Abstract

The present invention provides magnetic carriers, anti-glycoprotein antibodies, their antigen-binding portions, one or more lectins, compositions, kits, methods and uses based thereon, including uses in methods for profiling glycoproteins using lectins, e.g. in cancer diagnostics. The magnetic carriers, anti-glycoprotein antibodies, their antigen-binding portions, one or more lectins, compositions, kits, methods and uses based thereon are applicable to any glycoprotein.
