Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a system comprising a processing system for processing objects, in particular a coil system for processing metal coils, and a detection device configured to detect at least one item of object information of the objects to be processed by means of the processing system, which detection device is configured to detect the at least one item of object information on the basis of a detection configuration.Systems which have processing systems for processing objects and detection devices which are designed for detecting object information of the objects to be processed are known in principle from the prior art. For example, so-called coil installations are known which are designed for processing metal coils, i.e. are designed for processing coils of strips of raw material. Such processing systems process the objects, namely for example the coils, into semi-finished products suitable for a further processing process, for example metal plates or plates. The detection device of the system assigned to the processing system detects object information of the objects that are to be processed by means of the processing system. In this case, a large number of object-specific information items are acquired, for example an oil layer thickness, a material thickness, a material width, a surface texture and the like.Since in such systems the objects to be processed by means of the processing installation differ, in particular with regard to the metal type, the surface structure, the surface coating, the oiling, the size or width, the manufacturer and optionally further parameters, the detection configuration which forms the basis for the detection of the at least one object information by the detection device is to be adapted in each case. It is known from the prior art that a large number of different processing processes are carried out by means of the processing installation, which processes can be stored in different program numbers on the part of the processing installation. The program number indicates, for example, how the processing installation is to be operated in order to obtain a semi-finished product required for a specific application purpose from the unprocessed object. For this purpose, it is known that the acquisition configuration for the respective processing process is stored in a decentralized manner in the processing installation together with the program numbers. However, this means a complicated and high maintenance requirement, since the acquisition configuration also has to be changed when a processing process is changed, for example when a model is changed or the processing is changed.Since different processing systems are operated differently or are used for different processing processes, the individual processing processes are stored in the processing systems under different program numbers, so that there is no uniform control of the detection apparatus or uniform provision of the same detection configuration. In the worst case, this may result in the at least one item of object information being detected based on an invalid detection configuration, so that the detection result is erroneous. The object of the invention is to specify a system which is improved in comparison therewith, comprising a processing system and a detection device which is designed for detecting at least one item of object information of objects to be processed, in which in particular the provision of the detection configuration is improved. The object is achieved by a system according to claim 1. The claims dependent thereon relate to possible embodiments. As described, the invention relates to a system comprising a processing installation for processing objects, in particular a coil installation for processing metal coils, and a detection device configured to detect at least one item of object information of the objects to be processed by means of the processing installation, which detection device is configured to detect the at least one item of object information on the basis of a detection configuration. The system thus comprises the processing installation and the detection device, wherein the detection device is intended to detect the at least one item of object information of the object which is intended to be processed by means of the processing installation or has been processed by means of the processing installation. Here, the detection of the object information is also possible in an intermediate process, for example when the metal coil is at least partially unwound, but not cut to size. By means of the acquisition configuration, it is ensured that the acquisition device for the object in question is correctly configured, so that the object information can be correctly acquired. The detection configuration ensures the configuration of the detection device, wherein physical parameters of the detection device, for example a detection distance or a light intensity of a light source of the detection device and / or control parameters of the detection device, for example coefficients for the determination or detection of the object information, can be fixed. The invention is based on the realization that the system is designed to acquire unique object identification information of an object to be processed and to retrieve a specific acquisition configuration for the unique object identification information from a central control device and to acquire, by means of the acquisition device, the at least one object information of the object to be processed based on the specific acquisition configuration. The described central control device can be understood, for example, as a "cloud" or otherwise centrally reachable device. The central control device can be connected or communicate centrally with a plurality of systems or a plurality of processing systems and the detection devices thereof. The central control device can also be understood as a component of the system described herein. In other words, the invention proposes that unique object identification information is acquired that can identify the object to be processed. In this case, each object, for example each metal coil, has unique object identification information by means of which the object can be identified. Based on the unique object identification information, the specific detection configuration provided for detecting the object information of the object identified by the unique object identification information can be retrieved from the central control device.Subsequently, the detection device can detect the detection of the at least one object information of the identified object to be processed based on the specific detection configuration. Therefore, it is not necessary to maintain all detection configurations for all different processing processes in a decentralized manner on the part of the processing installation. Instead, knowing which object to process, namely based on the unique object identification information, the specific detection configuration provided exactly for this object or this type of object is retrieved and the detection device is configured based on the specific detection configuration, so that the detection device can detect the at least one object information of the object to be processed with the correct configuration. Similar objects, i.e. similar metal coils, can be detected by means of the same specific detection configurations. If the objects differ in at least one relevant material parameter, different specific detection configurations are necessary. Thus, on the one hand, the high effort for maintaining