Description

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a dislocation detection device and an optical detection device which detects a dislocation of a shape of a measurement object. TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

[0002] A dislocation detection device that detects a dislocation of an external shape of a measurement object includes a plurality of sensor heads that detect an amount of mechanical dislocation of a measurement object and convert the dislocation into an electrical signal, and a plurality of control units that receive the detection signals output from the sensor heads, respectively.

[0003] The sensor head has a spindle retractably mounted on a holder and a contact element provided at the end of the spindle. When the measurement object is transported to an installation position of the sensor head and the contact element comes into contact with the measurement object, a detection unit arranged in the holder detects the amount of displacement of the spindle relative to a reference location and converts this into an electrical signal.

[0004] During a normal measurement process, a respective control unit determines whether the amount of displacement is within a normal range based on the detection signal output by the respective sensor head and displays a determination result on a display included in the respective control unit.

[0005] Before the normal measurement process, each control unit performs an initialization setting. Initialization settings are performed on each of a number of objects by a master device, which is configured as one of the plurality of control units. The initialization settings for a number of objects set by the master device are copied to a slave device as needed.

[0006] Patent Document 1 discloses a dislocation detection device which brings a movable unit into contact with the measurement object to detect the amount of dislocation of the measurement object. DOCUMENT(S) RELATING TO THE PRIOR ART PATENT SPECIFICATION(S)

[0007] Patent Document 1: JP 2007-240225 A OVERVIEW OF THE INVENTION PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION

[0008] In the above-described dislocation detection device, when an object to be copied from a master device to a slave device is arbitrarily selected from the initial setting values of a number of objects, it is necessary, after the initial setting values of all objects are set, to read out the objects one by one from a copy setting menu and to select in turn whether to copy an object.

[0009] It therefore becomes complicated to set the presence / absence of a copy selection with respect to a number of objects to be initially set.

[0010] The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and it is an object of the invention to provide a dislocation detection device capable of easily making a setting of a copy selection from a master device to a slave device of a control unit. PROBLEM-SOLVING MEANS

[0011] A dislocation detection device intended to solve the above problem comprises: - a plurality of sensor heads, each of which brings one end of a spindle retractably supported by a holder into contact with a measuring object in order to detect a dislocation of the measuring object; - a plurality of control units, each of which has a display unit arranged to display a measured value based on a detection signal of the associated sensor head; - an operating button provided in the respective control unit, by means of which an initial setting value can be set in one of a number of objects to be initially set; and - a control means provided in the respective control unit, which has the function of copying the initialization setting value from a master device of the control units to a slave device of the control units by pressing the operating button. The control means and the operating button are provided with (a) selection means for selecting whether an initialization setting value of an object to be initially set should be copied at the time of an initialization setting operation performed on the respective object to be initially set.

[0012] In the present configuration, the selection means(s) determine whether the initialization setting value of the object to be initially set should be copied when the initialization setting value of the respective object to be initially set is set.

[0013] In this dislocation detection device, the selection means may comprise: a copy selection setting key which can be set via the operation key, and a setting unit provided in the control means which is provided to determine a copy selection with respect to the initialization setting value of a respective object to be initially set by means of an operation of the copy selection setting key.

[0014] In the present configuration, the copy selection of the initialization setting value of each object to be initially set is determined by pressing the copy selection setting button when setting the initialization setting value of each object to be initially set.

[0015] In the dislocation detection device, a copy mark may be provided in the display unit arranged in the control unit, which indicates a setting of a copy selection when the copy selection setting button is pressed for the respective object to be initially set.

[0016] In this configuration, when the copy selection setting button is pressed, the copy mark is displayed on the display unit and the copy selection setting can be confirmed.

[0017] In the displacement detection device, the initial setting object can be changed even after an initial setting. The selection means can select whether a setting value of any setting change object is to be copied when the setting value is changed.

[0018] With this configuration, it is possible to select whether a setting value of any setting change object should be copied when a setting other than an initial setting is changed.

