Abstract
Description
Technical area
[0001] The invention relates to a cartridge gun, in particular a double cartridge gun. State of the art
[0002] The well-known dual cartridge gun has two parallel push rods. By pulling a trigger of the dual cartridge gun, the two push rods can be driven to simultaneously extrude two sealants with different components, allowing the two sealants to be mixed in a specific ratio and then cured. However, when the trigger of the conventional dual cartridge gun is pulled, the trigger can only generate a fixed torque to push the two push rods. The pushing force on the two push rods cannot be adjusted according to the sealant composition or operating requirements. This leads to problems such as an incorrect ratio of the two sealants and an excessively large or small dispensing volume. In addition, the cartridge attachment structure of the conventional dual-barrel gun is complex and difficult to operate, and it is also bulky and heavy. These are deficiencies that urgently need to be improved.
[0003] Therefore, it is necessary to provide a novel and advanced caulking gun to solve the above problems. Object of the invention
[0004] The object of the invention is to provide a cartridge gun, wherein the trigger of the gun can generate different pressure moments and the replacement of the cartridge carrier is easy. Technical solution
[0005] This task is achieved by the cartridge gun of the invention, with: a gun body; a cartridge carrier which is pivotally connected to the gun body and accommodates two cartridges; two push rods which are arranged on the gun body so as to be movable along a feed direction; a drive element which is arranged so as to be movable in the gun body and can drive the two push rods for movement; a trigger which is arranged on the gun body so as to be rotatable about a pivot point and has a pressure section which can press the drive element;and a switching mechanism located between the gun body and the trigger, the switching mechanism including a switching element movable relative to the gun body between a first position and a second position, wherein when the switching element is in the first position, the pressure portion generates a first torque on the drive element, and when the switching element is in the second position, the pressure portion generates a second torque, different from the first torque, on the drive element.; Short description of the drawings Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of the invention, Fig. 2 is a perspective view from another viewing direction of the preferred embodiment of the invention, Fig. 3 is an exploded view of the preferred embodiment of the invention, Fig. 4 is a representation of the movement of the preferred embodiment of the invention, Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the cartridge carrier of the preferred embodiment of the invention, Fig. 6 is a representation of the replacement of the cartridge carrier of the preferred embodiment of the invention, Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 sectional views of the first position of the switching element of the preferred embodiment of the invention, Fig. 9 and Fig. 10 sectional views of the second position of the switching element of the preferred embodiment of the invention. Detailed description of the preferred embodiment
[0006] The following embodiments illustrate the possible implementation of the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. The terms "one" or "at least one" in the text do not limit the number. "A plurality" is also possible as needed. Changes to this number are also within the scope of the invention.
[0007] Fig. 1 to 10 show a preferred embodiment of the invention. The cartridge gun 1 of the present invention comprises a gun body 10, a cartridge carrier 20, two push rods 30, a drive element 40, a trigger 50, and a switching mechanism 60.
[0008] The cartridge carrier 20 is pivotally connected to the gun body 10 and accommodates two cartridges (not limited to two independent and separable cartridges or a combined double cartridge). The two push rods 30 are arranged on the gun body 10 so as to be movable along a feed direction P. The drive element 40 is arranged so as to be movable in the gun body 10 and can drive the two push rods 30 to move. The trigger 50 is arranged on the gun body 10 so as to be rotatable about a pivot point R1 and has a pressure section 51 that can press the drive element 40. The switching mechanism 60 is located between the gun body 10 and the trigger 50. The switching mechanism 60 includes a switching element 61 that can move relative to the gun body 10 between a first position and a second position. When the switching element 61 is in the first position, the pressure section 51 can generate a first torque on the drive element 40. When the switching element 61 is in the second position, the pressure section 51 can generate a second torque, different from the first torque, on the drive element 40. This makes the cartridge carrier 20 convenient for exchanging the two cartridges. The torque generated by the pressure section 51 on the drive element 40 can be changed. The advance and / or thrust of the two push rods 30 can be changed according to the properties of the sealants in the two cartridges or the operating requirements.
