Abstract
Description
Technical area
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of magnetic filtration systems for sludge, in particular to a magnetic filtration system for sludge and a purification method. State of the art
[0002] At present, the magnetic filtration system for sludge is one of the indispensable equipment for removing magnetic substances from products in the industries such as new energy industry, chemical industry, food industry and pharmaceutical industry, among which the demagnetization effect (adsorption of magnetic impurities) and the removal of impurities are the two main criteria of such a magnetic filtration system for sludge.
[0003] As in Fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of the structure of the traditional magnetic filtration plant for sludge, and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, which is its actual photo, the traditional magnetic filtration system for sludge has a simple and compact structure. Its flow tubes are connected in series, allowing the sludge to flow through a single tube. Its demagnetization performance is good, but the flow area is small and the production efficiency is low. The main disadvantage is that the cleaning process is complicated, requiring each magnetic rod to be disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled individually. This results in time-consuming and labor-intensive cleaning, less reliable assembly, and prone to leakage, leading to the risk of leakage.
[0004] To further solve the above problems, Chinese Patent CN02107670.7, titled "Magnetic filter," and its related patents or patent applications disclose a magnetic filter in which magnetic particles are removed from a fluid by the filter. The filter includes elongated, circumferentially spaced magnetic elements, the magnetic elements capturing particles entrained by the fluid. The magnetic elements must be periodically cleaned by moving a scraper from one end of the housing to the other to remove particles from the elements. As the scraper moves to an end position, the particles are scraped toward the non-magnetic end of the magnetic elements (containing remanent magnetism), and the particles are flushed out of the non-magnetic end with fluid flowing in through the inlet and other openings in the housing.
[0005] These above patents optimize the cleaning process by providing the magnetic elements (magnetic bars) with a non-magnetic area at each end, whereby the magnetic bars are raised and lowered in conjunction with the scraper to "expel" the magnetic contaminants (including iron filings and other contaminants) from the magnetic area into the non-magnetic area, which are then rinsed out of the non-magnetic area.
[0006] The patents or patent applications that provide a non-magnetic portion at the end and perform the cleaning process by lifting and lowering, such as CN201810023450.0 entitled "A kind of reversal magnetic filter," all have the same effect and will not be repeated here.
[0007] Even further, the problems are solved from a different perspective by Chinese Patent Application CN201711204017.9, which discloses a fully automatic magnetic filter comprising a cylinder body, a magnetic roller, a scraper, and a motor, wherein four magnetic rollers are provided inside the cylinder body, and each of the magnetic rollers comprises an outer layer and an inner core, the outer layer is externally fitted on the inner core, and the inner core comprises a magnetic portion and a non-magnetic portion, and the outer layers of the plurality of magnetic rollers are connected by a gear transmission, wherein one of the outer layers is connected to a motor, which is driven by the motor to rotate;and wherein the scrapers are provided in an equal number to the magnetic rollers, and each of the scrapers of the outer layer corresponds to one of the magnetic rollers, so that when iron filings adsorbed on the outer layer move into the non-magnetic region with the rotation of the outer layer, they can be scraped off by the corresponding scraper, so that the adsorption of the iron filings and the stripping of the iron filings can be carried out at the same time, which effectively improves the work efficiency.;
[0008] The difference between this patent application and the patents described above, in which a non-magnetic region is provided at the end, is that in this patent application, the magnetic bars have a magnetic adsorption capacity over their entire length, thereby increasing the utilization of the magnetic bars in the longitudinal direction, but the magnetic bars are provided with a non-magnetic region in the radial direction (transverse direction), wherein the stripping of the magnetic impurities is carried out by rotation, which is different from the scraping of the magnetic impurities by lifting and lowering.
[0009] It should be noted that after conducting a required novelty search for the present invention, the following literatures are also provided for reference: 1. CN201310460245.8 entitled “Filtration apparatus” and its related patents or patent applications; 2. CN202211268446.3 entitled “Magnetic filter”; 3. CN201811395032.0 with the title “Filter” etc.
[0010] In summary, in the prior art technical solutions disclosed in the above-mentioned literatures, the effective area for magnetic adsorption on the magnetic rod is reduced to provide a non-magnetic region, in particular, when a non-magnetic end is provided, the effective area for magnetic adsorption in the longitudinal direction (axial direction) is reduced, and when a non-magnetic radial portion is provided, the effective area for magnetic adsorption in the radial direction is reduced.
