Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a transfer device for transferring flowable media, in particular liquid manure, between two containers and for attachment to an agricultural spreading vehicle.
[0002] The applicant markets a well-known transfer device for transferring liquid manure, for example, between two containers and for very simple attachment to an agricultural spreading vehicle under the sales name PROFI-Fant.
[0003] Another transfer device for transferring flowable media, in particular liquid manure, between two containers and for attachment to an agricultural spreading vehicle is known, for example, from DE 196 24 189 A1.
[0004] A disadvantage of these transfer systems is that a wet shredder with a heavy-duty separator is mounted on the second container, which is attached to the rear of the agricultural application vehicle, e.g., to a spreading trailer. This means that the weight of the wet shredder also acts on the rear trailer of the application vehicle. Often, a front weight is also attached to the application vehicle for a more even wheel load.
[0005] The invention is based on the object of further improving a transfer device and in particular of enabling an improved weight distribution on the application vehicle.
[0006] This object is achieved according to the invention by a transfer device according to claim 1, as well as by a use of the transfer device according to claim 10. Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the dependent claims.
[0007] The transfer device according to the invention, which is intended for transferring flowable media, in particular liquid manure, between two containers and for attachment to an agricultural spreading vehicle, comprises at least one front attachment mount configured for attachment to a front attachment device of the agricultural spreading vehicle. According to the invention, the front attachment mount comprises a wet shredder with a heavy-duty separator. This enables the weight of the wet shredder and the heavy-duty separator, including the heavy material, to act not on a rear trailer hitch of the spreading vehicle and thus on its rear axle, but rather on the front attachment device of the spreading vehicle and thus on its front axle. This not only reduces the weight acting on the rear axle of the agricultural spreading vehicle, but also eliminates the need for an additional front weight.Furthermore, this allows for a particularly favorable flow path for the flowable media, especially liquid manure, during transfer. This is because the media no longer needs to be directed downwards to the heavy-duty separator immediately before entering the second tank and then back up to an inlet opening in the second tank. Overall, this allows for further improvements to the transfer device and, in particular, significantly improved weight distribution on the application vehicle.
[0008] In particular, front-mounted attachments should not only be considered to be those that directly serve to actually establish the connection to the front attachment device of the agricultural application vehicle. Rather, all features that are located in front of, directly above, or (above or directly behind) the front attachment device of the agricultural application vehicle in relation to a main direction of travel on a farm, as well as during the transfer of flowable media, should be considered to be part of the front-mounted attachment.
[0009] A front-mounted device of an agricultural application vehicle is understood here to mean, in particular, a front lifting device of an agricultural tractor, e.g. a tractor.
[0010] A wet shredder is understood here to be a device which is designed for shredding fibrous materials and for separating foreign matter or heavy material such as stones or metal parts, in particular a device as is known, for example, from EP 1 541 239 A1.
[0011] In an advantageous development of the inventive solution, the wet shredder with heavy-duty separator is arranged above a front-mounted coupling of the front attachment. This allows a heavy-duty collection container for heavy materials such as stones or metal parts, which is advantageously located below the heavy-duty collection container, to be arranged at or above the front-mounted coupling on the front attachment. This not only has a positive effect on the overall weight distribution but also enables particularly advantageous ground clearance.
[0012] In a further advantageous development of the inventive solution, a support tube is arranged between the wet shredder with heavy-duty separator and the front attachment mount or the front mount coupling. This allows, on the one hand, a particularly stable mount for the wet shredder to be achieved, and, on the other hand, the support tube can also be used to carry a supply line and a transfer line for the flowable media, especially liquid manure, for transferring between the containers.
