The projection cabinet 2 is disposed on the floor surface F so that the lower assembly 20 is positioned on the floor surface F and the upper assembly 20 is positioned on the lower assembly 20. The upper assembly 20 is disposed on the lower assembly 20 so that the protrusion 21p of the lower assembly 20 is positioned in the recess 22r of the upper assembly 20. The upper assembly 20 is disposed on the lower assembly 20 so that the end face 21f of the protrusion 21p of the lower assembly 20 abuts against the wall surface W. Figure 2 Figure 4 As shown, when the projection light Lp is projected from the projection light source portion 3p of the projector 3 toward the wall surface W, the projection image P is displayed on the wall surface W. In the present embodiment, the projection light Lp is an example of light.

[0045] As shown in FIG. 1, the projection cabinet 2 is disposed on the floor surface F of the conference room. Figure 1 Figure 2 As shown, when the projection light Lp is projected from the projection light source portion 3p of the projector 3 toward the wall surface W, the projection image P is displayed on the wall surface W. In the present embodiment, the projection light Lp is an example of light.

[0046] The screen size S of the projection image P is, for example, 80 inches. The screen size S is not limited to 80 inches. For example, it can also be 100 inches, 120 inches. In addition, the projection image P is rectangular. That is, the lengths of the diagonals of the projection image P are equal, and the midpoint of the diagonals of the projection image P coincides with the image center Cp.

[0047] In the present embodiment, the upper surface of the lower assembly 20 is specifically the upper surface of the pedestal 21. Further, the upper surface of the lower assembly 20 or the upper surface of the pedestal 21 is an example of a placement surface on which the projector 3 is placed. Further, if the height of the placement surface on which the projector 3 is placed is set to a value that is the same as the height of the table T of the conference room, the sense of unity with the table T can be improved.

[0048] Next, the structure of the projection cabinet 2 will be described.

[0049] Figure 5 is an exploded perspective view of the projection cabinet 2. Figure 6 is an exploded perspective view of the cabinet main body 10. Figure 7 is a front perspective view of the projection cabinet 2. Figure 8 is a back perspective view of the projection cabinet 2. Figure 9 is an enlarged right side view of the protrusion 21p. In addition, in Figures 5 to 9 , the description of the holding member 50 is omitted.

[0050] As shown in Figure 5 , the projection cabinet 2 has a cabinet main body 10 and an operation panel 4.

[0051] As shown in Figure 6 , the cabinet main body 10 is composed of a lower assembly 20 and an upper assembly 30, and the lower assembly 20 and the upper assembly 30 are combined in a disassemblable manner in consideration of maintainability.

[0052] The lower assembly 20 and the upper assembly 30 are combined using a fixing member such as a fitting. In addition, in order not to impair the appearance, the fixing member is provided at a position that is not visible from the outside. The appearance can be referred to as the aesthetic appearance.

[0053] As shown in Figure 5 and Figure 6 , the lower assembly 20 has a cuboid shape that is surrounded by a pedestal 21, a right side plate 22, a left side plate 23, a front plate 24, a front cover 26, a bottom plate 25, and a back lower cover 27. Casters 28 are provided at the four corners of the lower surface of the bottom plate 25.

[0054] Two casters 28 on the front side are lockable, and two casters 28 on the back side are not lockable. In addition, as described later, the projection cabinet 2 can be carried by a handle 29, and thus can also be configured not to be provided with the casters 28.

[0055] As shown in Figure 7 and Figure 8 , a storage space 20s is provided inside the lower assembly 20. The storage space 20s can be accessed via the front cover 26 that is provided on the front surface of the lower assembly 20 in an openable and closable manner, or the back lower cover 27 that is provided on the back of the lower assembly 20 in an openable and closable manner.

[0056] As shown in Figure 7 , by opening the front cover 26, a user can access a speaker 12 and an internal image IF (Interface) 13 stored in the storage space 20s from the front surface of the projection cabinet 2.

[0057] The internal image IF 13 is a port for image and / or sound, and has a MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface), a USB (Universal Serial Bus), or the like. The internal image IF 13 is connected to an AV (Audio Visual) input port 8 provided to the upper assembly 30, and receives a signal including an image signal and a sound signal from the output device 100 placed on the upper assembly 30 via the AV input port 8. Figure 1 The output device 100 shown in FIG. 1 is supplied with a prescribed signal including an image signal and a sound signal. In addition, the output device 100 and the AV input port 8 can be connected by a wired or wireless method.

[0058] The speaker 12 is an AV device capable of outputting a large volume. In the present embodiment, the speaker 12 is provided to the housing space 20s in a state of being installed to a 19-inch rack.

[0059] The speaker 12 is housed in a case where use in a large volume is required, such as in a large conference room or an open space. Therefore, the speaker 12 can not be housed in a case where a large volume is not required.

[0060] As shown in FIG. 1, the user can access the internal power panel 14 housed in the housing space 20s from the back of the projection cabinet 2 by opening the rear lower cover 27. The cutout 27h provided to the rear lower cover 27 can be used as a handle when the rear lower cover 27 is opened. Figure 8

[0061] The internal power panel 14 is connected to power supply lines of the projector 3, the speaker 12, the power supply port 11 provided to the upper assembly 30, the network camera 5, and the like, and is supplied with AC power from a socket not shown via the AC (Alternating Current) jack 9 provided to the right side plate 22.

