Description

[0001] The invention relates to a dispensing device for products.

[0002] Dispensing devices, such as so-called product pushers, for storing and dispensing products are well known in the art. For example, in retail, stacked goods or product packaging are held and dispensed using product pushers.

[0003] Dispensing devices are also known from the prior art for storing and dispensing products such as electrical or electronic components or attachments used in control cabinet, machine, and plant construction. Such dispensing devices enable the attachments to be kept in an orderly state, allowing automated removal or, in the case of manual removal, eliminating the need for sorting by the user in addition to assembly work. Such dispensing devices are described, for example, in DE 10 2010 047 369 A1 and WO 2010 / 057768 A1. Furthermore, DE 10 2020 118 829 A1 describes a packaging carton in which attachments are stored in the correct position and can be removed individually from the packaging carton.

[0004] To accommodate products, such as electrical or electronic components, the dispensing devices typically have a holding rail configured and designed to receive and remove the products. The holding rail has a receiving space located between a first end region and a second end region of the holding rail for storing the attachments. Furthermore, such dispensing devices often have a sliding element that is movably arranged on the holding rail between the first end region and the second end region of the holding rail and is adapted to push the products arranged in the receiving space toward the first end region.

[0005] However, there is no satisfactory solution in the state of the art for easy filling of such dispensing devices.

[0006] The object of the present invention is to provide a dispensing device for products that is easy to fill.

[0007] This object is achieved by an article having the features of claim 1.

[0008] Accordingly, the dispensing device comprises a holding rail which is configured and designed to receive and remove the products, wherein the holding rail has a receiving space located between a first end region and a second end region of the holding rail for storing the products and a sliding element, wherein the sliding element is movably arranged on the holding rail between the first end region and the second end region of the holding rail and is adapted to push the products arranged in the receiving space towards the first end region. Furthermore, the dispensing device comprises a return device which is adapted to move the sliding element on the holding rail towards the second end region of the holding rail.

[0009] The products can be electrical or electronic components or assemblies designed for mounting on a mounting rail. The term "mounting rail" can be understood here as a support made of a sheet metal or plastic profile, which is used in electrical engineering for attaching add-on components in distribution boxes, control cabinets, junction boxes, etc. The mounting rail can, for example, be a rail type according to the standard DIN EN 60715 VDE 0660-520, published in July 2018. The electrical or electronic components can be electrical equipment, such as terminal blocks, relays, fuse holders, end clamps, etc.

[0010] The retaining rail can be designed similarly to the support rail and have a geometry that is at least substantially complementary to the retaining geometry of the add-on parts, for placing the add-on parts onto the retaining rail. For example, the geometry of the retaining rail can differ from a standardized support rail in that the width of the retaining rail is slightly smaller than the width of the support rail. For example, the collar elements of the retaining rail can be slightly smaller, for example 1% to 5% smaller, than the collar elements of the support rail. This can be understood to mean that either the distance between the collar elements in the direction of travel is smaller, or the actual collar elements of the retaining rail are shorter than the comparable collar elements on the standardized support rail.

[0011] The sliding element is movable, in particular displaceable in the direction of travel, arranged on the holding rail between the first end region and the second end region of the holding rail, and adapted to push the products arranged in the receiving space in the direction of the first end region.

[0012] For example, the sliding element can have a support structure adapted to engage behind the support rail in order to slide the products along the support rail. Alternatively, the sliding element can also be guided along the running direction via a differently designed linear guide, such as in a slotted hole in the material of the support rail that extends in the running direction.

[0013] The term “sliding element” can be understood, for example, as a movable weight that can be plate-shaped, pin-shaped, finger-shaped, or roller-shaped and that is arranged on the holding rail so as to be movable along the direction of travel. For example, the sliding element can be arranged at the second end region of the holding rail in a spring-loaded manner and press the products towards the opposite first end region with a spring force in order to ensure that the other products arranged on the holding rail slide down when a product is removed. Alternatively, the sliding element can also be arranged on the holding rail without a spring and, for example, ensure that the products slide down solely through its own weight, for example when the holding rail is arranged with a gradient.

[0014] Furthermore, the dispensing device has a return device which is adapted to move the sliding element on the holding rail in the direction of the second end region of the holding rail.

[0015] By means of the return device, the sliding element can be moved on the holding rail in the direction of the second end area in order to fill the holding rail with products.

