Abstract

Mowing element (2a, 2b) of a mower (1) of an agricultural harvesting machine, with a blade disc (3), a blade flange (6), a pressure disc (7) and at least one spring element (8, 9), wherein the blade flange (6) is arranged on a first side of the blade disc (3), wherein the pressure disc (7) is arranged on a second side of the blade disc (3), wherein the at least one spring element (8, 9) presses the blade flange (6) and the pressure disc (7) against one another and thus clamps the blade disc (3) between the blade flange (6) and the pressure disc (7), wherein in order to replace the blade disc (3) the blade flange (6) and the pressure disc (7) can be pressed apart against the spring force of the at least one spring element (8, 9).

Claims

[1] Mowing element (2a, 2b) of a mower (1) of an agricultural harvesting machine, with a knife disc (3), a knife flange (6), a pressure disc (7) and at least one spring element (8, 9), wherein the knife flange (6) is arranged on a first side of the knife disc (3), wherein the pressure disc (7) is arranged on a second side of the knife disc (3), wherein the at least one spring element (8, 9) presses the knife flange (6) and the pressure disc (7) against each other and thus clamps the knife disc (3) between the knife flange (6) and the pressure disc (7), wherein, in order to replace the knife disc (3), the knife flange (6) and the pressure disc (7) can be pressed apart against the spring force of the at least one spring element (8, 9). [2] Mowing device according to claim 1, characterized by a hook disc (11) and a pressure piece (12), wherein the hook disc (11) and the knife flange (6) are connected to each other, wherein the pressure piece (12) and the pressure disc (7) are connected to each other, wherein a first spring element (8) is connected to the knife flange (6) and the hook disc (11) at a portion extending through a recess (14) of the knife disc (3). [3] Mowing device according to claim 2, characterized by that the first spring element (8) presses the pressure disc (7) against the knife flange (6). [4] Mowing device according to claim 2 or 3, characterized by that a second spring element (9) is arranged between the knife flange (7) and pressure piece (12). [5] Mowing device according to claim 4, characterized by that the second spring element (9) presses the knife flange (6) against the pressure disc (7). [6] Mowing device according to one of claims 2 to 5, characterized bythat the hook disc (11), the knife flange (6) and the pressure piece (12) are arranged on the first side of the knife disc (3). [7] Mowing device according to one of claims 2 to 6, characterized by that the hook disc (11) with a hook (19) extends through a recess (20) in the pressure piece (12). [8] Mowing device according to claim 7, characterized by , that when a knife disc changing tool (10) engages the hook (19), the knife disc changing tool (10) is supported on the hook disc (11) and the pressure piece (12), by actuating the knife disc changing tool (10), a relative movement between the hook disc (11) and the pressure piece (12) and further a relative movement between the knife flange (6) and the pressure disc (7) can be provided in order to press the knife flange (6) and the pressure disc (7) apart against the spring force of the at least one spring element (8, 9) in order to replace the knife disc (3). [9] Mowing device according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by , that the knife disc (3) in the region of a recess (14) and the knife flange (6) each have radial projections (22, 23), in a first relative position between the knife disc (3) and the knife flange (6), the radial projections (23) of the knife flange (6) cover the radial projections (22) of the knife disc (3), in a second relative position between the knife disc (3) and the knife flange (6), the radial projections (23) of the knife flange (6) do not cover the radial projections (22) of the knife disc (3). [10] Mowing device according to claim 9, characterized by , that the thrust washer (7) has axial projections (7b), in a first relative position and in a second relative position between the knife disc (3) and the knife flange (7), the axial projections (7b) of the pressure disc (7) engage in recesses (21) of the knife disc (3) formed between the radial projections (22) of the knife disc (3).
