461c toward the mounting base 42M and may face the second wing 42R.
[0124] The intermediate portion 462 may form the central portion of the retainer 46. The intermediate portion 462 may be located behind the front portion 461. The intermediate portion 462 may extend rearward from the third portion 461c of the front portion 461. Alternatively, the intermediate portion 462 may be omitted. In this case, the rear portion 463 may be directly attached to the front portion 461.
[0125] The rear portion 463 can form the rear portion of the retainer 46. The rear portion 463 can be located behind the middle portion 462. The rear portion 463 can extend rearward from the middle portion 462. The rear portion 463 can generally have a ring shape. The hole 463H can be formed by penetrating the center portion of the rear portion 463 in a vertical direction.
[0126] A tilt shaft 47 may extend in a direction intersecting with the wings 42L and 42R of the rear bracket 42. The tilt shaft 47 may pass through the first wing 42L, the first portion 461a, the second portion 461b, and the second wing 42R. A head 47a of the tilt shaft 47 may form one end of the tilt shaft 47 and may be inserted into a hole 42Lh fixed to the first wing 42L. A portion 47b of the tilt shaft 47 may form the other end of the tilt shaft 47 and may be inserted into a hole 42Rh fixed to the second wing 42R. A fastening member 47F, such as a nut, may be threaded onto the portion 47b of the tilt shaft 47 protruding from the second wing 42R.
[0127] At this point, a circular first hole 461ah can be formed in the first portion 461a, and a circular second hole can be formed in the second portion 461b. An inclined shaft 47 can pass through both the first hole 461ah and the second hole. The inclined shaft 47 and the brackets 41 and 42 coupled thereto can rotate relative to the retainer 46.
[0128] The elastic member 470 may be located between the first portion 461a and the second portion 461b of the retainer 46. The elastic member 470 may be wound multiple times around the outer peripheral surface of the inclined shaft 47 and may be elastic. The elastic member 470 may be a coil-shaped spring. The coil section 471 of the elastic member 470 may be the portion of the elastic member 470 wound around the outer peripheral surface of the inclined shaft 47. The support section 472 of the elastic member 470 extends from one end of the coil section 471, forming one end of the elastic member 470, and may be supported on the inner side of the front portion 461 of the retainer 46. The engagement section 473 of the elastic member 470 may extend from the other end of the coil section 471, forming the other end of the elastic member 470, and may be supported on the rear bracket 42. The support portion 42F may protrude rearward from the lower side of the fixing seat 42M of the rear bracket 42 and may be adjacent to the first wing 42L. The locking section 473 can be locked into the groove 42Fg of the support part 42F.
[0129] A disc spring 470S may be located between the elastic member 470 and the second part 461b. A tilting shaft 47 may pass through the disc spring 470S. The disc spring 470S may protrude toward the elastic member 470 or the second part 461b and may be elastic. The disc spring 470S may generate an elastic force along the axial direction of the tilting shaft 47. A washer 470W may be located between the second part 461b and the second wing 42R and may have a circular hole through which the tilting shaft 47 passes.
[0130] Thus, the front bracket 41 and the rear bracket 42 can rotate together with the tilting shaft 47 and the fastening member 47F (see reference). Figure 9 (RDa, RDb). The tilting shaft 47 can provide the axis of rotation of the brackets 41, 42 relative to the retainer 46. The tilting shaft 47 can provide the tilting axis of the brackets 41, 42. Under the action of the elastic force of the disc spring 470S, the tilting angle of the brackets 41, 42 can be maintained as long as the brackets 41, 42 are not subjected to a force exceeding a specified level.
[0131] Pin 46P can be fixed to the first part 461a and / or the second part 461b. The first pin 46Pa can protrude from the outer side of the first part 461a. The second pin 46Pb can protrude from the outer side of the second part 461b.
[0132] Guide grooves 42G can be formed on the first wing 42L and / or the second wing 42R. A first guide groove 42Ga can be formed from the rear end of the first wing 42L toward the inner side of the first wing 42L. A second guide groove 42Gb can be formed from the rear end of the second wing 42R toward the inner side of the second wing 42R. The first groove 42G1 of the guide groove 42G can be formed in an arc shape from a reference point 42G0 toward a first rotation direction RD1. The second groove 42G2 of the guide groove 42G can be formed in an arc shape from a reference point 42G0 toward a second rotation direction RDb opposite to the first rotation direction Rda.
[0133] Here, the tilting shaft 47 can rotate in either a first rotation direction RDA or a second rotation direction RDb. During the rotation of the tilting shaft 47 in the first rotation direction RDA, the pin 46P can move relative to the second groove 42G2. As the second groove 42G2 engages with the pin 46P, the rotation (tilting) of the tilting shaft 47 and the brackets 41, 42 connected thereto can be restricted. During the rotation of the tilting shaft 47 in the second rotation direction RDb, the pin 46P can move relative to the first groove 42G1. As the first groove 42G1 engages with the pin 46P, the rotation (tilting) of the tilting shaft 47 and the brackets 41, 42 connected thereto can be restricted.
