Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an electric motor with an electromagnetically operated brake. It is generally known that an electric motor can be designed as a brake motor, i.e., in particular can be equipped with an integrated brake. The object of the invention is therefore to further develop a series of electric motors with a high variance using a small number of parts.According to the invention, the object is achieved in the electric motor according to the features specified in claim 1.Important features of the invention in the electric motor with an electromagnetically actuatable brake are that the brake has a hand-operated air part which is arranged in a tiltable, in particular rotatable, manner, in particular for manually airing the brake, wherein a proximity sensor for detecting the tilting position of the hand-operated air part is fastened to a retaining ring, wherein the retaining ring completely surrounds and / or comprises a magnetic body of the brake in the circumferential direction, in particular wherein the circumferential direction is related to the rotational axis of the rotor shaft. It is advantageous here that the retaining ring is uninterrupted and thus completely surrounds the magnetic body in the circumferential direction. This is because in this way different mounting positions for the proximity sensor on the circumference of the electric motor are made possible. Therefore, a high variance of a series of electric motors can be produced without additional parts, wherein the variants of the series, i.e. the electric motors of the series, differ in that the proximity sensor is arranged at different circumferential positions. This is because the retaining ring already has a respective hole for each of the mounting positions. The retaining ring is held by retaining bolts which are arranged at a greater radial distance than the greatest radial distance of the magnet body. Thus, not only the retaining ring, but also the retaining bolts are arranged radially outside the magnet body. In this way, the proximity sensor can be arranged radially outside the magnetic body and the state of the manually actuated manual release of the brake can thus be detected. Increased safety can be achieved by simultaneously energizing the coil and additionally actuating the manual manual manual ventilation system. In an advantageous embodiment, the ring axis of the retaining ring is aligned coaxially with the axis of rotation of the rotor shaft of the electric motor. It is advantageous here that the retaining ring is substantially uniformly spaced apart from the magnetic body and thus the magnetic field conducted in the ferromagnetic magnetic body is also kept away from the retaining ring and thus also from the proximity sensor. In an advantageous embodiment, the retaining ring is radially spaced apart from the magnetic body. It is advantageous here that the magnetic field conducted in the magnetic body is kept away from the retaining ring and thus also from the proximity sensor. In an advantageous embodiment, the retaining ring has axially continuous holes for the optional fastening of the proximity sensor, wherein the proximity sensor protrudes through a first of the holes. It is advantageous here that the proximity sensor can be mounted at different circumferential positions. In an advantageous embodiment, the retaining ring is held by retaining bolts which are fastened to a bearing shield of the electric motor, wherein the bearing shield is axially spaced apart from the retaining ring. It is advantageous here that the bearing plate accommodates a bearing of the rotor shaft and the brake is also mounted with its brake plate on the bearing plate. In an advantageous embodiment, a sensor plate is fastened to the hand-held air-handling part for detection by the proximity sensor, in particular wherein the sensor plate is bent in a U-shaped manner and the proximity sensor is at a shorter distance from one leg of the sensor plate bent in a U-shaped manner than from the second leg of the sensor plate bent in a U-shaped manner. It is advantageous here that the tilting position, in particular the rotational position, of the hand-held ventilation part can be detected and / or monitored by the proximity sensor. In an advantageous embodiment, the manual air release part has a recess into which a lever part can be inserted, in particular for easier manual actuation. It is advantageous here that manual actuation of the manual ventilation can be carried out with little effort. In an advantageous embodiment, an annular externally toothed driver is mounted on the rotor shaft of the electric motor and is connected to the rotor shaft in a rotationally fixed manner, in particular by means of a feather key connection, wherein an annular disc-shaped brake pad carrier is mounted with its internal toothing on the driver, in particular wherein the internal toothing is in engagement with the external toothing, such that the brake pad carrier is connected to the driver in a rotationally fixed manner and is arranged so as to be axially movable, wherein an armature disc is arranged axially between the brake pad carrier and the magnetic body, wherein the armature disc is connected to the magnetic body in a rotationally fixed manner and is axially movable, wherein spring elements supported on the magnetic body press on the armature disc. It is advantageous here that the brake automatically falls in the event of a power failure. In an advantageous embodiment, a brake shield is connected to the magnetic body via bolts which project through recesses in the armature