[0011] The above-mentioned problem is electromagnetically solved by Chinese patent application CN201210240994.5, titled "Turn-off passive magnetic filter." This filter performs an adsorption process for magnetic impurities when magnetization occurs by switching on the current, and a cleaning process is performed when demagnetization occurs by switching off the current. However, this patent application consumes enormous amounts of energy during cleaning, and this electromagnetic technical solution is slowly being marginalized by the industry. [0049] Referring to Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, the magnetic filtration system 10 for sludge in one embodiment includes a magnetic adsorption device 100, a parallel flow collection device 200, a contaminant removal device 300, a support 400, a lift actuator 500, a collection support member 600, a lift stop 700, and a locking device 800. The magnetic adsorption device 100, the lift actuator 500, the lift stop 700, and the locking device 800 are connected to the support 400 to play a structural supporting role. The magnetic filtration system for sludge 10 is flowed through by the liquid sludge and serves to adsorb magnetic contaminants contained in the liquid sludge.It is particularly noteworthy that the magnetic impurities described here are paramagnetic impurities that can be magnetically adsorbed and removed from sludge required in industries such as the new energy industry, chemical industry, food industry, and pharmaceutical industry. One example of magnetic impurities is iron filings and other paramagnetic metals or alloys contained in food sludge in the food industry, and the others will not be repeated here.
[0050] Referring to Fig. 5, the magnetic adsorption device 100 includes a plurality of magnetic adsorption cylinders 110. When the liquid slurry flows through the plurality of magnetic adsorption cylinders 110, the magnetic impurities contained in the liquid slurry can be adsorbed by the magnetic adsorption cylinders 110. After the liquid slurry, from which the magnetic impurities have been removed, flows out of the magnetic adsorption cylinders 110, it is then fed into the next process.
[0051] In order to better explain the function and flow of the multiple magnetic adsorption cylinders, it is necessary to divide the multiple magnetic adsorption cylinders into groups. Referring to Fig. 5, the plurality of magnetic adsorption cylinders 110 are specifically divided into an inlet cylinder group 100a, a transition cylinder group 100b, and an outlet cylinder group 100c. The liquid slurry sequentially flows through the inlet cylinder group 100a, the transition cylinder group 100b, and the outlet cylinder group 100c, thereby completing the magnetic adsorption process. During this time, the magnetic impurities contained in the liquid slurry are adsorbed and remain in each magnetic adsorption cylinder of the inlet cylinder group 100a, the transition cylinder group 100b, and the outlet cylinder group 100c. At predetermined intervals, the inlet cylinder group 100a, the transition cylinder group 100b, and the outlet cylinder group 100c are cleaned, and the magnetic impurities are removed.
[0052] In this embodiment, the liquid sludge sequentially flows through the inlet cylinder group 100a, the transition cylinder group 100b, and the outlet cylinder group 100c, which are connected in series. At the inlet cylinder group 100a into which the liquid sludge flows, each of the magnetic adsorption cylinders in the inlet cylinder group 100a is connected in parallel; likewise, each of the magnetic adsorption cylinders in the outlet cylinder group 100c is connected in parallel. Thus, the entire sludge passage is configured to combine series connection and parallel connection, thereby increasing the passage area without impairing the magnetic removal effect. At the same time, the sludge passage volume per unit time can be increased to a greater extent, thus improving the magnetic adsorption efficiency.
[0053] Referring to Fig. 5, the parallel flow header device 200 includes an inlet header 210, a transition header 220, and an outlet header 230, wherein the inlet cylinder group 100a is connected to the inlet header 210 and the transition header 220, the transition cylinder group 100b is connected to the transition header 220, and the outlet cylinder group 100c is connected to the transition header 220 and the outlet header 230, whereby the liquid slurry sequentially flows through the inlet header 210, the inlet cylinder group 100a, the transition header 220, the transition cylinder group 100b, the outlet cylinder group 100c, and the outlet header 230 to complete the liquid slurry flow process.
