Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a holder device according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
[0002] WO 2017 / 140 304 A1 discloses a clutch master cylinder with a movable sleeve for a sniffing action, in which a piston is slidably guided to define a pressure chamber. The piston is connected to a piston rod via a snap hook.
[0003] In vehicle body construction, a wide variety of functional elements are arranged on the bodyshell. This is achieved in particular via bolts, which are usually arranged in round openings in the sheet metal of the bodyshell. Some functional elements, such as pumps or other units, generate undesirable vibrations due to their function, which should not be transmitted to the bodyshell in order not to impair the acoustic comfort of the occupants. From the prior art, for example, it is known that the bolt is held in the round opening in the sheet metal of the bodyshell by a cylindrical elastomer bearing, which radially surrounds the bolt and is inserted under tension into the round opening in the sheet metal of the bodyshell.
[0004] However, the disadvantage of manually assembling the bolt is the risk of injury to the assembler.
[0005] The object of the invention is to provide a holding device by means of which two components are held together particularly efficiently and securely and in which assembly is particularly simple.
[0006] This object is achieved by means of a holding device having the features of patent claim 1. Advantageous embodiments and further developments can be found in the dependent patent claims.
[0007] One aspect of the invention relates to a holding device for holding together a first component designed as a body sheet and a second component, with at least one bolt which can be passed through respective corresponding bores of the respective components and which can be fastened by means of a corresponding nut.
[0008] To achieve the object of the invention, a second, larger-diameter sleeve can be pushed onto a first T-sleeve, which is fixed vertically to the body panel and arranged in front of the nut in the insertion direction. At least two opposing snap hooks are arranged on said second sleeve. These snap hooks engage corresponding openings for radial engagement in a thread of the bolt, which openings are arranged on an outer side of the metallic T-sleeve.
[0009] The holding device consists of several components that are plugged together to create an efficient connection between the parts. First is the first component, which is designed as a body panel. A metal T-sleeve is attached vertically to this component. This T-sleeve serves as the base for the holding device and is firmly connected to the body panel. On top of the T-sleeve is a second plastic sleeve. This second sleeve has a larger diameter than the T-sleeve and can be pushed onto it. The plastic sleeve serves to distribute the load across the body panel and prevent possible damage to the hole.
[0010] At least two opposing snap hooks are arranged on the plastic sleeve. These snap hooks are designed to engage corresponding openings on the outside of the metal T-sleeve. This creates a radial engagement of the respective snap hooks with the bolt thread.
[0011] The bolt is guided through the openings in the components and can be secured with a corresponding nut. Tightening the nut secures the bolt and sleeves, ensuring a particularly secure connection between the components. The radial engagement of the snap hooks in the bolt thread thus provides additional security against accidental loosening of the connection. The retaining device enables efficient assembly, as the plastic sleeve can be easily slid onto the metal T-sleeve. The snap hooks offer a simple and secure way to attach the retaining device to the bolt and create a stable connection between the components.
[0012] In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the second sleeve has at least one snap connection that engages with a corresponding receptacle on the T-sleeve to secure the second sleeve to the T-sleeve. This prevents unwanted slipping or displacement of the second sleeve, and furthermore, assembly is particularly simple and time-saving, since only a simple stacking of the two parts is required.
[0013] In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the snap hooks are designed to be inwardly springy. When the snap hooks reach the openings, rapid fastening is provided, as the springiness allows for direct gripping. In particular, this also avoids the need for tools.
[0014] In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the opposing snap hooks are arranged at respective ends of the second sleeve, in particular rotated by 90°.
[0015] In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, a bearing for vibration decoupling is arranged between the T-sleeve and the second sleeve. In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the bearing is made of an elastomer.
[0016] Further advantages, features, and details of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment and from the drawings. The features and combinations of features mentioned above in the description, as well as the features and combinations of features mentioned below in the description of the figures and / or shown alone in the figures, can be used not only in the respective specified combinations, but also in other combinations or on their own, without departing from the scope of the invention.
[0017] Showing: Fig. 1 a perspective view of an embodiment of the holding device; Fig. 2 is a further perspective view of a cross section of the embodiment of the holding device; Fig. 3 a cross-section of another embodiment of the holding device; and Fig. 4 a perspective view of the further embodiment of the holding device in an assembled representation.
