A plurality of two-way screw rods for driving the pushing disc and the locking sleeve to move are arranged on the outer side of the fixed cylinder, and are distributed in an annular array relative to the fixed cylinder; the two sets of pushing discs are pushed to move through rotation of the two-way screw rod, the conical sleeve is pushed to be plugged into the corresponding pipeline, tight initial sealing is formed by means of the contact face between the conical sleeve and the conical sleeve, the pipeline is prevented from being separated from the conical sleeve through movement of the locking sleeve, and meanwhile the sealing performance of connection is further enhanced. Crude oil leakage is effectively prevented, and safety and high efficiency of single-point oil unloading operation are ensured.