[0019] An optical detection device to solve the above problem includes: - a plurality of sensor heads which are designed to emit detection light beams onto a measuring object for the detection of a measuring object, - a plurality of control units, each comprising a display unit for displaying a measured value based on a detection signal of the associated sensor head, - an operating button provided in each of the control units, by means of which an initial setting value can be set in each of a number of objects to be initially set, and - a control means provided in each of the control units, which has the function of copying the initialization setting value from a master device of the control units to a slave device of the control units by actuating the operating button. The control means and the operating button are provided with (a) selection means for selecting whether a

[0020] Initialization setting value of an object to be initially set is to be copied at the time of a setting operation of the initialization setting value of the respective object to be initially set carried out on the respective object to be initially set.

[0021] In the present configuration of the optical detection device, at the time of setting the initial setting value of the respective object to be initially set, it is determined by means of the selection means(s) whether the initial setting value of the object to be initially set is to be copied. ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION

[0023] An embodiment of a dislocation detection device is described below with reference to the drawings. Fig. The dislocation detection device shown in Figure 1 is designed such that a spindle 3, retractably mounted beneath a holder 2 of a sensor head 1, is pre-positioned in a predetermined position by means of a DIN rail. A contact element 4 is arranged at one end of the spindle 3.

[0024] The sensor head 1 is connected to a control unit 6 via a connecting cable 5. For example, when a measurement object W is transported to an installation position of the sensor head 1 and the contact element 4 contacts a surface of the measurement object W, a detection signal obtained by detecting an amount of displacement of the spindle 3 is output from the sensor head 1 to the control unit 6.

[0025] A main control means MC is connected to the control unit 6. The control unit 6 operates in response to a control signal output by a main control means MC, and various data types measured by the control unit 6 are transmitted to the main control means MC.

[0026] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 2, a plurality of light-emitting elements 7 are arranged in the holder 2 of the sensor head 1, and a plurality of light-receiving elements 8 are arranged in positions facing the respective light-emitting elements 7. Light propagating in the vertical direction and blocked by the spindle 3 is detected by the light-receiving element 8, so that the amount of displacement of the spindle 3 is converted into an electrical signal and output.

[0027] The detection signal output by the light-receiving element 8 is output to a processor 9 in the control unit 6. A display unit 10 connected to the processor 9 displays a desired display. A setting unit 11 is connected to the processor 9 and is provided to perform a desired setting operation and a selection operation. A memory 12 connected to the processor 9 stores both a program for controlling the operations of the processor 9 and a set of setting values based on the operations of the setting unit 11.

[0028] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 3, the control unit 6 is arranged with the display unit 10 in a control panel formed in a cuboid-shaped housing. A shift key 13, an enter key 14, and an exit key 15 are arranged on one side of the display unit 10, and various lighting devices 16 and a default key 17 are arranged on the other side of the display unit 10, which is formed as the setting unit 11.

[0029] As in Fig. 4, the shift key 13 includes an up key 13a to select an upward displacement, a down key 13b to select a downward displacement, a right key 13c to select a right displacement, and a left key 13d to select a left displacement.

[0030] A connecting means 18 protrudes from one side surface of the control unit 6, and a connection hole matching the connecting means 18 is arranged in the other side surface. A plurality of control units 6 are connected to one another via the connecting means 18 in an overlapping manner in the thickness direction, and the control units 6 are connected to a respective sensor head 1 via the connecting cable 5.

[0031] The control units 6 may be configured such that one of them is designated as a master device 6a and the other control units 6 are designated as slave devices 6b.

[0032] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 4, the display unit 10 is configured such that a main display unit 19 and a sub-display unit 20 are arranged at an upper and lower level, respectively, and can display a variety of numbers or letters by illumination. A first guide mark 21 is arranged on one side of the sub-display unit 20, and a second guide mark 22 is arranged below the first guide mark 21.

[0033] The first guide mark 21 indicates four effective shift keys and the second guide mark 22 lights up when the Enter key 14 is active.

[0034] A circular meter indicator 23 is arranged on the other side of the display main unit 19 and the display sub-unit 20. The circular meter indicator 23 displays a measured value based on the illumination pattern of 13 segments, or it flashes the segments sequentially when the shift button 13 is pressed and held to indicate continuous long-term operation.

[0035] A copy mark 24 is arranged on the inside of the circular measuring indicator 23. The copy mark 24 is an object to be set, which is switched at a time when copy setting is performed, and which lights up when copying from the master device 6a to the slave device 6b is selected. [Operations of the control unit 6 during an adjustment process of the sensor head 1]

[0036] When adjusting the installation position of the sensor head, first press and hold the up button 13a for three seconds. Then, as shown in Fig. 5, a display setting image is displayed on the display unit 10, and a mode appears in which an item displayed on the display sub-unit 20 is selectable. When the up button 13a is pressed and held, the segments of the circular meter 23 are sequentially turned off, and the continuous long-term operation is indicated.

