Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a drive device for a movable furniture part, with a latchable ejection device, by means of which the movable furniture part can be ejected from a closed position by means of a force accumulator in the opening direction, and the ejection device can be unlocked by overpressing the movable furniture part from the latched closed position in the closing direction, wherein an overpress protection is provided which prevents the ejection device from being unlocked during a closing process and during a movement of the movable furniture part beyond the closed position into the overpress position, and to a piece of furniture with such a drive device.

[0002] WO 2014 / 165877 A1 discloses a drive device for a movable furniture part, in which a pivotable ejection lever is provided for ejecting the movable furniture part, which can be locked in a closed position. For unlocking, the movable furniture part can be moved into an over-pressing position, in order to then eject the furniture part in the opening direction via the ejection lever and a force accumulator. If, during a closing process, the movable furniture part is moved beyond the closed position into the over-pressing position, a blocking element is provided which prevents the ejection device from being unlocked when the over-pressing position is reached. This prevents the movable furniture part from being accidentally ejected again if the closing speed is too high. The blocking element can be moved from a blocking position to a release position with a time delay via a reset device. This prevents the movable furniture part from opening immediately after a closing operation. The time delay is controlled by a damper. This can result in an undesirably long delay before the next opening operation can be performed. Furthermore, the locking element is subjected to mechanical stress during an opening attempt.

[0003] It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a drive device for a movable furniture part which ensures reliable overpressure protection during a closing movement and can be quickly opened again after the closing process.

[0004] This object is achieved with a drive device having the features of claim 1.

[0005] The drive device according to the invention comprises an ejection device with an overpressure protection device that prevents the ejection device from being unlocked during a closing process and a movement of the movable furniture part beyond the closed position into the overpressure position. For this purpose, a switching element is provided that can be actuated via an element that can be coupled to the movable furniture part and that enables unlocking of the ejection device in a first position and prevents unlocking of the ejection device in a second position. During a continuous movement of the movable furniture part into the closed position and beyond the closed position into the overpressure position, the control element moves the switching element from the first to the second position. During the subsequent movement of the movable furniture part from the overpressure position into the closed position, the switching element can be moved from the second position to the first position. This allows the switching element to be moved from the overpressure position to the closed position as soon as the movable furniture part is moved, making it available for a new opening process immediately after reaching the closed position, without a time delay caused by a blocking element that is only moved after reaching the closed position. Furthermore, the switching element provides reliable overpressure protection, as it enables or prevents the ejection device from being unlocked, depending on its position.

[0006] To lock the ejection device, the control element, which is movable along a guide track, can preferably be deposited in the closed position against a locking receptacle on the guide track when the energy storage device is tensioned. The locking receptacle can be formed from at least two parts that are movable relative to one another. To unlock the ejection device, the movable furniture part can be moved together with the control element in the closing direction in order to also move the switching element, which is coupled to part of the locking receptacle. By moving part of the locking receptacle, its locking function for the control element is canceled, so that the control element can be moved in the opening direction by the force of the energy storage device.

[0007] In one embodiment, a housing is provided in which a guide track for the control element is formed, wherein a first part of a latching receptacle is formed on the guide track, preferably integrally with the housing, on which the control element can be placed in the latched position, wherein a second part of the latching receptacle is movable relative to the first part of the latching receptacle in order to release the control element on the guide track in the opening direction. The second part of the latching receptacle can be arranged on an actuating element which is guided linearly or pivotably on the housing. The switching element can also be movably mounted on the actuating element, for example displaceably or pivotably, in order to be able to carry out the various functions of the ejection device in a compact design.

[0008] For reliable positioning of the actuating element with a part of the locking receptacle, the actuating element can be locked in an unlocked position of the locking receptacle against the force of a spring. The actuating element, which can be moved along the guide track, can then unlock the actuating element and move it from the unlocked position to a starting position in which the locking receptacle for receiving the actuating element is closed, thus allowing the actuating element to be placed in the locking receptacle to lock the ejection device.

[0009] If a time delay is desired before the switching element is positioned in the first position for a renewed opening process, the switching element can be connected to a damper, for example, a rotary damper, which slows the return movement of the switching element from the second position to the first position. The switching element can be preloaded into the first position by a spring, allowing the duration of the return movement to be adjusted depending on the spring force and the damping force.

