Abstract

The invention relates to a method for calibrating an electrical equivalent circuit model (ECM) of a battery for voltage modeling, comprising the steps: - Acquiring (S10) input data (220), the measured state of charge (SoC) data; - Calculating (S20) a modeled battery voltage using a parameterized equivalent circuit model (ECM); - Determining (S30) a deviation between the measured and the modeled battery voltage; - Selecting (S40) and executing a calibration function; - Evaluating (S50) the result of the executed calibration function; - Deriving (S60) the next action; - Performing (S70) steps (S10) to (S60) for iterative adjustment of the ECM model parameters; - Outputting (S80) the final, calibrated ECM model parameters.
