Abstract

The application provides a coating die applied to display panel coating, which comprises an upper die body, a gasket and a lower die body, a fluid chamber is formed in the front end of the bottom surface of the upper die body, a feeding channel is formed in the middle part of the upper die body, the middle part of the fluid chamber is communicated with the feeding channel, exhaust channels penetrating through the upper die body are arranged at the top of both ends of the fluid chamber, a shaping notch is formed in the front part of the gasket along the width direction, the width of the shaping notch corresponds to the effective coating width, the top surface of the lower die body is a plane, the front part area of the shaping notch forms an extrusion channel after the upper die body and the lower die body are closed, and the coating gap of the extrusion channel is the thickness of the gasket; a deformation groove is vertically formed in the bottom surface of the front end of the lower die body, a series of adjusting holes are arranged at the front end of the lower part of the lower die body, all the adjusting holes are arranged at equal intervals along the width direction, and the adjusting holes are connected with pull rods or push rods or are left empty. The application can satisfy the coating quality of the display panel coating slurry.