[0013] In a further advantageous development of the solution according to the invention, the support tube comprises a heavy-duty collection container for heavy goods such as stones or metal parts, and / or in particular a third container for a portion of the flowable medium. As a result, the support tube can additionally be used to implement the heavy-duty collection container and / or the third container for a portion of the flowable medium. As a result, not only can the heavy-duty collection container and / or the third container for the portion of the flowable medium be arranged particularly advantageously. Rather, on the one hand, a weight of collected heavy goods can be used as additional front weight on the agricultural application vehicle and, on the other hand, additionally or if no or only a small amount of heavy goods has been collected, the front weight can be reached or increased by a corresponding portion of the flowable medium in the third container.
[0014] In a further advantageous development of the solution according to the invention, the heavy-duty collection container and / or the third container are formed essentially entirely by the support tube. This allows a very advantageous weight distribution to be achieved with an equally simple and particularly robust design.
[0015] In a further advantageous development of the inventive solution, the support tube comprises a closable removal opening for the heavy material, in particular designed as a slide. By arranging the closable removal opening on the support tube and thus on the front attachment coupling or the front attachment mount, the removal opening is particularly easily accessible and can therefore be particularly easily closed or opened to remove the heavy material. However, this arrangement also allows a removal or unloading point for the heavy material to be reached particularly precisely and easily, since the agricultural application vehicle can simply be steered straight ahead until it reaches the removal or unloading point.
[0016] In a further advantageous development of the solution according to the invention, the transfer device comprises a media accelerator. By arranging the media accelerator on the transfer device, not only can the weight of the media accelerator be additionally distributed to the front loading device of the application vehicle and thus to its front axle, but a particularly aerodynamic position of the media accelerator can also be achieved.
[0017] In a further advantageous development of the inventive solution, the media accelerator is designed as an impeller pump. This design not only allows for particularly effective acceleration of flowable media, especially liquid manure, but also achieves a particularly advantageous balance between accelerator performance, aerodynamic positioning, weight, and the point of action of the weight.
[0018] In a further advantageous development of the solution according to the invention, the media accelerator is positioned on the transfer device such that, during operation, it is arranged in front of, directly above, or immediately behind the front attachment, or directly in front of, directly above, or immediately behind a rear pickup device of the agricultural application vehicle. By arranging it in the area of the front attachment, the weight of the media accelerator can be distributed over the front pickup device of the application vehicle and thus over its front axle. Arranging it in front of the front attachment during operation can enable a particularly aerodynamic design, enable a particularly simple and robust connection directly above the front attachment, and enable a particularly advantageous arrangement for the heavy-duty collection container directly behind the front attachment.By arranging it directly in front of, directly above or immediately behind a rear pickup device of the agricultural spreading vehicle, handling can be made easier when connected to the first container.
[0019] The problem is also solved by using a transfer device according to the above description for transferring flowable media, in particular liquid manure, between two containers. This device is characterized in that the transfer device is attached to a front-mounted device of the agricultural spreading vehicle. As a result, the aforementioned advantages can be particularly evident not only during transferring, but also during field travel with the spreading vehicle. Furthermore, with a wet shredder with heavy-duty separator weighing, for example, 500 kg and a front weight of, for example, 500 kg, the total weight of the agricultural spreading vehicle can be reduced by, for example, 1000 kg.
[0020] Overall, this makes it possible to further improve the transfer device and, in particular, to achieve a significantly improved weight distribution on the application vehicle.
[0021] It is understood that the features mentioned above and those to be explained below can be used not only in the respective combinations specified, but also in other combinations or on their own, without departing from the scope of the present invention. In particular, the features mentioned in this context are not limited to the stated number or size, so that features mentioned in the singular may certainly be present multiple times, and features that occur multiple times may also be present in the singular, and the size ratios may vary.
[0022] An embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing and is described in more detail below. It shows: Fig. 1: a side view of a schematically illustrated embodiment of a transfer device according to the invention on an agricultural spreading vehicle in a basic position, Fig. 2: a side view of a part of the transfer device according to Fig. 1, without the agricultural application vehicle, also in the basic position as in Fig. 1, and Fig. 3: a side view like Fig. 2, but with a design of the transfer device with a media accelerator and in a transfer position.