[0009] The gun body 10 has an end face 11 facing the cartridge carrier 20 and penetrated by the two push rods 30, and an extension arm 12 extending from the end face 11 in the opposite direction of the drive element 40. The extension arm 12 is located on one side of the two push rods 30 in a radial direction transverse to the feed direction P. The cartridge carrier 20 is pivotally connected to the extension arm 12. Along the feed direction P, a distance G is maintained between the end face 11 and the cartridge carrier 20. The cartridge carrier 20 can be rotated relatively smoothly. The distance G allows two cartridges with different end structures to be accommodated. The cartridge carrier 20 has a cylindrical portion 21 and a connecting portion 22 protruding radially from the cylindrical portion 21. The cylinder section 21 encloses a receiving hole 211 into which the two cartridges are inserted. The connecting section 22 is detachably connected to the gun body 10 via a first pin 23. The cartridge carrier 20 can be quickly replaced as needed and is suitable for two cartridges of different specifications. As shown in . Fig. As shown in Figure 6, the receiving hole 211a of the cartridge carrier 20a is applicable to two cartridges with different diameters. The connecting portion 22 has a flange 221 surrounding the cylinder portion 21 and two tabs 222 connected to one side of the flange 221. The extension arm 12 is clamped between the two tabs 222. The first pin 23 is a screw and passes through the two tabs 222 and the extension arm 12, so that the assembly stability and structural strength are good and disassembly is easy. Preferably, at least one of the two tabs 222 is provided with a guide projection 225 that can engage with the extension arm 12 to enable stable connection and relative rotation. The connecting portion 22 also has an abutment wall 223 connected between the two tabs 222.The contact wall 223 can be in surface contact with the extension arm 12, so that a stable structure and smooth movement are achieved.
[0010] Preferably, the extension arm 12 is provided with a first blocking portion 121, and the cartridge carrier 20 is provided with a second blocking portion 24. When the cartridge carrier 20 is rotated away from the end face 11, the first blocking portion 121 can block the second blocking portion 24 in the direction of rotation of the cartridge carrier 20, thereby limiting the angle of rotation of the cartridge carrier. In this embodiment, the first blocking portion 121 is disposed between the end face 11 and the first pin 23 and is a shoulder formed on one side of the extension arm 12. The second blocking portion 24 is a blocking projection disposed on the side of a tab 222 facing away from the cylinder portion 21. In this way, the maximum angle of rotation of the cartridge carrier 20 relative to the end face 11 can be limited. The cartridge gun 1 further includes a first elastic element 90 arranged between the connecting portion 22 and the gun body 10. The first elastic element 90 is a leg spring that is inserted into the first pin 23. This allows for a simple structure and easy assembly. When the locking mechanism 70 releases the cartridge carrier 20, the first elastic element 90 presses against the connecting portion 22, so that the cartridge carrier 20 is automatically rotated away from the gun body 10.
[0011] The cartridge gun 1 further includes a locking mechanism 70 located on the side of the gun body 10 facing away from the trigger 50. The cartridge carrier 20 is pivotally connected to the side of the gun body 10 near the trigger 50. The locking mechanism 70 can releasably lock the cartridge carrier 20 in the rotation direction 20. When the locking mechanism 70 releases the cartridge carrier 20, the cartridge carrier 20 can be opened due to gravity, which is convenient to use. Specifically, the locking mechanism 70 includes a locking member 71, a second pin 72 penetrating and connecting the locking member 71 and the gun body 10, and a second elastic member 73. The locking member 71 has a first end portion 711 and a second end portion 712 located on two opposite sides of the second pin 72.The first end portion 711 has a hook 713 that can hook onto the connecting portion 22. The second elastic element 73 is located between the second end portion 712 and the gun body 10 and rotates the locking element 71 toward the first end portion 711. The second elastic element 73 is compressed by pressing the second end portion 712. The hook 713 thus releases the connecting portion 22. Preferably, the first end portion 711 also has a blocking projection 714 spaced from the hook 713. The flange 221 can be clamped between the hook 713 and the blocking projection 714. The flange 221 forms a groove 224 for the hook 713. At least a portion of the hook 713 can engage in the groove 224, providing good locking stability. In the feed direction P, the locking element 71 does not protrude from the extension arm 12, so that the hook 713 effectively resists the torque generated by the cartridge carrier 20, and the locking is labor-saving to avoid damage to parts. Viewed along the radial direction, the second pin 72 is arranged between the switching mechanism 60 and the first pin 23 for easy operation.
