Abstract

The present invention comprises a preparation step, a displacement step, a first strap supply step, a transfer step, a first tightening step, a second strap supply step, a manual insertion step, and a second tightening step. By means of the above steps, an object is placed on a transport pallet, the strap dispensing section of a strapping machine is inserted under the transport pallet, and a strapping band is dispensed through the strap dispensing section, placed around the object, and then reinserted into the strapping machine for securing. First, the forward / reverse belt control of the strapping machine is controlled such that the strapping band is tightened and taut around the object. Subsequently, the forward / reverse belt control is controlled to automatically withdraw the strapping band, thereby creating two insertion spaces between the strapping band and the object.The two right-angled protective elements can each be inserted into the two insertion spaces and are held in place by the strapping band so that they do not fall out. The strapping band is then tightened to secure the object and the two right-angled protective elements. The band is then cut and glued, thus completing the strapping process. The present invention has the advantages that the two right-angled protective elements do not fall out after being applied and that the process can be operated by a single person.

Description

Field of the invention

[0001] The present invention relates to a method for strapping objects and, more particularly, to a method for strapping objects which can be operated by a single person and in which the two rectangular protective elements do not fall off after being applied. State of the art

[0002] It is based on the Fig. 14 and Fig. 15, which illustrate a conventional method for strapping objects. For example, an object 82 located on a transport pallet 81 is strapped. The simplified process is described below: Step 1: Moving a strapping machine 83, partially inserting an L-shaped strap guide section 831 and leading it out from the bottom of the transport pallet 81 so that the L-shaped strap guide section 831 outputs a strapping band 832 over the bottom of the transport pallet 81. Step 2: Place two rectangular protective elements 84 on the object 82. Step 3: Pull out the strapping band 832, wrap it around the object 82 and the two rectangular protective elements 84 and insert one end of the strapping band 832 back into the L-shaped band guide section 831. Step 4: Tightening, cutting and gluing the strapping band 832 using the existing functions (known technology, therefore not described in detail) of the strapping machine 83. Step 5: The conventional method for strapping objects, in which the two rectangular protective elements 84 are placed on the object 82, is finally completed.

[0003] However, since the two rectangular protective elements cannot be limited by the strapping band, in steps 2 to 4, when placing the two rectangular protective elements on the object, a worker must specially press and fix the two rectangular protective elements with both hands to prevent them from loosening or slipping, which is very troublesome.

[0004] That is to say, the above conventional method requires one operator (a worker) to control the strapping machine, and another operator (a worker) to press and fix the two rectangular protectors with both hands, so two workers are required, and thus the labor requirement for strapping is relatively high.

[0005] Against this background, it is necessary to develop a technique that can remedy the above deficiencies in the prior art. Object of the invention

[0006] It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for strapping objects that has the advantages that the two rectangular protective elements do not fall off after application and that the method can be operated by a single person. The problem to be solved by the present invention is, in particular, that the conventional method requires one worker to control the strapping machine and another worker to press and fix the two rectangular protective elements with both hands, so that two workers are required here, and thus the labor requirement for strapping is relatively high.

[0007] The technical means to solve the above problem is to provide a method for strapping objects which includes the following steps: 1 preparation step; 2 shift step; 3 first belt supply step; 4 folding step; 5 first tightening step; 6 second tape supply step; 7 manual insertion step; 8 second tightening step; and 9 Tape cutting and gluing step Brief description of the drawings Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of the method according to the invention; Fig. 2 shows a schematic view of the first process of the strapping method according to the invention; Fig. 3 shows a schematic view of the second process of the strapping method according to the invention; Fig. 4 shows a schematic view of the third process of the strapping method according to the invention; Fig. 5 shows a schematic view of the fourth process of the strapping method according to the invention; Fig. 6 shows a schematic view of the fifth process of the strapping method according to the invention; Fig. 7 shows a schematic view of the sixth process of the strapping method according to the invention; Fig. 8 shows a schematic view of the seventh process of the strapping method according to the invention; Fig. 9 shows a schematic view of the eighth process of the strapping method according to the invention; Fig. 10 shows a schematic view of the ninth process of the strapping method according to the invention; Fig. 11 shows a schematic view of the tenth process of the strapping method according to the invention; Fig. 12 shows a schematic view of the eleventh process of the strapping method according to the invention; Fig. 13 shows a schematic view of the twelfth process of the strapping method according to the invention; Fig. 14 is a schematic view of the first process of a conventional strapping method; Fig. 15 shows a schematic view of the second process of the conventional strapping method. Detailed description of the embodiment

[0008] It is based on the Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9, Fig. 10 and Fig. 11. The present invention relates to a method for strapping objects and comprises the following steps: Preparation step S1: Preparing an object 10, a transport pallet 20, a strapping machine 30 and at least two rectangular protective elements 40, wherein the object 10 has a top side 11, a bottom side 12 and lateral sides 13 (see the Fig. 12 and Fig. 13), the top side 11 has a first edge 111 and a second edge 112, and the object 10 is placed with the bottom side 12 on the transport pallet 20, wherein the transport pallet 20 has a lower space 21, the strapping machine 30 is provided with a plurality of movable rollers 31, a band supply section 32, a forward / reverse band control 33, a band cutting and gluing section 34, and an L-shaped band guide section 35, the plurality of movable rollers 31 serving to support and move the strapping machine 30, the band supply section 32 serving to provide a strapping band 91, the strapping band 91 has a supply end 911, the supply end 911 is pulled out of the band supply section 32 and successively passed through the forward / reverse band control 33 and the band cutting and gluing section 34, and finally is arranged on the L-shaped tape guide section 35,the L-shaped tape guide section 35 has a tape output section 351, a tape return section 352 and a stop section 353, and the supply end 911 is arranged at the tape output section 351; Shifting step S2: Moving the strapping machine 30 by means of the plurality of movable rollers 31, whereby the strap output section 351 of the L-shaped strap guide section 35 is passed through the lower space 21 (as shown in the Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 shown);

