A car sharing system related to a car sharing service in which a plurality of vehicles including at least one of a private ownership vehicle and a corporate ownership vehicle are shared among a plurality of users to be used, the car sharing service being operated by a company other than a company as an owner of the corporate ownership vehicles, the car sharing system comprising: a first storage configured to store vehicle planning information on respective usage plans of the plurality of vehicles; a second storage configured to store parking station planning information on respective usage plans of a plurality of parking stations configured in advance to park the vehicles; a communication unit configured to receive, from a user via a user terminal, a usage reservation for a vehicle among the plurality of vehicles available at a parking station in the vicinity of a departure location of the user during a period desired by the user, and for a parking station among the plurality of parking stations located in a vicinity of a destination location of the user at which the vehicle can be returned at a time desired by the user, based on the vehicle planning information and the parking station planning information, a reservation processor configured to register the usage reservation in the vehicle planning information in the first memory and in the parking station planning information in the second memory; a key information supply unit configured to supply key information for use of the vehicle corresponding to the use reservation registered in the vehicle planning information to a mobile terminal of the user corresponding to the use reservation, a determination unit configured to determine that a user of a vehicle or a person connected to the owner needs a replacement vehicle based on preset planning information when the vehicle is subject to the use reservation; wherein the reservation processor is configured to make a use reservation with respect to a period registered in the vehicle planning information for the owner of the vehicle or the person connected to the owner to use the vehicle, for a spare vehicle different from the vehicle among the plurality of vehicles available during the period, and for a predetermined parking station among the plurality of parking stations to which the spare vehicle can be returned within the period; and registering the usage reservation in the vehicle planning information in the first storage and the parking station planning information in the second storage, and wherein the key information supply unit is configured to supply key information for using the spare vehicle to a mobile terminal of the owner of the vehicle or the person connected to the owner.The car sharing system according to claim 1, wherein the reservation processor makes the use reservation with respect to the period registered in the vehicle planning information for the owner of the vehicle or the person connected to the owner to use the vehicle, for a vehicle parked at a parking station in the vicinity of a home location of the vehicle as the other vehicle, and for a parking station in the vicinity of the home location of the vehicle as the predetermined parking station; providing key information for using the vehicle corresponding to the use reservation registered in the vehicle planning information to a mobile terminal of the user corresponding to the use reservation, determining, based on preset planning information, that a user of a vehicle or a person connected to the owner needs a spare vehicle when the vehicle is subject to the use reservation; wherein the reserving makes a use reservation with respect to a period registered in the vehicle planning information for the owner of the vehicle or the person connected to the owner to use the vehicle, for a spare vehicle different from the vehicle among the plurality of vehicles available during the period, and for a predetermined parking station among the plurality of parking stations to which the spare vehicle can be returned within the period;