[0054] Referring to Fig. 5, the inlet cylinder group 100a includes the plurality of magnetic adsorption cylinders 110 connected in parallel. When the liquid sludge flows into the inlet cylinder group 100a, the liquid sludge flows synchronously into the plurality of magnetic adsorption cylinders 110 connected in parallel. The inlet header 210 includes an inlet valve 211, an inlet elbow 212, an inlet collection funnel 213, and an inlet sealing plate 214. The inlet elbow 212 is connected to the inlet valve 211 and the inlet collection funnel 213, the inlet sealing plate 214 is covered on the inlet collection funnel 213, and the end of each of the magnetic adsorption cylinders 110 of the inlet cylinder group 100a is connected to the inlet sealing plate 214, and thus the end of each of the magnetic adsorption cylinders 110 of the inlet cylinder group 100a is connected to the inlet collection funnel 213.Thereby, a sealed space is enclosed by the inlet collecting funnel 213 and the inlet sealing plate 214, which preliminarily collects the liquid sludge, which is then synchronously supplied into each of the magnetic adsorption cylinders 110 of the inlet cylinder group 100a.
[0055] Referring to Fig. 5, the outlet cylinder group 100c includes a plurality of magnetic adsorption cylinders 110 connected in parallel. Thus, when the liquid sludge flows into the outlet cylinder group 100c, the liquid sludge synchronously flows into the plurality of parallel-connected magnetic adsorption cylinders 110, and correspondingly synchronously flows out of the plurality of parallel-connected magnetic adsorption cylinders 110 into the outlet collector 230.The outlet collector 230 includes an outlet valve 231, an outlet elbow 232, an outlet collection funnel 233, and an outlet sealing plate 234. The outlet elbow 232 is connected to the outlet valve 231 and the outlet collection funnel 233, the outlet sealing plate 234 is covered on the outlet collection funnel 233, and the end of each of the magnetic adsorption cylinders 110 of the outlet cylinder group 100c is connected to the outlet sealing plate 234, thus connecting the end of each of the magnetic adsorption cylinders 110 of the outlet cylinder group 100c to the outlet collection funnel 233. In this way, a sealed space is enclosed by the outlet collection funnel 233 and the outlet sealing plate 234, which temporarily collects the liquid sludge.At this time, the liquid sludge has already passed through the entire magnetic filtration system 10 for sludge, the process of adsorption and removal of magnetic impurities is completed, and the liquid sludge flowing out of the outlet cylinder group 100c can be fed into the next process, for example, in the new energy industry, positive and negative electrode sludge can be fed into the electrode coating process.
[0056] Referring to Fig. 5, the transition cylinder group 100b comprises in particular a first group of magnetic adsorption cylinders 110b connected in parallel and a second group of magnetic adsorption cylinders 120b connected in parallel.The transition collector 220 includes a first transition collection end box 221, a second transition collection end box 222, and a third transition collection end box 223, wherein the first transition collection end box 221 is connected to the inlet cylinder group 100a, and the first transition collector end box 221 is also connected to a first end of each of the magnetic adsorption cylinders 110b of the first group, the second transition collection end box 222 is connected to a second end of each of the magnetic adsorption cylinders 110b of the first group and a first end of each of the magnetic adsorption cylinders 120b of the second group, and the third transition collection end box 223 is connected to a second end of each of the magnetic adsorption cylinders 120b of the second group and to the outlet cylinder group 100c.
[0057] Referring to Fig. 5 and Fig. 8 together, the liquid sludge flows through the magnetic filtration system 10 as follows: The liquid sludge flows into the inlet header 210, and then flows in parallel into the inlet cylinder group 100a, collects in the first transition collection end box 221, and then flows in parallel into the first group of magnetic adsorption cylinders 110b, collects in the second transition collection end box 222, and then flows in parallel into the second group of magnetic adsorption cylinders 120b, collects in the third transition collection end box 223, and then flows in parallel into the outlet cylinder group 100c, and finally flows into the outlet header 230.In this way, the liquid sludge flows through the flow channel according to the present technical solution, which is designed to combine the series connection and the parallel connection, thereby increasing the flow area without affecting the magnetic removal effect, and at the same time, the volume of sludge flow per unit time can be increased to a greater extent, thus improving the efficiency of magnetic adsorption.