disc. It is advantageous here that a further brake can be mounted on the bolt and thus increased safety can be achieved by redundancy of the brakes. In an advantageous embodiment, the retaining ring is held by in particular three retaining bolts which are connected to the bearing plate. It is advantageous here that stable holding of the retaining ring can be carried out. The retaining bolts are preferably all arranged at the same radial distance. In an advantageous embodiment, the hand-held air-conditioning part rests on the end face of the magnet body facing away axially from the bearing shield, in particular via a tilting bearing, in particular a pivot bearing, the tilting axis, in particular the rotational axis of which is oriented perpendicular to the rotational axis of the rotor shaft. It is advantageous here that the tilting bearing can be realized as a support by simple shaping. In an advantageous embodiment, the hand-held ventilation part is connected to at least one rod, in particular via a further pivot joint, wherein the axial position depends on the angle of inclination of the hand-held ventilation part, wherein the rod protrudes through the magnetic body, wherein the rod has a limiting means on the side of the armature disk axially facing away from the magnetic body, which limiting means limits the armature disk in the axial direction. It is advantageous here that the manual air release part carries along the rod in the axial direction during its tilting movement and thus the axial delimitation of the armature disk is correspondingly displaceable in the axial direction. In an advantageous embodiment, the rod protrudes through the anchor disk. It is advantageous here that the hand-held air-release part is held on the magnetic body.In an advantageous embodiment, the limiting means is a thickening of the rod or a part connected to the rod, in particular a nut screwed onto a threaded portion of the rod. It is advantageous here that the axial limitation can be realized simply and cost-effectively.In an advantageous embodiment, the hand-held ventilation part has a curved contour, with which the hand-held ventilation part bears against a planar surface region of the end face of the magnetic body. It is advantageous here that the tilting bearing can be realized by a simple shaping. In an advantageous embodiment, the lever part extends in a radial direction which has a non-disappearing angle with respect to the first limb of the U-shaped encoder plate. It is advantageous here that the proximity sensor can be arranged laterally next to the lever part in the circumferential direction and thus a restriction can be avoided, i.e. in particular no collision takes place between the hand-operated air release part and the proximity sensor and / or the sensor plate.Further advantages are evident from the dependent claims. The invention is not limited to the combination of features of the claims. The skilled person will be familiar with further meaningful combination possibilities of claims and / or individual claim features and / or features of the description and / or of the figures, in particular from the task and / or the task which arises by comparison with the prior art.The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to schematic figures:FIG. 1 shows a region of an electric motor according to the invention in an oblique view.In FIG. 2, the region is shown from a different angle of view.FIG. 3 shows a retaining ring 5 of the electric motor in an oblique view.FIG. 4 shows a proximity sensor 10 of the electric motor in an oblique view.As shown in the figures, the electric motor has a stator housing 1, through which a rotor shaft extends, the first bearing of which is accommodated in a bearing shield 2 and the second bearing of which is accommodated in a bearing flange not shown in the figures. The axial direction is parallel to the axis of rotation of the rotor shaft. The radial direction, the radial distances and the circumferential direction are likewise always related to the axis of rotation of the rotor shaft. The bearing shield 2 and the bearing flange are spaced apart axially from one another and are connected to the stator housing. An electromagnetically actuatable brake is arranged integrally in the electric motor. A protective hood of the electric motor connected to the bearing shield 2 and surrounding the brake is omitted in the figures, i.e. not shown. The brake has a magnetic body which is made of ferromagnetic material and has an annular depression, in which an electrically energizable coil is inserted. The ring axis of the depression is oriented coaxially with respect to the axis of rotation of the rotor shaft.A ring-shaped driver is plugged onto the rotor shaft, which driver has an external toothing. The driver is connected to the rotor shaft in a rotationally fixed manner, in particular by means of a feather key connection. An annular disc-shaped brake lining carrier is mounted on the driver, wherein an internal toothing of the brake lining carrier is in engagement with the external toothing of the driver and is connected thereto in a rotationally fixed manner, but is arranged so as to be movable in the axial direction. An armature disk arranged axially between the brake lining carrier and the magnetic body 6 is connected to the magnetic body in a rotationally fixed manner and is arranged so as to be movable in the axial direction. For this purpose, axially oriented bolts preferably project through recesses in the armature disk, the bolts being pressed into bore holes in the magnetic body.Arranged axially between the bearing