[0018] In the figures, identical and functionally identical elements are provided with the same reference numerals.
[0019] Fig. Figure 1 shows a perspective view of an embodiment of the holding device 10. This is designed to connect a first component 12, formed as a body panel, and a second component 14. The holding device 10 consists of a bolt 16 that can be passed through corresponding holes in the components 12, 14. The bolt is fastened with a nut 18.
[0020] The holding device 10 is designed such that a second sleeve 22 can be pushed onto a first T-sleeve 20 fastened vertically to the body panel. For this purpose, the second sleeve 22 has a larger diameter than the T-sleeve 20. At least two opposing snap hooks 24a, 24b are arranged on the second sleeve 22. These snap hooks 24a, 24b engage in corresponding openings 26a, 26b on the outer side 21 of the metallic T-sleeve 20 and enable radial engagement with the thread of the bolt 16.
[0021] Furthermore, the second sleeve 22 has a snap connection 28 that engages a corresponding receptacle 30 on the T-sleeve 20 to secure the second sleeve 22 to the T-sleeve 20. The receptacle 30 can be designed either as a continuous groove, or as a gap. The snap connection 28 is designed with the respective snap hooks 28a, which are smaller than the other snap hooks 24a, 24b for gripping the thread.
[0022] The snap hooks 24a, 24b, 28a are spring-loaded inwards and form a unit with the second sleeve 22. They are arranged at the respective ends of the second sleeve 22 rotated by 90°.
[0023] Fig. 2 shows a further perspective view of a cross-section of the embodiment of the holding device 10. This perspective view illustrates the various components of the holding device 10, including the T-sleeve 20, the second sleeve 22 with the snap hooks 24a, 24b, 28a and the receptacle 30 for the snap connection 28. The orientation of the snap hooks 24a, 24b, 28a and their connection to the T-sleeve 20 is clearly shown.
[0024] Fig. 3 shows a cross-section of another embodiment of the holding device 10. The cross-section shows a holding device 10, which here too is designed to connect the first component 12, formed as a body panel, and the second component 14 to one another. The connection is made by the bolt 16, which can be passed through corresponding holes in the components 12, 14. The bolt 16 is fastened with a corresponding T-shaped nut 18. The second component 14 is held by a holding element 19, which is arranged between the nut 18 and the first component 12.
[0025] The holding device 10 comprises the first T-sleeve 20 and the second sleeve 22, which can be pushed onto the T-sleeve 20. The second sleeve 22 thus has a larger diameter than the T-sleeve 20. At least two opposing snap hooks 24a, 24b are arranged on the second sleeve 22. These snap hooks 24a, 24b engage in corresponding openings 26a, 26b on the outer side 21 of the metallic T-sleeve 20 and provide radial engagement with the thread of the bolt 16.
[0026] A bearing 32 is arranged between the T-sleeve 20 and the second sleeve 22 to provide vibration isolation. The bearing 32 is made of an elastomer and surrounds the T-sleeve 20, to which the second sleeve 22 is attached. The bearing 32 can also serve as a retaining element 19 and have a receptacle 33 on its outer circumference, into which a plastic housing can be accommodated as the second component 14.
[0027] The nut 18 is located on the flat side of the T-sleeve 20, the flange 20a. The nut 18 is designed as a combination nut with a flange 18a and offers a larger surface area to better grip the flange 20a of the T-sleeve 20 and provide more contact area to better hold or fix the T-sleeve 20 and thus the bearing 32 to the first component 12.
[0028] Fig. Figure 4 shows a perspective view of the further embodiment of the holding device 10 in an assembled view. In the perspective view of the assembled holding device 10, the focus is on holding a plastic housing as the second component 14. The holding device 10 consists of several components, including the bolt 16, which are visible in the illustration.
[0029] The first component 12 is shown, which is designed as a body panel. Attached vertically to it is the T-sleeve 20, which has a specific height and a flange 20a at its upper end. The second component 14, the plastic housing, is located beneath the T-sleeve 20. The plastic housing is held by the T-sleeve 20, the nut 18, and the bearing 32. The flanges 18a, 20b are shown here, which are positioned against one another and interact to provide a stable connection. The bearing 32 serves to decouple vibrations between the body panel and the plastic housing. QUOTES CONTAINED IN THE DESCRIPTION