[0010] Preferably, a driver is linearly guided on the housing and can be coupled to an activator for movement along the housing, wherein both compressive and tensile forces can be transmitted to the driver via the activator. The driver can preferably be moved along the housing over a longer distance than the carriage with the control element, which is guided linearly on the housing. This enables the ejection device to interact with a self-closing mechanism. Such a self-closing mechanism can move the movable furniture part into a closed position after the ejection device has locked, even if no further forces are being applied by the user. The tensioning process for the energy accumulator then takes place during a closing movement of the movable furniture part at a distance from the self-closing position, for example at least 25 mm away from the self-closing position in a range between 100 mm and 40 mm before the closed position. It is also possible that the self-retractor tensions part of the spring energy of the ejector, so that the ejector only locks in the effective range of the self-retractor.

[0011] In a further embodiment, it is also possible to combine the self-feeder and the ejection device in one device, so that a common unit is created.

[0012] In a further embodiment, a control rocker is provided, by means of which the switching element can be switched from the first to the second position. The control rocker can be pivoted via the driver to switch the switching element from the first to the second position, so that the switching element is only in the first position when the driver is arranged in the region of the closed position. In another embodiment, the driver can be designed such that the switching element can be switched directly from the first to the second position by the driver.

[0013] For a compact design of the ejection device, the control element preferably has a first pin that is guided in the guide track on the housing, and a second pin that engages a driver that can be brought into engagement with an activator. The control element therefore has multiple functions, namely, on the one hand, the coupling of a carriage to a locking mechanism and, on the other hand, the coupling of the carriage to the driver. In this way, the position of the driver is coupled to the position of the carriage and the locking mechanism in a path-dependent manner. The control element can be arranged on a carriage that is pretensioned in the opening direction by an energy accumulator, wherein the control element is preferably guided on the carriage perpendicular to the direction of movement of the carriage.

[0014] In a further embodiment, a backstop is provided that prevents the movable furniture part from being ejected during a clamping process. Such a backstop can, for example, comprise a gear that can be engaged with a rack on the housing if the user interrupts the clamping process of the ejection device.

[0015] The drive device is preferably used in a piece of furniture that has a furniture body and a furniture part that can be moved relative to it, such as a drawer, a sliding door, or another movable furniture part. The furniture part can be guided linearly via a fitting, for example, via at least one pull-out guide, which features a self-closing mechanism with a damper, by means of which the movable furniture part can be moved in the closing direction and decelerated shortly before reaching the closed position.

[0016] The invention is explained in more detail below using an embodiment with reference to the attached drawings: Fig. 1 is a perspective exploded view of a piece of furniture with a drive device according to the invention; Fig. 2 a perspective view of a drawer with two drive devices; Fig. 3 a perspective view of a drive device according to the invention; Fig. 4A and Fig. 4B two exploded views of the drive device of the Fig. 3; Fig. 5 a view of the housing of the drive device of the Fig. 3; Fig. 6A and Fig. 6B two views of the drive device of the Fig. 3 in a closed position; Fig. 7A and Fig. 7B two views of the drive device of the Fig. 3 in an overpressure position; Fig. 8A and Fig. 8B two views of the drive device of the Fig. 3 at the beginning of an opening process; Fig. 9A and Fig. 9B two views of the drive device of the Fig. 3 when unlocking the actuator; Fig. 10A and Fig. 10B two views of the drive device of the Fig. 3 in an opening position; Fig. 11A and Fig. 11B two views of the drive device of the Fig. 3 during the clamping process during a movement in the closing direction, Fig. 12A and Fig. 12B two views of the drive device of the Fig. 3 in an overpressure position; Fig. 13A and Fig. 13B two views of the drive device of the Fig. 3 with blocked switching element; Fig. 14 a path-time diagram of a normal closing movement; Fig. 15 a path-time diagram of a closing movement with overpressure of the movable furniture part; Fig. 16 a detailed view of the drive device of the Fig. 3 during the opening movement; Fig. 17 a detailed view of the drive device of the Fig. 3 during an opening movement; Fig. 18 a detailed view of the drive device of the Fig. 3 in an opening position; Fig. 19 a speed-distance diagram of a heavy movable furniture part, and Fig. 20 a speed-distance diagram of a light movable furniture part.

