Camera modules and terminal equipment

Abstract

This application relates to a camera module and terminal device. The camera module includes a rotating component, a camera component, and a supplementary lighting component. The rotating component is disposed on a mobile terminal. The camera component is rotatably disposed at the end of the mobile terminal via the rotating component. During the rotation of the camera component relative to the mobile terminal, the camera component has a first state of being against the display surface and a second state of being unfolded relative to the mobile terminal and protruding to the outside of the mobile terminal. The supplementary lighting component is disposed on the camera component and is used to supplement the light of the camera component. The camera module provided by this application allows the camera component to selectively rotate to the first state or the second state. Only one camera component is needed to realize front-facing and rear-facing photography, reducing the overall size of the camera module and making it easy to carry. The elimination of the need for a separate front-facing camera improves the image quality of the camera module. Furthermore, the supplementary lighting component can supplement the light of the camera component to increase the ambient light of the subject, further improving the image quality of the camera module.