the detection configurations in a decentralized manner in the processing installation is dispensed with. This further offers the advantage that the specific detection configurations, in particular for the different objects and not for the different processes, can be stored and maintained centrally in the central control device. This also reduces the maintenance effort in the central control device, since, as described, a detection configuration does not have to be stored for each of hundreds or thousands of different processing processes, but rather this is stored for the object to be processed.Since the objects to be processed, for example the metal coils, are used multiple times as seen over all processing processes or the same metal coils, i.e. coils or raw materials with the same relevant material properties, are used in different processing processes, the number of different objects, i.e. metal coils or material types, is significantly less than the processing processes used for processing. The central retrieval from the central control device further ensures that all processing installations, in particular their detection devices, carry out the detection of the object information on the same, namely the correct specific detection configuration for the respective object. In the described system, it can furthermore be provided that the central control device is designed to determine at least one item of material information of the object assigned to the unique item of object identification information on the basis of the unique item of object identification information and to determine the specific detection configuration on the basis of the item of material information. In other words, it can be established by detecting the unique object identification information which object is present or is to be processed in concrete terms. This can be transmitted to the central control device, which has access to at least one database in which there is an assignment of the individual objects on the basis of their object identification information, so that the at least one item of material information can be determined, for example which material, which manufacturer, which surface coating, which surface texture and the like the object specifically present has.Based on this material information of the unambiguously identified object, the specific detection configuration can then be determined, which is suitable or provided for the object. This can then be transmitted to the detection device, so that the detection device can carry out the detection based on the specific detection configuration. In this case, use is made in particular of the fact that it is itself immaterial for the detection of the at least one item of object information which processing process is subsequently carried out with the object, but rather it merely has to be ensured that the correct detection configuration is used for the material or the specific configuration of the object. The unique object identification information can be carried out, for example, via the detection of a product ticket and the identification number located thereon. This can be correlated with other numbers of other databases, for example an SAP number. The system can further be developed to the effect that the central control device has at least one data storage device in which an assignment of at least two specific detection configurations to at least two different items of material information is stored. In other words, the central control device has access to the data storage device described. The data storage device can ultimately be understood as a configuration table in which different specific acquisition configurations are stored for different items of material information. If the object is unambiguously identified, i.e. the relevant material information relating to the object is present, the specific acquisition configuration assigned to the specific material information can be loaded and provided to the acquisition device on the basis of the data storage device. In other words, compared to the described prior art, a transition is made from an application-related or processing-process-oriented procedure to a material-related configuration of the detection device. This is advantageous in particular in that central care of the specific detection configurations can be carried out with significantly less effort, since the number of different materials or material combinations is significantly less than the resulting different processing processes. In a development of the system, it can be provided that the system is designed to generate component information for each processed object. For example, the unique object identification information described above can be combined with further information, for example a time stamp, in order to generate the component information. This allows the uniqueness of the individual processed objects to be maintained and allows continuity of the information with the individual objects to be achieved. This means in particular that it is possible to specifically understand for the processed object in each processing state which processing processes the object has passed through or from which object, in particular which metal coil, the processed object originates. In a further embodiment of the system, a decentralized control device, which is assigned in particular to the detection device, can be provided and is designed to store a specific detection configuration, which is last called up by the central control device, in particular for the processing process to be carried out. As described, a specific detection configuration for different objects is respectively retrieved from the central control device, which is subsequently used for carrying out the detection or forms the basis thereof in order to configure the detection device accordingly. This specific acquisition configuration is subsequently stored in the decentralized control device in the described embodiment, for example per processing process (program number). If the central control device is not reachable, for example, in the case of a separate communication connection between the system or the detection device and the central control device, the stored specific detection configuration, which is stored in the decentralized control device and was used last for the detection task for this processing process, can instead be used. The described configuration thus constitutes a "fallback" option, or a retraction position, if the specific detection configuration cannot be retrieved from the central control device. Once the communication link is re-established, the specific acquisition configuration may be obtained again from the central control device as described above. In this case, that specific detection configuration for a specific type of objects which was used last for the detection of the corresponding object information can always be stored in the decentralized control device. This can be replaced or overwritten accordingly when the specific detection configuration is retrieved again from the central control device. The described system can be further developed to the effect that the system is designed to output a warning signal, in particular depending on an item of up-to-date information of the specific detection configuration. The warning signal can basically be output when, for example, the communication connection to the central control device is interrupted and the specific detection configuration cannot be called up by the central control device. The warning signal can be carried out, for example, in