[0023] In the Fig. 1 shows a transfer device 1 according to the invention for transferring flowable media, here as an example liquid manure, between two (not shown) containers, which is attached to a (schematically shown) agricultural spreading vehicle 20 with a front mounting device 21. For this purpose, a front attachment mount 2 of the transfer device 1 is designed for attachment to the front mounting device 21 of the agricultural spreading vehicle 20. The front attachment mount 2 comprises a wet shredder 3 with a heavy material separator 4. This ensures that the weight of the wet shredder 3 does not act on a rear trailer hitch of the spreading vehicle 20 and thus on its rear axle, but on the front mounting device 21 of the spreading vehicle 20 and thus on its front axle. This reduces the weight acting on the rear axle of the agricultural spreading vehicle 20, eliminates the need for an additional front weight, and simultaneously enables a particularly favorable flow path for the slurry during transfer. Fig. 1, the transfer device 1 is shown in a basic position in which it is arranged "folded in" for field travel or parking. A transfer position in which the transfer device 1 is arranged "folded out" in order to transfer the slurry from the first container (a feed container) to the second container (a spreading container) is shown in Fig. 3. In Fig. 1 shows a supply line in its basic position, shown to the left of the wet shredder 3, which can establish the connection to the feed container for transferring material. Fig. 1 also shows a large part of a transfer line for the liquid manure to be transferred, which is shown to the right of the wet shredder 3 and runs rearward above a driver's cab of the agricultural spreading vehicle 20. This represents the connection to the spreading tank with liquid manure distributor, which is attached to the spreading vehicle 20, e.g. as a trailer (not shown). Fig. 1 arrow visible above the transfer line stylizes the flow direction of the slurry during transfer and therefore points in the direction of the spreading container or the trailer mentioned.
[0024] As in Fig. 2, the wet shredder 3 with heavy material separator 4 is arranged above a front mounting coupling 5 of the front mounting 2. This also provides a heavy material collecting container 6 for heavy material such as stones or metal parts (only in Fig. 3, shown in stylized form, shifts along the Fig. 3 dashed arrows downwards by gravity) advantageously arranged below the heavy material separator 4 and at least partially above the front receiving coupling 5 of the front attachment 2. In this case, a support pipe 6 is arranged between the wet shredder 3 with heavy material separator 4 and the front receiving coupling 5, which in addition to carrying the supply line (in the Fig. 2 left of the wet shredder 3) and the forwarding (in the Fig. 2 to the right of the wet shredder 3). The support tube 6 completely forms a heavy material collection container and a third container for a portion of the liquid manure. This allows a very advantageous weight distribution to be achieved with an equally simple and particularly robust design. Thus, on the one hand, a weight of collected heavy material can be used as additional front weight on the agricultural spreading vehicle 20 and, on the other hand, in addition to this or if no or only a small amount of heavy material has been collected, the front weight can be reached or increased by a corresponding portion of the liquid manure in the third container. The support tube 6 comprises a closable removal opening 7 for the heavy material, which is designed, for example, as a slide and is particularly easy to access.
[0025] In Fig.3 shows an embodiment of the transfer device 1 in the transfer position, which comprises a media accelerator 8. In this transfer position, the transfer device 1 is arranged "folded out" in order to transfer the liquid manure from the first container (the feed container, shown here in a stylized manner and labeled "Z") into the second container (the spreading container, not shown). By arranging the media accelerator 8 on the transfer device 1, the weight of the media accelerator 8 is additionally distributed over the front mounting device 21 of the spreading vehicle 20 and thus over its front axle, thus achieving a particularly aerodynamic position of the media accelerator 8. The media accelerator 8 is designed as an impeller pump and is positioned on the transfer device 1 such that it is arranged in front of the front attachment mounting device 2 during operation. In addition to the particularly advantageous weight distribution, this also enables a particularly aerodynamic design.
[0026] This makes it possible overall to further improve the transfer device 1 and, in particular, to achieve a significantly improved weight distribution on the application vehicle 20.