[0012] Viewed along a radial direction transverse to the feed direction P, a first distance D1 is defined between the pivot point R1 of the trigger 50 and the pivot point R2 of the cartridge carrier 20. A second distance D2 is defined between the end surface 11 and the pivot point R2 of the cartridge carrier 20. The second distance D2 is not less than 1 / 5 (preferably 1 / 4) of the first distance D1 to ensure a sufficient distance between the pivot point R2 of the cartridge carrier 20 and the switching mechanism 60, thus achieving convenient operation and smooth movement without mutual interference.
[0013] As in Fig. 7 and Fig. As shown in Figure 8, the switching mechanism 60 also includes a first rotational axis 62, which is arranged on the gun body 10 and cannot be moved relative to each other. The first rotational axis 62 extends through a first arcuate slot 52 of the trigger 50. When the switching element 61 is in the first position, the trigger 50 is rotated relative to the gun body 10 with the first rotational axis 62 as the pivot point R1. The pressure section 51 can generate the first torque on the drive element 40.
[0014] As in Fig. 9 and Fig.10, the switching mechanism 60 further includes a second rotation axis 63 disposed on the trigger 50 and fixed relative to each other. The second rotation axis 63 movably extends through a second arcuate slot 13 of the gun body 10. When the switching element 61 is in the second position, the switching element 61 blocks the second rotation axis 63 in an extending direction of the second arcuate slot 13. The second rotation axis 63 cannot move relative to the gun body 10. The trigger 50 can be rotated relative to the gun body 10 with the second rotation axis 63 as the pivot point R1. The first rotation axis 62 and the first arcuate slot 52 can be moved relative to each other. The pressure portion 51 can generate the second torque on the drive element 40.When the trigger 50 uses the first rotation axis 62 as the pivot point R1, the movement distance of the pressure section 51 along the feed direction P is shorter, and the first torque is smaller; when the second rotation axis 63 is used as the pivot point R1, the movement distance of the pressure section 51 along the feed direction P is longer, and the second torque is greater than the first torque. The user can quickly perform switching by the switching element 61.
[0015] The two push rods 30 are arranged one above the other. The drive element 40 directly drives one of the two push rods 30. The cartridge gun 1 further comprises a connector 80. The two push rods 30 are detachably connected to the connector 80, so that the two push rods 30 can move with each other.
[0016] A virtual plane F is defined that passes through the pivot point R2 of the cartridge carrier 20 and is parallel to the feed direction P. When the switching element 61 moves from the first position to the second position, the pivot point R1 of the trigger 50 changes from one side of the virtual plane F to the other side of the virtual plane F, thereby providing a first moment and a second moment of different magnitudes. The first arc slot 52 and the second arc slot 13 are circumferentially closed. Viewed along the radial direction, the first arc slot 52 and the second arc slot 13 partially overlap when the trigger 50 is not pulled. The first rotation axis 62 is closer to the pressure section 51 than the second rotation axis 63. This allows the second rotation axis 63 to move along the second arc slot 13 when the trigger 50 is pulled and the first rotation axis 62 forms the pivot point R1.Since the trigger 50 and the gun body 10 are locked in the rotation direction, the first rotation axis 62 and the first arc slot 52 do not move relative to each other. The trigger 50 can be rotated smoothly without being restricted by the switching element 61. Furthermore, the switching mechanism 60 can be configured compactly and reduced in size.
[0017] The gun body 10 also has a mounting hole 14. The switching mechanism 60 further includes a positioning member 64, which is housed in the mounting hole 14 and surrounds the switching element 61. The positioning member 64 can elastically fix the switching element 61 in the first position or the second position. Therefore, a simple structure and convenient assembly are achieved. The positioning member 64 has a first positioning space 641 and a second positioning space 642. The first positioning space 641 is farther away from the pressing section 51 than the second positioning space 642. When the switching element 61 is located in the first positioning space 641, the switching element 61 does not block the first rotation axis 62 and the second rotation axis 63. When the switching element 61 is located in the second positioning space 642, the switching element 61 blocks the second rotation axis 63. The configuration is simple and the assembly is easy. The direction of movement of the switching element 61 runs transversely to the extension direction of the second arc slot 13 and can stably block the second rotation axis 63.