[0017] A piece of furniture 1 comprises a Fig. 1 schematically illustrated carcass 2, on which one or more drawers can be movably mounted as movable furniture parts 3. Each drawer is guided on opposite sides via a pull-out guide 5, wherein the pull-out guide 5 is fixed to a side wall of the carcass 2 via a retaining bracket 9 and the drawer 3 is fixed to a movable runner rail of the pull-out guide 5. In a closed position, a front panel 4 of the drawer is located at a short distance from the carcass 2, for example between 1 mm and 6 mm, in order to be pressed slightly further into the carcass 2 from this closed position into an over-press position in order to unlock an ejection device 6.

[0018] As in Fig. 2, two ejection devices 6 are located on the underside of a base of the drawer, which can be coupled, at least in a closing area, to an activator 7 which is fixedly connected directly or indirectly to the carcass 2. Each ejection device 6 can thus be supported on the activator 7 in order to eject the drawer as the movable furniture part 3. Each pull-out guide 5 is arranged in a side frame 8 of the drawer. It is of course also possible to arrange the ejection device 6 stationary on the carcass 2 and the activator 7 on the drawer. In addition, the number and arrangement of the ejection devices 6 on the movable furniture part 3 can be varied. It is also possible for the ejection device 6 to be arranged on the carcass rail or a carcass rail holder of a pull-out guide and for the activator to be arranged on the drawer rail.A wide variety of arrangement combinations of ejection device and activator are known in the prior art, whereby the activator can also be formed directly by a movable furniture part or a stationary part, so that the function of the activator does not require a separate component.

[0019] Each drawer guide 5 can be coupled to a self-closing mechanism, which pulls a movable guide rail of the drawer guide 5 in a closing direction within a retraction area and optionally brakes it using a damper. A drawer guide 5 with a self-closing mechanism is disclosed, for example, in documents DE 10 2011 053 840 A1 or DE 10 2011 054 441 A1, to which reference is made.

[0020] In Fig. 3 shows the ejection device 6, which is arranged in a housing 10. A guide 11 in the form of a web is provided on a longitudinal edge of the housing 10, on which a driver 12 is movably mounted. The driver 12 is connected to a coupling element 13, which forms a contact surface for the activator 7. Since the coupling element 13 has a magnet, both tensile and compressive forces can be transmitted between the driver 12 and the activator 7. For positioning the movable furniture part 3 in the depth direction, an adjustment mechanism 15 is provided, by means of which the position of the coupling element 13 relative to the driver 12 can be adjusted. The coupling element 13 can alternatively also be designed as a gripper controlled in a guide or another mechanically releasable coupling.

[0021] As in the Fig. 4A and Fig. 4B, a carriage 30 is located within the housing 10, which is mounted in a receptacle 20 so as to be displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the housing 10. On one end face of the receptacle 20 of the housing 10, there is a holder 21 for securing one end of a force accumulator in the form of at least one spring 22, in particular a tension spring. Two springs 22 are provided, each of which is arranged in a spring receptacle 31 on the carriage 30. An opposite end of the spring 22 is fixed to a spring holder 32 on the carriage 30, so that the carriage 30 is pretensioned in the opening direction on the housing 10. The number of springs 22 can be selected depending on the intended use of the drive device. The housing 10 can be closed via a cover 14.

[0022] Furthermore, a receptacle 33 for guiding a control element 40 is provided on the slide 30. Side walls 38 are arranged on the receptacle 33, which guide the control element 40 essentially perpendicular to the opening direction. Furthermore, a receptacle 37 is provided on a side wall 38 of the receptacle 33, through which a protruding web 43 of the control element 40 can be passed in order to insert the control element 40 into the receptacle 33. The control element 40 is plate-shaped and has protruding sliding elements 44 that bear against the side walls 38 of the receptacle 33.

[0023] The control element 40 comprises a first pin 41, which is guided in a guide track 17 on the housing 10. A second pin 42 is also provided on the control element 40, which is guided on the driver 12. For this purpose, a guide track 16 is formed on the driver 12.