[0134] Therefore, brackets 41 and 42 can tilt up and down within a specified angle range. For example, brackets 41 and 42 can tilt within a range of +25 degrees to -25 degrees.
[0135] Reference Figure 10 and Figure 11 The substrate 48 can be located behind the front bracket 41. The substrate 48 can be referred to as a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) 48 or board 48. The substrate 48 can generally have an open ring shape. The substrate 48 can generally have a C-shape. The substrate 48 can extend along the edge of the front bracket 41. The substrate 48 can be disposed along the edge of the front bracket 41 and can be located on the back side of the front bracket 41. A circular stamped portion 41P can be formed on the inner side of the substrate 48.
[0136] The fastening member F1 can pass through the substrate 48 and engage with the hole 41Fh in the front bracket 41. The fastening member F1 can be a screw. The fastening member F1, fastened to the hole 41Fh, can be arranged along the substrate 48. Thus, the substrate 48 can be engaged with the rear of the front bracket 41.
[0137] The guide protrusion 48P can protrude from the front side of the substrate 48. The guide protrusion 48P can be adjacent to one end of the substrate 48. The guide protrusion 48P can be inserted into the guide hole 41G of the front bracket 41. The guide protrusion 48P and the guide hole 41G can guide the connection between the substrate 48 and the front bracket 41.
[0138] Terminal 48T can be formed on the front side of substrate 48. Terminal 48T can be a block-shaped pin attached to the front side of substrate 48. Terminal 48T can be mounted on the front side of substrate 48 and can be electrically connected to substrate 48. First terminal 48Ta can protrude from the front side of substrate 48. Second terminal 48Tb can protrude from the front side of substrate 48. First terminal 48Ta and second terminal 48Tb can be spaced apart from each other. First terminal 48Ta can be configured close to one end of substrate 48, and second terminal 48Tb can be configured close to the other end of substrate 48. For example, relative to the center of the circle of substrate 48, first terminal 48Ta and second terminal 48Tb can be spaced 180 degrees apart from each other.
[0139] A hole 41M can be formed in the front bracket 41. A terminal 48T can be inserted into the hole 41M. A first terminal 48Ta can pass through the first hole 41Ma. A second terminal 48Tb can pass through the second hole 41Mb. Terminal 48T can protrude from the front of the front bracket 41.
[0140] Element 48E can be mounted on the front side of substrate 48. Element 48E can protrude from the front side of substrate 48. Element 48E can be inserted into the receiving hole 41N of front bracket 41. Therefore, substrate 48 can be prevented from tilting up from the back side of front bracket 41 due to element 48E.
[0141] Cable connector 48A can be electrically connected to substrate 48. Cable connector 48A can have terminals that are electrically connected to substrate 48. Cable connector 48A can generally have a quadrilateral block shape. Cable connector 48A can be adjacent to one end of substrate 48.
[0142] The bracket 48B can fix the cable connector 48A to the base plate 48. Specifically, the bracket 48B may include a body 48Ba and legs 48Bb.
[0143] The main body 48Ba can cover the cable connector 48A. The main body 48Ba can be fixed to the cable connector 48A. For example, the cable connector 48A can be fixed to the main body 48Ba using a lever-structured clip 48At.
[0144] Leg 48Bb can extend from body 48Ba and can be located on substrate 48. A portion 48Bc of leg 48Bb can be bent to surround the edge of substrate 48. This portion 48Bc of leg 48Bb can be referred to as clip 48Bc. Hole 48Bd can be formed in this portion 48Bc of leg 48Bb. Protrusion 48H can protrude from the side of substrate 48, can be inserted into hole 48Bd and engaged with clip 48Bc. Leg 48Bb can be referred to as first leg 48Bb. Second leg 48Be can extend from body 48Ba and can be located on substrate 48. Fastening member F1 can pass through second leg 48Be and substrate 48 and engage with hole 41Fh of front bracket 41.
[0145] Reference Figure 11 and Figure 12 The cable holder 49 may be located behind the base plate 48. The cable holder 49 may surround the side of the rear bracket 42. The wings 42L and 42R of the rear bracket 42 may be located in the hollow space 49H of the cable holder 49. The cable holder 49 may be referred to as a cable reel 49 or a cable wheel 49. The cable holder 49 may include a body 490, a first rim 491, and a second rim 492.
[0146] The main body 490 can have a hollow cylinder shape. The internal space of the main body 490 can form the hollow portion 49H of the cable holder 49. The central axis (i.e., the length axis) of the main body 490 can be aligned with the pivot axis 43 (see reference). Figure 10 Parallel. The main body 490 can be called cylinder 490.
