A thermostat device for simulating an ultra-low temperature environment

Abstract

This invention provides a constant temperature device for simulating ultra-low temperature environments, comprising a chamber with a sealed door on one side, an upper operating lever and a lower operating lever extending through the upper and lower sides of the chamber, at least one mechanical refrigeration interface located on the side of the chamber and communicating with the interior of the chamber, and a refrigerant pipe located on the inner side of the chamber. The mechanical refrigeration interface is connected to an external gas refrigeration device via a flexible hose. The inlet of the refrigerant pipe extends through the upper side of the chamber near the sealed door and is connected to a refrigerant storage device via a flexible hose. An evaporation hole is located on the upper side of the end of the refrigerant pipe. A pressure relief valve is located near the inlet of the refrigerant pipe and extends through the chamber and is installed on the upper side of the chamber. A temperature sensor is also included inside the chamber. This invention achieves combined refrigeration by using both mechanical refrigeration and liquid nitrogen refrigeration, allowing for matching to testing needs in different temperature ranges. Combined with temperature sensor monitoring, it enables precise temperature control.
