[0002] A child safety seat is a seat specifically designed for children. By installing the child safety seat in a car, and with a child sitting in it, the child is restrained by the child safety seat to ensure the child's safety.

An ISOFIX connector is located on one side of the base, and a top tether strap is attached to the back of the seat. [1] Restraint belt assembly (40) for securing a child safety seat (1) to a vehicle, the restraint belt assembly (40) comprising: an adjusting device (430) for adjusting the length of the restraint strap assembly (40); a belt attachment section (450) that can be attached to a corresponding attachment section of the vehicle; an upper retaining strap (410) comprising two straps and connected via the adjustment device (430) to the child safety seat (1) and the belt attachment section (450), wherein at least one strap of the upper retaining strap (410) passes through the adjusting device (430) to form at least two free ends (4111), characterized by , that the adjusting device (430) is a two-way adjusting device (440) which is able to adjust a length of the retaining strap assembly (40) in two opposite directions, wherein first ends of the two straps of the upper restraint strap (410) are each attached to both sides of the child safety seat (1) and second ends of the two straps are each connected to the adjustment device (430), and wherein the belt attachment section (450) is fixedly or slidably connected to one of the two belts. [2] Restraint belt arrangement (40) according to claim 1, characterized by , that the child safety seat (1) comprises a base (10), a seat (20) arranged above the base (10) and an upper bar (30) attached to a rear of the base (10). [3] Restraint belt arrangement (40) according to claim 1, characterized by , that the adjusting device (430) is a two-way adjusting device (440) and the at least two free ends (4111) are formed by the upper retaining strap (410) which passes through the two-way adjusting device (440). [4] Restraint belt arrangement (40) according to claim 1, characterized by, that the adjusting device (430) has a locked position and a released position, wherein in the locked position the upper retaining strap (410) passing through the adjusting device (430) is clamped, and wherein in the released position the adjusting device (430) allows the upper retaining strap (410) passing through the adjusting device (430) to move relative to the adjusting device (430). [5] Child safety seat (1), with a base (10) which is provided with a rearward projecting anchoring part (110); a seat (20) connected to the base (10); an upper rod (30) which is attached to the rear of the base (10); characterized by a retaining strap arrangement (40) according to claim 1, wherein the upper retaining strap (410) of the retaining strap arrangement (40) is attached to the upper bar (30). [6] Child safety seat (1) according to claim 5, characterized by, that the upper rod (30) comprises two vertical rods (310) and a fastening section (320), and wherein each of the upper ends of the two vertical rods (310) is provided with an opening (330). [7] Child safety seat (1) according to claim 5, characterized by , that the upper rod (30) comprises two vertical rods (310) and a fastening section (320), and wherein an upper surface of the fastening section (320) is provided with an opening (330) in the center. [8] Child safety seat (1) according to claim 5, characterized by , that the upper rod (30) comprises a vertical rod (310) and a receiving section (340), and wherein an upper surface of the receiving section (340) is provided with an opening (330) in the center. [9] Restraint belt assembly (40) for securing a child safety seat (1) to a vehicle, characterized by a two-way adjusting device (440) for adjusting the length of the retaining strap assembly (40) in two opposite directions; a belt attachment section (450) that can be attached to a corresponding attachment section of the vehicle; and an upper retaining strap (410) comprising several straps that are separate from each other, wherein the upper retaining strap (410) connects the two-way adjustment device (440) to the child safety seat (1) and the two-way adjustment device (440) to the belt attachment section (450). [10] Restraint belt arrangement (40) according to claim 9, characterized by , that the two-way adjusting device (440) comprises: an adjustment device housing (441) with two first openings pointing in opposite directions; two buttons (442) which are each arranged at the first two openings and are movable in the direction of entry into and exit from the adjusting device housing (441); a fixed plate (443) which is attached to the bottom of the adjusting device housing (441) and is provided with two second openings; and two locking elements (444) which are arranged inside the adjusting device housing (441) and which can be moved together with the two buttons (442) to form a locked and a released position. [11] Restraint belt arrangement (40) according to claim 10, characterized by, that two of the straps are configured to enter the adjusting device housing (441) via the two second openings, pass through gaps between the two locking elements (444) and the fixed plate (443) and extend out of the adjusting device housing (441) to form free ends (4111) extending in two opposite directions, wherein in the locked position the two locking elements (444) and the fixed plate (443) each clamp the two straps and in the released position the two locking elements (444) and the fixed plate (443) allow the movement of the two straps. [12] Restraint belt arrangement (40) according to claim 11, characterized by , that in the released position, when the free ends (4111) are pulled, the retaining strap assembly (40) is shortened, and when sections other than the free ends (4111) of the two straps are pulled, the retaining strap assembly (40) is lengthened. [13] Restraint belt arrangement (40) according to claim 10, characterized by , that a spring is arranged between the two keys (442) to exert a force on the two keys (442) to push them out of the adjusting device housing (441). [14] Restraint belt arrangement (40) according to claim 10, characterized by , that on the top of the adjustment device housing (441) two tightening indicator windows (445) are formed, each of which indicates whether the two belts are tightened.