[0147] The first rim 491 may be adjacent to one end of the body 490. The first rim 491 may protrude radially from said end of the body 490. The first rim 491 may protrude from the outer peripheral surface of the body 490 and may extend along the circumferential direction of the body 490. The first rim 491 may be referred to as the front rim 491 or the first wall 491.
[0148] The second rim 492 may be adjacent to the other end of the body 490. The second rim 492 may protrude radially from the other end of the body 490. The second rim 492 may protrude from the outer peripheral surface of the body 490 and may extend along the circumferential direction of the body 490. The second rim 492 may be referred to as a rear rim 492 or a second wall 492.
[0149] The first engagement portion 493 can protrude rearward from the second rim 492. The first engagement portion 493 can face the first wing 42L of the rear bracket 42. The second fastening member F2 can pass through the hole 493h of the first engagement portion 493 and be fastened to the hole 42Lf of the first wing 42L. The second fastening member F2 can be a screw. A groove 492G corresponding to the movement path of the head of the screw F2 can be formed on the back side of the second rim 492.
[0150] The second mating portion 494 can protrude rearward from the second rim 492. The second mating portion 494 can face the second wing 42R of the rear bracket 42. The second fastening member F2 can pass through the hole 494h of the second mating portion 494 and be fastened to the hole 42Rf of the second wing 42R. The second fastening member F2 can be a screw. A groove 492G corresponding to the movement path of the head of the screw F2 can be formed on the back side of the second rim 492.
[0151] Thus, the cable retainer 49 can be attached to the rear bracket 42. On the other hand, the first engagement portion 493 can cover and be spaced apart from the first pin 46Pa. The second engagement portion 494 can cover and be spaced apart from the second pin 46Pb. The first wheel rim 491 can be configured corresponding to the stamped portion 41P. Protrusions 41L, 41R (see reference) Figure 9 The protrusions can protrude rearward from the stamping part 41P and do not interfere with the first wheel rim 491. An arc or annular groove 491G can be formed on the front side of the first wheel rim 491, and the protrusions 41L and 41R can move along the groove 491G in a state that is separated from the groove 491G.
[0152] An opening 49P may be formed on the side of the cable holder 49. The opening 49P may be referred to as a hole 49P. A fastening member 47F may be located at the opening 49P.
[0153] Slot 49S may be formed on the side of cable holder 49. Slot 49S may also be formed at the bottom of cable holder 49. Slot 49S may be formed by cutting out a portion of the second ring 492 and a portion of the body 490. Furthermore, a portion of the first ring 491 may be cut out to form a portion of slot 49S.
[0154] A flange 495 may project radially from the edge of the first rim 491 toward the cable holder 49. The flange 495 may extend along the first rim 491. The flange 495 may be adjacent to the back surface of the substrate 48. The flange 495 may be located on the back surface of the substrate 48. A portion of the flange 495 may be formed in a portion of the first rim 491 where a slot 49S is formed. In other words, the slot 49S may be located between one end and the other end of the flange 495.
[0155] For example, flange 495 may form part of a ring. The angle between one end of flange 495 and the other end may be 90 degrees or an obtuse angle relative to the central axis of cable retainer 49. One end of flange 495 may be configured adjacent to slot 49S, and flange 495 may extend counterclockwise from said end.
[0156] As another example, flange 495 can form a ring.
[0157] Cable C can be located in slot 49S. Cable C can be secured in the portion of cable holder 49 where slot 49S is formed. Cable C can be located between the first ring 491 and the second ring 492, and can be configured along the body 490. Cable C can be routed counterclockwise along the body 490 and can be electrically connected to cable connector 48A. Front bracket 41 and base plate 48 can rotate relative to cable holder 49, and the axis of rotation of front bracket 41 and base plate 48 can be parallel to the central axis of pivot 43. Corresponding to the rotation of base plate 48, the degree to which cable C is wound around cable holder 49 can vary. For example, the more base plate 48 rotates counterclockwise around pivot 43, the more cable C can be wound around cable holder 49. For example, the more base plate 48 rotates clockwise around pivot 43, the more cable C can be unwound from cable holder 49. For example, cable C can be wound around body 490 approximately 0.5 to 1.5 times.
[0158] The flange 495 can extend along the cable C disposed on the body 490. The flange 495 can minimize the contact between the cable C and the substrate 48.
[0159] A cable groove 46G may be formed in the lower part of the retainer 46. The cable groove 46G may be formed in the lower part of the front portion 461 and the lower part of the middle portion 462. A protrusion 46H may protrude from the sidewall of the cable groove 46G. A pair of protrusions 46H (see reference). Figure 9 One of the cable recesses 46G may protrude from the first sidewall of the cable recess 46G, while the other may protrude from the second sidewall of the cable recess 46G opposite to the first sidewall. The cable C may be inserted into the cable recess 46G and may be locked in place by the protrusion 46H.