shield 2 and the brake lining carrier is a brake shield 3 which has a braking surface on its side facing the magnetic body 6. In particular, the braking surface is fine machined, in particular ground.Spring elements supported on the magnetic body 6 press on the armature disk, so that when the coil is energized, the armature disk is pulled toward the magnetic body counter to the spring force generated by the spring elements. When current is supplied, the brake is thus released. In the case of non-energization, on the other hand, the spring elements press the armature disk onto the brake lining carrier, which is thus then pressed onto the brake surface of the brake shield 3. As a result, in the event of no current being supplied, the brake drops and thus increases safety. The brake shield 3 is connected to the magnetic body via the bolts. Thus, the brake can be mounted on the brake plate 3 in a precompleted manner.Overall, the brake is fastened by screwing the brake shield 3 onto the bearing shield 2.In order to enable manually actuatable release of the brake during maintenance work, a manual release part 7 is provided which is rotatable by an in particular small angle of inclination, in particular angle of rotation. For this purpose, a tilting bearing, in particular a pivot bearing, is preferably designed as a support. The axis of rotation of the tilting bearing, in particular pivot bearing, is oriented perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the rotor shaft.During the tilting movement of the hand-operated air release part 7, rods are carried along, i.e. moved in the axial direction depending on the tilting angle. The rods protrude both through the magnetic body 6 and through the armature disk and have, on their end region facing away from the hand-operated air release part 7, a limiting means which axially limits the freedom of movement of the armature disk. Thus, when the angle of inclination of the hand-operated release member 7 becomes correspondingly large, the armature disc is thus pulled toward the magnetic body and the brake is released thereby, in particular even when the coil is not energized. This is because, by means of the manually effected tilting of the hand-operated air release part, the spring force effected by the spring elements can be overcome.A lever part can be inserted into a recess 11 of the manual release part 7, so that the manual actuation is simplified by lengthening the lever arm as a result of the lever law.A sensor plate 8 is fastened to the hand-held air-release part 7 by means of a screw. Therefore, the sensor plate 8 is moved together with the hand-operated air-release part 8 when the hand-operated air-release part 8 is tilted.A proximity sensor 10, in particular an inductive proximity switch, is fastened to a retaining ring 5. The sensor line of the proximity sensor 10 is preferably led out in the axial direction toward the stator housing. Alternatively, a capacitive proximity sensor can be used instead of an inductive proximity sensor, wherein non-metallic objects can also be detected disadvantageously in such a sensor. The sensor plate 8 can be detected by means of the proximity sensor 10 if it falls below a first distance from the proximity sensor 10. For this purpose, the sensor plate is bent in a U-shape and is spaced axially from the proximity sensor. The proximity sensor 10 is at a shorter distance from a first leg of the U-shaped transducer plate 8 than the second leg of the U-shaped transducer plate 8 is at a distance from the first leg.In this way, the position of the hand ventilation part 7 and thus also the position of the hand ventilation can be monitored by means of the proximity sensor 10.The retaining ring 5 is fastened to the bearing plate 2 by means of retaining bolts 9, in particular three retaining bolts 9. The ring axis of the retaining ring 5 is aligned coaxially with the axis of rotation of the rotor shaft. The retaining ring 5 has through-holes, in particular four through-holes. These holes are all arranged at the same radial distance, but at different circumferential angular positions. The holes are thus spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction, in particular uniformly spaced. The proximity sensor 10 protrudes through one of the holes and is fixed to this hole. Optionally, however, the proximity sensor 10 would also be attachable to one of the other holes, wherein the hand-held ventilation part 7 is then mounted in a correspondingly rotated manner. In this way, the hand-operated release lever protrudes radially at the circumferential position selected in this way.The retaining ring 5 is configured uninterrupted in the circumferential direction and thus enables in particular four different mounting positions for the proximity sensor 10.The retaining ring 5 is radially spaced apart from the magnetic body 6.The retaining bolts 9 are directed axially and spaced radially from the magnetic body 6.The region covered by the retaining ring 5 in the axial direction is contained in the region covered by the magnetic body 6 in the axial direction. The second leg of the sensor plate 8 is arranged on the side of the sensor plate 8 facing away from the proximity sensor 10.In further exemplary embodiments according to the invention, the sensor plate 8 is embodied in one piece, in particular in one piece, with the hand-held air release part 7.List of reference characters1 Stator housing 2 Bearing plate 3 Brake shield 4 Armature disk 5 Retaining ring 6 Magnetic body 7 Hand-held air part 8 Transmitter plate 9 Retaining bolt 10 Proximity sensor 11 Recess 40 Sensor line
