Abstract

The present application provides a control system and method for a hydraulic cartridge valve with segmental action, wherein the system comprises: a detection module for detecting a current operating phase of the hydraulic cartridge valve at a given time; a determination module for determining an opening degree of a proportional servo valve corresponding to the hydraulic cartridge valve at the given time, based on the current operating phase at the given time; and a control module for controlling the oil charging volume of each servo motor of the hydraulic cartridge valve based on the opening degree of the proportional servo valve and for completing the control of the hydraulic cartridge valve.The technical solution provided in the present application solves the problem of cartridge valve failure, ensures the reliability and synchronization of the cartridge valve action and is of great importance for improving the reliability of the hydraulic cartridge valve control system of large hydroelectric power plants.
