Description

[0001] The invention relates to a furniture pull-out, with a base plate which is guided in a furniture carcass in an extendable manner, an extension plate which is connected in an articulated manner to the base plate and which can be folded back onto it, and a push-in lock for locking the pull-out in an extended position.

[0002] A furniture extension of this type is known from EP 3 009 038 B1. The extension panel is connected to the front edge of the base panel via a hinge. In the extended, ready-to-use position, both panels lie in a common plane, forming a tabletop or worktop positioned in front of the front of the furniture body and held on telescopic guides that extend from the body. When the table is to be stored within the body, the extension panel is folded back 180° onto the base panel so that it rests flat against the base panel. Both panels are then pushed back into the interior of the body together with the telescopic extensions. The insertion lock has a release pin that protrudes upwards through a hole in the base panel and is actuated by the folded-back extension panel.

[0003] The object of the invention is to create a furniture pull-out with a visually less conspicuous insertion lock.

[0004] This object is achieved according to the invention in that the insertion lock has a rocker arm which is pivotably mounted on the underside of the base plate, one end of which forms a release arm projecting from a front edge of the base plate and the opposite end of which forms a catch hook which locks to a body-fixed component when the release arm is pressed downwards by the unfolded extension plate.

[0005] As long as the extension plate is folded back onto the base plate, the drawer can be pushed back into its retracted position. However, as soon as the extension plate is folded out into the position where it is flush with the base plate, the release arm is pushed down by the edge of the extension plate, causing the catch to move into the locking position, preventing the drawer from being pushed back. The entire tilt lever, including the release arm, is then concealed beneath the tabletop formed by the extension plate and the base plate.

[0006] Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention emerge from the subclaims.

[0007] In the following, an embodiment example is explained in more detail using the drawing.

[0008] They show: Fig. 1 a schematic perspective view of a cabinet with a body and a pull-out according to the invention in the extended and unfolded position; Fig. 2 a section through the upper part of the cabinet with the drawer pulled out but the extension panel not yet unfolded; and Fig. 3 a section through the drawer in the locked state.

[0009] The Fig. The cabinet shown in Figure 1 comprises a body 10, which is formed in a known manner by side walls 12, a front panel 14, a cover panel 16, and a rear panel (not shown). The front panel 14 ends slightly below the lower edge of the cover panel 16, creating an opening 18 through which a drawer 20 can be pulled out of the body 10.

[0010] The extension 20 has a two-part table top 22, which is supported on a support 24 that can be pulled out from the body 10. In the example shown, the support 24 is formed by a multi-stage telescopic extension and has two multi-stage pull-out guide sets 26, which are rigidly connected to one another at the free end by a cross member 28. In the center of the cross member 28, a pivot bearing 30 is arranged, which defines a rotation axis running in the extension direction and on which a rectangular front panel 32 is rotatably mounted. The front panel 32 is oriented parallel to the front panel 14 of the body. The pivot bearing 30 is arranged on the rear of the front panel 32 such that it is offset in the vertical direction relative to the center of the rectangular front panel 32, in that Fig. 2 shown state upwards.

[0011] The table top 20 is formed by an inner base plate 34 and an outer extension plate 36, which are connected to each other by a hinge 38. In the Fig. In the extended state shown in Figure 1, both plates 34, 36 lie flush in one plane and they both rest on the pull-out guide sets 26.

[0012] If the pull-out 20 is to be stored in the body 10, the extension panel 36 is folded back onto the base panel 34 around the hinge 38, and both panels are then pushed back into the body 10, lying on top of each other. The front panel 32 can be rotated 180° into an upright position in which it fills the opening 18.

[0013] The base plate 34 is, for example, attached to the second stage of the telescopic extension, so that when the carrier 24 is fully extended and the Fig. 1 shown position is reached, the base plate 34 is only pulled out as far as in Fig. 1. The projecting part of the support 24 then forms a support for the extension plate 36 when it is folded into its use position.

[0014] To prevent the drawer 20 from moving in the extended position according to Fig. 1 inadvertently retreats into the body, an insertion lock 40 is arranged on the underside of the table top 22, which is essentially formed by two rocker levers 42 running parallel to one another in the extension direction.

[0015] The structure and function of the insertion lock 40 are to be explained using the sectional views in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 will be explained.

[0016] In Fig. 2, the extension 20 is in the fully extended position, but the extension plate 36 is still folded back onto the base plate 34. Each of the two rocker arms 42 is attached to the underside of the base plate 34 by a pivot bearing 44 and is guided by a spring 46 into the Fig. 2. At the front end pointing in the direction of extension, the rocker arm forms an upwardly projecting release arm 48, which carries a feeler roller 50 at the upper end. In the position shown in Fig. 2, the trigger arm 48 is located directly at the front edge of the base plate 34, and the feeler roller 50 is in a position in which its upper apex is higher than the underside of the base plate 34.

[0017] The arm of the rocker lever 42, which extends towards the interior of the body in the opposite direction to the extension direction, forms an upwardly cranked catch hook 52, which is concealed behind a cover 54 projecting from the rear edge of the base plate 34.

[0018] When the extension plate 36 is inserted into the Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, the edge of the extension plate connected to the hinge 38 presses on the feeler roller 50, so that the release arm 48 moves downwards and the rocker lever 42 moves counterclockwise into the position shown in Fig. 3. In doing so, the catch hook 52 moves into a position in which it lies in front of a stop block 56 attached to the underside of the cover plate 16. If a force acting in the insertion direction is now exerted on the pull-out 20, the insertion movement of the pull-out is prevented by the catch hook 52 being supported on the stop block 56. Only when the extension plate 36 is returned to the position shown in Fig. 2, the rocker arm pivots back into the position shown in Fig. 2 and the catch hook 52 releases the extension.