[0062] Further, in the housing space 20s, a rack mounting angle steel 15 for forming a 19-inch rack space 15s conforming to the EIA (Electronic Industries Alliance) standard is provided. In the 19-inch rack space 15s, 19-inch devices such as conference system devices and batteries are housed.

[0063] As shown in FIG. 1, the pedestal 21 is a top plate of the lower assembly 20. Figure 5 Figure 6 As shown in FIG. 1, the pedestal 21 is a top plate of the lower assembly 20.

[0064] The projector 3 is provided to the upper surface of the pedestal 21. In other words, the pedestal 21 has a setting surface on which the projector 3 is set.

[0065] The base 21 has a fixing part 21c, a through hole 21a, a protrusion 21p, a handle 29, a wiring hole 17, and a support member 16.

[0066] The fixing part 21c is provided to fix the projector 3 to the upper surface of the base 21. By having the fixing part 21c, the displacement of the setting position of the projector 3 inside the projection cabinet 2 due to movement of the projection cabinet 2 or the like can be suppressed.

[0067] The fixing part 21c is provided at two locations corresponding to the position of the leg 3m of the projector 3.

[0068] In this embodiment, the fixing part 21c is a recess. The projector 3 is fixed by inserting the front end of the leg 3m of the projector 3 into this recess. However, the fixing part 21c is not limited to a recess. For example, it can be a through hole, an L-shaped column, an angle iron, a bracket, etc. Furthermore, the locations where the fixing parts 21c are arranged are not limited to two. As long as the necessary number of fixing parts 21c are provided at the required locations to suppress the positional displacement of the projector 3, it is acceptable.

[0069] The through hole 21a is an opening for air intake of the projector 3, and is located in the base 21 at a position corresponding to the air intake of the projector 3.

[0070] Through the through hole 21a, the projector 3 can stably draw in the necessary and sufficient cooling air.

[0071] In this embodiment, the projector 3 has air intakes at the center of its bottom surface and on its front surface, and therefore the through holes 21a are also provided at the two locations corresponding to the air intakes. Alternatively, the through hole 21a provided in one location can also be composed of multiple through holes or gaps formed by punching or slit processing.

[0072] The protrusion 21p is the part on the back side of the base 21, which is the part that protrudes most towards the positive side in the X-axis direction in the cabinet body 10.

[0073] like Figure 9 As shown, the protrusion 21p extends a length Pw from the back of the rear lower cover 27 or the back plate 39 of the upper assembly 30. In this embodiment, the length Pw is 2 mm or more and 5 mm or less. By setting the length Pw to 2 mm or more and 5 mm or less, the impact on the appearance can be minimized.

[0074] The end face 21f of the protrusion 21p constitutes a reference surface for positioning the projector 3 at a predetermined projection position. In this embodiment, as... Figure 4 As shown, end face 21f is a continuous plane. However, end face 21f is not limited to a plane. End face 21f can also have concavity or convexity, as long as it can form a reference plane.

[0075] In the projection cabinet 2 of the present embodiment, the protrusion 21p used when positioning the projector 3 at a prescribed projection position is provided integrally with the pedestal 21. In addition, the projector 3 is provided to the pedestal 21. In other words, the only component provided between the wall surface W abutted by the protrusion 21p and the projector 3 is the pedestal 21.

[0076] Therefore, it is possible to reduce the likelihood of manufacturing variations and assembly errors. Also, it is possible to suppress the likelihood of shaking due to use and aging. Therefore, it is possible to improve the reliability of the alignment accuracy.

[0077] As shown in Figure 5 and Figure 6 , the handles 29 are provided to the left and right sides of the pedestal 21. The handles 29 are used when moving the projection cabinet 2. For example, at a portion where the caster 28 cannot pass over a step, the user can grasp the handle 29 by hand, lift the projection cabinet 2, and pass over the step.

[0078] The right handle 29 is composed of the portion between the through hole, i.e., the first hole 29a, provided to the right side plate 22 and the through hole, i.e., the second hole 29b, provided to the pedestal 21. The left handle 29 is composed of the portion between the through hole, i.e., the first hole 29a, provided to the left side plate 23 and the through hole, i.e., the second hole 29b, provided to the pedestal 21. Figure 8 The right handle 29 is composed of the portion between the through hole, i.e., the first hole 29a, provided to the right side plate 22 and the through hole, i.e., the second hole 29b, provided to the pedestal 21. The left handle 29 is composed of the portion between the through hole, i.e., the first hole 29a, provided to the left side plate 23 and the through hole, i.e., the second hole 29b, provided to the pedestal 21.

[0079] As shown in Figure 5 and Figure 6 , the first hole 29a and the second hole 29b communicate via the accommodation space 20s of the lower assembly 20, and the user can grip the handle 29 by hand by causing the fingertip inserted from the first hole 29a to protrude from the second hole 29b. That is, in the present embodiment, the first hole 29a is an example of a second opening for the user to grip the projection cabinet 2.

