Abstract

This invention provides a laser engraving and positioning device for product stitch patterns, including a base with an integrally mounted positioning seat. The positioning seat has an air inlet group and an air outlet group. A limiting frame placed on the base is constrained by limiting blocks inserted into the positioning holes of the base. Grooves are formed on the inner sides of both ends of the limiting frame, and a rotating shaft is rotatably mounted in each groove. Rotating blocks are rotatably mounted at both ends of each rotating shaft. Two pressure bands are connected to the corresponding two rotating blocks. This invention solves the problem of air accumulation through the air inlet and air outlet groups on the positioning seat, avoids product wrinkles with the hollow arc-shaped positioning seat, ensures precise positioning of the limiting frame and limiting blocks, and prevents product displacement with the pressure bands. This provides a flat product and stable positioning for laser engraving stitch patterns, significantly improving engraving accuracy and quality.
