Full angle rotation mechanism for metal additive manufacturing

Abstract

The application relates to the field of 3D printing technology and discloses a full-angle rotating mechanism for metal additive manufacturing, which comprises a machine box, an angle rotating mechanism installed in the machine box and used for driving a metal printing piece to rotate and adjust the angle, and four groups of auxiliary nozzle mechanisms distributed on the two sides of the angle rotating mechanism, wherein two groups of the auxiliary nozzle mechanisms are a module and are distributed in an L shape on the inner side wall of the machine box. The two groups of movement modes are helpful to cleaning the metal printing piece on multiple planes, improve the comprehensiveness and efficiency of cleaning, the reciprocating swing movement is helpful to more comprehensively cleaning the excess powder attached to the printing piece, the two groups of auxiliary nozzle mechanisms are a module and are distributed in an L shape on the inner side wall of the machine box, the four groups of auxiliary nozzle mechanisms are used in cooperation or independently, and the angle rotating mechanism is used in cooperation to clean the powder of the metal printing piece, and the flexibility of the device is improved.