[0080] In the case of the present embodiment, the holding member 50 is attached to the first hole 29a in a detachable manner. The first hole 29a is disposed to the side of the cabinet main body 10, i.e., the left and right sides, with the wall surface W serving as the projection surface as the front surface. Therefore, when the holding member 50 is attached, the holding member 50 is located to the side of the cabinet main body 10, and thus it is possible to suppress the occurrence of adverse situations in which the holding member 50 becomes an obstacle by being disposed between the wall surface W and the projection cabinet 2 or by being disposed between the projection cabinet 2 and the user.

[0081] Figure 10 is a perspective view showing the structure of the holding member 50. Figure 11 is a cross-sectional view showing the state of attaching the holding member 50 to the first hole 29a. Figure 11 is a view of the cross section corresponding to the direction of viewing along the XI-XI line of Figure 10 .

[0082] As shown in Figure 10 and Figure 11 The holding member 50 has a holding portion 51, an insertion portion 52, a first locking portion 53, and a second locking portion 54. The holding member 50 is constituted by one sheet of metal plate which is bent. Thus, the holding member 50 can be made light in weight and low in cost.

[0083] The holding portion 51 has a holding surface 51a on which the output device 100 is placed and held, and a rectangular through-hole 50K which penetrates the holding surface 51a. Thus, the holding surface 51a has a substantially U shape. The through-hole 50K allows, for example, a cable drawn from the output device 100 to be inserted therethrough by exposing the bottom surface side of the output device 100 placed on the holding surface 51a. In addition, the through-hole 50K can improve the heat dissipation of the output device 100 by exposing the bottom surface side of the output device 100.

[0084] The insertion portion 52 extends from the holding portion 51 in the Y-axis direction along the holding surface 51a, and is inserted into the first hole 29a. The through-hole 50K also penetrates the insertion portion 52. Thus, the insertion portion 52 is constituted by a pair of plate materials 52a which are separated in the X-axis direction. The pair of plate materials 52a are connected to both ends 53a of the rectangular first locking portion 53.

[0085] The first locking portion 53 extends from the insertion portion 52 in the Z-axis direction which intersects the holding surface 51a, and abuts against the inner periphery 29b1 of the second hole 29b. In the present embodiment, the inner periphery 29b1 of the second hole 29b is an example of the inner wall of the housing.

[0086] Here, the abutment of the first locking portion 53 against the inner periphery 29b1 is not limited to the manner in which the first locking portion 53 is in complete contact with the inner periphery 29b1, but also includes the manner in which the first locking portion 53 is disposed in opposition to the inner periphery 29b1 with a prescribed gap therebetween.

[0087] The second locking portion 54 is disposed on the -Z side opposite the +Z side in which the first locking portion 53 extends, with respect to the holding surface 51a, and abuts against the outer surface 22a of the right side plate 22 on the root side of the insertion portion 52. Specifically, the second locking portion 54 is constituted by bending a portion continuous with the holding portion 51 toward the -Z side, and is constituted by a pair of plate materials which constitute a portion of the opening end of the through-hole 50K and are in opposition to each other in the X-axis direction. The second locking portion 54 has a bent portion 54a which is bent toward the inside of the through-hole 50K on the root side of the insertion portion 52. The bent portion 54a of the second locking portion 54 is the portion which abuts against the outer surface 22a of the right side plate 22.

[0088] Here, with the retaining member 50 installed in the first hole 29a, the contact between the second locking part 54 and the outer surface 22a is not limited to the way that the second locking part 54 and the outer surface 22a are in complete contact, but also includes the way that the second locking part 54 and the outer surface 22a are arranged opposite each other with a predetermined gap.

[0089] Additionally, the first hole 29a is set at a ratio Figure 5 If the first locking part 53 of the retaining member 50, which is positioned lower as shown and inserted, for example through the first hole 29a, can sufficiently ensure the position of the space along the inner wall of the right side plate 22, the second hole 29b may be omitted. In this case, the inner wall of the right side plate 22 corresponds to the inner wall of the housing.

[0090] Next, the case where the retaining component 50 is installed in the first hole 29a will be described.

[0091] like Figure 11 As shown by the double-dotted line, after inserting the first locking part 53 and the insertion part 52 into the first hole 29a with the first locking part 53 tilted inward toward the cabinet body 10, the holding part 51 is returned to the horizontal position. Thus, the vertically erected first locking part 53 abuts against the inner periphery 29b1 of the second hole 29b, and the bent part 54a of the second locking part 54 abuts against the outer surface 22a of the right side plate 22. Thus, as... Figure 11 As shown by the solid line, the first locking part 53 is locked to the inner periphery 29b1 of the second hole 29b, and the second locking part 54 is locked to the outer surface 22a of the right side plate 22, thereby keeping the component 50 in a state of being installed on the cabinet body 10.

[0092] On the other hand, when disassembling the retaining member 50, by tilting the retaining part 51 close to the outer surface 22a of the right side plate 22, the first locking part 53 is disengaged from the inner periphery 29b1 of the second hole 29b, and the second locking part 54 is disengaged from the outer surface 22a of the right side plate 22. Then, the first locking part 53 and the insertion part 52 are pulled out from the first hole 29a. Thus, the retaining member 50 can be easily removed from the cabinet body 10.

[0093] Thus, according to the projection system 1 of this embodiment, the holding part 51 can be easily loaded and unloaded relative to the cabinet body 10.

