Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a shifting arrangement for a transmission gear set of a vehicle with an axially displaceable sliding sleeve for transmitting torque between shifting partners to achieve different gear ratios. Furthermore, the invention relates to a transmission gear set with a shifting arrangement.
[0002] Shifting assemblies for a vehicle's transmission gear set are known from automotive engineering. Each shifting assembly comprises an axially displaceable sliding sleeve for establishing a connection for torque transmission between the shifting partners in order to realize different gear ratios. For this purpose, the sliding sleeve has a first toothing area as a sliding toothing and a second toothing area as a shifting toothing. The sliding toothing of the sliding sleeve is axially displaceable between different shift positions within a sliding toothing area of a first shifting partner, but the sliding toothing of the sliding sleeve always remains in engagement with the sliding toothing area of the shifting partner.Depending on the shift position reached in the sliding gear area, the second toothing area of the sliding sleeve engages either with a shifting toothing of a shift partner to realize a first gear ratio or with a shifting toothing of another shift partner to realize a second gear ratio.
[0003] The sliding teeth of the sliding sleeve and the corresponding sliding tooth area of the associated shift partner have a backing to hold the shift position. This backing forms a recess in the tooth geometry on the tooth flank, thereby increasing the tooth gap between the teeth of the sliding teeth. Due to the applied torque, the tooth of the shift partner presses against the recessed tooth flank, creating resulting forces that hold the sliding sleeve in the respective shift position.
[0004] The present invention is based on the object of proposing a switching arrangement and a gear set with a switching arrangement in which a provided sliding toothing can also be used as switching toothing.
[0005] This object is achieved according to the invention by the features of patent claims 1 and 10, respectively. Advantageous and claimed developments emerge from the subclaims and the description as well as the drawings.
[0006] Thus, a shifting arrangement of a transmission gear set of a vehicle with an axially displaceable sliding sleeve for torque transmission between shift partners for realizing different gear ratios is proposed, wherein the sliding sleeve and the shift partners designed as gear stage gears are arranged coaxially to a rotational axis, wherein the sliding sleeve has a first toothing region and a second toothing region for torque transmission between the shift partners, wherein at least one shift partner has a sliding toothing region which can be brought into engagement with one of the toothing regions of the sliding sleeve, and wherein at least the first toothing region and the second toothing region of the sliding sleeve are each designed as shift teeth.
[0007] In this way, the proposed shifting arrangement combines the functions of a sliding gear system and a shifting gear system, allowing the shifting arrangement to be used as a sliding gear system or as a pure shifting gear system, depending on the gear situation. This provides the proposed shifting arrangement with both the advantages of a sliding gear system, such as ensuring or maintaining the shift position, and the advantages of a shifting gear system, such as improved meshing performance. Furthermore, the proposed shifting arrangement can be used advantageously even with existing installation space restrictions.
[0008] To enable the sliding gearing to also be used as a shift gear, the teeth of the gearing areas of the sliding sleeve are provided with at least one shifting edge or similar on the axial side, running at an angle at a predetermined angle relative to the rotational axis of the sliding sleeve. The angled shifting edge significantly improves meshing behavior. If the shifting partner also has the angled shifting edge on the gearing, this leads to better centering of the sliding sleeve, especially if it is only locally supported.
[0009] The angle of the inclined switching edge between the rotation axis and the switching edge profile is preferably an acute angle. The range of the predetermined angle lies in a value range between greater than 0° and less than 90°, with a medium value range between the two specified limit values being preferred.
[0010] To ensure that the geometries of the various gears are aligned with one another, the sliding gear region on one of the shifting partners of the sliding sleeve has at least one first shifting position and a second shifting position for the associated gear region of the sliding sleeve. At least one shifting edge or the like extending obliquely at a predetermined angle relative to the rotation axis is provided at least at or in the region of the shifting positions. The magnitude of the predetermined angle B lies in a value range between greater than 0° and less than 90°.
[0011] With the proposed shifting arrangement, it is possible for the sliding sleeve with the first gearing area to engage with the first shift position or with the second shift position of the sliding gearing area of the shift partner, and for the sliding sleeve with the second gearing area to engage with a shifting gear of another shift partner. In this case, the first gearing area is used as a sliding gearing, and the second gearing area of the sliding sleeve is used as a shifting gearing.
[0012] It is also conceivable for the sliding sleeve to be in engagement with the first toothing area of a shift partner, and for the sliding sleeve to be in engagement with the second toothing area of a shift partner. In this case, both toothing areas of the sliding sleeve are used as shift teeth.
[0013] The object underlying the invention is also achieved by a gear set with a switching arrangement as described above, whereby the advantages already described and further advantages are obtained.
[0014] The present invention is further explained below with reference to the drawings.