[0016] The return mechanism enables ergonomic filling of the dispenser, as the user does not have to manually hold the sliding element in the second end area during filling. Furthermore, damage to the products caused by the sliding element during filling is prevented, and the dispenser can be filled more quickly.

[0017] In one embodiment, the dispensing device has a guide rail having a guide track adapted to engage in a corresponding guide track of the holding rail in order to hold the holding rail displaceable at least in regions in a direction of travel, V, of the guide rail.

[0018] For example, the corresponding guide track can be designed as a guide groove that extends in a direction of travel of the retaining rail and that can encompass, for example, a web-shaped elevation of the guide rail. The retaining rail can thus be held displaceably on the guide rail, at least in some areas, in a direction of travel of the guide rail.

[0019] The guide rail can, for example, be arranged or can be arranged on a surface and the holding rail can be inserted or pushed into the guide rail and also removed from it again.

[0020] In one embodiment, the guideway of the guide rail and the corresponding guideway of the holding rail are adapted to each other for a translational movement guidance of the guide rail and the holding rail.

[0021] In one embodiment, the guide rail and the holding rail are adapted to be releasably locked together in a first locking position and in a second locking position spaced apart from the first locking position.

[0022] For example, the locking connection can be established using corresponding locking elements on the guide rail and the retaining rail. To release the locking connection, the retaining rail can be lifted from the guide rail, at least partially at one end of the retaining rail. The locking connection can be released without tools, i.e., without the use of auxiliary equipment, simply by actuating it.

[0023] The snap-in connection enables reliable arrangement of the holding rail in the guide rail and prevents the holding rail from slipping when a product is removed or the holding rail is filled with products.

[0024] In one embodiment, the return device is adapted to displace the sliding element on the retaining rail in the direction of the second end region of the retaining rail, when displacing the retaining rail on the guide rail along the direction of travel, V, of the guide rail, in particular when transferring the retaining rail from a first locking position into a second locking position.

[0025] As a result, moving the holding rail along the guide rail can cause the sliding element to move toward the second end region of the holding rail, in order to arrange the products in the receiving space of the holding rail. Moving the holding rail back to the first locking position allows the return device to release the sliding element again, so that the sliding element pushes the products in the receiving space toward the first end region.

[0026] In one embodiment, the retaining rail can be moved from the first locking position to the second locking position with the first end region over an end region of the guide rail. The movement can occur along the guide track or according to the translational motion guide.

[0027] For example, if the guide rail is arranged in a shelf, the holding rail for filling with products can simply be extended over one edge of the shelf, while at the same time the sliding element is moved towards the second end area.

[0028] In one embodiment, the return device is adapted to convert a movement on the return device, in particular a manual movement or a movement of a drive means, into a movement of the sliding element.

[0029] The manual movement can, for example, be a user pulling or pushing on the reset device or on an element of the reset device. Alternatively, the movement can be a sliding movement of the holding rail relative to the guide rail along the guide rail. The movement can also be a movement of a drive means, for example, a motor.

[0030] Furthermore, the number of products still remaining on the holding rail can be easily determined by means of the reset device, for example by a position of the reset device.

[0031] In one embodiment, the return device has a movement transmission element, in particular a shape-flexible movement transmission element, with a first end and a second end opposite the first end, wherein the first end is non-positively connected to the sliding element.

[0032] A flexible movement transmission element can be understood here as, for example, a band-like or belt-like design of the return device, in particular with at least one length-elastic section.

[0033] For example, the return device can be designed as a textile or rubber band, which can be arranged with a first end on one side of the sliding element, which, in the mounted position, points toward the second end region. This allows the sliding element to be displaced toward the second end region of the retaining rail by pulling on the textile or rubber band. In other examples, the return device can also be designed as a rope, chain, or strip.

[0034] In one example, the return device comprises a deflection element adapted to guide the motion transmission element movably about a deflection axis of the deflection element.

[0035] For example, the deflection element can be arranged at the second end region of the holding rail or the guide rail and can be designed, for example, as a deflection roller for changing or reversing the pulling direction of the motion transmission element designed as a textile or rubber band. For example, by using the deflection element, the motion transmission element designed as a textile or rubber band can be deflected or guided from the second end region towards the first end region, along the direction of the holding rail. Thus, in one embodiment, the user can move the sliding element towards the second end region, counter to a weight or spring force of the sliding element, by pulling on the motion transmission element towards the first end region of the holding rail.