[0094] like Figure 5 and Figure 6 As shown, wiring holes 17 are holes for cable routing. Five or six wiring holes 17 are arranged on the back 3b side of the projector 3. In this way, since there are multiple wiring holes 17 on the back 3b side of the stand 21 near the projector 3, the wiring operation is easy and the cable routing can be done neatly.

[0095] The support 16 is provided at the four corners of the upper surface of the pedestal 21 at positions that abut the inner side of the upper assembly 30. The support 16 is a support that bears the load of the upper assembly 30 when it is pressed. Therefore, even if the user presses the upper assembly 30, the user can smoothly move the projection cabinet 2 as a whole including the lower assembly 20.

[0096] As shown in FIG. 1, the right side plate 22 is provided with a mounting hole 22c. The AC outlet 9 is mounted to the mounting hole 22c. The AC outlet 9 is a connector for connecting an AC cable. Figure 6

[0097] As shown in FIG. 1, the right side plate 22 is provided with a mounting hole 22c. The AC outlet 9 is mounted to the mounting hole 22c. The AC outlet 9 is a connector for connecting an AC cable. Figure 5

[0098] The upper assembly 30 is fixed to the upper surface of the pedestal 21.

[0099] The operation panel 4, the network camera 5, the controller 6, and the correction unit 7 are provided on the upper surface of the top plate 35. In addition, the AV input port 8 is provided on the right side surface of the right side plate 36.

[0100] The top plate 35 that constitutes the upper surface of the upper assembly 30 is provided with a projection port 31. The projection port 31 is an opening for the projection light Lp of the projector 3. As described above, the projection light Lp emitted from the projection light source portion 3p is displayed on the wall surface W as a projection surface through the projection port 31. As shown in FIG. 1, the projection port 31 exposes the projection light source portion 3p of the projector 3 in plan view. Figure 4

[0101] As shown in FIG. 1, the cutout 33 provided to the right side plate 36 is an opening for the exhaust of the projector 3, and is provided at a position corresponding to the exhaust port 3e of the right side surface of the projector 3. In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, the cutout 34 provided to the left side plate 37 is an opening for the exhaust of the projector 3, and is provided at a position corresponding to the exhaust port 3e of the left side surface of the projector 3. That is, in other words, the cutout 34 is an opening portion configured in accordance with the function of the projector 3. In the present embodiment, the cutouts 33, 34 are an example of the first opening. Figure 7 Figure 8 Through the cutout 33 and the cutout 34, the projector 3 can easily exhaust air discharged from the projector 3 to the outside of the projection cabinet 2 via the cutout 33 and the cutout 34. Furthermore, the cutout 33 and / or the cutout 34 can be a through-hole, or can be constituted by a plurality of through-holes or slits formed by punching or slitting.

[0102] Through the cutout 33 and the cutout 34, the projector 3 can easily exhaust air discharged from the projector 3 to the outside of the projection cabinet 2 via the cutout 33 and the cutout 34. Furthermore, the cutout 33 and / or the cutout 34 can be a through-hole, or can be constituted by a plurality of through-holes or slits formed by punching or slitting.

[0103] As shown in FIG. Figure 7 As shown, the opening 32 provided on the right side panel 36 is an opening for adjusting the focus lever of the projector 3, and is located at a position corresponding to the focus lever of the projector 3. By providing the opening 32, the user can easily access the focus lever of the projector 3 and adjust the focus of the projected image P. Therefore, the projection cabinet 2 according to this embodiment can suppress the impairment of the operability of the projector 3.

[0104] In other words, opening 32 is an opening configured according to the function of projector 3. In this embodiment, opening 32 is an example of a first opening.

[0105] like Figure 6 As shown, the upper component 30 has mounting holes 35h and 36c.

[0106] Mounting hole 35h is provided on top plate 35. Network camera 5 is fixed to top plate 35 using mounting hole 35h. A network camera is a video conferencing device equipped with a camera, microphone, and speaker.

[0107] Mounting hole 36c is located on the right side panel 36. AV input port 8 is mounted on mounting hole 36c. AV input port 8 consists of an HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) connector, a USB (Universal Serial Bus) connector, etc.

[0108] like Figure 8 As shown, a power supply port 11 is installed on the left side panel 37. The power supply port 11 is installed using a mounting hole (not shown). The power supply port 11 is a USB power supply port.

[0109] like Figure 8 As shown, the back panel 39 is mounted on the top panel 35 and can be opened and closed freely. The user can open the back panel 39 using the cutout 39h.

[0110] By opening the back panel 39, a larger opening can be provided on the back of the upper component 30. Users can easily perform maintenance on the projector 3 and wiring work using the wiring holes 17 through this opening.

[0111] Figure 12 This is a top view of operation panel 4. (Example) Figure 12 As shown, the operation panel 4 has operation buttons 41, 42a, 42b, 43, 44, and 45 for controlling the projector 3 and / or the speaker 12. In this embodiment, operation buttons 41, 42a, 42b, 43, 44, and 45 are examples of operation components.

[0112] The operation buttons 41, 42a, 42b, 43, 44, 45 are operation buttons corresponding to five functions of power, volume adjustment, muting, image source switching, and automatic adjustment.

[0113] In the present embodiment, the above five functions are selected from the viewpoint of frequency of use.