[0160] Thus, cable C can be configured in retainer 46 and cable retainer 49.
[0161] Reference Figure 13 and Figure 14 The cover 40C may be located behind the cable retainer 49. The cover 40C may have a bowl shape that opens forward. A cover hole 40Ch may be formed in the cover 40C and may be aligned with the retainer 46. The retainer 46 may extend through the cover hole 40Ch. The middle portion 462 and the rear portion 463 of the retainer 46 may protrude towards the rear of the cover 40C. The cover 40C may include a dome 40D and a side wall 40E.
[0162] The dome 40D may protrude rearward. A cover hole 40Ch may be formed in the dome 40D. The dome 40D may cover the rear of the front bracket 41, a portion of the retainer 46, the substrate 48, and the cable retainer 49. A connecting portion 40F may protrude from the inside of the dome 40D toward the front bracket 41. A fastening member F3 may be engaged with the connecting portion 40F through a hole 41Ff in the front bracket 41. The fastening member F3 may be a screw. The hole 41Ff and the fastening member F3 may be arranged along the edge of the front bracket 41. The connecting portion 40F may be arranged along the edge of the cover 40C.
[0163] Therefore, cover 40C can be attached to front bracket 41. Cable C can pass through cover hole 40Ch.
[0164] Sidewall 40E may protrude forward from the edge of dome 40D. Sidewall 40E may extend along the edge of dome 40D. Sidewall 40E may cover the edge of front bracket 41. Protrusion 40Et may be formed on the inner surface of sidewall 40E. A plurality of protrusions 40Et may be arranged along sidewall 40E. Protrusion 40Et may be referred to as hook 40Et. Groove 41E may be formed on the edge of front bracket 41 and may be arranged correspondingly to protrusion 40Et.
[0165] The protrusion 40Pa can protrude from the outer side of the sidewall 40E. The protrusion 40Pa can also be formed by stamping from the inner side of the sidewall 40E outwards. The first joint 41a can be configured correspondingly to the protrusion 40Pa.
[0166] A first groove 40Pb can be formed from the front end of the sidewall 40E toward the inner side of the sidewall 40E. A second mating portion 41b can be configured correspondingly to the first groove 40Pb. The second mating portion 41b can be located in front of the first groove 40Pb. A first slot 40Sa can be formed between the second mating portion 41b and the first groove 40Pb.
[0167] The second groove 40Pc can be formed from the front end of the side wall 40E toward the inside of the side wall 40E. The third joint 41c can be configured correspondingly to the second groove 40Pc. The third joint 41c can be located in front of the second groove 40Pc. The second slot 40Sb can be formed between the third joint 41c and the second groove 40Pc.
[0168] Reference Figure 14 and Figure 2 The mounting base 15M can be recessed from the back of the rear cover 15, and the connector 40 can be inserted into the mounting base 15M. The protrusion 40Pa of the connector 40 can be inserted into the groove formed in the side wall of the mounting base 15M. The protrusion protruding from the side wall of the mounting base 15M can be inserted into the grooves 40Sa and 40Sb of the connector 40.
[0169] Thus, the connector 40 can be attached to the rear cover 15 of the display 10. The display 10 can rotate (pivot) together with the front bracket 41 of the connector 40.
[0170] Terminals 48Ta and 48Tb of connector 40 can be electrically connected to terminals of display 10. Terminals 48Ta and 48Tb can be electrically connected to the terminals of display 10 through holes formed in the bottom of mounting base 15M. The terminals of display 10 can be integrated into or formed in a substrate (i.e., PCB (Printed Circuit Board)) inside display 10.
[0171] For example, the substrate of display 10, which is electrically connected to terminals 48Ta and 48Tb, can be electrically connected to a battery (not shown) of display 10. The substrate of display 10 can also be referred to as a battery charger. In this case, cable C can pass through substrate 48 (see reference 48). Figure 12 The substrate of display 10 supplies power to the battery of display 10. Cable C can be electrically connected to an external power source. Cable C can run along support arm 50 (see reference). Figure 2 ) and column 30 wiring, and can be connected to base 20 (see reference) Figure 2 Electrical connection. The power cord connected to the external power source can be detachably attached to the base 20 and can be electrically connected to the cable C through the base 20.
[0172] In this case, if the display 10 is attached to the connector 40, the battery of the display 10 can be charged. The display 10, detached from the connector 40, can be powered by the battery.
[0173] Reference Figure 15The joint 60 may include an upper body 61 and a lower body 62. The joint 60 may be referred to as a front joint 60, an arm joint 60, a first joint 60, a rotating bracket 60, or a bracket 60.
