Abstract

The technical solution includes: a buffer tank connected to a regulating pipe and a valve via a delivery pipe and a connecting pipe, respectively; a controller mounted on the valve; a receiving groove inside the regulating pipe; a housing installed within the receiving groove; a connecting rod mounted inside the housing via a first fixing bracket; a spring sleeved on the connecting rod; a valve plate and a strong magnet respectively at both ends of the connecting rod; and a magnetic switch mounted inside the regulating pipe behind the housing via a second fixing bracket. The magnetic switch is connected to the controller via a guide. This utility model uses the valve plate to sense pressure changes within the delivery pipe, causing the strong magnet to move. Combined with the magnetic switch, this achieves non-contact signal transmission, driving the controller to quickly control the opening and closing of the valve. This provides both precise pressure regulation and active protection, effectively solving the problems of slow response and low accuracy in traditional structures.