[0114] The power includes a function of turning on the power of the projector 3 and the speaker 12 and a function of turning off the power of the projector 3 and the speaker 12, and one operation button 41 is provided corresponding to these two functions. The operation button 41 is a power button.

[0115] By clicking the operation button 41, the power is turned on. Specifically, the projector 3 and the speaker 12 are migrated from a standby state to an activated state. In addition, by pressing the operation button 41 for a long time, the power is turned off. Specifically, the projector 3 and the speaker 12 are migrated from the activated state to the standby state.

[0116] The volume adjustment includes a function of increasing the volume of the speaker 12 by one unit, a function of decreasing the volume by one unit, a function of continuously increasing the volume, and a function of continuously decreasing the volume, and two operation buttons 42 are provided corresponding to these four functions. The operation button 42a is a volume UP button, and the operation button 42b is a volume DOWN button.

[0117] By clicking the operation button 42a, the volume of the projector 3 and the speaker 12 is increased by one unit. By pressing the operation button 42a for a long time, the volume is continuously increased. By clicking the operation button 42b, the volume is decreased by one unit. By pressing the operation button 42b for a long time, the volume is continuously decreased.

[0118] The muting includes a function of making the projector 3 and the speaker 12 into a mute state and a function of canceling the mute state, and one operation button 43 is provided corresponding to these two functions. The operation button 43 is a mute button.

[0119] By clicking the operation button 43, the mute is executed. In the mute state, by clicking the operation button 43, the mute state is canceled.

[0120] The image source switching is a function of switching the image source of the projector 3, and one operation button 44 is provided corresponding to this function. The operation button 44 is an image source switching button.

[0121] By clicking the operation button 44, the switching of the image source is executed. Specifically, the content of the projected image P displayed is switched. In addition, in the case where there are a plurality of input terminals of the image source in the projector 3, the image source is switched cyclically each time the operation button 44 is clicked.

[0122] The automatic adjustment is a function of adjusting the angle of view of the projector 3 to be rectangular, and an operation button 45 is provided in correspondence with this function. The operation button 45 is an automatic adjustment button.

[0123] By clicking the operation button 45, the angle of view adjustment is started, and if the angle of view adjustment is finished, the start state is returned to.

[0124] The operation panel 4 can also be a touch panel. In this case, as the operation buttons 41, 42a, 42b, 43, 44, 45, various icons for operation are displayed on the display screen. The user can perform the operation related to the above-described five functions by clicking or long-pressing the icons.

[0125] The number of kinds of functions that can be operated in the operation panel 4 is preferably one or more and five or less. By making the number of kinds of functions that can be operated one or more and five or less in the operation panel 4, simple and intuitive operation can be performed.

[0126] Further, in the operation panel 4, in the case where the number of kinds of functions that can be operated is set to four or less, the desired function can be selected from the above-described five functions of the power source, the volume adjustment, the muting, the image source switching, and the automatic adjustment. Alternatively, a function other than the above-described five functions can be selected as the function that can be operated by the operation panel 4.

[0127] A plurality of functions are assigned to each of the operation buttons 41, 42a, 42b, 43, 44, 45, but the number of kinds of functions that can be operated by each of the operation buttons 41, 42a, 42b, 43, 44, 45 is one. For example, two functions of turning on the power source and turning off the power source are assigned to the operation button 41, but both are functions related to the power source, and the number of kinds of functions is one.

[0128] In this way, by making the number of kinds of functions assigned to each of the operation buttons 41, 42a, 42b, 43, 44, 45 one, a simple structure can be obtained.

[0129] Figure 13 is a block diagram showing the structure of the controller 6. The controller 6 has a CPU (Central Processing Unit) 61, a digital I / O (Input / Output) port 62, a plurality of I / F (Interface) 63a, 63b, 63c, and a digital I / O port 64.

[0130] The digital I / O port 62 is connected to the operation panel 4 via a cable. The projector 3 is connected to the I / F 63a, and the speaker 12 is connected to the I / F 63b. Another device 18 can also be connected to the I / F 63c. The digital I / O port 64 is connected to the correction unit 7.

[0131] The CPU 61 controls the projector 3 and / or the speaker 12 based on an operation signal from the operation panel 4. The correction unit 7 has a sensor such as an illuminance sensor, and the CPU 61 corrects the projection brightness of the projector 3 and the like to an appropriate value based on a signal from the correction unit 7.

[0132] Figure 14 Fig. 10 is a view showing an example of cable wiring of the projection cabinet 2.

[0133] In the projection cabinet 2 of the present embodiment, in the cabinet main body 10, in addition to the projector 3, the operation panel 4, the network camera 5, the controller 6, the correction unit 7, the AV input port 8, the AC outlet 9, the power supply port 11, the speaker 12, the internal image IF 13, and the internal power board 14 are housed.

[0134] As shown in Fig. 10, the projection cabinet 2 is stored in a state in which the cable wiring is performed in advance, so that it can be used immediately. Figure 14

[0135] Next, an example of a use example of the projection cabinet 2 will be described.

[0136] The user moves the projection cabinet 2 to a conference room and sets the projection cabinet 2 at a prescribed projection position. At this time, the user can easily set the projection cabinet 2 at the prescribed projection position by merely abutting the projection cabinet 2 with the protrusion 21p against the wall surface W of the conference room.