[0174] The upper body 61 can be attached to the top of the rear portion 463 of the retainer 46. The upper body 61 can be referred to as the upper bracket 61, the top bracket 61, or the first bracket 61.
[0175] The lower body 62 can be attached to the bottom of the rear portion 463 of the retainer 46. The lower body 62 can be referred to as the lower bracket 62, the bottom bracket 62, or the second bracket 62.
[0176] The rear portion 463 of the retainer 46 can be located between the upper body 61 and the lower body 62.
[0177] Reference Figure 16 and Figure 17 The upper body 61 may include an upper base 611, an upper pin 612, an upper wall 613, and a coupler 614.
[0178] The upper base 611 can form the top surface of the connector 60. The upper base 611 can generally have a circular plate shape. The upper base 611 can be referred to as the first base 611.
[0179] The upper pin 612 can protrude from the bottom surface of the upper base 611. The upper pin 612 can have a cylinder shape. The upper pin 612 can be aligned with the hole 463H of the rear portion 463 of the retainer 46. The outer diameter of the upper pin 612 can be less than or equal to the diameter of the hole 463H of the rear portion 463. [0188] Washer 624 can be located between the lower base 621 and the rear portion 463. Lower pin 622 can pass through washer 624. Washer 624 can be located on the top surface of the lower base 621. Recess 621G (see reference) Figure 15 The washer 624 can be recessed from the top surface of the lower base 621 and can extend along the lower pin 622. The washer 624 can be located on the recess 621G. The washer 624 can be located on the bottom surface of the rear portion 463. The recess 463G can be recessed from the bottom surface of the rear portion 463 and can extend along the hole 463H. The washer 624 can be located on the recess 463G. A portion of the washer 624 can be located on the bushing 615. There can be one or more washers 624.
[0189] The lower wall 623 may protrude from the top surface of the lower base 621. The lower wall 623 may protrude from the bottom surface of the lower base 621. The upper end of the lower wall 623 may be located at a higher position than the upper end of the lower base 621. The lower end of the lower wall 623 may be located at a lower position than the lower end of the lower base 621. The lower wall 623 may extend along a portion of the side of the rear portion 463. The lower wall 623 may cover the portion of the side of the rear portion 463. The lower wall 623 may face the upper wall 613. The flat top surface of the lower wall 623 and the flat bottom surface of the upper wall 613 may contact each other. The lower wall 623 may be referred to as the second wall 623.
[0190] A guide groove 625 may be formed on the top surface of the lower wall 623. A guide protrusion 617 of the upper body 61 may be inserted into the guide groove 625 of the lower body 62. The guide protrusion 617 and the guide groove 625 may guide the engagement of the upper body 61 and the lower body 62. Alternatively, the guide protrusion may protrude from the top surface of the lower wall 623, and a guide groove for the guide protrusion to be inserted may be formed on the upper wall 613.
[0191] The fastening member 63 can penetrate the through hole 621H of the lower base 621 and the hollow portion 622H of the lower pin 622 and be engaged with the hole 612H of the upper pin 612. The hole 612H can be referred to as the hollow space 612H of the upper pin 612. The fastening member 63 can be a bolt, screw, or rivet. The body of the fastening member 63 can be threaded onto the inner surface of the hole 612H of the upper pin 612. The stepped portion 622S can be the lower end of the lower pin 622.
[0192] Thus, the lower body 62 can be attached to the upper body 61 by means of the fastening member 63. The fastening member 63 can press the upper body 61 and the lower body 62 toward the rear portion 463 of the retainer 46. The rear portion 463 of the retainer 46 can be clamped between the upper body 61 and the lower body 62.
[0193] The pins 612 and 622 of the connector 60 provide a swivel axis for the connector 40 with the retainer 46. The retainer 46 can rotate about the pins 612 and 622. Due to the friction between the rear portion 463 and the bases 611 and 621, a force greater than a specified magnitude may be required to rotate the retainer 46. Alternatively, the connector 60 may also include a disc spring to increase the friction of the retainer 46. The disc spring may include at least one of a first disc spring and a second disc spring.
[0194] The first disc spring can be located between the top surface of the rear portion 463 and the bottom surface of the upper base 611. The upper pin 612 can pass through the first disc spring. The first disc spring can be located between the top surface of the rear portion 463 and the washer 616, or between the washer 616 and the bottom surface of the upper base 611. The first disc spring can protrude upwards or downwards and can be elastic. The first disc spring can generate an elastic force axially, increasing the friction between the rear portion 463 and the upper base 611.