[0036] In an embodiment in which the holding rail is held displaceably on the guide rail, the second end of the textile or rubber band can be arranged on the guide rail so that the sliding element can be moved on the holding rail in the direction of the second end region of the holding rail when transferring the holding rail from the first locking position to the second locking position.

[0037] Or moving the holding rail on the guide rail can cause the sliding element to move on the holding rail.

[0038] In one embodiment, the restoring device has an adjusting device which is adapted to apply a restoring force to the movement transmission element, wherein the adjusting device comprises in particular a winding element, preferably a winding spool, for the movement transmission element.

[0039] For example, by means of the adjustment device, the movement transmission element designed as a textile or rubber band can be subjected to a restoring force by means of a spring force.

[0040] The winding coil allows the return force to be greater, depending on the tension of a coil spring, the closer the sliding element is moved to the second end area for product removal. The winding coil can be operated manually or by means of a drive element.

[0041] In one embodiment, the return device comprises a gear element which has a predetermined or adjustable gear ratio, in particular wherein the gear element is mechanically connected to the holding rail, the guide rail and the sliding element.

[0042] For example, this can cause a movement of the holding rail along the guide rail over a short distance and a movement of the sliding element over a longer distance.

[0043] In one embodiment, the return device has a blocking element, in particular a rod-like blocking element, wherein the blocking element is arranged on the guide rail or on a base of the guide rail, in particular on a shelf, and is adapted to engage a surface of the sliding element during a movement of the holding rail in order to displace the sliding element on the holding rail in the direction of the second end region of the holding rail.

[0044] By moving the retaining rail on the guide rail toward the first end region, the sliding element can initially be moved together with the retaining rail until it reaches the rod-like blocking element. The fixed arrangement of the rod-like blocking element can prevent further movement of the sliding element on the retaining rail and thus displace the sliding element on the retaining rail toward the second end region of the retaining rail.

[0045] In one embodiment, the dispensing device comprises a spring element which is adapted to push the sliding element in the direction of the first end region of the holding rail under spring force, for pushing products arranged on the holding rail in the direction of the first end region.

[0046] Accordingly, in one embodiment, the sliding element is adapted to be displaceable on the holding rail when displacing in the direction of the second end region of the holding rail against a spring force of the spring element.

[0047] In one embodiment, the first end region is designed for removing the products.

[0048] For example, at least one of the two opposing collar elements of the holding rail can be designed to be elastic, in particular spring-elastic, in the first end region in order to enable easy removal of the products. For example, a collar element in the region of the first end region can be made of an elastic plastic material. Alternatively or in addition to a collar element that is designed to be elastic at least in some regions, the distance between the two collar elements in the first end region can also be reduced compared to the distance between the collar elements along the rest of the holding rail. Furthermore, for easy removal, at least one of the collar elements can not be led all the way to the first end region, or can only be arranged in sections in the region of the first end region.

[0049] The removal of the products from the first end area can be carried out automatically, for example by means of a gripper, or manually, for example by manual removal.

[0050] In one embodiment, the dispensing device has a locking element which is arranged on the sliding element and has a locking element corresponding to the locking element which is arranged on the second end region of the holding rail, wherein the locking elements are designed to be releasably connectable to one another in order to hold the sliding element in a position on the second end region.

[0051] By means of the locking elements designed corresponding to one another, the sliding element can be locked in the second end region in order to enable easy filling of the holding rail.

[0052] The locking elements can be designed as locking elements, as magnetic elements, as elements of a push-to-open connection, or as elements of an otherwise designed releasable connection mechanism.

[0053] In one embodiment, the products are designed as components housed in housings, and the housings are designed to be arranged, in particular to be latched, on the holding rail.

[0054] The concept underlying the invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the embodiments shown in the figures. They show: Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a dispensing device according to one embodiment; Fig. 2 a schematic view of a dispensing device with a guide rail and a base according to one embodiment; Fig. 3 a schematic view of a dispensing device with a guide rail according to one embodiment; Fig. 4 a schematic view of a dispensing device with a guide rail according to another embodiment; Fig. 5 is a schematic view of a dispensing device with a guide rail and a base according to another embodiment; and Fig. 6A-6C are schematic views of a second end region of a dispensing device according to an embodiment with corresponding locking elements on the sliding element and on the holding rail.