[0137] The user connects the power cable to the AC outlet 9 of the projection cabinet 2 and connects the power cable to the outlet 72. Further, the user connects the user's output device 100 to the AV input port 8.

[0138] The user clicks the operation button 41 of the operation panel 4 and activates the projector 3 and the speaker 12.

[0139] The user clicks the operation button 45 and performs the field angle adjustment of the projector 3.

[0140] The user operates the operation button 42a or the operation button 42b to adjust the volume.

[0141] The user operates the operation button 44 to change to a desired source in a case where the image source is not a desired source.

[0142] In a case where the use of the projection cabinet 2 is ended, the user clicks the operation button 41 and turns off the power of the projector 3 and the speaker 12.

[0143] The user detaches the power cable and the user's output device 100 from the projection cabinet 2 and tidies up the projection cabinet 2.

[0144] As described above, the projection system 1 of this embodiment includes: a projector 3 that emits projection light Lp as a projected image projected onto a wall surface W, which serves as the projection surface; a projection cabinet 2 that houses the projector 3; and a holding member 50 that mounts the output device 100. The projection cabinet 2 includes: a cabinet body 10 having a projection port 31 configured according to the structure of the projector 3 and a first hole 29a for a user to hold the projection cabinet 2; and a lower assembly 20 disposed on the cabinet body 10, on which the projector 3 is disposed. The holding member 50 is detachably mounted to the projection port 31.

[0145] According to the projection system 1 of this embodiment, the holding member 50 can be easily installed on the cabinet body 10 using the projection port 31. In the projection system 1 of this embodiment, the output device 100 mounted on the holding member 50 can be directly contacted for operation, thus improving the user's operability of the system.

[0146] Furthermore, in the projection system 1 of this embodiment, the projection port 31, which is configured according to the structure of the projector 3, is also used for mounting the retaining member 50. Therefore, it is not necessary to form a separate opening for mounting the retaining member 50 on the cabinet body 10. Thus, the projection system 1 of this embodiment can suppress the damage to the appearance design of the cabinet body 10 due to the increase in the number of openings.

[0147] Furthermore, the projection system 1 of this embodiment can place an object on the holding member 50 even when it is impossible to place an object on the upper component 30. In addition, in the projection system 1 of this embodiment, the holding member 50 adopts a structure that can be attached to and detached from the cabinet body 10, so for example, compared with a structure that pulls the holding member out of the cabinet body, the size of the cabinet body 10 can be reduced.

[0148] In addition, the projection system 1 of this embodiment positions the projector 3 at a predetermined position on the wall W to display the projected image P by making the protrusion 21p abut against the wall W.

[0149] Therefore, it can improve the reliability of alignment accuracy.

[0150] Furthermore, in the projection cabinet 2 of this embodiment, the lower assembly 20, which serves as the mounting part, has a base 21 for mounting the projector 3, and the protrusion 21p, which serves as a protrusion, is part of the base 21. Moreover, the protrusion, taking the protrusion 21p as an example, is not limited to being part of the base 21; for example, it may be configured such that resin, rubber, or the like is provided at the end of the protrusion extending from the base 21. That is, the protrusion may also be configured to include the protrusion itself and resin, rubber, or the like.

[0151] Thus, the protrusion 21p is part of the base 21. In other words, the only component located between the wall surface W, which serves as the projection surface, and the projector 3 is the base 21.

[0152] Therefore, it can reduce the possibility of manufacturing deviations and assembly errors. Furthermore, it can suppress the possibility of shaking due to use or aging.

[0153] In addition, in the projection cabinet 2 of this embodiment, the base 21 has a through hole 21a disposed at a position corresponding to the air intake provided on the projector 3, and the cabinet body 10, which is the shell, has a cutout 33 disposed at a position corresponding to the exhaust port 3e, which is provided on the side of the projector 3 that intersects with the bottom surface.

[0154] Thus, the projection cabinet 2 in this embodiment has an opening at a position corresponding to the air intake and exhaust port of the projector 3.

[0155] Therefore, the projection cabinet 2 can effectively maintain the air intake and exhaust of the projector 3 it houses, enabling the projector 3 to operate stably.

[0156] In addition, the projection cabinet 2 of this embodiment also has a handle 29, which is composed of a first hole 29a provided in the cabinet body 10, which is a shell, and a second hole 29b provided in the pedestal 21 and connected to the first hole 29a through a storage space 20s, which is a space inside the cabinet body 10.

[0157] Thus, the projection cabinet 2 has a handle 29 consisting of a first hole 29a and a second hole 29b. Therefore, the projection cabinet 2 can be easily moved.

[0158] In addition, in the projection cabinet 2 of this embodiment, the base 21 has a fixing part 21c for fixing the projector 3.

[0159] Therefore, it is possible to suppress the offset of the setting position of the projector 3 due to the movement of the projection cabinet 2, etc.

[0160] In addition, the projection cabinet 2 in this embodiment is provided with an operation panel 4, which is disposed on the cabinet body 10, which is the shell, and has a plurality of operation buttons 41, 42a, 42b, 43, 44, 45 as operation components. The types of functions operated by the plurality of operation buttons 41, 42a, 42b, 43, 44, 45 are one or more and five or fewer.

[0161] Therefore, users can operate the control panel 4 simply and intuitively.