the context of an optical, haptic or acoustic output and / or can be further processed by data technology (e.g. via email aerialing). The warning signal can indicate, for example, that instead the most recently used specific detection configuration is used, which is stored in the decentralized control device, as described above. Furthermore, a warning signal can be output if the stored specific detection configuration is potentially no longer up-to-date, for example has no longer been updated since a certain period of time. This can be determined by means of the up-to-date information, which comprises, for example, the retrieval of the specific acquisition configuration from the central control device, and subsequently output. In a further embodiment of the system, it can be provided that at least one standardized detection configuration is stored in the central control device and / or the decentralized control device, wherein the system is designed to retrieve at least one parameter of the standardized detection configuration in the event of an incomplete and / or incorrect specific detection configuration. In the central control device and / or decentralized control device, a "standard detection configuration" can thus be provided, so that one or more standard configurations for the detection unit are stored for objects with not completely present object information, i.e. for materials for which at least one relevant material information is missing (e.g. supplier is not entered). The missing information or parameters can thus be supplemented or replaced from the standard configuration. In a further embodiment of the system, it can be provided that the system is configured to acquire the at least one item of object information of the object to be processed by means of the acquisition device for at least one defined processing process on the basis of a defined acquisition configuration. The defined detection configuration can be stored, for example, in the decentralized control device. This can be provided for the purpose that for specific processing steps (e.g. for program number 1), the detection unit should in principle be operated with the defined detection configuration entered in the decentralized control device. This may be necessary and useful, for example, for carrying out system trials. In the decentralized control device, for example, an optional control element (flag, checkbox,... ) can be used to set for this purpose whether an update by the central control device is to be prevented, in particular temporarily.According to a further embodiment of the system, the system can be designed to output specific detection configurations, in particular exclusively, as a function of authentication information / or to output at least one specific detection configuration in encrypted form. This allows, for example, for the system to first send authentication information to the central control device for the retrieval of the specific detection configuration for a particular object to be processed. This may ensure that only sensing devices or systems or processing equipment may receive specific sensing configurations for which they are enabled. Alternatively or additionally, it is possible to output the specific acquisition configuration in encrypted form, i.e. it is correspondingly encrypted and can only be read in by a system authorized for this purpose or can only be read in for the acquisition task and is not otherwise accessible. As described, the specific sensing configuration may basically include any information necessary for the configuration of the sensing device. The central control device may be configured to generate at least one specific detection configuration depending on at least one of the following parameters:a texture parameter of the object and / ora surface parameter of the object and / ora geometry parameter of the object, in particular a coil width, and / oroiling the object and / ora material type of the object, in particular steel or aluminum, and / ora surface treatment of the object and / ora manufacturer information item of the object and / oran item of exception information of the object. As described above, the approach according to the invention is intended to be aimed at executing a material-related configuration instead of an application-related or process-related configuration of the detection device. This means that the detection device is configured for different materials or material combinations, regardless of in which processing processes they are to be used subsequently. For this purpose, it may be advantageous for the configuration of the detection device if the specific detection configuration comprises a texture parameter of the object, for example its surface structure and / or a surface parameter of the object, for example its roughness, and / or a geometry parameter of the object, for example a coil width and / or an oiling of the object, for example the nature of the oil layer on the coil and / or a material type of the object, for example which metal comprises the coil, and / or a surface treatment of the object, for example whether the object is galvanized, hot-dip galvanized or electrolytically galvanized or has a zinc-magnesium coating or the like, and / or manufacturer information of the object and / or exception information of the object. The exception information of the object can comprise, for example, a so-called "standard flag", so that, in the case of certain material combinations, a specific detection configuration is used as standard as long as the exception information is set or vice versa. Otherwise, an exception case occurs in which, unlike the standard case, a different specific detection configuration can be used.In addition to the described system, the invention relates to a detection device for such a system, wherein the detection device is designed to retrieve a specific detection configuration from a central control device for the unique object identification information detected by the system and to detect the at least one object information of the object to be processed on the basis of the specific detection configuration. The invention further relates to a method for acquiring object information in a processing installation for processing objects, in particular a coil installation for processing metal coils, wherein the at least one object information item is acquired by means of an acquisition device configured on the basis of an acquisition configuration, wherein unique object identification information item of an object to be processed is acquired and a specific acquisition configuration for the unique object identification information item is retrieved from a central control device and the at least one object information item of the object to be processed is acquired on the basis of the specific acquisition configuration. All advantages, details, implementations and / or features described with respect to the system are fully transferable to the sensing apparatus and the method. The invention is explained on the basis of exemplary embodiments with reference to the figures. The figures are schematic representations and show: FIG. 1 shows a schematic diagram of a system according to a first exemplary embodiment; and FIG. 2 shows a schematic diagram of a system according to a second exemplary embodiment.FIG. 1 shows a system 1 comprising a processing system 2 which is designed for processing objects. Purely by way of example, the processing plant 2 can be a coil plant which is designed for processing metal coils. The system 1 further comprises a detection device 3 