Backrest assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the belt retractor module is connected to the front backrest head plate (40) by a fourth connection group, wherein screw connections (S4) connect an upper flange (72) of the rear backrest head plate (71) to a rim (43) of the front backrest head plate (40).