[0055] In the Fig. In the embodiment of the dispensing device 1 shown in Figure 1, the holding rail 3 has a web running in a direction V of the holding rail 3 with two collar elements opposite each other in the direction V on the sides of the web for connecting to a holding geometry of the products (not shown).

[0056] The holding rail 3 shown is designed similarly to a support rail (not shown) on which the products are finally mounted. The support rail is a so-called "top-hat rail" according to the standard DIN EN 60715 VDE 0660-520 with the issue date 2018-07. The geometry of the holding rail 3 used in the embodiment shown differs from the standardized support rail in that the collar elements of the holding rail 3 are slightly smaller, for example 1% to 5% smaller than the collar elements of the support rail. In the embodiment shown, the distance between the collar elements in the direction of travel V is smaller than the distance between the comparable collar elements on the standardized support rail. The collar elements shown can therefore easily engage in a holding geometry of the attached products and hold the products slidably on the holding rail 3.In the embodiment shown, the collar elements are I-shaped and run on both sides along the direction V of the flat web.

[0057] In further embodiments, the holding rail can also be designed differently, for example have a T-shaped cross-section in order to be connectable to a corresponding holding geometry of the products.

[0058] Furthermore, in the Fig. 1 shows that the holding rail 3 has a receiving space 35 for storing the products, located between a first end region 31 and a second end region 33 of the holding rail 3.

[0059] In the embodiment shown, a stop element 37A is arranged at the first end region 31 of the holding rail 3, against which the products rest on the holding rail 3 and can be removed by the user. In the embodiment shown, a handle element is also arranged on the stop element 37A. In the embodiment shown, the stop element 37A is made of a plastic material, and the holding rail 3 is made of a metal material. In further embodiments, the stop element 37A and the holding rail 3 are made of the same material, either a plastic material or a metal material.

[0060] In the embodiment shown, the sliding element 5 is movable, or displaceable, along the direction V on the holding rail 3, between the first end region 31 and the second end region 33 of the holding rail 3. For this purpose, the sliding element 5 has a holding structure for engaging behind the collar elements of the holding rail 3 in order to be movable along the holding rail 3 and to displace the products in the direction of the stop element 37A shown in order to ensure that the remaining products arranged on the holding rail 3 slide down when a product is removed.

[0061] In the Fig. 1, the movement transmission element 70 of the return device 7 is designed as a band with a first end 71 and a second end 73 opposite the first end 71, wherein the first end 71 is non-positively connected to the sliding element 5. As shown in the Fig. 1, the first end 71 is arranged on a side of the sliding element 5 which, in the mounted position, points in the direction of the second end region 33 of the holding rail 3.

[0062] Furthermore, in the Fig. 1 shows a deflection element 9 designed as a deflection pulley, which is arranged at the second end region 33 of the support rail 3. As shown, the deflection element 9 reverses the pulling direction Z1, Z2 of the motion transmission element 70 designed as a belt.

[0063] As shown, the strap is deflected or guided along the direction V of the retaining rail 3. The user can thus move the sliding element 5 toward the second end region 33 by pulling on the second end 73 of the strap toward the first end region 31 of the retaining rail 3, counter to the weight or spring force of the sliding element 5.

[0064] The Fig. 2 shows a schematic view of a dispensing device 1 with a guide rail and a base according to an embodiment;

[0065] In the Fig. In the output device 1 shown in Figure 2, the holding rail 3, the sliding element 5, the return device 7 and the deflection element 9 correspond to the Fig. 1 shown components. In addition, the Fig. 2 also shows a guide rail 11 and a substrate 100.

[0066] The illustrated guide rail 11 has a guide track 111A, 111B, which is adapted to engage a corresponding guide track 331A, 331B of the guide rail 3. The illustrated retaining rail 3 is thereby displaceable at least partially along the direction V of travel on the guide rail 11. In the illustrated embodiment, the corresponding guide tracks 111A, 111B, 331A, 331B are shown as corresponding guide profiles. In further embodiments, the corresponding guide tracks can also be designed as corresponding guide pins or as other guide elements.

[0067] In the embodiment shown, the guide rail 11 has a funnel-shaped receiving element 113A, 113B at each of the opposite end regions of the guide rail 11. The two funnel-shaped receiving elements 113A, 113B are designed identically and, in an installed position on the guide rail 11, are at an angle of 180° to one another. The funnel-shaped receptacle of the receiving elements 113A, 113B enables easy insertion of the holding rail 3 onto the guide rail 11. The undersides of the receiving elements 113A, 113B can, in the installed position, extend at least partially through a respective through-opening 202A, 202B in the material of the base 200 shown as a shelf and can be locked there.