[0024] Furthermore, a curved guide 34 is provided on the carriage 30, by means of which a gear 36 is guided. The gear 36 engages with a locking projection 35 in the curved guide 34 and is part of a backstop. A toothed rack 19 is formed on the housing 10, as shown in the detailed view of the Fig. 5. The gear 36 is guided by a pin in a loop-shaped guide track 18 of the housing 10, wherein a section of the guide track 18 runs past the rack 19 in the tensioning direction, while a section for an opening movement guides the gear 36 at a distance from the rack 19. If a tensioning process of the ejection device 6 is aborted, the gear 36 engages the rack 19 and thus prevents ejection of the movable furniture part. Such a backstop is described, for example, in DE 10 2016 107 918. For the present ejection device, such a backstop is advantageous, but can optionally be omitted.

[0025] Furthermore, an adjusting element 50 is provided on the housing 10, which is accommodated in an adjusting element receptacle 26 ( Fig. 5) is slidably held on the housing 10. For this purpose, a box-shaped section 55 engages in the actuating element receptacle 26, while a web 56 is received at an end section 27 of the housing 10. A bearing 52 for a rotatable switching element 60 is formed on the actuating element 50. The switching element 60 has a lever arm on which a pressure piece 62 is provided at the end. An elongated recess 61 is provided on the axis of rotation of the switching element 60, into which a web 66 of a rotary damper 65 engages, which is coupled in a rotationally fixed manner to the switching element 60. The rotary damper 65 is held on the actuating element 50 via a bracket 67, so that when the switching element 60 rotates, the rotary damper 65 is actuated and generates a braking effect. The rotatable switching element 60 further comprises a protruding arm 63 which cooperates with stops on the actuating element 50 in order to limit the rotational movement of the switching element 60.

[0026] The actuating element 50 is pre-tensioned into an initial position by a spring 68. The spring 68 is stored in a spring receptacle 69 on the actuating element 50 ( Fig. 4B), wherein the spring 68 rests on one end face of the actuating element 50 and on the opposite side on a wall of the housing 10. The spring 68 is designed as a compression spring and thus pretensions the actuating element 50 in the opening direction.

[0027] A bow spring 64 is also mounted on the actuating element 50, which preloads the switching element 60 into a first position. The bow spring 64 rests against the arm 63 at one end and is supported on the actuating element 50 at the opposite end.

[0028] Furthermore, a web 53 is formed on the actuating element 50, on which a part 51 of a locking receptacle for the pin 41 of the control element 40 is provided. The part 51 of the locking receptacle is designed as a projection. Furthermore, a locking lug 54 is provided on the web 53, which can ensure that the actuating element 50 is locked to the housing 10.

[0029] In the Fig. 4A and Fig. 4B also shows a control rocker 70, which serves to actuate the switching element 60. The control rocker 70 is mounted for rotation about a rotation axis 71, which is inserted into a bearing receptacle 74 on the housing 10. The control rocker 70 has a cantilever 72, which acts on the switching element 60 in order to pivot it. Furthermore, a guide cam 73 is provided on the control rocker 70, which interacts with the driver 12. When the driver 12 is moved along the housing 10, the driver 12 can pivot the control rocker 70 about the rotation axis 71 and thus actuate the switching element 60. A cam guide 75 for the guide cam 73 is formed on the driver 12 in order to actuate the switching element 60 only over a defined path of the driver 12.

[0030] In Fig. 5, the housing 10 is shown without the cover 14 and the other components. A guide track 17 for the first pin 41 of the control element 40 is formed on the housing 10. The guide track 17 is loop-shaped. A first part 23 of a locking receptacle is provided on the guide track 17, against which the pin 41 can be placed to lock the ejection device 6. The second part 51 of the locking receptacle is formed on the actuating element 50. When the second part 51 of the locking receptacle is arranged adjacent to the first part 23 of the locking receptacle, the locking receptacle is in a closed position, and the pin 41 can be placed there to lock the ejection device 6 in a closed position. If the actuating element 50 is moved relative to the housing 10, the second part 51 of the locking receptacle moves away from the first part 23, so that the locking receptacle is moved into the unlocking or release position and the pin 41 can no longer be placed in the locking receptacle.

[0031] Furthermore, a locking projection 25 is formed on the housing 10 in the region of the guide track 17, which interacts with the locking lug 54 on the actuating element 50 in order to be able to lock the actuating element 50 in an unlocking or release position for the control element 40.

