Description

The present invention relates to a passenger car with cowl spoiler according to claim 1.DE 10 2017 213 696 A1 discloses a passenger car having a front windshield which covers an interior of the passenger car at the front. The passenger car further has a windshield wiper device which is accommodated at least temporarily in a receiving space positioned adjacent to the windshield root of the windshield and sweeps over the windshield at least temporarily. In the front area of this known passenger car there is a heat source designed as a drive motor, which is at least temporarily and at least partially covered by a front hood of the passenger car. Furthermore, the passenger vehicle has a cowl spoiler which is movable with respect to the front hood and which covers the receiving space in a first operating state when the windshield wiper device is located in the receiving space, and releases the receiving space in a second operating state when the windshield wiper device sweeps over the windshield. Finally, the passenger car has an opening section adjacent to the front hood, which is released by the cowl spoiler in a third operating state, so that heat can be dissipated from the heat source into an area outside the passenger car.DE 10 2022 131 497 B3 discloses a display device for a passenger car which is located in its interior and projects an image onto a display region on the front screen of the passenger car. It cannot be ruled out absolutely that the contrast between such an image projected into the display region and the visible region otherwise free from the front screen is so low that it is disadvantageously characterized as not sufficient by a viewer. It is an object of the present invention to overcome this drawback. This object is achieved by a passenger car having the features of claim 1. Preferred embodiments are set forth in the dependent claims dependent on this claim.Specifically, this object is achieved by a passenger car which has:a front windshield which covers an interior of the passenger vehicle at the front side,at least one windscreen wiper device which is accommodated at least temporarily in a receiving space positioned adjacent to the window root of the front window and is configured to sweep over the front window at least temporarily,a heat source located in the front region, in particular a radiator, a heat engine or an electrical storage device, which is at least temporarily and at least partially covered by a front hood,a cowl spoiler movable relative to the front hood, which spoiler is configured to cover the receiving space in a first operating state when the windshield wiper device is located therein, and to release it in a second operating state when the windshield wiper device sweeps over the front windshield, and to release an opening section adjacent to the front hood in a third operating state in order to dissipate heat from the heat source into an area outside the passenger vehicle. The first operating state is present when an operation of the windscreen wiper device is not desired. The second operating state is present when operation of the windscreen wiper device is desired. The third operating state is present if heat emitted by the heat source is to be dissipated in the region of the front hood. The passenger vehicle according to the invention is distinguished by a display device which is located in the interior and is configured to project an image onto a display region on the front windshield, wherein the cowl spoiler at least partially covers the front windshield in the region of the display region in a fourth operating state. The display device is in particular a projection device, preferably a head-up display, by means of which data representing information, images or the like are projected from a projector located in the interior of the passenger vehicle onto a surface of the front screen facing the interior.Advantageously, it is thereby possible to increase an increase in the contrast of the image projected in the display area of the front screen by a means already located on the passenger vehicle, while the aforementioned first to third operating states can likewise be assumed at suitable times.According to a preferred embodiment, it is provided that the third operating state and the fourth operating state are simultaneously assumed. In other words, in a single operating state, the cowl spoiler can have, on the one hand, a position which removes heat from the heat source and, on the other hand, at the same time, a position which at least partially covers or covers the display region. Thus, it can be provided in a particularly advantageous manner that the passenger car is designed as an electrically driven vehicle, in the front region of which there is a heat source, in particular a battery. Due to a charge-induced heating of the battery, the cooling thereof is necessary, which is at least promoted by a corresponding positioning of the cowl spoiler, and therefore its movement in the direction of the front windshield, forming an opening in the front hood. At the same time, an increase in contrast is achieved by positioning the cowl spoiler in the direction of the display region, with the result that a vehicle occupant who is in the passenger vehicle during the charging process can view the data, a film or the like projected onto the display