[0037] If the right button 13c or the left button 13d is pressed repeatedly in this state, the objects displayed on the display sub-unit 20 are switched one after the other, as shown in Fig. 6. The displayed objects include a normal measured value (NORM.V), a calculated value (CALC), a label (LABEL), a LOW set value (LO.SET), a HIGH set value (HI.SET) and a sensor head measured value (HEAD.V).

[0038] If the Enter key 14 is now pressed in a state in which the sensor head measured value (HEAD.V) is displayed on the display sub-unit 20, the value displayed on the display sub-unit 20 is determined as the sensor head measured value (HEAD.V).

[0039] Then, as in Fig. 7, the display unit 10 is set to a mode in which an absolute value indicating a position of the spindle 3 over a movable range is displayed as a spindle measurement value.

[0040] Next, the display unit 10 is switched to an adjustment operation of an installation position of the sensor head 1. When a standard measurement object is placed under the sensor head 1 so that it is in contact with the contact element 4 of the spindle 3, then, as shown in Fig. 8, a measuring process (step 1) and the spindle measurement value of spindle 3 is obtained (step 2).

[0041] Subsequently, the displayed value obtained by measuring a measurement object whose measured value displayed on the display main unit 19 is / will be standardized (step 3) is set as the standard value. When the standard measurement object is measured (step 4), the measured value of the standard measurement object is displayed on the display main unit 19, and the spindle measured value is displayed on the display sub-unit 20 (step 5).

[0042] Thus, the operations from step 1 to step 5 are repeatedly performed to adjust the installation position of the sensor head 1 so that the spindle measurement value is in the center of the movement range of the spindle 3. Furthermore, the measurement value is easily adjusted to a standard measurement value. [Setting procedure of control unit 6]

[0043] The following describes operations in a case where various types of initialization settings are made by a control unit 6 configured as a master device.

[0044] When various types of initialization settings are performed, as shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 9, the right button 13c is pressed and held for three seconds or longer. The display subunit 20 then displays a BASIC image 25a, which is one of the setting menu images, for selecting a basic setting. In this state, the down button 13b is pressed, and the right button 13c and the left button 13d are activated. Then, one of the basic setting objects 26 can be selected in turn from twelve objects of the basic image 25a belonging to a subordinate layer.

[0045] The basic setting objects 26 are each selected and desired setting values for the respective objects can be determined using the up button 13a, the down button 13b and the enter button 14.

[0046] After all objects belonging to the subordinate layer of BASIC screen 25a have been set, the display returns to BASIC screen 25a. By pressing the right key 13c or the left key 13d, the display can be shifted to menu screens 25b through 25h, which are located in the same layer as BASIC screen 25a.

[0047] Several objects to be set are connected to the subordinate layers of the menu images 25b to 25h and the objects to be set can be set similarly to the basic setting objects 26.

[0048] When setting the basic setting objects 26 and the objects to be set belonging to the subordinate layers of the menu images 25b to 25h, it is determined whether the setting values of the objects to be set are to be copied to a control unit 6b serving as a slave device.

[0049] If, as in Fig. 10, the default key 17 is pressed at a time when the setting of the objects to be set is completed, the display will be as shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 11, the copy marker 24 is displayed, and the objects to be set are configured to be copied from the master device 6a to the slave device 6b. If the default key 17 is not pressed, the copy marker 24 is not displayed (see Figure 11). Fig. 12).

[0050] If a copy setting screen 25d is selected from the menu screens 25b to 25h located in the same layer as the BASIC screen 25a, Fig. 13, any menu image can be selected from a copy object selection image 27a, a copy overall selection setting image 27b, and a copy execution image 27c in sequence.

[0051] On the copy object selection screen 27a, objects to be copied can be individually selected from the objects in the subordinate layers of the BASIC screen 25a and the other menu screens 25b to 25h. During this process, the copy selection process can be changed using the default key 17.

[0052] On the copy selection screen 27b, all objects of the subordinate layer of the BASIC screen 25a and the other menu screens 25b to 25h can be set. The object selected on the copy execution screen 27c can be copied.