[0032] The operation of the ejection device 6 is described below with reference to the Fig. 6 to 13, these figures each showing two sectional views through the ejection device 6, which are partially arranged in different planes in order to be able to better follow the position of the pins 41 and 42 in the area of the driver 12 and the guide track 17.

[0033] In the Fig. 6A and Fig. 6B, the ejection device 6 is in a closed position. In the closed position, the pin 41 of the control element 40 is located in the locking receptacle formed by the first part 23 on the housing 10 and the second part 51 on the carriage 50. The locking receptacle is in the closed position, and the ejection device 6 is locked via the pin 41 and the locking receptacle against the force of the springs 22. The second pin 42 of the control element is located at an angled end of the guide track 16 on the driver 12.

[0034] If the ejection device 6 is to be unlocked, the movable furniture part 3 or the drawer is moved from the closed position into an overpressure position, as shown in the Fig. 7A and Fig. 7B. The control element 40 is pressed in against the force of the springs 22 held on the carriage 30, with the movable furniture part acting on the control element 40 via the driver 12 and the pin 42. By pressing in the movable furniture part, the first pin 41 presses against the pressure piece 62 on the switching element 60, which moves the actuating element 50 against the force of the spring 68 relative to the housing 10. The movement of the actuating element 50 also displaces the second part 51 of the locking receptacle relative to the first part 23.

[0035] For an opening movement, the pin 41 can now pass through the gap between the first part 23 of the locking receptacle and the second part 51, as shown in the Fig. 8A and Fig. 8B. The driver 12 is coupled to the control element 40 in the extension direction via the second pin 42, so that the movable furniture part is ejected by the driver 12. The actuating element 50 is pressed in the opening direction by the spring 68 until the locking lug 54 rests against the locking projection 25 of the housing 10. By locking the actuating element 50, the locking receptacle remains in a release position. The distance between the two parts 23 and 51 of the locking receptacle is large enough for the pin 41 to pass between them.

[0036] Due to the springs 22, the carriage 30 with the control element 40, and thereby also the driver 12 with the movable furniture part, is moved further in the opening direction until the Fig. 9 is reached. The first pin 41 on the control element 40 runs against a bevel 57 on the web 53 and thus releases the locking lug 54 from the locking projection 25. As a result, the actuating element 50 can be moved further in the opening direction by the force of the spring 68 in order to close the locking receptacle.

[0037] The movable furniture part 3 is now moved further in the opening direction until the first pin 41 hits a ramp 45 of the guide track 17, in order to move the control element 40 on the carriage 30. As a result, the second pin 42 moves out of the angled end section of the guide track 16 and can thus be moved along the central section of the guide track 16, which is oriented at a slight incline to the closing and opening direction, in order to move the driver 12 further along the guide 11 on the housing.

[0038] In the Fig. 10A and Fig. 10B shows a position of the ejection device 6 in which the movable furniture part 3 can move away from the driver 12. The second pin 42 has been moved to the angled end section of the guide track 16, and the first pin 41 is located at a pointed end of the guide track 17.

[0039] In order to bring the movable furniture part back into a closed position, the activator is moved against the driver 12, which is coupled to the control element 40 via the second pin 42. The control element 40 thus moves together with the carriage 30 in the closing direction and thereby tensions the springs 22. The pin 41 moves into the Fig. 10 and Fig. 11 on the left side of the loop-shaped guide track 17. When the spring 22 is tensioned, the backstop is also activated by the gear 36, which moves along the rack 19 on the housing. If the tensioning process is interrupted, the gear 36 of the backstop secures the previously tensioned position of the slide 30.

