Abstract

A pin is provided between two corresponding support plates, and a bushing is provided outside the pin. A roller is provided between the first and second chain plates, and the first and second chain plates and the roller are mounted on the pin via the bushing. This technical solution uses grease to store in the roller grooves and oil to be stored on the mating surface between the bushing and the pin, providing automatic lubrication during operation without the need for manual lubrication, saving labor costs, avoiding wear due to lack of oil, and reducing maintenance frequency. The second chain plate is hollow, the load-bearing shaft is hollow, and the roller grooves reduce weight, decreasing the drive load and motor energy consumption. It also carries less heat when passing through the oven, reducing oven energy consumption.
