Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a built-in formwork for setting a roll-in superstructure or roll-in shaft cover according to the preamble of claim 1.It is known that built-in formworks for setting a roll-in cap or roll-in shaft cover are used to form a recess with a well-compacted environment for a roll-in cap or roll-in shaft cover in bituminous coatings. Known built-in formworks are usually open at the top. Therefore, known built-in formworks cannot be used already before the application of a second road substructure layer.A shaft cover and a method for setting shaft covers are known from DE 196 09 776 A1. The manhole cover comprises a frame and a cover. In the method of setting a hoistway cover, a provisional lid covers a hoistway approximately at the terminal level of a road substructure. Prior to setting the manhole cover, a road cover layer covers the provisional cover and the road base. After the application of the uppermost road covering layer, an opening is produced in the road covering layer in the region of the provisional cover, which opening corresponds substantially to that of the shaft covering to be inserted. This makes it possible to remove the provisional cover and to insert the shaft cover. The disadvantage of the shaft covering described is that there is insufficient compression of the uppermost road covering layer in the region of the frame. Therefore, the area around the frame must be subsequently compacted with hand-guided machines. The subsequent compaction of the road covering layer is time-consuming, highly personnel-dependent and a uniform compaction quality cannot be ensured. The object of the present invention is therefore to specify a built-in formwork for setting a roll-in superstructure or roll-in shaft cover, which can be used already before the application of a second road substructure layer and enables uniform compaction of the second road substructure layer. It is a further object of the invention to specify a method for setting a roll-in cap or a roll-in shaft cover. The object is achieved by a built-in formwork for setting a roll-in superstructure or roll-in shaft cover according to claim 1 or by a method for setting a roll-in superstructure or roll-in shaft cover according to claim 10.In particular, the object is achieved by a built-in formwork for setting a roll-in attachment or a roll-in shaft cover, which includes a cover element and a frame element which is closed or closable by the cover element. At least one guide element is arranged on the cover element and / or on the frame element in order to guide the cover element in a substantially vertical direction in the installed position of the built-in formwork, wherein a distance between the cover element and the frame element can be flexibly changed by at least one support element in order to change the height of the built-in formwork. The at least one support element supports the cover element with respect to the frame element. An essential point of the invention is that the flexible height of the built-in formwork enables uniform compaction of the second road substructure layer. The region around the built-in formwork can therefore already be traveled over by the paver during the application of the second road substructure layer and compacted uniformly. Therefore, a subsequent compaction of the second road sub-construction layer is not necessary, which leads to a time saving and to a compaction quality independent of personnel. In addition, the frame element is closed or closable by the cover element, in particular a cover element which is closed at the top in the installation position of the installation formwork. This prevents bituminous material from penetrating into the built-in formwork and ensures uniform compaction. The cover element, the frame element and the at least one support element are designed as separate components and are connected to one another, in particular in a releasable manner. This has the advantage that the built-in formwork can be produced cost-effectively.The at least one guide element is arranged on the cover element and / or on the frame element for guiding the cover element and the frame element in a substantially vertical direction in the installation position of the built-in formwork. Thus, a direct, gapless transition between the cover element and the frame element is possible. This prevents lateral penetration of bituminous material into the installed formwork in the installed position of the installed formwork, so that uniform compaction is ensured. In the installed position of the built-in formwork, the cover element is arranged above the frame element and the at least one support element, in particular is placed on the support element. The distance between the cover element and the frame element can be changed flexibly by the at least one support element in order to change the height of the built-in formwork. As a result, the height of the paving formwork can be adjusted approximately to the final level of the second road substructure layer and can be traveled over by a paver, in particular by a vibrating screed, in order to ensure uniform compaction.Furthermore, the object is achieved by a method for setting a roll-in superstructure or a roll-in shaft cover, in which the installed formwork covers an opening approximately at the final level of a first road substructure layer and a second road substructure layer partially, in particular completely, covers the installed formwork, wherein after the application of the second road substructure layer in the region of the installed formwork an opening is produced in the second road substructure layer which has a cross section which substantially corresponds to that of the roll-in superstructure to be used and / or of the roll-in shaft cover to be used, so that removal of the installed formwork is possible.A slipform is understood in particular to mean an element for forming a cutout or a temporary cavity in a second road substructure layer, wherein