[0058] Referring to Fig. 6 and Fig. 9, the magnetic adsorption cylinder 110 comprises a cylinder body 111, a magnetic roller 112, and a scraper ring 123. The magnetic roller 112 is installed within the cylinder body 111, and the magnetic roller 112 is slidable back and forth relative to the scraper ring 123 externally mounted on the magnetic roller 112. When the liquid sludge is introduced into the magnetic adsorption cylinder 110, it fills a channel space enclosed by the inner wall of the cylinder body 111 and the outer wall of the magnetic roller 112 and flows through the channel space.When the magnetic impurities are accumulated on the magnetic roller 112, the magnetic impurities on the roller body 112 are scraped off by the scraper ring 123 to the free end of the magnetic roller 112. Since the scraper ring 123 is slidably mounted on the outside of the magnetic roller 112, the magnetic roller 112 slides relative to the scraper ring 123 mounted on the outside of the magnetic roller 112, and then the magnetic impurities can be removed more easily.
[0059] Referring to Fig. 9, the magnetic roller 112 comprises a roller body 1121, a permanent magnet 1122, a guide rib 1123 and a permanent magnet displacement mechanism 1124, wherein the roller body 1121 is slidable back and forth relative to the scraper ring 123 fitted externally on the magnetic roller 112, the permanent magnet 1122 is arranged inside the roller body 1121, the guide rib 1123 is connected to the free end of the roller body 1121, and the permanent magnet displacement mechanism 1124 is connected to the permanent magnet 1122, and the permanent magnet displacement mechanism 1124 serves to displace the permanent magnet 1122 so that it moves in a direction close to or away from the guide rib 1123.Based on the magnetism of the permanent magnet 1122, when the liquid slurry fills and flows through the channel space enclosed by the inner wall of the cylinder body 111 and the outer wall of the magnetic roller 112, the outer wall of the roller body 112 magnetically adsorbs the paramagnetic contaminants. When the outer wall of the roller body 1121 is enriched with magnetic contaminants and the amount of magnetic contaminants has reached a threshold requiring cleaning, a cleaning process must be performed.
[0060] Referring to Fig. 11, in order to better illustrate the inventive creativity of the present invention compared to the prior art, a method for cleaning a magnetic filtration system for sludge is provided by the present invention, in which a cleaning operation of one of the magnetic filtration systems for sludge described above is carried out, comprising the following steps:
[0061] S110: stopping supply of the liquid sludge to the inlet header and stopping discharge of the liquid sludge from the outlet header;
[0062] When the outer wall of the roller body is enriched with magnetic contaminants and the amount of magnetic contaminants has reached a threshold requiring cleaning, a cleaning process must be performed. Before the cleaning process, the supply of liquid slurry to the inlet manifold and the outflow of liquid slurry from the outlet manifold must be stopped to prepare for the cleaning of the magnetic contaminants.
[0063] S120: Collecting the liquid sludge within the magnetic filtration system for sludge into the transition collector, and collecting recycled sludge through the impurity removal device; If the sludge cannot completely flow out of the outlet manifold, the impurity removal device located at the lowest position allows the liquid sludge to flow out of the impurity removal device based on its own gravity. The sludge must be collected and recycled for later use, further saving raw material costs and avoiding waste.
[0064] In step S120, a high-pressure gas is also synchronously supplied to the inlet manifold and the outlet manifold to better assist the outflow of the liquid sludge from the contaminant removal device.
[0065] S130: Controlling the magnetic roller so that it slides relative to the scraper ring fitted externally on the magnetic roller, wherein the roller body is provided with a magnetic attraction conversion region in a region adjacent to the guide rib, wherein the magnetic impurities adhering to the roller body are scraped off to the magnetic attraction conversion region by the scraper ring.
[0066] By controlling the magnetic roller to slide relative to the scraper ring fitted externally on the magnetic roller, the magnetic impurities adhering to the roller body can be scraped off by the scraper ring to the magnetic attraction conversion area, so that all of the magnetic impurities adhering to the roller body are concentrated in the magnetic attraction conversion area.
[0067] S140: Controlling the permanent magnet displacement mechanism to displace the permanent magnet to move in a direction away from the guide rib, and thus simultaneously bring the permanent magnet out of the magnetic attraction conversion region, so that the magnetic attraction conversion region loses the magnetic attraction ability from the permanent magnet to form a non-magnetic region.