[0068] The Fig. 3 shows a schematic view of the previously described Fig. 2 shown output device 1 together with the shown guide rail 11, without the previously shown substrate.

[0069] In the Fig. 3, the motion transmission element 70, as already shown in the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, is designed as a band with a first end 71 and a second end 73 opposite the first end 71, wherein the first end 71 is arranged on one side of the sliding element 5, which in the assembled position points in the direction of the second end region 33 of the holding rail 3. The second end 73 is guided by the deflection element 9 designed as a deflection roller under the guide rail 11 back in the direction of the first end region 31 and is connected at one end of the guide rail 11 to the guide rail 11 or to the receiving element 113A.

[0070] In the embodiment shown, in the mounted position, the holding rail 3 and the guide rail 11 lock in a first locking position and in a second locking position.

[0071] To transfer between the locking positions or to unlock, the holding rail 3 is lifted at an end region 31 in a lifting direction H transverse to the direction of travel V.

[0072] In the first locking position, the guide rail 11, or the receiving element 113A on the guide rail 11, is essentially flush with the first end region 31 of the holding rail 3 in order to remove products from the holding rail 3. In the locking position, the products are pushed by the sliding element 5 toward the stop element 37A.

[0073] In the second locking position, the first end region 31 of the holding rail 3 is displaced over the receiving element 113A on the guide rail 11, so that the motion transmission element 70 has displaced the sliding element 5 on the holding rail 3 into the second end region 33 of the holding rail 3. In the second locking position, products can be arranged in the receiving space 35 without the sliding element 5 pressing against the products.

[0074] The Fig. 4 shows a schematic view of an output device 1 together with a guide rail 11.

[0075] The Fig. The embodiment shown in Figure 4 essentially corresponds to that shown in Fig. 3, with the difference that the deflection element 9 is arranged on the guide rail 11 and the motion transmission element 70, designed as a band, is guided under the guide rail 11. The second end 73 of the motion transmission element 70 is, as shown, clamped to the holding rail 3.

[0076] The Fig. 5 shows a schematic view of a dispensing device 1 with a guide rail 11 and a base 200 according to a further embodiment.

[0077] The Fig. The embodiment shown in Figure 5 essentially corresponds to that shown in Fig. 1, with the difference that the return device 7 does not have a movement transmission element 70 designed as a band, but rather has a blocking element 74 designed as a rod. Depending on the embodiment, the blocking element 74 designed as a rod can be arranged on the guide rail 11 or on the base 200 and can be adapted to engage a surface of the sliding element 5 when the holding rail 3 moves on the guide rail 11, for example from the first to the second locking position, in order to displace the sliding element 5 on the holding rail 3 in the direction of the second end region 33 of the holding rail 3.

[0078] By moving the retaining rail 3 on the guide rail 11 in the direction V toward the first end region 31, the sliding element 5 is initially moved together with the retaining rail 3 up to the blocking element 74 designed as a rod. The fixed arrangement of the blocking element 74 prevents further movement of the sliding element 5 on the retaining rail 3 and thus displaces the sliding element 5 on the retaining rail 3 toward the second end region 33 of the retaining rail 3.

[0079] The Fig. 6A-6C show schematic views of a second end region 33 of a dispensing device 1 according to an embodiment with corresponding locking elements 100A, 100B on the sliding element 5 and on the holding rail 3.

[0080] In the embodiment shown, the locking element 100B is arranged on a stop element 37B on the second end region 33. The stop element 37B shown is located in Fig. 1 shown stop element 37A on the first end region 31. In alternative embodiments, the locking element can also be arranged directly on the holding rail 3. In the embodiment shown, the locking element 100A on the sliding element 5 is designed as an anchor and the locking element 100B on the holding rail 3 is shown as a "Push to Open" element, which in a locked position, which in the Fig. 6B to 6D, the first locking element 100A at least partially encloses in order to lock the sliding element 7 in the second end region 33.

[0081] By pressing the locking element 100B on the second end region 33 in the direction of the second end region 33, a mechanism of the “Push to Open” element can release the grip of the first locking element 100A and thus release the lock, as shown in the Fig. 6A is shown.