the base area of the slipform substantially corresponds to the base area of the roll-in attachment to be inserted and / or of the roll-in shaft cover to be inserted.Setting the roll-in attachment or roll-in shaft cover is understood in particular to mean the mounting of a roll-in attachment or roll-in shaft cover in a bituminous material.A first road substructure layer, in particular a support layer, is to be understood as meaning a layer of bituminous material in which an opening, in particular an adapter frame, for the roll-in attachment or roll-in shaft cover is formed or installed.A second road substructure layer, in particular a binder layer, is to be understood as meaning a layer of bituminous material which is applied to the first road substructure layer and into which the roll-in attachment or the roll-in shaft cover is inserted, in particular rolled-in.The second road substructure layer can also be embodied as a road covering layer, in particular as a road surface. The built-in formwork is not limited to the setting of roll-in attachments or roll-in shaft covers. Furthermore, the built-in formwork can also be used for other components which are to be introduced into a bituminous material.Preferred embodiments of the invention are set forth in the dependent claims. In a preferred embodiment of the built-in formwork, the at least one guide element is arranged on the outer edge of the frame element and / or of the cover element. This is advantageous since in this way forces on the frame element and / or the cover element can be distributed, in particular dissipated, uniformly and tilting of the frame element and / or the cover element can be avoided. In addition, the guide element can thus prevent penetration of bituminous material into the built-in formwork. In a further preferred embodiment of the built-in formwork, the at least one guide element is designed as a frame, so that the at least one guide element overlaps sections with regions of the cover element and / or of the frame element. As a result, the guide element can be produced cost-effectively by forming. In a further preferred embodiment of the built-in formwork, the at least one support element comprises a spring, in particular a linear spring, such that the cover element is axially movable relative to the frame element. The spring is arranged around the at least one support element. Furthermore, the spring is adapted to be elastically deformed when the paver or the vibrating screed passes over the paving formwork. Thus, the height of the built-in formwork is reduced according to the elastic deformation of the spring. This has the advantage that bituminous material can be compacted uniformly in the region of the built-in formworkThe elastic deformation of the spring in the longitudinal direction of the spring is at least 5 mm, further preferably at least 10 mm, further preferably at least or exactly 15 mm and / or at most 35 mm, preferably at most 30 mm, optionally at most 20 mm.The elastic deformation of the spring in the longitudinal direction of the spring can be limited by the spring constant and / or by a placement of the at least one guide element on the cover element and / or the frame element. In a further preferred embodiment of the built-in formwork, the at least one support element is cylindrical. This has the advantage that the support element can absorb high forces in the transverse direction and tilting of the spring on the at least one support element can be prevented.Preferably, the at least one support element has a thread at least in sections. Further preferably, the at least one support element is designed as a screw. Thus, a biasing force can be applied to the spring. In a further preferred embodiment of the built-in formwork, the frame element has at least one holder for the at least one support element, wherein the holder is arranged on the underside of the frame element in the installed position of the built-in formwork. This has the advantage that in this way forces can be dissipated onto the installed formwork downwards, in particular in the direction of the first road substructure layer, and deformation of the installed formwork can be prevented.Preferably, the at least one support element is inserted into the holder, in particular into a bore of the at least one holder. In a further preferred embodiment of the installed formwork, the at least one holder is designed as a positioning device in order to position the installed formwork with respect to an opening, in particular with respect to an adapter frame for roll-in attachments or roll-in shaft covers. This has the advantage that in this way, slipping of the installed formwork is prevented during the application of the second road substructure layer and / or during the driving over of the installed formwork by the paver. In a further preferred embodiment of the built-in formwork, the at least one holder is arranged adjacent to an outer side of the frame element in the installed position of the built-in formwork. This is advantageous since in this way forces on the frame element and / or the cover element can be distributed, in particular dissipated, uniformly and tilting of the frame element and / or the cover element can be avoided.Preferably, the at least one holder for the at least one support element is arranged in the corners of the frame element and is firmly connected, in particular welded, to the frame element. In a further preferred embodiment of the built-in formwork, the at least one holder is offset inwardly with respect to the frame element. This has the advantage that in this way a direct, gapless transition between the opening and the frame element is possible. This prevents lateral penetration of bituminous material into the installed formwork in the installed position of the installed formwork, so that uniform compaction is ensured. The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of exemplary embodiments with reference to the appended drawings.Shown therein are: FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of an exemplary embodiment of an installed formwork according to the invention for roll-on attachments or shaft covers; FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of an exemplary embodiment of a frame element according to the invention; FIG. 3 shows a sectional view through the built-in formwork for roll-in attachments or shaft covers according to FIG. 1 in the maximum loaded state, wherein the cover element rests on the frame element. A spring 7 is disposed around the support member 6, between the lid member and the holder 8. The cover element 3 is placed on the support element 6. The spring can be elastically deformed by the weight of the second road substructure layer and / or of the paver 16 passing over it until the cover element 3 rests on the frame element 4. The support element 6, which is designed as a screw, can yield downward in the installed position of the installed formwork 1 because of the reduced height of the installed formwork 1.FIG. 4 shows the built-in formwork 1 in the unloaded state. Apart from a possible prestressing force or the weight of the cover element 3, the spring 7 does not undergo any additional elastic deformation. The cover element 3 is spaced apart from the frame element 4. The distance between the cover element 3 and the frame element 4 corresponds to a height of the built-in formwork 1.FIG. 5 shows the installed formwork 1 in the installed state. The built-in formwork 1 is introduced into the second road substructure layer 10 and covers an opening 11 above the first road substructure layer 9. The frame element 4 rests on an upper edge of the opening 11. The holder 8 is located in the opening 11 and positions the built-in formwork 1 relative to the opening 11, wherein the holder 8 prevents the built-in formwork 1 from slipping during the application of the second road substructure layer 10 and during the driving over of the built-in formwork 1 by the paver 16. The second sub road layer 10 covers the lid member 3.In FIG. 6, the built-in formwork 1 is removed from the second road substructure layer 10 and the opening 11. A recess remains in the second road sub-layer 10 with well-compressed surroundings, the opening diameter of which approximately corresponds to the opening diameter of the opening 11.In FIG. 7, the roll-in attachment 2 or the roll-in shaft cover 2 is inserted into the second road sub-construction layer 10. An upper portion of the roll-in cap 2 or the roll-in shaft cover 2 is placed on the second road sub-layer 10. The roll-in attachment 2 or the roll-in shaft cover 2 partially protrudes into the opening 11.The second road substructure layer can also be embodied as a road covering layer, in particular as a road surface. In FIG. 8, the roll-in attachment 2 or the roll-in shaft cover 2 is rolled into the second road sub-layer 10 in order to complete a single-layer road construction. The second road substructure layer 10 is designed as a road covering layer, in particular as a road surface. In this case, the upper section of the roll-in cap 2 or of the roll-in shaft cover 2 is traversed by a roller 12. The upper section of the roll-in cap 2 or the roll-in shaft cover 2 closes off substantially flush with the second road sub-construction layer 10 after passing over the roller 12.In Fig. 9, the roll-in cap 2 or the roll-in shaft cover 2 is covered by a plate 13 to produce a multi-layered road structure. The surface of the plate 13 substantially corresponds to the surface of the roll-in cap 2 or the roll-in shaft cover 2. the plate 13 prevents penetration of bituminous material when applying a road covering layer 14. the plate 13 can have a thickness substantially corresponding to the thickness of the uppermost asphalt layer, so that less asphalt material is produced as waste when exposing the drain for removing the plate 13. The plate 13 can be made, for example, from a correspondingly thick wood plate or other temperature-resistant material. In FIG. 10, the road covering layer 14 is applied above the second road sub-layer 10 and above the roll-in cap 2 or the roll-in shaft cover 2 to produce a multi-layered outer structure. The road cover layer 14 covers the surface of the plate 13 formed above the roll-in attachment 2 or the roll-in shaft cover 2.In FIG. 11, the roll-in attachment 2 or the roll-in shaft cover 2 is partially pulled out of the second road sub-construction layer 10 and the road cover layer 14. Previously, the roll-in attachment 2 or the roll-in shaft cover 2 is exposed by caulking the road cover layer 14 in the region of the roll-in attachment 2 or the roll-in shaft cover 2. Subsequently, under the roll-in attachment 2 or the roll-in shaft cover 2, a lining material 15 is introduced in the region around the opening 11, so that the final level of the lining material 15 substantially corresponds to the final level of the road covering layer 14. The relining material 15 may correspond to the material of the second road sub-layer 14. The roll-in attachment 2 or the roll-in shaft cover 2 is subsequently lowered, so that regions of the roll-in attachment 2 or of the roll-in shaft cover 2 rest on the underlay material 15.FIG. 12 shows the attachment 2 or the shaft cover 2 in the rolled-in state. The restocking material is compacted by the roll 12 passing over the roll-in attachment 2 or the roll-in shaft cover 2, so that the roll-in attachment 2 or the roll-in shaft cover 2 substantially terminates at the termination level of the road covering layer 14 and a multi-layered road construction is completed.Instead of the first road sub-layer 10 and the road cover layer 14 shown in FIG. 12, a single road cover layer 14 may be incorporated. This is common in particular in the case of subordinate roads, since costs can be saved as a result. At this point, it should be pointed out that all the parts described above, viewed alone and in any combination, in particular the details shown in the drawings, are claimed as essential to the invention.
