Abstract

This application relates to the field of mold unclamping equipment technology, specifically disclosing a mold unclamping device, including a carrying mechanism, an unlocking mechanism, a conveying mechanism, a material feeding mechanism, a lifting mechanism, and an unclamping mechanism; the carrying mechanism is used to carry the mold; the unlocking mechanism includes an unlocking drive and an unlocking component, the unlocking drive is located on the carrying mechanism, and the unlocking component is driven and connected to the unlocking drive for unlocking the mold; the conveying mechanism is located on one side of the carrying mechanism; the material feeding mechanism is located on one side of the carrying mechanism for moving the mold to the conveying mechanism; the lifting mechanism is located on the conveying mechanism for lifting the mold; the unclamping mechanism includes a motion component, a clamping component, and a flipping drive, the motion component drives and connects to the clamping component, the clamping component includes two clamping components, the two clamping components are used to cooperate in clamping the female mold, and the flipping drive drives and connects to the clamping components. The above-mentioned mold unclamping device improves the efficiency of mold unclamping and reduces labor costs.