[0162] Furthermore, in the projection cabinet 2 of this embodiment, each of the operation buttons 41, 42a, 42b, 44, and 45, which are operation components, has a different type of function.

[0163] In this way, by assigning each of the operation buttons 41, 42a, 42b, 43, 44, and 45 a function of one type, the operation panel 4 can be made into a simple structure.

[0164] Furthermore, in the first embodiment, the first hole 29a is used as the opening of the mounting and retaining member 50, but the opening of the mounting and retaining member 50 is not limited to this. For example, the opening 32, the cut 33, and the cut 34 can also be used as the opening of the mounting and retaining member 50.

[0165] (Second Implementation)

[0166] Next, a second embodiment of the projection system will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The mounting position of the retaining member in this embodiment differs from that in the first embodiment. Hereinafter, the structure of the retaining member and the structure of the opening for mounting the retaining member will be mainly described. Furthermore, structures and components common to the first embodiment will be labeled with the same reference numerals, and detailed descriptions will be omitted.

[0167] Figure 15A This is a perspective view showing the schematic structure of the retaining member 250 according to the second embodiment. Figure 15B This is a cross-sectional view showing the retaining component 250 mounted on the cabinet body 10. Furthermore, in Figure 15A The peripheral structure of the cabinet body 10 for mounting the retaining component 250 is also shown.

[0168] like Figure 15A and Figure 15B As shown, the retaining member 250 of this embodiment is detachably mounted to the slot 233 provided on the right side plate 36 of the upper assembly 30. The slot 233 has a plurality of slots 233a that penetrate the right side plate 36. The slot 233 is an exhaust port through which exhaust gases, such as heat sources like the light source, disposed within the projector 3 housed in the cabinet body 10 are cooled and discharged. That is, the slot 233 is an opening configured according to the function of the projector 3, and in this embodiment, the slot 233 is an example of a first opening.

[0169] In this embodiment, instead of a large opening, a slit portion 233 composed of multiple slits 233a is used as an exhaust port, thus preventing dust and foreign objects from entering the cabinet body 10.

[0170] The retaining member 250 includes a retaining portion 251, an insertion portion 252, a first locking portion 253, and a second locking portion 254. The retaining member 250 is constructed from a single sheet of metal after bending. Alternatively, a through-hole may be provided through the retaining surface 251a of the retaining portion 251, as needed.

[0171] Specifically, the holding part 251 is made of a rectangular plate and has a holding surface 251a for mounting the output device 100.

[0172] The second locking part 254 is made of a generally trapezoidal plate that bends the portion connecting to both ends of the retaining part 251 in the X-axis direction toward the -Z side. The second locking part 254 is provided on the -Z side relative to the retaining surface 251a and abuts against the outer wall 36b of the right side plate 36 at the root side of the insertion part 252. The -Z side portion of the side surface 254a of the second locking part 254 abuts against the outer wall 36b of the right side plate 36.

[0173] Here, with the retaining member 250 installed in the gap 233, the contact between the second locking part 254 and the outer wall 36b is not limited to the way that the second locking part 254 and the outer wall 36b are in complete contact, but also includes the way that the second locking part 254 and the outer wall 36b are arranged opposite each other with a predetermined gap.

[0174] The insertion part 252 extends from the retaining part 251 along the Y-axis direction of the retaining surface 251a and is inserted into a slot 233a of the slot part 233. The insertion part 252 is composed of a convex piece that protrudes in the Y-axis direction from the side 254a of the bottom of the trapezoidal second locking part 254.

[0175] The first locking part 253 extends from the end of the insertion part 252 along the Z-axis direction intersecting the holding surface 251a and abuts against the inner wall 36a of the right side plate 36.

[0176] Here, with the retaining member 250 installed in the gap 233, the contact between the first locking part 253 and the inner wall 36a is not limited to the way that the first locking part 253 and the inner wall 36a are in complete contact, but also includes the way that the first locking part 253 and the inner wall 36a are arranged opposite each other with a predetermined gap.

[0177] In this embodiment, the -Z side end of the insertion portion 252 and the +Z side end of the first locking portion 253 are chamfered. This suppresses interference between the first locking portion 253 and the insertion portion 252 and the opening end of the slot 233a, thereby improving the installability of the retaining member 250 relative to the slot 233a.

[0178] In addition, in this embodiment, the inner wall 36a of the right side plate 36 is equivalent to the inner wall of the shell, and the outer wall 36b of the right side plate 36 is equivalent to the outer wall of the shell.

[0179] Next, the case where the retaining member 250 is installed in the gap 233 will be described.

[0180] like Figure 15BAs shown by the double-dotted line, with the retaining surface 251a of the retaining part 251 tilted inward toward the cabinet body 10, the first locking part 253 and the insertion part 252 are inserted into any gap 233a, and then the retaining part 251 is returned to the horizontal position. Thus, the vertically erected first locking part 253 abuts against the inner wall 36a of the right side panel 36, and the side 254a of the second locking part 254 abuts against the outer wall 36b of the right side panel 36. Thus, as... Figure 15B As shown by the solid line, the first locking part 253 is locked to the inner wall 36a of the right side plate 36 and the second locking part 254 is locked to the outer wall 36b of the right side plate 36, thereby keeping the component 250 in the state of being mounted on the upper assembly 30.

