[0035] Water supply systems are commonly used household or commercial water treatment devices, typically placed in kitchens, living rooms, offices, and other locations. Connected to a direct drinking water source, they provide users with instant hot, cold, and room temperature water, offering convenience and making them popular. The water circuit board, as the core component of the water supply system, involves functions such as water inlet, outlet, replenishment, and drainage, resulting in numerous water passages and a complex overall structure. Therefore, it is required to have a compact and regular shape to facilitate placement in confined spaces. Poor layout often leads to chaotic water flow paths, irregular overall shape, and increased size, inevitably increasing manufacturing difficulty and cost, and hindering the integration and miniaturization of the water supply system.

[0036] In view of this, the present invention provides a water circuit board and water supply device. The three-dimensional layout, in which the first passage and the second passage are arranged along the length direction and adjacent along the width direction, the third passage is located below the water circuit board, and the first control valve and the second control valve are located above the water circuit board, makes the overall size and volume smaller and the structure more compact. This is conducive to the miniaturization and integration of the water circuit board and water supply device, and also facilitates installation and maintenance.

[0037] Please see Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 3 This utility model provides a water circuit board 100, including a first passage 11, a second passage 12, a third passage 13, a first control valve 21, and a second control valve 22. [0048] In one embodiment, the water circuit board 100 further includes a flow meter 40, which is located at one end of the first passage 11 and is connected to the third passage. The flow meter 40 can be used to measure parameters such as water flow rate and water flow velocity.

[0049] This utility model also provides a water supply device, including the aforementioned water circuit board 100. By employing the aforementioned water circuit board 100...

[0050] Now combined Figures 1 to 6 This will be used to illustrate the working principle of the water circuit board 100 and the water supply device described in some embodiments.

[0051] I. Hot Water Mode

[0052] After installing the water supply device, connect the water source to the inlet. Turn on or adjust the tap to hot water mode at the water outlet. Drinking water from the water source enters through the first passage 11. The first control valve 21 controls the drinking water to enter the water supply device for immediate heating, and then outputs the heated water to the second passage 12. The second control valve 22 controls the heated drinking water to flow out from the water outlet. The water supply device can use a heat exchanger 300 and / or thick-film heating to heat the drinking water.

[0053] II. Cold Water Mode

[0054] In some embodiments, the water supply device also employs an ice tank for cooling and storing cold water. Therefore, when the water outlet is turned on or switched to cold water mode, the water supply device delivers the cooled drinking water stored in the ice tank to the second passage 12, and the second control valve 22 controls the delivery of the cooled drinking water to the water outlet.

[0055] III. Room Temperature Water Mode

[0056] When the water outlet is turned on or adjusted to normal temperature mode, drinking water from the water source enters through the first passage 11. The first control valve 21 controls the first passage 11 to disconnect from the third passage 13. The third control valve 23 controls the drinking water to enter the second passage 12. The second control valve 22 controls the normal temperature drinking water to be output from the water outlet.

[0057] IV. Recirculation Function

[0058] When switching from one water dispensing mode to another, a certain amount of water from the previous mode is stored in the water outlet. This stored water needs to be released before the new mode's drinking water is supplied. For example, when switching from hot water mode to room temperature water mode, a certain amount of hot water is stored in the water outlet. This stored hot water needs to be released before room temperature drinking water is supplied. If this stored hot water is not released, the "unwanted" drinking water will be provided. That is, if room temperature water is requested, but hot water is retained from the previous hot water mode, hot water will be dispensed first instead of the desired room temperature water, resulting in a poor user experience. The principle for switching other modes is the same, using the example of switching from hot water mode to room temperature water mode.

[0059] When the system is switched to room temperature water mode, a mode switch occurs because the previous mode was hot water. The water supply device detects the remaining hot water in the water-using passage, activating the first pump 31. Simultaneously, the fifth control valve 25 connects the fourth passage 14 to the sixth passage. Driven by the first pump 31, the remaining hot water quickly flows from the water-using end through the fourth passage 14 into the first pump 31, then into the sixth passage 16 and is discharged. This process is very short, and the room temperature water mode is quickly activated, supplying room temperature water.

