TOF laser displacement sensor based on aviation plug sealing

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of laser displacement sensors, and specifically discloses a TOF laser displacement sensor based on an aviation plug seal, which comprises a shell, a window sheet, an optical module, a circuit module and an aviation plug, the shell is provided with a window, the window sheet is connected in the window, the optical module and the circuit module are both connected inside the shell, a mounting hole is formed in the shell, the aviation plug is connected in the mounting hole, one end of the aviation plug in the shell is used for being connected with the circuit module, and the other end of the aviation plug outside the shell is used for being connected with an external cable to realize power supply and data communication of the sensor. The aviation plug which is compressed from inside to outside, the window sheet filled with waterproof glue and the key display area covered by an integrated sealing film are adopted, multiple and three-dimensional waterproof lines are constructed, and the product can meet the use requirements of long-term immersion, high-pressure washing and other harsh working conditions.