[0053] In the slave device 6b, a copy inhibition image 28 is displayed in the subordinate layer of the copy setting image 25d to prevent copying from the master device 6a.

[0054] The following describes a process operation of the processor 9 of the master device 6a at the time of the initial setting operation described above.

[0055] If the right button 13c is pressed and held, then as in Fig. 14, the BASIC image 25a and the other menu images 25b to 25h are displayed on the display subunit 20 (step 11).

[0056] Then, one of the BASIC screen 25a and the other menu screens 25b to 25h is selected, and an object to be selected is selected (step 12). For example, as shown in Fig. 10, a setting value displayed on the display main unit 19 and can be selected by operating the up button 13a, the down button 13b, the right button 13c and the left button 13d (steps 13, 14, 15 and 16).

[0057] If the default key 17 is pressed in step 15, the copy flag 24 is checked (steps 17 and 18). If the default key 17 is not pressed, the copy flag 24 is not checked (step 19). By repeating such operations, the initialization setting process of a number of objects belonging to the subordinate layers of the BASIC image 25a and the menu images 25b to 25h is executed, and a selection process for whether a value set in the master device 6a for each object is to be copied is executed.

[0058] If the Enter key is pressed in step 15, the setting value is determined (step 20) and the initialization setting process is terminated.

[0059] Fig.15 illustrates an operation in a case where the copy setting image 25d is selected by the master device 6a. When the copy setting image 25d is selected from the menu images (step 21), the copy object selection image 27a is displayed (step 22).

[0060] At this time, the initial setting values of the objects from the subordinate layers of the menu images are displayed sequentially on the display main unit 19 and the display sub unit 20 when the right button 13c or the left button 13d is pressed (steps 23 to 25). If the Enter button 14 is pressed while a desired object is displayed, copying the setting value of the object from the master device 6a to the slave device 6b is selected (steps 26 and 27). If the Enter button 14 is not pressed in step 26, copying to the slave device 6b remains unselected (step 28).

[0061] If the Exit button 15 is pressed in step 24, the input copy setting is determined (step 29) and the setting process is terminated.

[0062] The following effects can be achieved with the dislocation detection device: (1) When measuring the displacement amount of the standard measurement object, a measured value of the displacement amount of the measurement object and an absolute value for a position within the movable range of the spindle 3 can be displayed simultaneously with the spindle measured values on the display main unit 19 and the display sub-unit 20 of the control unit 6. Thus, it is possible to easily adjust the installation position of the sensor head 1 so that the displacement amount of the measurement object can be detected in the central region of the movable range of the spindle 3. (2) When the initialization setting value set for each object by the master device 6a of the control unit 6 is copied to the slave device 6b, it is possible to set in advance whether to copy the initialization setting value of the object at the time of the initialization setting operation of each object. Therefore, it is not necessary to set in advance on the copy object selection screen 27a whether to select copying of each object after the initialization setting value is set, thereby easily performing a copy object setting operation. (3) At the time of selecting the object to be copied, the copy mark 24 is displayed on the object for which copying is selected, so that presence / absence of the copy selection can be easily recognized.

[0063] The embodiment can be modified in the following ways: - Any key other than the default key 17 can be specified as the key for setting an object to be copied. The invention has been implemented by way of example with the displacement detection device comprising the sensor head designed to detect a displacement of the measurement object by bringing the spindle end into contact with the measurement object and the control unit. However, the invention can also be applied to an optical detection device comprising a sensor head designed to detect the measurement object by emitting a detection light beam onto the measurement object and the control unit. - The invention has been implemented by way of example with a configuration in which the object to be initially set is copied at the time of initial setting. The invention can be applied to a case in which the object to be initially set is copied at the time of a setting update operation. (Note 1)

[0064] In a dislocation detection device according to claim 1 includes the control unit 6 a first button used to display a display setting image on the display unit, a second button which is used to select a spindle measurement display mode on the display setting screen, and a control unit that causes a display main unit 19 to display a determination measurement value on the display unit 10, and a display sub-unit 20 to display a spindle measurement value at a spindle position in the spindle measurement value display mode. (Note 2)

[0065] For the dislocation detection device according to Note 1 the display main unit 19 and the display sub-unit 20 are arranged at two levels in the vertical direction. EXPLANATION OF REFERENCE SYMBOLS