[0060] V. Waste Discharge Function

[0061] In some embodiments, the water supply device uses heat exchange to exchange heat with water from a water source. The water supply device includes a heating tank 200 and a heat exchanger 300, with hot water in the heating tank 200 serving as the heat exchange medium. Drinking water from the water source enters the heat exchanger 300 through the first passage 11 and the third passage 13. The heat exchange medium from the heating tank 200 also enters the heat exchanger 300, where heat exchange occurs. The drinking water heats up, and the heat exchange medium (hot water) cools down and flows back to the heating tank 200. After being reheated, it re-enters the heat exchanger 300, and this cycle repeats. Because the heat exchange medium is frequently reheated, periodic replacement may lead to scale buildup in the heating tank 200 and other problems. Therefore, it needs to be replaced periodically or irregularly, meaning it must first be drained from the heating tank 200. When the heat exchange medium (wastewater) needs to be discharged, the fifth control valve 25 operates, controlling the fifth passage 15 and the sixth passage 16. The first pump body 31 starts, and at the same time, the fifth control valve 25 controls the connection between the fifth passage 15 and the sixth passage 16. Under the driving force of the first pump body 31, the heat exchange medium flows out of the heat tank 200 and into the fifth passage 15, flows into the sixth passage 16 through the fifth control valve 25, and is discharged.

[0062] VI. Hydration Function

[0063] In scenarios using heat exchange, the hot water (heat exchange medium) in the heat tank 200 is at a high temperature before exchanging heat with water from the water source, thus generating water vapor which evaporates. Additionally, due to periodic waste discharge, the heat exchange medium in the heat tank 200 decreases, requiring periodic replenishment. Furthermore, when using an ice chamber to cool and store water, the consumption of cooling water also necessitates periodic or irregular water replenishment. In these scenarios, the third branch 173 of the seventh passage 17 is connected to the heat tank 200, and the first branch 171 is connected to the ice chamber.

[0064] When the hot water tank 200 needs to be replenished, the third control valve 23 operates, controlling the connection between the first passage 11 and the second passage 12. At the same time, the second control valve 22 operates, controlling the second passage 12 to disconnect from the water supply end. Simultaneously, the fourth control valve 24 operates, controlling the connection between the second passage 12 and the seventh passage 17. Water from the water source enters the hot water tank 200 through the first passage 11, the third control valve 23, the second passage 12, the fourth control valve 24, the second branch 172, and the third branch 173, replenishing the hot water tank 200.

[0065] When replenishing water to the ice tank, water is replenished through the first branch 171, and the other steps are the same as those for replenishing water to the hot tank 200.

[0066] VII. Anti-backflow function

[0067] The second passage 12 is in the opposite direction to the water source: when there is water in the second passage 12, the fourth control valve 24 controls the cut-off, the third control valve 23 is connected, the second control valve 22 controls the cut-off or has a problem and cannot control the connection, the water in the second passage 12 may flow through the third control valve 23 to the first passage 11, and then to the water source.

[0068] Backflow prevention between the second passage 12 and the water source: The first valve body 26, which is located at the connection between the second passage 12 and the third control valve 23, can prevent the water in the second passage 12 from flowing to the third control valve 23, and thus prevent it from flowing to the first passage 11, thereby achieving backflow prevention between the second passage 12 and the water source.

[0069] The backflow between the hot tank 200 and the ice tank exists in scenarios where heat exchange and ice tank cooling water are used. If the heat exchange medium (hot water) of the hot tank 200 flows to the ice tank, it will damage the ice tank and cause the cooling water stored in the ice tank to heat up. When water is added through the hot tank 200, if the hot tank 200 overflows from the second branch 172, it may flow to the ice tank through the first branch 171.

[0070] Backflow prevention between the hot tank 200 and the ice tank: The second valve body 27, located in the second branch 172, can prevent the heat exchange medium in the hot tank 200 from overflowing and flowing back into the ice tank.

[0071] 8. Precision water supply

[0072] In some embodiments, the water circuit board 100 can accurately measure the amount of water entering the water supply device through the flow meter 40, thereby achieving precise water supply.

[0073] The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the utility model and does not limit the patent scope of the utility model. All equivalent structural transformations made under the utility model concept and based on the contents of the utility model specification and drawings, or direct / indirect applications in other related technical fields, are included within the patent protection scope of the utility model.
