An energy-saving variable hydraulic pump for an engine

Abstract

This utility model discloses an energy-saving variable hydraulic pump for engines, belonging to the field of energy-saving variable hydraulic pumps. It includes a pump body and a filter mechanism that works in conjunction with the pump body. After the connecting pipe is fixedly connected to the oil inlet, the filter cartridge passes through the fixing ring inside the connecting pipe, and the insert on the connecting block is inserted into the corresponding slot. Under the locking and elastic force of the compression spring, the clamp is pressed against the slot, thus clamping the filter cartridge into the connecting pipe. The filter element is then installed inside the filter cartridge. After the threaded short rod passes through the mounting hole, it is threadedly connected to the magnetic rod through the threaded hole, thus fixing the filter element in the filter cartridge. When the pump body draws in oil, the magnetic rod, based on its magnetic material properties, magnetically adsorbs and fixes iron filings and impurities in the oil. The filter element then intercepts and filters the remaining impurities in the oil. After filtration, the oil flows out through the filter holes on the outer wall of the filter cartridge, thus achieving effective filtration.