[0009] First band supply step S3: Controlling the forward / reverse band controller 33 to perform the band supply so that the supply end 911 of the strapping band 91 protrudes from the band discharge section 351 (as shown in Fig. 3 shown);

[0010] Wrapping step S4: Pulling the strapping band 91 by means of the supply end 911, wherein the strapping band is first wrapped around the object 10, then the supply end 911 is inserted into the band return section 352 and fixed to the stop section 353 (this part is a known technique, therefore it is not described in detail here), whereby the strapping band 91 is wrapped around the object 10 (as in Fig. 4 shown);

[0011] First tightening step S5: Controlling the forward / backward strap control 33 so that the object 10 is tightly strapped with the strapping band 91 (the actual movement is a backward pulling) and thus the strapping band 91 is tightly strapped around the object 10 (as in Fig. 5 shown);

[0012] Second band supply step S6: Controlling the forward / reverse band controller 33 again to perform automatic band supply, wherein the strapping band 91 (for band supply) is pulled out from the band supply section 32 by a first length, thereby providing a first insertion space G1 between the strapping band 91 and the first edge 111 and a second insertion space G2 between the strapping band 91 and the second edge 112 (as shown in Fig. 6 shown);

[0013] Manual insertion step S7: Inserting the at least two rectangular protective elements 40 into the first insertion space G1 and the second insertion space G2, respectively, wherein the two rectangular protective elements 40 are limited by the strapping band 91 and therefore do not fall down (as in Fig. 7; here the first insertion space G1 and the second insertion space G2 are omitted);

[0014] Second tightening step S8: Controlling the forward / reverse strap control 33 again to automatically tighten the strapping band 91, thereby tightly tightening the strapping band 91 around the article 10 and the two rectangular protective elements 40 (as shown in Fig. 8 shown);

[0015] Tape cutting and bonding step S9: Controlling the tape cutting and bonding section 34 to cut off the other part of the overlapping part of the strapping tape 91 located near the supply end 911 and then perform hot-melt bonding on the overlapping part (as shown in the Fig. 9, Fig. 10 and Fig. 11) and thus complete the strapping process of objects.

[0016] In practice, the first length in the second tape supply step S6 can be between 12 and 18 cm.

[0017] The point to emphasize is that the conventional method for strapping objects on a transport pallet requires a worker to operate the strapping machine. The L-shaped strap guide section of the strapping machine is inserted into the lower space under the transport pallet, then the strap supply section is controlled to dispense a strap. The strap is then dispensed through the L-shaped strap guide section and then wrapped around the transport pallet and an object, and then inserted and fixed into the L-shaped strap guide section to pre-tighten the strap around the object. Then, the strap must be pulled out from the strap supply section, leaving a gap between the strap and the object.The main focus is that it is necessary for another worker to place the two rectangular protective elements on the object and press and fix them with his hands (the worker may move away) to prevent loosening or slipping, then the worker controlling the strapping machine controls the strapping to tighten it so that the strapping can be tightly wrapped around the object and the two rectangular protective elements, so two workers are required here and the labor requirement for strapping is relatively high.

[0018] The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems and comprises the second strap supply step and the second tightening step. After the strapping band 91 has been tightly tightened around the object 10 (namely, after the first tightening step S5), a special design achieves that the forward / backward strap control 33 is controlled such that the strapping band 91 (serving for the strap supply) is "automatically" pulled out of the strap supply section 32 by a first length, thereby creating a first insertion space G1 between the strapping band 91 and the first edge 111 and a second insertion space G2 between the strapping band 91 and the second edge 112 (as shown in Fig. 6). This step is controlled automatically and does not require any additional labor. Subsequently, the operator controlling the strapping machine can insert the two rectangular protective elements 40 into the first insertion space G1 and the second insertion space G2, respectively, while the two rectangular protective elements 40 are limited by the first insertion space G1 and the second insertion space G2 and cannot fall down (as shown in Fig. 7). Subsequently, the forward / reverse strap control 33 is again controlled to tighten the strapping band 91 (this is also an automatic control, not a manual operation). Finally, the strapping band 91 is tightly tightened around the article 10 and the two rectangular protective elements 40 (as shown in Fig. 8 shown).

[0019] Furthermore, the number of rectangular protective elements 40 can also be four (as in Fig. 12) and arranged in pairs of two on the object 1 (as shown in Fig. 13 shown).

[0020] The advantages and advantageous effects of the present invention can be summarized as follows: [1] After application, the two rectangular protectors do not fall off. In the second strap supply step of the present invention, the forward / backward strap controller is controlled to automatically pull out the strapping band by a first length, thereby forming a first insertion space and a second insertion space between it and an object. In addition to the convenience of applying the two rectangular protectors, the two rectangular protectors are limited by the strapping band and cannot fall off (in principle, fixing with both hands after application is not required). Therefore, the two rectangular protectors cannot fall off after application; [2] The present invention can be operated by a single person. Compared with the conventional strapping machine, which requires two people to work together, the present invention requires only one person, so the manpower required for the strapping process is relatively low and the invention can be operated by a single person.