[0195] The second disc spring can be located between the bottom surface of the rear portion 463 and the top surface of the lower base 621. The lower pin 622 can pass through the second disc spring. The second disc spring can be located between the bottom surface of the rear portion 463 and the washer 624, or between the washer 624 and the top surface of the lower base 621. The second disc spring can protrude upwards or downwards and can be elastic. The second disc spring can generate an elastic force axially, increasing the friction between the rear portion 463 and the lower base 621.
[0196] As the middle portion 462 of the retainer 46 contacts one or the other end of the walls 613, 623, the rotation of the retainer 46 relative to the pins 612, 622 can be restricted. For example, the connector 40 with the retainer 46 can rotate within a range of +90 to -90 degrees.

[0209] The connector 60 is rotatable relative to the first lower pin P1 fixed to the lower arm 51. Due to the friction between the connector 614 of the connector 60 and the lower arm 51, a force greater than a specified magnitude may be required to rotate the connector 60. A disc spring S1 may be located between the head P10 of the first lower pin P1 and the second lower rod 512, or between the first lower fixing member N1 and the first lower rod 511. The second spacer S8 can be located between the second upper rod 522 and the second washer W8, and the second upper pin P4 can pass through the second spacer S8.
[0224] The upper arm 52 is rotatable relative to the arm fixing seat 39. The upper arm 52 can rotate about the second upper pin P4. Due to the friction between the upper arm 52 and the arm fixing seat 39, a force greater than a specified magnitude may be required to rotate the upper arm 52. The disc spring S4 can be located between the head P40 of the second upper pin P4 and the first upper rod 521, or between the second upper fixing member N4 and the second upper rod 522. The second upper pin P4 can pass through the disc spring S4. The disc spring S4 can protrude towards the head P40 of the second upper pin P4 or towards the second upper fixing member N4, and can be elastic. The disc spring S4 can generate an elastic force axially, increasing the friction between the upper arm 52 and the arm fixing seat 39.
[0225] Reference Figure 25 and Figure 26 The support member 53 may include an elastic member 531, a stop member 532, a shaft 533, and a block 534.
[0226] The elastic member 531 can be located between the lower rods 511 and 512 of the lower arm 51. The elastic member 531 can be a spring in the form of a coil. The fixer 53F can be adjacent to one end of the lower arm 51 and can extend in a direction intersecting the lower rods 511 and 512. The fixer 53F can be fixed to the lower rods 511 and 512. A portion 5311 of the elastic member 531 can have a hook shape and can be locked to the fixer 53F. That is, one end of the elastic member 531 can be fixed to the fixer 53F.
[0227] The stop 532 may be positioned opposite to the retainer 53F, with the elastic member 531 in between. The other end of the elastic member 531 may be located on the stop 532. The stop 532 may support the other end of the elastic member 531. The elastic member 531 between the retainer 53F and the stop 532 may compress or extend.
[0228] Shaft 533 can extend from stop 532 in a direction intersecting stop 532. Shaft 533 can be located outside elastic member 531.
[0229] Block 534 can be attached to the end of shaft 533. Block 534 can be connected to stop 532 via shaft 533. Block 534 can be located between the lower rods 511 and 512 of lower arm 51 and can be uncovered by lower bridge portion 513. Upper bridge portion 523 of upper arm 52 can cover block 534.
[0230] The fastening member F4 can pass through the top hole 523T of the upper bridge portion 523 and be attached to the block 534. The fastening member F4 can be a screw. Thus, the block 534 can be fixed to the upper arm 52.
[0231] The fastening member F5 can pass through the side holes 521S and 522S of the upper rods 521 and 522 and the slots 511S and 512S of the lower rods 511 and 512, and be engaged with the block 534. The fastening member F5 and the block 534 can move along the slots 511S and 512S. Thus, the block 534 can be movably engaged with the lower arm 51.
[0232] Reference Figure 26 and Figure 27 The support arm 50 can rotate relative to the arm fixing seat 39. This rotation of the support arm 50 relative to the arm fixing seat 39 can be referred to as tilting of the support arm 50. The connector 614 of the joint 60 can rotate relative to the support arm 50.
[0233] The lower arm 51 can rotate about an axis parallel to the second lower pin P2. The upper arm 52 can rotate about an axis parallel to the second upper pin P4. The connector 60 can rotate about an axis parallel to the first lower pin P1. The connector 60 can rotate about an axis parallel to the first upper pin P3.
[0234] The length of the elastic member 531 of the support member 53 can be changed according to the rotation (tilt) of the support arm 50. The support member 53 can provide a force capable of counteracting the torque applied from the joint 60 to the support arm 50.
[0235] For example, refer to in sequence Figure 26 and Figure 27 The support arm 50 can rotate in the first rotation direction RD1. That is, the support arm 50 can tilt downwards. Correspondingly, the block 534 can move rearwards along the slot 512S. At this time, the stop 532 can also move rearwards together with the block 534, and the elastic member 531 can stretch (extend) while elastically deforming. Under the force provided by the elastic member 531, the support arm 50 can remain in a downward tilted state.