[0040] If the carriage 12 is moved further in the closing direction, on the one hand the springs 22 are tensioned via the carriage 30, and on the other hand an edge of the driver 12 with the cam guide 75 comes into contact with the guide cam 73 on the control rocker 70. When the driver 12 presses against the guide cam 73, the control rocker 70 is pivoted about the axis of rotation 71 and presses with the arm 72 against the switching element 60, which is pivoted from the first position in which unlocking of the ejection device is possible to a second position in which unlocking of the ejection device 6 is not permitted. Although the pin 41 has already been deposited on the locking receptacle, the ejection device 6 cannot be triggered because the switching element 60, which can establish a connection between the pin 41 and the actuating element 50, is arranged in the pivoted position. As the pin 41 moves into the locking receptacle, the second pin 42 also moves out of the angled end section of the guide track 16 and can be moved along the driver 12. In this area, for example, in an area between the closed position and 40 mm before the closed position, a self-closing mechanism, which is arranged, for example, on the drawer guide, can now become effective. Such a self-closing mechanism pulls the movable furniture part into a closed position, with a damper preferably being provided to slow down the closing movement of the movable furniture part. This means that the user no longer needs to exert any actuating force, but can leave the control of the movable furniture part to the self-closing mechanism. If the driver 12 is now slowly moved into the closed position via the self-closing mechanism, the cam guide 75, with a recess, moves into the area of the guide cam 73, so that the control rocker 70 can be pivoted by the force of the bow spring 64, since the switching element 60 is pivoted back into the first position by the force of the bow spring 64, in which position an unlocking of the ejection device 6 is made possible. The second pin 42 is then located on the angled end section of the guide track 16, and the position shown in . Fig. 6A and Fig. 6B is reached. With this type of closing operation, the drawer is not pushed beyond the closed position into the over-press position, and the user can unlock the ejection device 6 again immediately after reaching the closed position, since unlocking is enabled upon reaching the closed position by pivoting the switching element 60 into the first position.

[0041] However, it may happen that the movable furniture part is manually moved beyond the closed position into the overpressure position or is moved beyond the closed position due to excessive closing speed of the movable furniture part 3. In this case, the Fig. 13A and Fig. 13B shown overpressure position is reached. In the overpressure position, the control rocker 70 has caused the switching element 60 to pivot from the first position to the second position due to the cam guide 75 on the driver 12 and the guide cam 73, as shown in the Fig. 13A and Fig. 13B. The locking receptacle is in the closed position, but the pin 41 is arranged at a distance from the locking receptacle. However, the pin 41 does not rest on an end face of the pressure piece 62, but rather laterally on the pressure piece 62, so that no forces in the closing direction can be applied to the switching element 60 by the pin 41. If the movable furniture part is released in the overpressure position, the springs 22 ensure that the driver 12 and the control element 40 are moved relative to the housing 10 in the opening direction until the first pin 41 is deposited on the locking receptacle, which is formed by the first part 23 on the housing 10 and the second part 51 on the actuating element 50, and which in the Fig. 6A and Fig. 6B is reached. When the pin 41 is placed on the locking receptacle, the driver 12 simultaneously moves along the housing 10, so that the guide cam 73 is released via the cam guide 75 to such an extent that the switching element 60 can be pivoted from the second position into the first position by the force of the bow spring 64. Immediately after reaching the closed position, an opening process can therefore take place again. If it is desired that a further opening can only be carried out after a certain period of time, the return pivoting movement of the switching element 60 can be slowed down by the rotary damper 65, depending on how long it is to wait. Such a time delay is, however, only optional, since even after the movable furniture part has been overpressed into the overpress position, immediate opening is possible as soon as the movable furniture part has reached the closed position.A linear damper or other mechanical timing element can also be provided for the delayed return swing or retraction movement. Simple mechanical timing elements include suction cups with a small hole that release contact with a surface due to the inflow of air, or an elastomer with a slowed return movement. When using an elastomer, the spring (64) for the return movement can be omitted, since the elastomer itself can exhibit a resilient effect.

[0042] In Fig. Figure 14 shows a travel-time diagram illustrating a closing process in which no overpressure position is reached. The movable furniture part 3 is moved in the closing direction, and in the process, the energy accumulator on the slide 30 is tensioned in a first section. Once the energy accumulator is tensioned by the springs 22 and the ejection device 6 is locked to the locking receptacle via the pin 41, the self-closing mechanism can take over, and the movement of the movable furniture part 3 in the closing direction is decelerated, as indicated by the curved profile in the retraction region. The movable furniture part 3 then reaches the closed position, and no further movement takes place until the user moves the movable furniture part 3 into the overpressure position, thereby unlocking the ejection device 6.

[0043] In Fig. Figure 15 shows that the closing process can also occur in an over-press position, whereby the movable furniture part 3 is moved in the closing direction both in the clamping area and in the retraction area, beyond the closed position into the over-press position. The movable furniture part can be held in the over-press position for any length of time until it is released by the user, after which it can be moved into the closed position. Once the movable furniture part 3 is in the closed position, it can be opened again.

