Abstract

This application provides a HUD reflector position monitoring device, relating to the field of head-up display technology. It includes a driving component and a reflector connected to the driving component. A magnet is disposed on the reflector, and an electronic component is disposed on one side of the reflector. Magnetic induction exists between the magnet and the electronic component. During the movement of the reflector along a first direction driven by the driving component, the position of the magnet relative to the electronic component changes, allowing the electronic component to locate the movement position of the reflector. Different magnetic flux values ​​are calibrated at each position difference by utilizing the different distances between the magnet and the Hall effect sensor and the different magnetic field induction. During the flipping process of the reflector driven by the driving component, the relative position of the magnet changes, thereby changing the magnitude of the magnetic flux. The Hall effect sensor converts the received magnetic flux signal into a voltage signal. Based on the different voltage signals received by the Hall effect sensor at different reflector positions, precise positioning is achieved, realizing accurate detection of the reflector's flip position.
