Abstract
Sensor device for measuring a volume flow or a mass flow of a gaseous fluid with a fluid channel (2) through which gaseous fluid flows in a main flow direction, wherein a profile (4) is arranged in the fluid channel (2) and a differential pressure sensor (3) is connected to the fluid channel (2) via an input port (31) arranged upstream of the profile and via an output port (32) arranged downstream of the profile such that both the input port (31) and the output port (32) have a connection through the wall (21) of the fluid channel for tapping a pressure value, characterized in thatthat the profile (4) extends transversely to the main flow direction from one channel wall to the opposite channel wall of the fluid channel (2) and has both an upstream measuring chamber (42) with an upstream opening and a downstream measuring chamber (43) with a downstream opening, wherein the inlet connection (31) has at least two connections (421, 422) to the fluid channel (2), which open opposite each other in the region of a channel wall into the upstream measuring chamber (42) and the outlet connection (32) has at least two connections (431, 432) to the fluid channel (2), which open opposite each other in the region of a channel wall into the downstream measuring chamber (43) and wherein the profile (4) is designed as an H-shaped profile in cross-section,whose side surfaces (44) are connected by an intermediate wall (41) extending perpendicular to the main flow direction, and that the clear distance between the two side surfaces (44) in the first, upstream measuring chamber (42) increases in the opposite direction to the main flow direction.
