A PCB board dispensing device

Abstract

This application relates to the field of circuit board manufacturing equipment technology, and in particular to a PCB board dispensing device, which includes a clamping structure for fixing PCBs of different specifications. A second fixing plate is fixedly connected to the bottom of the clamping structure, a base is fixedly connected to the bottom of the second fixing plate, and a support rod is fixedly connected to one side of the second fixing plate. This application, by setting components such as a ring, rotating rod, rotating wheel, gear one, fixing plate one, gear two, sliding rod, clamping block, and placement plate in the clamping structure, utilizes the meshing relationship between the rotating wheel and gear one, and the sliding engagement of the sliding rod on the fixing plate one, to allow the clamping block to slide within a groove, thereby adjusting the clamping position. This allows the clamping structure to stably clamp PCBs of different specifications by flexibly adjusting the position of the clamping block. The clamping structure solves the technical problems of unstable PCB fixing or inability to adapt to different PCB specifications, improving dispensing accuracy and efficiency.
