Anti-nectin-4 antibody conjugate drug comprising a camptothecin derivative

Abstract

The present invention provides an antibody-drug conjugate having a structure in which a compound according to Chemical Formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer, tautomer, prodrug, hydrate, solvate, or isotopically labeled analogue thereof is linked to an anti-nectin-4 antibody via a linker. The antibody-drug conjugate according to the present invention can selectively impart the effect of the compound of Chemical Formula 1 to cancer cells expressing nectin-4.