[0236] For example, referencing in reverse order Figure 26 and Figure 27 The support arm 50 can rotate in the second rotation direction RD2. That is, the support arm 50 can tilt upward. Correspondingly, the block 534 can move forward along the slot 512S. At this time, the stop 532 can also move forward together with the block 534, and the elastic member 531 can elastically recover. Under the force provided by the elastic member 531, the support arm 50 can maintain its upward tilted state.
[0237] The lower arm 51, upper arm 52, and pins P1, P2, P3, and P4 can be a four-bar linkage connecting the connector 60 and the arm mounting base 39. For example, the distance between the central axis of the first lower pin P1 and the central axis of the first upper pin P3 can be the same as the distance between the central axis of the second lower pin P2 and the central axis of the second upper pin P4. In this case, the angle of the connector 60 relative to the arm mounting base 39 can remain constant, regardless of the angle of inclination of the support arm 50. For example, the angle of the connector 60 can be the angle between the vertical axis passing through the center of the arm mounting base 39 and the top surface of the connector 614 of the connector 60. Thus, the angle of the display 10 coupled to the connector 60 can also remain constant.
[0238] Reference Figure 28 to Figure 30The arm cover 50C of the support arm 50 can extend along the lower arm 51 and the upper arm 52. The arm cover 50C may include a bottom cover 58 and a top cover 59 (see reference). Figure 31 ).
[0239] The bottom cover 58 may be located below the lower arm 51. The bottom cover 58 may extend along the lower arm 51. The bottom cover 58 may include a base 580, a first side portion 581, and a second side portion 582. The first side portion 581 may be referred to as a first rib 581, and the second side portion 582 may be referred to as a second rib 582.
[0240] The base 580 can be configured along the lower rods 511 and 512 of the lower arm 51. The bottom 5800 of the base 580 can form the bottom of the base 580 and can face the support member 53 inside the lower arm 51. The side walls 5801 and 5802 of the base 580 can protrude from the long sides of the bottom 5800 toward the lower rods 511 and 512 of the lower arm 51. The first side wall 5801 can protrude from the first long side (i.e., the left side) of the bottom 5800 toward the first lower rod 511. The first side wall 5801 can include a first vertical portion 5801a intersecting the bottom 5800 and a first horizontal portion 5801b intersecting the first vertical portion 5801a. The second side wall 5802 can protrude from the second long side (i.e., the right side) of the bottom 5800 toward the second lower rod 512. The second sidewall 5802 may include a second vertical portion 5802a intersecting the bottom 5800 and a second horizontal portion 5802b intersecting the second vertical portion 5802a.
[0241] The first side portion 581 can be bent from the base 580 and can face the outer side of the first upper rod 521 of the upper arm 52. The first side portion 581 can intersect with the first horizontal portion 5801b of the first sidewall 5801 and can extend along the first horizontal portion 5801b. A hook 581K can protrude from the inner side of the first side portion 581. The portion of the first side portion 581 with the hook 581K can be referred to as the joint portion 581C. A pair of slits 581S can be formed in the first side portion 581, and the joint portion 581C can be formed between the pair of slits 581S. A plurality of joint portions 581C can be arranged along the first upper rod 521. A through hole 581H can be formed in the first side portion 581 and can be spaced apart from the joint portion 581C. The through hole 581H can be arranged alternately with the joint portion 581C.
[0242] The second side portion 582 can be bent from the base 580 and can face the outer side of the second upper rod 522 of the upper arm 52. The second side portion 582 can intersect with the second horizontal portion 5802b of the second sidewall 5802 and can extend along the second horizontal portion 5802b. A hook 582K can protrude from the inner side of the second side portion 582. The portion of the second side portion 582 with the hook 582K can be referred to as the joint portion 582C. A pair of slits 582S can be formed in the second side portion 582, and the joint portion 582C can be formed between the pair of slits 582S. A plurality of joint portions 582C can be arranged along the second upper rod 522. A through hole 582H can be formed in the second side portion 582 and can be spaced apart from the joint portion 582C. The through hole 582H can be arranged alternately with the joint portion 582C.
[0243] An insertion slot 521G or insertion hole 521G can be formed on the first upper rod 521. A hook 581K on the first side portion 581 can engage with the insertion hole 521G. Similarly, an insertion slot or insertion hole can be formed on the second upper rod 522, which can be aligned with a hook 582K on the second side portion 582. The hook 582K can engage with the insertion hole. Thus, the bottom cover 58 can be attached to the upper arm 52.