[0044] In the illustrated embodiment, the switching element 60 is rotatably mounted. It is also possible to provide a displaceably mounted switching element 60 in a mechanism for the overpressure protection.

[0045] In Fig. 16, the ejection device 6 is shown in a position during the opening movement, in which the driver 12 has already traveled part of the way along the housing 10 in the opening direction and the carriage 30 is arranged shortly before reaching its end position on the housing 10. The first pin 41 moves straight against the run-on bevel 45 on the guide track 17, so that the control element 40 not only moves with the carriage 30 in the opening direction, but also in Fig. 16 is moved slightly to the right, so that the second pin 42 is moved out of the angled end section of the guide track 16 and thus a coupling between the control element 40 and the driver 12 is unlocked.

[0046] If the driver 12 is now moved further in the opening direction, as shown in Fig. 17, the second pin 42 moves along the guide track 16, which is slightly inclined to the opening and closing direction, for example at an angle between 1° and 20°, in particular 5° to 15°, so that the control element 40 during the further opening movement in Fig. 17 is also moved to the right. Frictional forces act via the control element 40 and the pins 41 and 42, slightly slowing the movement of the driver 12. In this area, the carriage 30 is only moved slightly in the opening direction, but can also be arranged stationary. The driver 12 continues to move in the opening direction together with the movable furniture part 3.

[0047] In Fig. 18, the second pin 42 has reached the second angled end section of the guide track 16, so that now a decoupling of the movable furniture part 3 from the driver 12 can take place, similar to what has been said with reference to Fig. 10. Optionally, the driver 12 can also be moved further along the housing 10 in the opening direction until it reaches a stop. During a subsequent closing movement, the pin 42 is then Fig. 18 upper angled end section of the guide track 16 in order to move the driver 12 together with the carriage 30 in the closing direction and to tension the springs 22.

[0048] In Fig. Figure 19 shows a speed-displacement diagram for a heavy movable furniture part 3. The movable furniture part 3 is moved from the closed position to an overpressure position so that the ejection device 6 can eject the movable furniture part. The movable furniture part 3 is accelerated via the ejection device 6 from the overpressure position a first distance to the point S1. In Fig. 19, the movable furniture part is heavy, so the acceleration is low. After reaching the Fig. 16, there is no longer any acceleration of the movable furniture part, but only a slight braking due to the frictional forces when moving the movable furniture part and the driver 12 in the opening direction, until the Fig. 18 shown position is reached, which corresponds to point S2 in Fig. 19. The dashed line along the second path between S1 and S2 shows the difference when no braking forces act on the movable furniture part 3 via the driver 12. The movable furniture part would be only slightly faster at the end of the path S2, with a decrease in speed also occurring due to the remaining frictional forces on the drawer guide 5 or on other components acting on the movable furniture part 3.

[0049] In Fig. Figure 20 shows a speed-displacement diagram for a lightweight movable furniture part 3, in which the same ejection device 6 with the same springs 22 is used. The movable furniture part 3 is initially accelerated in the opening direction from the overpressure position or, in the case of an alternative unlocking, from the closed position until the speed V max reached and the Fig. 16 is reached. After reaching the first distance, a certain braking effect on the driver 12 is generated via the ejection device through friction forces, whereby the difference in the final speed at the end of the second distance (S2) is greater than in Fig. 19, since the movable furniture part 3 is lighter. The dashed line in Fig.20 shows a non-braked movable furniture part 3, while the continuous line between S1 and S2 represents the braking effect of the driver 12. By braking the movable furniture part 3, especially in the case of light furniture parts, it can be prevented that they are ejected in the opening direction at excessive speed and thus could strike hard in the maximum opening position.

[0050] To increase the speed after reaching the maximum speed V max To slow down the ejection speed, additional dampers can be provided alternatively or additionally, such as air dampers, fluid dampers, linear dampers, or rotary dampers. The damping force is preferably speed-dependent, i.e., the higher the speed of the movable furniture part at the end of the first travel distance, the higher the damping forces become, in order to slow down the ejection speed more effectively at higher speeds.