[0068] It is particularly noteworthy that when the magnetic roller performs normal magnetic adsorption, the permanent magnet enters the area located at the free end of the roller body and adjacent to the guide rib, so that the entire area of the roller submerged by the liquid slurry receives magnetic attraction from the permanent magnet. Unlike the prior art, in which the roller body is provided with a fixed non-magnetic area (which is also submerged by the liquid slurry), the roller body of the present invention is provided with a magnetic attraction conversion area in a region adjacent to the guide rib. When normal magnetic adsorption is performed, the magnetic attraction conversion area receives magnetic attraction from the permanent magnet, which greatly increases the effective area for magnetic adsorption.In the prior art and commercially available systems, the non-magnetic region is typically 3.5 cm to 10 cm long. When the roller body is made of stainless steel, an even longer length is required to avoid the magnetic effect of permanent magnets. Therefore, the non-magnetic region plays no role in the magnetic adsorption of impurities. In the present invention, the magnetic attraction conversion region still performs the function of magnetic adsorption of impurities.When cleaning is necessary, the permanent magnet displacement mechanism can be flexibly controlled to displace the permanent magnet in a direction away from the guide rib, simultaneously removing the permanent magnet from the magnetic attraction conversion area. This causes the magnetic attraction conversion area to lose its magnetic attraction ability from the permanent magnet to form a non-magnetic area. This can better remove the magnetic impurities accumulated in the non-magnetic area, achieving the technical effect of still using the permanent magnet as a magnetic adsorption system, providing a large effective area for magnetic adsorption, and also better solving the cleaning problem.
[0069] S150: Introducing a cleaning agent into the inlet header and / or the outlet header to remove the magnetic contaminants from the non-magnetic area, discharging it through the pass-through header, and collecting contamination by the contaminant removal device.
[0070] To better explain the operating principle of the described permanent magnet displacement mechanism, the present invention provides the following two embodiments of the described permanent magnet displacement mechanism for reference: Example 1
[0071] Referring to Fig. 9, the roller body 1121 is provided with a magnetic attraction conversion portion 1121a in a portion adjacent to the guide rib;The permanent magnet drive mechanism 1124 comprises a lower air bag 11241, a first air tube 11242, an upper air bag 11243, and a second air tube 11244. The lower air bag 11241 and the upper air bag 11243 are each arranged at one of the ends of the roller body 1121. The lower air bag 11241 is clamped between the guide rib 1123 and the permanent magnet 1122, and thus the lower air bag 11241 is arranged within the magnetic attraction conversion area 1121a. The first air tube 11242 is arranged within the roller body 1121 and is connected to the lower air bag 11241. The upper air bag 11243 is arranged within the roller body 1121, and the upper air bag 11243 is arranged on one side the permanent magnet 1122 is arranged away from the lower air bag 11241, and the second air pipe 11244 is connected to the upper air bag 11243;
[0072] When the magnetic filtration system for sludge performs normal adsorption of magnetic impurities, the lower air bag 11241 is completely deflated through the first air pipe 11242, and then the lower air bag 11241 is in a deflated state, and at the same time, the upper air bag 11243 is inflated through the second air pipe 11244, and then the upper air bag 11243 is in an inflated state, so that the permanent magnet 1122 can be moved along the inner wall of the roller body 1121, and one end of the permanent magnet 1122a enters the magnetic attraction conversion section 1121a, at this time, the magnetic attraction conversion section 1121a acquires a magnetic attraction ability and is able to perform normal adsorption of the magnetic impurities.When it is necessary to perform a cleaning operation for the magnetic filtration system for sludge, the lower air bag 11241 is brought into the inflated state and the upper air bag 11243 is brought into the deflated state to move the lower end of the permanent magnet away from the magnetic attraction conversion section, so that the magnetic attraction conversion section loses the magnetic attraction ability from the permanent magnet to form a non-magnetic section.
[0073] In this embodiment, the first air pipe and the second air pipe are connected to an external suction system.