[0181] On the other hand, when disassembling the retaining member 250, by tilting the retaining part 251 close to the outer wall 36b of the right side plate 36, the first locking part 253 is disengaged from the inner wall 36a of the right side plate 36, and the second locking part 254 is disengaged from the outer wall 36b of the right side plate 36. Then, the first locking part 253 and the insertion part 252 are pulled out from the gap 233a. Thus, the retaining member 250 can be easily disassembled from the upper assembly 30.

[0182] According to the projection system of this embodiment, the retaining member 250 can be easily installed on the cabinet body 10 using the slit 233 provided corresponding to the exhaust port of the projector 3. Therefore, in the projection system of this embodiment, similar to the projection system 1 of the first embodiment, the operability of the system can be improved without compromising the appearance design of the cabinet body 10.

[0183] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the case where the slit 233 is an exhaust port is given as an example, but the slit 233 may also correspond to an air intake port through which air for cooling a heat source disposed within the projector passes. In this case, a structure in which the retaining member 250 can be attached and detached in the slit constituting the air intake port can also be adopted. According to this structure, the retaining member 250 can be easily installed on the cabinet body 10 using the slit provided corresponding to the air intake port of the projector, thus improving the operability of the system without compromising the appearance design of the cabinet body 10.

[0184] (Third Implementation)

[0185] Next, a third embodiment of the projection system will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The mounting position of the retaining member differs from that of the first embodiment. Hereinafter, the structure of the retaining member will be primarily described. Furthermore, details regarding structures and components common to the first embodiment, which are labeled with the same reference numerals, will be omitted.

[0186] Figure 16A This is a perspective view showing the schematic structure of the retaining member 350 according to the third embodiment.Figure 16B This is a cross-sectional view showing the retaining component 350 mounted on the cabinet body 10. Furthermore, in Figure 16A The peripheral structure of the cabinet body 10 for mounting the retaining component 350 is also shown.

[0187] like Figure 16A and Figure 16B As shown, in this embodiment, the retaining member 350 is detachably mounted to the projection port 31 provided on the top plate 35 constituting the upper surface of the upper assembly 30. The retaining member 350 is mounted on the inner periphery 31a of the projection port 31, on the side of the inner periphery 31a when the wall surface W serving as the projection surface is the front. In this embodiment, it is mounted on the right side (+Y side) of the inner periphery 31a of the projection port 31.

[0188] The retaining member 350 includes a retaining portion 351, a first locking portion 352, a second locking portion 353, and a third locking portion 354. The retaining member 350 is constructed from a single metal plate after bending. The retaining portion 351 has a retaining surface 351a for mounting and retaining the output device 100 and a rectangular through-hole 350K passing through the retaining surface 351a. Alternatively, the through-hole 350K may be omitted as needed.

[0189] The first locking portion 352 is made of a plate that extends from the retaining portion 351 along the Y-axis direction of the retaining surface 351a and abuts against the outer wall 35a of the top plate 35 of the upper assembly 30. In this embodiment, the outer wall 35a of the top plate 35 is an example of the outer wall of the housing.

[0190] The second locking part 353 is composed of a U-shaped plate that extends from the first locking part 352 along the Z-axis direction intersecting the holding surface 351a and abuts against the inner periphery 31a of the projection port 31.

[0191] The third locking portion 354 is made of a plate that extends from the second locking portion 353 along the Y-axis direction of the retaining surface 351a and abuts against the inner wall 35b of the top plate 35 of the upper assembly 30. In this embodiment, the inner wall 35b of the top plate 35 is an example of the inner wall of the housing.

[0192] Next, the case where the retaining component 350 is installed in the projection port 31 will be described.

[0193] like Figure 16BAs shown by the double-dotted line, with the third locking part 354 positioned inwards from the opening end of the projection port 31, the holding member 350 is placed on the top plate 35, causing the first locking part 352 to abut against the outer wall 35a of the top plate 35. Then, by moving the holding member 350 outwards from the projection port 31, the second locking part 353 abuts against the inner periphery 31a of the projection port 31, and subsequently, the third locking part 354 abuts against the inner wall 35b of the top plate 35. Thus, as... Figure 16B As shown by the solid line, the first locking part 352 is locked to the outer wall 35a of the top plate 35, the second locking part 353 is locked to the inner periphery 31a of the projection port 31, and the third locking part 354 is locked to the inner wall 35b of the top plate 35, thereby keeping the component 350 in a state of being installed on the cabinet body 10.

[0194] On the other hand, when disassembling the retaining member 350, by sliding the retaining part 351 toward the inside of the projection port 31, the second locking part 353 is disengaged from the inner periphery 31a of the projection port 31, and the third locking part 354 is disengaged from the inner wall 35b of the top plate 35, and then the retaining member 350 is lifted horizontally upward. Thus, the retaining member 350 can be easily removed from the cabinet body 10.

[0195] According to the projection system of this embodiment, the holding member 350 can be easily installed on the cabinet body 10 using the projection port 31, which is provided corresponding to the projection light Lp of the projector 3. Therefore, in the projection system of this embodiment, similar to the projection system of the above embodiment, the operability of the system can be improved without compromising the appearance design of the cabinet body 10.

[0196] Furthermore, the technical scope of this utility model is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the spirit of this utility model.
