A device for purging ash accumulation in the intermediate channel of a double-chamber kiln

Abstract

This utility model relates to the field of refractory material technology, and discloses a purging device for ash accumulation in the middle channel of a double-chamber kiln. The device includes purging units installed on both sides of the middle channel of the double-chamber kiln. Each purging unit comprises an air tank, an air pipe, a purging nozzle, an electric valve, and a layer of castable refractory. The air tank stores high-pressure gas, and its input end is connected to an external gas source pipeline. One end of the air pipe is connected to the output end of the air tank, and the other end extends through the wall into the middle channel. The purging nozzle is fixed to the end of the air pipe within the middle channel, and its spray direction is towards the ash accumulation area inside the channel. The electric valve is connected in series on the connecting pipeline between the air tank and the air pipe. The castable refractory layer wraps around the section of the air pipe located inside the wall, forming a high-temperature resistant protective structure for the air pipe. This effectively solves the problems of narrow internal space in the channel, dead corners for cleaning, impaired ventilation, and even abnormal pressure inside the kiln in the prior art.