[0074] It should be added that the air bags in the present invention are not limited to using gas as the medium. The air bags can also use a liquid as the medium, such as liquid water or liquid oil, to change the state of the air bags and implement displacement of the permanent magnet. Example 2
[0075] Referring to Fig. 10, the permanent magnet drive mechanism 1124b comprises a mounting bracket 11241b and a displacement drive 11242b, wherein the mounting bracket is arranged in the roller body, the permanent magnet is arranged on the mounting bracket, and the displacement drive is connected to the mounting bracket, and the displacement drive serves to drive the mounting bracket to move in a direction close to or away from the guide rib and thus entrain the permanent magnet to move in a direction close to or away from the guide rib; the roller body is provided with a magnetic attraction conversion region in a region adjacent to the guide rib.When the mounting bracket is applied to the guide rib under the drive of the displacement drive, at least a part of the permanent magnet enters the magnetic attraction conversion region, whereby the magnetic attraction conversion region acquires magnetic attraction capability from the permanent magnet. When the mounting bracket is moved away from the guide rib under the drive of the displacement drive, the permanent magnet simultaneously exits the magnetic attraction conversion region, whereby the magnetic attraction conversion region loses the magnetic attraction capability from the permanent magnet. In this embodiment, the displacement drive 11242b is a power device, such as a cylinder or a lifting motor, which can drive the mounting bracket and the permanent magnet to move along the inside of the roller body.
[0076] It is particularly noted that, in order to implement the permanent magnet displacement mechanism of the present invention, one skilled in the art may adopt any of the technical solutions provided in the above Embodiment 1 and Embodiment 2, and of course, one skilled in the art may adopt other specific embodiments for realizing the function of the permanent magnet displacement mechanism according to the actual situation, which should also fall within the scope of the present invention.
[0077] In this embodiment, the permanent magnet is a magnetic bar installed inside the roller body, or the permanent magnet comprises several magnetic rings stacked one after another inside the roller body. Those skilled in the art can flexibly choose various shapes or structures of the permanent magnet, all of which fall within the scope of the present invention, as long as the outer wall of the roller body can be imparted with a magnetic attraction capability by the permanent magnet to perform the adsorption of the magnetic impurities.
[0078] In this embodiment, the roller body is made of stainless steel or the roller body is made of a non-magnetic material. Furthermore, the guide rib is made of stainless steel or the roller body is made of a non-magnetic material. Of course, one skilled in the art can also choose other materials according to the actual situation, which should also fall within the scope of the present invention.
[0079] Referring to Fig. 6, the guide rib 1123 includes a seal 11231 and several ribs 11232. The seal is connected to the free end of the roller body and serves to separate the interior of the roller body from the interior of the cylinder body through the seal, and the several ribs are arranged at intervals on the seal. When the free end of the roller body swings, the ribs abut the inner wall of the cylinder body and maintain a gap between the free end of the roller body and the inner wall of the cylinder body. In this way, when the roller body is moved relative to the cylinder body, the ribs 11232 can prevent direct contact of the roller body with the cylinder body. Especially, when the two are made of stainless steel, they can better prevent the two from being magnetically attracted together to reduce abrasion and movement resistance.A plurality of ribs 11232 are provided and a plurality of gaps are present between the ribs 11232, whereby the flow of the sludge can be less impaired.
[0080] In this embodiment, the wiper ring comprises an inner seal ring, an inner channel seal cover, an outer seal ring, and an outer seal cover. The inner seal ring is movably fitted externally to the roller body, the inner channel seal cover is fitted externally to the inner seal ring, the outer seal ring is fitted externally to the inner channel seal cover, and the outer seal cover is fitted externally to the outer seal ring. This improves the sealing performance, facilitates the wiping process of magnetic contaminants on the roller body, and also improves the mechanical strength of the physical structure.
[0081] In this embodiment, a smooth area is provided between the permanent magnet and the inner wall of the roller body, and the smooth area is provided with lubricating oil. As a result, when the permanent magnet displacement mechanism displaces the permanent magnet so that it moves relative to the roller body, the movement resistance can be greatly reduced, and the abrasion and movement resistance caused by the relative movement of the permanent magnet to the roller body can be reduced.
[0082] Referring to Fig. 6, the contaminant removal device 300 is connected to the transition collector 220. The contaminant removal device 300 comprises a first drain pipe 310, a first drain valve 320, a second drain pipe 330, a second drain valve 340, a pollution pipe 350, a pollution valve 360, a recycling pipe 370, and a recycling valve 380. The first end of the first drain pipe is connected to the transition collector, the first drain valve is arranged on the first drain pipe, the second end of the first drain pipe is connected to the first end of the second drain pipe, the second drain valve is arranged on the second drain pipe, the second end of the second drain pipe is connected to the inlet collector, the second end of the first drain pipe is also connected to the first end of the pollution pipe, the pollution valve is arranged on the pollution pipe.The first end of the recycling pipe is connected to the first end of the pollution pipe, and the recycling valve is arranged on the recycling pipe. In this way, the recycling sludge and the pollution can be better separated by the pollution removal device 300.