[0244] A fixing hole 521H can be formed in the first upper rod 521. A fastening member, such as a screw, can pass through the through hole 581H in the first side portion 581 and engage with the fixing hole 521H. Similarly, a fixing hole can be formed in the second upper rod 522. A fastening member, such as a screw, can pass through the through hole 582H in the second side portion 582 and engage with the fixing hole. Thus, the bottom cover 58 can be attached to the upper arm 52.
[0245] Refer to together Figure 31 and Figure 28 The top cover 59 may be located above the upper arm 52. The top cover 59 may extend along the upper arm 52. The top cover 59 may include a body 590, a first rib 591, and a second rib 592.
[0246] The main body 590 can be configured along the upper rods 521 and 522 of the upper arm 52. The main body 590 can generally have a hollow cylinder shape with one end open. The slot 590S can be formed on the side of the main body 590. The main body 590 can be referred to as a sleeve 590.
[0247] A first rib 591 may protrude from the first side 5901 of the forming slot 590S of the body 590 toward the inside of the body 590, and may extend along the first side 5901. The first rib 591 may include a first vertical portion 591a intersecting the body 590 and a first horizontal portion 591b intersecting the first vertical portion 591a. A hook 591K may protrude from the first horizontal portion 591b. A plurality of hooks 591K may be configured along the first horizontal portion 591b.
[0248] The second rib 592 may protrude from the second side 5902 of the forming slot 590S of the body 590 toward the inside of the body 590, and may extend along the second side 5902. The second rib 592 may include a second vertical portion 592a intersecting the body 590 and a second horizontal portion 592b intersecting the second vertical portion 592a. A hook 592K may protrude from the second horizontal portion 592b. A plurality of hooks 592K may be configured along the second horizontal portion 592b.
[0249] Reference Figure 32 to Figure 34 The top cover 59 can surround a portion of the bottom cover 58. A portion of the bottom cover 58 and a portion of the support arm 50 can be inserted into the hollow space 590H of the main body 590. The top cover 59 can slide along the bottom cover 58 to engage with the bottom cover 58 (see reference). Figure 32 (The arrow SD).
[0250] A first guide groove 5801g may be formed on the outer side of the first vertical portion 5801a of the bottom cover 58 and may extend along the first vertical portion 5801a. A first guide protrusion 5801t may protrude from the bottom of the first horizontal portion 5801b of the bottom cover 58 and may face the first vertical portion 5801a. The first guide protrusion 5801t may be configured along the first horizontal portion 5801b. A first rib 591 of the top cover 59 may be located between the first vertical portion 5801a and the first guide protrusion 5801t. The first horizontal portion 591b of the first rib 591 may be located in the first guide groove 5801g. The first rib 591 may engage with the lower side wall of the first guide groove 5801g.
[0251] A second guide groove 5802g may be formed on the outer side of the second vertical portion 5802a of the bottom cover 58, and may extend along the second vertical portion 5802a. A second guide protrusion 5802t may protrude from the bottom of the second horizontal portion 5802b of the bottom cover 58, and may face the second vertical portion 5802a. The second guide protrusion 5802t may be configured along the second horizontal portion 5802b. A second rib 592 of the top cover 59 may be located between the second vertical portion 5802a and the second guide protrusion 5802t. The second horizontal portion 592b of the second rib 592 may be located in the second guide groove 5802g. The second rib 592 may engage with the lower side wall of the second guide groove 5802g.
[0252] Therefore, the guide grooves 5801g and 5802g of the bottom cover 58 can guide the sliding of the top cover 59.
[0253] An insertion slot 5801h or insertion hole 5801h may be formed on the outer surface of the first vertical portion 5801a of the bottom cover 58. The insertion hole 5801h may be formed by penetrating the first guide groove 5801g. The hook 591K of the top cover 59 may be engaged with the insertion hole 5801h. Similarly, an insertion slot or insertion hole may be formed on the outer surface of the second vertical portion 5802a of the bottom cover 58. The insertion hole may be formed by penetrating the second guide groove 5802g. The hook 592K of the top cover 59 may be engaged with the insertion hole. Thus, the top cover 59 can be engaged with the bottom cover 58.
[0254] The first side 5901 of the top cover 59 can be aligned with the first long side of the bottom 5800 of the bottom cover 58. The second side 5902 of the top cover 59 can be aligned with the second long side of the bottom 5800 of the bottom cover 58. Thus, the bottom 5800 of the bottom cover 58 can be exposed outwards. The outer surfaces of the top cover 59 and the bottom 5800 can form the outer surfaces of the cylinder. Relative to the center of the cylinder's cross-section, the top cover 59 can be larger than a semicircle, and the bottom 5800 can be smaller than a semicircle. When viewed from the side of the arm cover 50C, the boundary line between the top cover 59 and the bottom 5800 may not be visible.
[0255] Cable C can be located between the base 580 of the bottom cover 58 and the elastic member 531. Cable C can be configured on the bottom 5800 of the base 580.
