Purpose of the graphical user interface: The overall purpose of the interface is to dynamically display the user's daily energy balance (total calorie deficit / surplus) and the intake progress of the six major nutrients (energy, carbohydrates, dietary fiber, protein, fat, and saturated fat), and to provide intuitive health goal management through color and graphic changes. 6. Human-computer interaction method of graphical user interface: The main view is a blank energy balance page where the user has not entered daily diet and activity records. The user clicks the square icon at the top of the interface to select the corresponding date, and then clicks the circular "+" icon in the middle at the bottom of the interface to enter daily diet and activity records. The interface changes state graph, which is the page displaying energy balance data after the user has entered daily diet and activity records. 7.