[0083] Referring to Fig. 6, the contaminant removal device 300 further comprises a first backwash pipe 390a, a first backwash valve 390b, a second backwash pipe 390c, and a second backwash valve 390d, wherein the first backwash pipe is connected to the inlet manifold, the first backwash valve is arranged on the first backwash pipe, the second backwash pipe is connected to the outlet manifold, and the second backwash valve is arranged on the second backwash pipe. In this way, a cleaning agent for a backwash process can be introduced or the recycled sludge can be pressurized for a recycling process via the first backwash pipe 390a, the first backwash valve 390b, the second backwash pipe 390c, and the second backwash valve 390d.
[0084] Referring to Fig. 5, the lifting drive 500 is arranged on the bracket 400, the driving end of the lifting drive 500 is connected to the collecting support part 600, the fixed end of each of the roller bodies, which is remote from its free end, is connected to the collecting support part 600, the permanent magnet displacement mechanism is arranged on the collecting support part, and the scraper ring is arranged on the bracket. In this way, the lifting drive 500 can be controlled so that it can set the collecting support part 600 in motion, and thus set each of the roller bodies in motion relative to the cylinder and the scraper ring. In this embodiment, the lifting drive is a cylinder, a lifting motor, or a hydraulic jack.
[0085] Referring to Fig. 7, the stroke limiter 700 comprises a lifting rod 710, a stop 720 at the end, and a support sleeve 730. The lifting rod is connected to the collecting support part at one end and the lifting rod is movably guided by the bracket. The support sleeve is slidably mounted on the outside of the lifting rod and the support sleeve is arranged between the bracket and the collecting support part, and the stop is arranged at an end of the lifting rod that is remote from the collecting support part. The lifting rod 710 can provide better guidance for the roller body when it moves relative to the cylinder body and the scraper ring. Due to the stop 720, which is arranged at the end of the lifting rod 710 remote from the collecting support part, when the roller body moves to the end position, the stop 720 rests directly against the bracket to limit and stop the movement.By the support sleeve 730 arranged between the holder and the collecting support part, it can be ensured that when the roller body returns into the cylinder, the guide rib falls into a predetermined position, that is, thereby providing a better limitation for the guide rib, which avoids the structural interference of the guide rib with the bottom of the cylinder body.
[0086] Referring to Fig.7, the locking device 800 includes a locking tongue 810, a locking holder 820, a locking rod 830, and a locking driver 840. The locking holder and the locking driver are arranged on the bracket, the locking tongue is arranged on the collecting support member, and the locking rod is connected to the locking driver. The locking rod serves to fix the locking tongue to the locking holder. Thus, after the roller body is returned to the cylinder, that is, when the magnetic filtration system for sludge performs normal adsorption of the magnetic impurities, the collecting support member is locked to the bracket by the locking device 800, thereby preventing the relative displacement of the roller body with the cylinder, thus further ensuring the stability of the magnetic adsorption.
[0087] The present invention has at least the following advantages over the prior art:
[0088] The roller body of the magnetic sludge filtration system is provided with a magnetic attraction conversion zone at a portion adjacent to the guide rib. During normal magnetic adsorption, the magnetic attraction conversion zone receives magnetic attraction from the permanent magnet, greatly increasing the effective area for magnetic adsorption. When cleaning is required, the permanent magnet displacement mechanism can be flexibly controlled to displace the permanent magnet in a direction away from the guide rib, simultaneously removing the permanent magnet from the magnetic attraction conversion zone. The magnetic attraction conversion zone loses the magnetic attraction from the permanent magnet to form a non-magnetic zone.This allows the magnetic impurities accumulated in the non-magnetic region to be better removed, which achieves such technical effects that the permanent magnet is still used as a magnetic adsorption system, a high effective area for magnetic adsorption is provided, and the problem of purification can also be better solved.
[0089] The above-described embodiments represent only some embodiments of the present invention, which have been described in a more specific and detailed manner, but should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that a person skilled in the art may make various modifications and improvements as long as they do not deviate from the concept of the present invention, and these all fall within the scope of the present invention. The scope of the invention is therefore determined by the appended claims. QUOTES CONTAINED IN THE DESCRIPTION
