A sample preparation machine

Abstract

This application provides a sample preparation machine, belonging to the technical field of sample preparation equipment. The sample preparation machine includes: a base assembly, including a base, with a first motor installed inside the base, the output end of the first motor pointing vertically upwards; and a receiving assembly, including an outer barrel mounted on the base, with a drain basket inside the outer barrel, the bottom of the drain basket connected to the output end of the first motor, a certain distance between the outer barrel and the drain basket, a balance ring connected between the upper end of the outer barrel and the upper end of the drain basket, a cover plate on the balance ring, and a blade assembly coaxial with the drain basket on the bottom surface of the cover plate pointing vertically downwards, the blade assembly being detachably connected to the cover plate, a drainage groove on one side of the bottom of the outer barrel, and a flow-guiding collection system connected to the other side, and a pressure sensor and a humidity sensor installed inside the drain basket. Using the solution provided in this application allows for simple operation, high efficiency, good sample uniformity, and easy adjustment of the drainage intensity.
