Click the "Real-time Simultaneous Interpretation" button in the "Smart Form Filling" window in the upper right corner of the main view to jump to the changing state diagram 1. Turn on the "Real-time Simultaneous Interpretation" button to enable the function of filling in multiple forms at the same time; the left side of the changing state diagram 1 is the form that the user needs to fill in. Drag the second open form to be filled in to the blank area on the right side of the changing state diagram 1 to jump to the changing state diagram 2; click the lower left corner of the "Smart Form Filling" window in the changing state diagram 2. Click the "X" button (as shown in the change state reference figure 2, the button can be represented by the "+" sign) to jump to the change state figure 3, which is used to add one or more forms to be filled in; drag the third opened form to be filled in to the blank space on the right side of the change state figure 3 to jump to the change state figure 4; in the change state figure 4, the user fills in the form on the left and jumps to the change state figure 5; in the change state figure 5, the system will automatically recognize the content filled in by the user and fill the content in the relevant fields of the right form in real time, that is, the relevant fields of the right form will synchronously display the content just filled in the left form, jump to the change state figure 6, and the filling of the three forms can be completed at the same time.