[0015] They show: Fig. 1 a schematic sectional view of an embodiment variant of a shifting arrangement according to the invention with a first toothing region of a sliding sleeve engaging with a sliding toothing region of a first shift partner in a first shift position and with a second toothing region of the sliding sleeve engaging with a shifting toothing of a second shift partner for realizing a first gear ratio in a transmission gear set of a vehicle; Fig. 2 a schematic sectional view of the shifting arrangement with the first toothed region of the sliding sleeve engaging in a second shift position of the first shift partner and with the second toothed region of the sliding sleeve engaging with a shift toothing of a third shift partner for realizing a second gear ratio; and Fig. 3 a schematic sectional view of the shift arrangement with the first toothing region of the sliding sleeve engaging with a shift toothing of a fourth shift partner and with the second toothing region of the sliding sleeve engaging with a shift toothing of a fifth shift partner for realizing a third gear ratio.
[0016] In the Fig. 1 to 3 are schematically shown various sectional views in the circumferential direction, quasi through the respective toothing of sliding sleeve 0 and associated shift partners 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 of a shift arrangement according to the invention in a gear set 8 of a vehicle.
[0017] The sliding sleeve 0 is designed to be axially displaceable and is provided with internal teeth having a first toothing area 6 and a second toothing area 7. For torque transmission between the shift partners 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, the sliding sleeve 0 is displaced axially, so that in the embodiment shown, for example, three different gear ratios can be realized with the five shift partners 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Both the sliding sleeve 0 and the shift partners 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, designed as gear stage gears, are arranged coaxially next to one another to form a common rotation axis 9.
[0018] In the illustrated embodiment of the switching arrangement, a first switching partner 1 has a sliding toothing area with a first switching position 10 and a second switching position 11 for the first toothing area 6 of the sliding sleeve 0. The switching positions 10, 11 have a deposit for holding or remaining the sliding sleeve 0 in the respective switching position 10, 11.
[0019] In order to realize both a sliding toothing and a switching toothing on the sliding sleeve 0 in the proposed switching arrangement, it is provided that at least the first toothing region 6 and the second toothing region 7 of the sliding sleeve 0 are each designed as switching toothing.
[0020] For this purpose, the teeth of the switching toothing of the toothing areas 6, 7 of the sliding sleeve 0 are each provided on the axial side with a switching edge 12 running obliquely at a predetermined angle A relative to the rotational axis 9 of the sliding sleeve 0. The predetermined angle A is designed as an acute angle and in the embodiment variant shown has an amount in a medium value range between greater than 0° and less than 90° and is approximately 45°, which is particularly Fig. 1 is indicated.
[0021] As can be seen from the Fig. 1 to 3, the toothing areas 6, 7 of the sliding sleeve 0 are each designed as internal toothing, wherein the switching edge 12 arranged axially on the teeth of the internal toothing runs from a tooth root to the tooth tip at the predetermined angle A in such a way that the switching edge profiles on the two axial sides of each tooth of the switching toothing face each other in the cross-section or in the sectional view in the circumferential direction, as shown in the Fig. 1 to 3 is indicated.
[0022] The sliding toothing area on the first switching partner 1 of the sliding sleeve 0 also has, in the area of the backing or in the switching positions, a plurality of switching edges 13 extending obliquely at a predetermined angle B relative to the rotation axis 9. The value of the predetermined angle B lies in the same value range as the predetermined angle A.
[0023] In Fig. 1 shows a state of the shifting arrangement in which a first gear ratio is realized via the sliding sleeve 0, in which the sliding sleeve 0 connects the first shift partner 1 with the second shift partner 2. Here, the first toothing area 6 of the sliding sleeve 0 engages with the sliding toothing area at the first shift position 10, while the second toothing area 7 of the sliding sleeve 0 engages with the shifting toothing of the second shift partner 2.
[0024] In order to axially displace the sliding sleeve 0 from this state into the second switching position 11 of the sliding toothing area of the first switching partner 1, the sliding toothing area in the area of the switching positions 10, 11 also has the obliquely running switching edges 13.
[0025] In Fig. Figure 2 shows a state of the shifting arrangement in which a second gear ratio is realized via the sliding sleeve 0, in which the sliding sleeve 0 connects the first shift partner 1 with a third shift partner 3 for torque transmission. Here, the first toothing area 6 of the sliding sleeve 0 engages with the sliding toothing area at the second shift position 11, while the second toothing area 7 of the sliding sleeve 0 engages with the shifting toothing of the third shift partner 3.
[0026] In Fig.3 shows a state of the shifting arrangement in which a third gear ratio is realized via the sliding sleeve 0, in which the sliding sleeve 0 connects a fourth shift partner 4 with a fifth shift partner 5. For this purpose, the sliding sleeve 0 must disengage from the sliding toothing area of the first shift partner 1 in order to realize the third gear ratio with the fourth shift partner 4 and the fifth shift partner 5 independently of the first shift partner 1.
[0027] In order to be able to shift from the third gear ratio back into the first gear ratio or the second gear ratio, it is necessary for the sliding sleeve 0 to mesh again into the sliding toothing area of the first shift partner 1. For meshing and disengaging, the obliquely running switching edge 13 is also provided at the beginning of the sliding toothing area at the second shift position on the first shift partner 1, as well as in the other areas of the shift positions 10, 11, preferably in the area of the backing.