in a comfortable manner. The contrast mentioned is advantageously further improved if the cowl spoiler has a surface which increases the contrast for the display region on its side facing the front pane. This surface can be formed integrally on the cowl spoiler or can be fastened to the cowl spoiler in a detachable or non-detachable manner as a component which consists at least of one component.According to a preferred embodiment, said contrast is improved even further if the contrast-enhancing surface is a black surface. In a particularly advantageous manner, the surface has an absorbance of at least 0.60 in the visible spectrum of the light. In other words, at least 60% of the light incident on said surface and having a wavelength in the range from 400 nm to 700 nm is absorbed.A detailed, non-prepublicing, in particular limiting, description of an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is given below with reference to the drawing. FIG. 1 is a simplified representation of a part of a passenger vehicle according to the invention depicted in side view in a first operating state. FIG. 2 shows the passenger vehicle of FIG. 1 in a second operating state. FIG. 3 shows the passenger car of FIG. 1 in a third operating state. FIG. 4 shows the passenger car of FIG. 1 in a fourth operating state. The passenger car 1 shown in FIG. 1 partially and in simplified form has a front region 5 which comprises, in a manner known per se, a front window 10 which covers an interior 15 of the passenger car 1 at the front, a windshield wiper device 20 which is temporarily accommodated in a receiving space 30 positioned adjacent to the window root 25 of the front window 10 and temporarily sweeps over the front window 10, and a heat source 35 located in the front region 5 and is temporarily covered by a front hood 40. Furthermore, the passenger vehicle 1 comprises a cowl spoiler 45 which is movable about an axis A with respect to the front hood 40 and covers the receiving space 30 in a first operating state when the windshield wiper device 20 is located in the receiving space 30, and releases it in a second operating state when the windshield wiper device 20 passes over the windshield 10. Finally, the passenger car 1 comprises an opening section 50 adjacent to the front hood 40, which the cowl spoiler 45 releases in a third operating state in order to dissipate heat from the heat source 35 into an area outside the passenger car 1. The heat source 35 of the exemplary embodiment shown here is designed as a drive battery of the passenger car 1. Finally, the passenger car 1 comprises a display device 55, which is located in the interior 15 and can project an image onto a display region 60 on the front pane 10. On its side facing the passenger vehicle 1, the cowl spoiler 45 has a black surface 60 in order to increase the contrast of the image projected into the display region 60 with respect to the region of the front windshield 10 surrounding the latter. The passenger vehicle 1 shown in FIG. 1 is in the first operating state mentioned, in which the cowl spoiler 45 covers the receiving space 30. The front hood 40 as well as the opening portion 50 are closed. In contrast, the passenger car 1 according to FIG. 2 is in the second operating state mentioned, in which the receiving space 30 is released. The release takes place by a suitable movement of the cowl spoiler 45 along the axis A. The windshield wiper device 20 can hereby leave the receiving space 30 in such a way that it can sweep over the windshield 10 in a manner known per se. Here, too, the front hood 40 and the opening portion 50 are closed.FIG. 3 shows the passenger vehicle 1 in a third operating state. In this, the cowl spoiler 45 is adjusted with respect to the axis A in such a way that, on the one hand, the receiving space 30 is cleared and, on the other hand, the opening section 50 is cleared. This allows the heat of the heat source 35 to be dissipated from the passenger vehicle 1, as symbolized by the arrow W. The windscreen wiper device 45 is located in the receiving space 30, but it is also conceivable for it to be located in an operating position in which it sweeps over the front window 10, similar to FIG. 2.Finally, FIG. 4 shows the passenger vehicle 1 in a fourth operating state. The cowl spoiler 45 is adjusted with respect to the axis A in such a way that the receiving space 30 is covered. The black surface 65 of the cowl spoiler 45 is positioned adjacent to the display region 60 in the front window 10 in such a way that the contrast of an image, symbolized by the arrow B, projected by the display device 55 in the direction of the front window 10 is increased for a viewer located in the interior 15 and not shown here. This is the case, for example, when the black surface 65 is only spaced apart from the front pane 10 with a minimum possible distance or is even deposited on it. The surface 65 of the exemplary embodiment shown here has an absorbance of 0.60 in the visible spectrum of the light.List of reference numbers:1 Passenger car 5 front area 10 front window 15 interior 20 windshield wiper device 25 window root 30 accommodation space 35 heat source 40 front hood 45 cowl spoiler 50 opening portion 55 display device 60 display area 65 surface A axis B image projection W heat dissipationReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