which is designed to detect at least one item of object information which is designed to detect objects to be processed by means of the processing installation 2. For example, as soon as the metal coil is unwound by means of the processing system 2, the detection device 3 can determine various object information of the coil or of the metal plates obtained therefrom, for example its thickness, its surface condition, an oil layer thickness of an oiling of the object and the like.Since the processing system 2 is designed for processing various objects, for example metal coils from various manufacturers, various metal types, various surface treatment and surface characteristics or textures and the like, the detection device 3 is to be configured specifically for the respective object which is currently being processed by means of the processing system 2. For this purpose, the detection device 3 uses a detection configuration in each case, which is specific in particular for the object currently to be processed. That is, various objects can be detected by the detection device 3 based on various specific detection configurations. For example, the sensing configuration may be loaded into the sensing device 3, whereupon the sensing device 3 may be configured based on the sensing configuration. The detection configuration may set, for example, coefficients or parameters within the detection device 3, set a coil width, a light intensity or wavelength of the light used for the detection, and various other parameters of the detection device 3 such that the detection result can be matched to the object. The system 1 is connected to a central control device 4, wherein the central control device 4 can represent a unit external to the system 1 or can form a component of the system 1. The system 1 can comprise any individual processing installation 2 or any number of different or similar processing installations 2, each of which is assigned a detection device 3.In order to be able to retrieve from the central control device 4 the specific acquisition configuration associated with the current object, unique object identification information, for example a product ticket, of the object is acquired on the part of the system 1 and transmitted to the central control device 4. The central control device 4 has access to various databases or data sources and can identify the object and retrieve material information relating to the object, in particular on the basis of the unique object identification information. In this case, the central control device can have a data storage device in which the assignments of different items of material information to different specific detection configurations are stored. For example, for a specific object, it is possible to retrieve in the data storage device, on the basis of its unique object identification information, which material information is linked to the object, i.e. for example from which manufacturer, from which material, with which surface finish and which surface coating the object was produced. On the basis of this material information, the specific detection configuration for the object can be retrieved and transmitted to the detection device 3 or the system 1. As can be seen, the described procedure aims at a material-related configuration of the detection device 3 which is independent of the processing process which is to be subsequently executed by means of the processing installation 2. In other words, the procedure and the configuration of the detection device 3 are independent of for which the object or the metal coil is used, but the specific detection configuration is set based on the specific object. In order to subsequently keep the object unambiguously identifiable, component information can be generated for each processed object. For this purpose, in addition to the unique object identification information described above, further information can be combined, for example a time stamp. The system 1 further comprises a decentralised control device 5, which can be connected to the detection device 3, wherein the respective most recently used specific detection configurations for different objects can be stored in the decentralised control device 5. For example, the appropriate specific detection configuration is retrieved from the central control device 4 as each different object or for each different object type, as described above. This is then used for the configuration of the detection device 3 and is additionally stored in the decentralized control device 5.In operating situations in which, for example temporarily, there is no communication link to the central control device 4, the specific detection configuration for the respective object stored in the decentralized control device 5 can be used. Here, an identification of the object can again be carried out by means of the unique object identification information and, in the event of failure of the communication connection to the central control device 4, the appropriate specific detection configuration, which was used last for this object type, can be removed from the decentralized control device 5.In such a case, a warning signal can be output in particular, so that, for example, a user is informed that the connection to the central control device 4 is impaired. Furthermore, in particular depending on an item of up-to-date information of the specific detection configuration, a further warning signal can be output or the preceding warning signal can be supplemented, so that, for example in the case of a legacy specific detection configuration, corresponding information can be output to the user.FIG. 2 shows a further exemplary embodiment in which a plurality of systems 1, in particular of the type described above, can be connected to a central control device 4. The systems 1 can basically be constructed in the same way. As described above, the system 1 can comprise the central control device 4 or can be designed as an external unit, so that in particular a plurality of systems 1 or a plurality of processing systems 2 can be connected to the central control device 4. For example, a worldwide networking of different processing systems 2 can thus be carried out, so that their detection devices 3 can be configured with the same specific detection configurations for similar objects. In principle, the arrangement shown in FIG. 2 can be operated by different systems 1, as has been described with reference to FIG. 1, so that each system 1 can retrieve the corresponding specific detection configurations from the central control device 4. In this case, the systems 1 can authenticate themselves at the central control device 4 by means of authentication information, so that it can be provided, for example, that selected specific detection configurations are enabled only for systems 1 authorized for this purpose. It can likewise be provided that the specific detection configurations are transmitted between the central control device 4 and the systems 1 in encrypted form. All the advantages, details and features described in the individual exemplary embodiments can be combined with one another as desired, interchanged and transferred to one another. As described, each system 1 comprises a detection device 3. The description can be correspondingly transferred to such a detection device 3 for a described system 1. As described, the systems 1 are designed to carry out the method described herein with all features, details and advantages.List of reference characters1 System 2 Processing Equipment 3 Detection Device 4 Central Control Device 5 Remote Control Device
