The feeding mechanism includes a feeding rack, first guide rails installed on both sides of the feeding rack, a feeding hopper, a traction mechanism, first rotating shafts rotatably installed on both sides of the upper part of the feeding hopper, a guide sealing valve plate hinged to the bottom of the feeding hopper, second rotating shafts rotatably installed on both sides of the guide sealing valve plate, and two tension springs. The mixing mechanism is provided with a feeding port, and the frame is provided with a second guide rail that connects to the first guide rail and extends to the feeding port. The ends of the two first rotating shafts are each equipped with a first roller, which is slidably installed in the first guide rail. The two ends of the two tension springs are respectively hinged to the two first rotating shafts, and the other ends of the two tension springs are respectively hinged to the two second rotating shafts.
